My husband went in for a clipper cut and received a very uneven haircut. The back was a complete hack job that had to be straighted out and there were patches of hair that were uncut all over his head. Do not recommend and we will never go back!

Someone cut my hair here and all i wanted was my hair evened out at the ends because it was cut incorrectly. the right side of my hair is at least 3/4 of an inch longer than the left side. when my hair lays in the back it’s extremely visible. literally cried when i left because now i have to cut EVEN MORE when i didn’t want any more length taken off at all. some people had told me not to come beforehand. dont recommend tbh

Ok. I always go to one or two gals for hair cuts and one gals wasn’t working. I’ve been needing cut for like a month or two cause of COVID. Rayna (spelling may be off)... even though our time was short lived together... it was magical. We shared stories, cracked jokes, even had our short awkward moments (I’ll ever forget the one time in that chair). I was hesitant and a little scared I won’t lie. Absolutely terrible service made an appointment and got there early and still wated 45 minutes only to have someone show up late and get served before me.The stylist was rude and unprofessional.Wont be back and will tell 10 people to not go there.

Made an appointment for my toddler online. Sat inside for 40 minutes while at least 2 stylists finished other clients and still no one retrieved us for our appointment. Super frustrating, a toddler will only sit patiently for so long.

They do a great job! The ladies are very polite and always have a great attitude. The only reason I dont give them a 5 star is for two years they never put my cut preference in the system.

Checked in online and made the drive to location. Arriving at 3:58 pm when they close at 5:00pm there was a note on the door hand written that they closed an hour early. Referring to me by name the note on the door said if I came in the next day I could have a free haircut.While sitting in my car looking for a different place for haircut, 3 of their employees then walked out.Saving $15 on a haircut isn’t that important to me. Went to great clips down the road and they were awesome.

Typically a decent place to get a haircut as I do like the MVP choice.But stopped in last night at 7:05pm and was told they were closed at 7. Two employees cleaning, another customer getting a haircut by a third employee. Hours posted open until 8pm, OPEN sign still on.

Barb is my favorite barber for this location. All the staff are friendly and polite, but Ive been going to Barb for over two years.

This place is great. They are able to get to you quickly and have a screen that shows you how long its going to be (which wasnt long). The hairdresser asked all the right questions and my sons hair looked fantastic.

This past week i got my sons hair cut here and its the worst hair cut hes ever had. The lady didnt spend more than 5 mins on his hair and didnt even line it up. He asked for a fade and she didnt even do it. I understand their busy but paying 19 plus a nice tip she should have at least did a good job. Im never taking my son here again.

Watch sports while waiting or while getting a haircut. How else can it get better? The staff was friendly and dressed like referees. They listened to what I wanted and cut my sons hair exactly as what I had asked for. It looked great and my son had an awesome first day of school.

My husband and nephew went into sports clips with a 35 to 45 minute wait. Was on deck for 20 minutes and got passed up with people that had just come in 6 times. They werent acknowledged the whole time they waited.

Use to be really awesome till I work all the time and 6 pm and I get turned away cause supposedly youre full and you dont want to stay a little later.. Great customer service!!haha Ill take my business elsewhere and tell everyone I know not to go to any of them after 6 otherwise theyll get turned away too!! Dont say youre open till 8 instead say open till 8 unless were full cause we dont want to stay open a little later for hard working citizens! Dont worry this post is on social media too wont be long before youre going under 😉

Arrived and checked in was told it would be a short wait. Online it showed 115 minutes. After watching them complete 1 mens cut in 30 minutes, the started telling everyone it would be 2 and half hours even with the people on list being no shows. Was told good luck by an employee. Several customers waiting longer than I did walked out.

I am sopleased with the service here. It is now my favorite haircut in billings.Gisela is masterful at her craft and I am a happy camper. I have been in three times in the last couple months and am satisfied with theservice but also am always willing to hear of the product line offered at Sport Clips. If you are in need of a full chop, trim, or just a relaxing self care option ; i highly doubt you could find anything better. 2021 I now have been in with all safety steps in place and have a great cut and gave trim ro boot. Gisela as allways was a cut above phenominal....

