I stopped in for a quick fill while in the area. The service I received that day ( I thought was good). The fill did not even last one week and one of the nails started lifting. I went back to have it repaired and soon after it started lifting again. Then one after another all of them starting lifting. Now I have to have them redone.Dont waste your time or money!

I do dip polish on my nails religiously every 3 weeks at another salon. I decided to swing by here because we were in the area and it was a mistake. The lady was so sweet and provide a great hand massage, but she was not skilled provide a dip mani 🙈. They may be great with regular or gel polish, but DO NOT GET DIP HERE. Dip is unforgiving and it does not come off once poorly applied. My fingernails are adhered to the sides of my skin and it feels so weird. It’s so bad it’s funny. I didn’t have the guts to have her remove it so I just held it together, paid, and left. I’m going to my regular guy to help me get this off.

Miss Diana is very wonderful and caring, gentle and very lovely person, she really takes care of each customer her hand massages are the best,, and her stock of gifts are wonderful, ask for Miss Diana when you go there.

They did a really great job. We were able to get in the same day. The salon is extremely clean, prices are fairly average, and service is very, very good. I enjoyed the entire experience, and I made an appointment to come back in 2 1/2 weeks for a pedicure. Well done! Come try this salon!!

I absolutely love this nail salon! Apparently, so does everyone else so. I like they take the time to do a really good job and I enjoy the atmosphere. Their wall of polishes is truly extensive, and stocked with every color you could want. Clean, professional, generally an excellent job. This is place where you can truly feel pampered.

Visited on a Monday at 10AM and had a great experience. I got a Manicure and my polish stayed on for 7 days!!! A very long time for a regular manicure. They helped me pick out my polish with my skin tone. My nails looked amazing. I was very satisfied.

I absolutely love this place! Staff is so sweet and did an amazing job. I got French shellac for the first time and it was the best shellac I have ever gotten. She spent an entire hour on my nails and did an amazing job cleaning the cuticles. She did such a detailed job I wont be surprised if it lasts 3 weeks. I will definitely be back soon and wish I could make this my regular nail spot.

After checking out the reviews on here, I can see why its highly rated, as this is one of the easiest 5-star ratings I have ever given to a business. The technicians were very welcoming and will either chat with you or leave you be while attending to you; they also seem to have a lot of repeat customers. Its very clean and modern on the inside, and the prices are reasonable. Long story short, this is my new nail salon.

I had a really great experience here. Tried the hot stone massage (1 hour), hot stone pedicure (ok I love hot stone everything), and manicure with my bf. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and they were friendly and kept our wine glasses full. The prices were fair and the mani/pedi and massage were perfect. The workers took direction well. My only constructive criticism is that the nail paint could be a bit more neat (although I am a relentless perfectionist), and they could give more clear instructions before the massage. Overall, great value, gorgeous and spacious inside, and they had availability on a holiday weekend! My kind of place👌🏽

This is my happy place to get pampered. The service is deluxe, and the people are so nice. Its very clean, and the owner and staff make a point to know the clients names. This is my go to salon and Ive recommended it to others who are just as pleased as I am.

Service is super friendly, its very clean and they have tons of colors and magazines. I feel like my gel nails stay on consistently long here and are super well done. You have to call or text to make an appointment but its worth it.

I went to Anns for the first time. They are super kid friendly. I went to get her and mines nails done. I got dip last weekend Sunday. My left pointer finger dip chipped off. Today half my right thumb dip chipped off.Not even a week later the dip was chipping! I have never had this happen. I read this on happened to others on another app but I went anyway and its true.

I keep coming back to this nail place. Its the best nail place in Stone Oak. Affordable prices, excellent work and the the best customer service. Ive been coming every 3 weeks since 2007 and still happy with this place. Cindy (the owner) is the nicest person you can find. I always leave happy with my nails. 100% recommended.

