Wonderful service! A bit pricey but worth every penny. We needed a move-out, top to bottom cleaning and Merry Maids left our place spotless. We got our entire deposit back even though the landlord was being ridiculously picky. Thanks to Tom and crew for a beautiful job! I would absolutely use them again.

Hired Merry Maids to help prep my home for sale. They cleaned my windows and kitchen. My windows were so clean it looked as if they werent even there. The kitchen cupboards looked freshly painted and the appliances and sink shined like new. I know if I had attempted to do this myself it would have taken me hours to complete and would not look half as good. The value of the service I received was amazing.

They did a wonderful job. Fast, clean, very pleasant, & even did some great extras. The same 2 ladies will be requested back again.

I like that they do not use harsh chemicals. I find it difficult to keep up with all the house chores as I used to, and Merry Maids is a great help to me. I like knowing my home is clean.

Others have said I could find someone cheaper, but I like that two employees are sent out for their safety, and there are backups for coverage that I dont have to deal with. I like doing business with established companies. Communication is understood and reliable. They have cleaned thing I hadnt thought of. Ive seen them down on all fours cleaning as apposed to using a mop to move things around. It smells clean when they are done, even vacuuming. And they always ask if more needs to be done.

On 12-11-2017, I left a message on the listed phone number on the posted web site after hours to have someone from Merry call me or my wife for additional information about costs, gift certificates for Christmas and areas covered by services. As of 11/20/2017, no response for anyone from the company. Lost my business and recommendations. Good way to do business Merry Maids!

I called Merry Maids out to interview for the job of cleaning our home on a regular basis. The owner was so nice and polite to deal with while explaining the cleaning process and answering all of our question. We had no reservation in hiring them immediately. All of the team members were very professional while at our home for the initial deep clean. They went above and beyond - pointing out several things that were actually defective on my end (and cleaned more then I expected). For example one of my pieces of furniture turned out to be broken from a prior move - The owner jumped in and helped secure my large dresser that was close to falling in. The office staff was also accommodating in working around our schedule and setting us up on a rotation that fits our demanding work schedules.They made the time to meet us and work around a little puppy. Their weekly service has taken a load of stress off of my wife and I. Allowing us more time to tend to our pers onal bus inesses and even travel a little more. The first cleaning was excellent. They came back for the second time and I asked them to make sure all the bathrooms, kitchens and floors were done first. They were here for 2 hours and left. The bathrooms were cleaned well. The kitchen, that they said also received special, still has sticky spots and crusty spots on it. The stove top was not cleaned to anyones definition of special attention. There were two girls here for two hours for $162.00. Definitely not worth it.