This particular sports clips location has the longest wait times I have ever experienced. They need to hire more people. I have tried to get my hair cut there during the week in the morning when its least busy and I end up having to wait at least 45 minutes with only 1 person ahead of me in line. I dont have 2 hours to kill everytime I want my hair cut.

Unlike any other hair cutting place!! The MVP is way better than your average shampoo! Its amazing, and it makes sense to have a place for guys- Men use men products and they shop at men stores........... so why wouldnt they go to a salon for men!??

I was on a long term job in Billings a while ago. This place is no different from the ones in CO where I live. Excellent haircut, friendly and professional people and never really had a long wait.

I have been going here for four years. And Beyond the gimmick of pretty women and sports on tv ( I dont even like sports) the hair cut is a really good one. The gals really care that you are happy with the way you look. I couldnt imagine going anywhere else.

Probably the worst haircut Ive ever gotten. Asked for a simple fade on the back and sides to blend into my beard. The woman who claimed to have been cutting hair a long time had no idea what to do and kept asking where along the side of my head I wanted the clipper guard to go to.She was about to send me off with a completely botched haircut. It looked awful. No sense of fade whatsoever. I asked her to try and fix it and she had to be helped by another girl working in the salon. She helped a little bit but you could still see lines on the sides where they were unable to properly blend hair. Different lengths all over the place.Got numerous comments from friends/coworkers noticing it was Fed up.Dont go here if you want a cut with even the slightest complexity.

This place is not very professional to say the least. Ice gone here about four times now and all but once had to go get my hair re-cut somewhere else due to their inability to cut a simple, straight line. They have one gal who does a great job and not being able to set up an apointment means you will likely not get her. Not only will I never go here again, but I would strongly suggest that if you care about how your hair looks, you not go here either... Today was the first time I didnt have to wait, but left with only one side burn and chunk missing around my ear.. This was not acceptable and I plan to contact ownership in the morning.

This place is horrible. They cant do a fade. They cant do a hard part. Literally just got the worst hair cut of my life here. Asked to leave it long on top and they didnt listen at all. There staff is friendly but incompetent. Will never be going here again.

My son went and got his haircut and I dont know how long the person had this job but she murdered his hair. It was like this was the first time she ever picked up a pair of scissors. Had to find another person to fix it.

Usually I prefer an actual barbershop to these sort of mancave salons. However, the ladies here have done an excellent job both times I have gone here. My only complaint is that its walk in only, so youll probably have to wait close to 30 minutes to get a cut

Sports Clips is the mans place to be pampered. I recommend all my friends to use sports clips for their haircuts and a mans pampering. wouldnt go anywhere else.

Called ahead of time and scheduled an appointment. Waited 20 minutes past my scheduled time and was not helped. One lady rudely insisted that I signed in on the kiosk and sounded like she was irritated that I was there,and still I waited. Eventually I just got up and left. If you dont want my money, thats fine. Ill spend it elsewhere. Wont be returning.

Pricey for a kids cut with no wash or extras. My five year old who never complains when he gets a buzz said she was hurting him. Had to do a touch up at home because there were lots of long hairs she neglected to get. Customer service was mediocre.

Excellent service with great conversation.for the last 3 years i have been coming to this sports clips to get my hair cut and have never had any problems. Today however i went in to get a MVP like i always do and was meet with nothing but issues and attitude from Chandra the stylist. The main issue is that they are forcing you to wear a mask even though it violates hipaa to do so once i tokd her that i had a medical reason that i couldnt wear one. she said it was either put a mask on or get out thats how they are doing it at sports clips. then once i got seated in a chair she barely said a single thing to me. by far this is the worst experience Ive ever had at a sports clips and it might be the last.

The gal who cut my son’s hair was very snippy with me from the beginning and argued with me at the end about how I wanted the back shorter, she wanted it longer.She was so condisending and snooty.My son’s hair looks so botched! We will have to go pay for a new hair cut to fix what she did. Never again!