We had Valentine’s Day couple pedicures schedule weeks in advance. This was supposed to be 2 pedicures at the same time and I was very clear that we had an appointment scheduled after so we needed to be on time. When we got there they prepared the VIP room for us and then one technician started on my husbands pedicure. 45 minutes later another technician apologized for her delay and started to take my nail polish off. She then left the room and didn’t come back for another 20 minutes. This would be understandable if they were busy but there was only one other customer in the whole place. Needless to say, my husband got a pedicure and I didn’t. I just sat in the chair and watched TV the whole time. At least one of us enjoyed it! But I am so very frustrated since it was planned for Valentine’s Day weeks in advance. I would not recommend this place at all.

Pretty place, clean, great service

My Daughter went in last night and all though the Lady was so sweet she really was, we probably had the worst nails we have ever had. I wasn’t going to leave a review but when you pay 100 dollars you want a great result.

The service is good and it takes about 10 minutes to do the whole hand if you just want colors. They have many works so the wait is not long. They also have a lot of color choices. Live it and will come again!

This one is a really great nails salon. Everything was nice and clean. They kept stuffs organized. Love their decoration. Their services were very good too. They had plenty of colors to choose from. Their prices were reasonable with their services. Last time I got a pink and white full set. Definitely I will be back to try their facial treatment. Highly recommend.

The best nail salon in town. This place always impress me with their amazing works. Very nice, low key. My $35 Spa Pedicure today was great and well worth the money spent. Nice ladies and they didnt keep up a lot of noise. Nobody rushed and the focus was on me. My nails looked so fabulous and the price was decent. The nail salon itself was clean and well organized. However, It is far from me but it is definitely worth the drive. Will be back!!!

Walked in, was sat down and told to soak my nails off. They left me there for 45 minutes while they worked on pedicures. Then it took another hour and a half of them walking over, doing one or two steps of the dip process then walking off to help with a pedicure, leaving my nails done by four different ladies and all look dreadful. Thick, uneven, and poorly done overall. Will NOT be back.

I came across this facility after doing a local search for nail salons open late. I came in with 45 minutes left until closing and they set me right up. I had 3 broken off nails and the rest were chipping due to me procrastinating getting fills done. She did a good job and offered me a drink while I waited. Its a nice looking salon that offers a wide variety of services.

Horrible manicure. No massage, lotion, paraffin dip, shaping.... My cuticles looked better before. Only polished nails and the polish is on my skin! Diana (my manicurist) took 2 phone calls from her boyfriend during my “manicure” and never even sat down. Won’t go back.

Took my daughter for a Shellac manicure and the color fell off 2 days later.. My friend got her coffin acrylic nails and they looked more like a thick tombstone... All but one were crooked. Her shellac fell off her nail the next day... Awful nails.. Thick and sloppy. Crust was even left under the nail.. I took my daughter back to get them done over again and they didnt have the color anymore.. When they finished with her nails with another color I looked at them and they were messy.. Never again will we ever stop here...

Bad experience. Was told 10 minute wait...waited for one hour and then left. No acknowledgment. No follow up. Disappointed.*must say that I have been here several times before and rated 5 stars. Not sure what happened this time.

Love this place!

New to the area and needed a new go-to place for manicures. Thought this place would be good based on rating and other reviews. Bottom line: Disappointed. Got gel french manicure. Lines are uneven and sloppy. Pointed out a bump and was told it would be okay. Any time I have to go home and fix a manicure is a bad experience. 2 stars because the manicure is not embarrassing, but Id rather keep looking for a better place where I leave overall satisfied.

I paid 50 dollars and i’m pretty disappointed. I felt as if I wasted my money, my nails are not only uneven and not cut straight but the paint job was horrible. I asked three times for them to fix my nail polish. If I wanted a botch job, I would have gotten my 12 year old cousin to do it. I’m so upset. Guess I learned my lesson.

I love going to Ann’s! My nails always look fabulous and the staff are so friendly and accommodating. Ann’s is a neighborhood gem. :)

Broke out of comfort zone and decided to try a green/ blue pedi. Had a great luxury pedicure. She did a wonderful version of a design I brought in on my phone. Staff is very talented manicurist.

Went in for pedicure. No one was available yet, was told someone was coming in. They sat me down and started the water and just left me. No ETA on when someone was coming. Very inconsiderate. I also notice, they dont go to the register to pay, they make you wait even longer. DO NOT GO HERE.

I found Anns in a crisis. See I hit one of my nails on a table (they were already cracked and over due) it split in half and my finger was bleeding. Problem, cracked nail was painful. Bigger problem it was 6:30pm I had a previous engagement until 7:30. Solution? Anns place, which was the only place within a 5-10 mile radius that was open. I skated in at 7:45 expecting to be turned away. Instead the attendant welcomed me right in and asked what I need. I told her I just need my nails removed. She set me up with a bowl to soak them and immediately offered a drink. I didnt take the drink, due to it being such a small job and my hands needed​ to be submerged. All in total I was there an hour, which I really appreciate​ her staying late. She not only removed my nails, but showed my real nails some much needed TLC. My attendant was like a nail nurse. She was extra careful with my cracked nail and doctored it with some super gule to avoid further irritation. She filed my nails to a nice shape, buffed them and offered me a water for the road. I snapped a few shots and headed out. As nice and truly caring as my attendant was I can only imagine how great her other services are. I cant wait to return and to the lady who saved my poor little pinky finger, thanks a bunch.

I wasnt happy the first time I came here but came back in to have the tech fix them and she did. Very happy. Will be coming back with my sister again.

After reading all these great reviews and checking out their website I decided to try this place so I went after work. I walk in and another girl was there waiting for her friend so a female tech came and sat me down in a station then made a phone call (I wasnt bothered by that at all I understand it could be an emergency) all of a sudden she walked away so I waited 5 minutes. Then a male tech approached me and moves me to a different station then hands me a display showing some ordinary and basic nail colors so I looked through it and picked one. Well he told me to wait and went to go get the other girl that was waiting and sat her down in the station I was initially in and sits down with her. I sat there for 3 minutes looking around as he ignored me. Well Im annoyed and feel Ignored at this point so I get up and leave as I am half way to my car a third female tech comes out and tells me shes ready for me. I said no thank you and instead went to a regal nails in Walmart which have a much better selection of nails. Im giving 3 stars because it is a beautiful shop the techs just seem unorganized.

Made an appt for 2 friends and myself at 11am on a Sunday, when they opened. The person answering the phone was happy to take the appt. When we showed up at 11am, the salon was closed. We waited for 15 min, along with another person who waited in their car, but it never opened. We went and had breakfast across the street and noticed that the employees finally showed up around 11:30. If youre not going to be willing to open on time, then dont make appts.I was giving this salon another chance after making an appt for a manicure a few weeks ago at 11:30 and wasnt actually seen until 12:30. Clearly time isnt a priority for them.

Asked for a full manicure and my nails were just painted. She rushed and I had paint on my skin. My nails were rigged, uneven, and sharp because she was rushed. Did not have a good experience.

Worst experience ever!! Was im town need nail they literly they push u in to sit u down. I pay way to much for the ugly ugly nails i got i wanted regular acrylic nail thats it he made them way too short doesnt look like im wearing nails and when u tell them i dont like them they reapond i dont care if u like UNTIL i said what do u mean are u paying for them and they laugh saying its a joke there IDIOTS!!! Never again will i go

Came to Anns Nail and Day Spa for a mani/pedi before I leave to go back home. Probably one of the best nail services Ive had in a very long time, staff worked to make sure that their customers were satisfied and were very qualified and skillful in their jobs.

Went here for mothers Day with a friend. They opened the pack of tools to clean the toenails and then I watch them use the same pack on two other clients. Maybe they clean then when I was not watching but Im almost positive they did not.
