I took my mom and 3 daughters (9,8,6 year old). They were so sweet and accommodating. We got a dip on natural nail, 2 child pedicures, 1 child manicure and nail art, and an adult pedicure. Everyone was very happy.

Partitions separate the nail technicians and customers in following COVID-19 protocols. Masks were worn the entire time by nail techs. Cathy was so sweet and did great work on my nails! This was my first visit after giving up on another place. I’ll be going back to Cathy for sure!

I liked the service but my toe nails were cut uneven and I was going to get my nails done too and but a nail polish in the same color to take out of state with me for touch ups. As soon as they learned that my ride was already there and I could only do the pedicure and not the manicure too suddenly they don’t sell the nail polishes, bad business!

Place was clean and got taken care of quickly. Asked for water and never received it, Man who did my nails was very rough with my hands. Kept on pulling my hands forward when moved to next hand after each step. When cutting my nails down he did not ask if i was okay with the length before cutting. Just asked after he finished trimming. 2 of my nails broke the day after, may not have been their fault but quality of nails have been better elsewhere. Too pricy for quality. Will not be returning

Ive been here multiple times to get a full set and pedicures. I love coming to this spot because they have always been friendly, the complementary margaritas, and overall Ive always been very satisfied with their work. Anytime I treat someone to a pedicure I make sure to bring them here. Its very relaxing and they always manage to accommodate us together no matter how busy they are.

Last week I did my nails (full set) and gotten a pedicure from Tammy. They look amazing!!!😊 I liked that she was so gentle with my hands and how she didn’t rub too hard. I really do recommend this store to everyone.

Decided to have a girls night with my mother in law and sister in law. After dinner we decided to get our nails done. My pedicurist was a gentleman and he worked quietly and neatly. I really liked how efficient he was. Unfortunately, the ladies that worked on my mother in law and sister in law seemed careless and rushed their work. The lady that worked on my sister in law quickly took off her foam sandals to work on another client, messing up the nail painting. She grimaced when she saw what she did, but instead of fixing her mistake she went to work on another patient. I was floored that someone would pretend that it never happened. It was as if she wanted to make it look like the customers fault. I had to ask for someone to fix it. Then they took too long, so I painted her nail for her (how embarrassing!)We will never return to this place. They rush and dont give very good customer service.

I understand your not going to get 100% service every time to go, but it gets worse and worse every time. Qualify of service is horrible. I can give multiple examples but just read other reviews. I have had multiple bad experiences and decide to give them one last chance. So I go in and get a full service pedicure and a new set. Mind you I had a nail accident where I’m missing my pinky nail (outside the salon), they didn’t once ask about it and when I was checking out he wanted I charge me FULL price when I have 9 nails right now 😂😕. It doesn’t come down to the $3-$5 for the nail, it just comes down to the service. I come every two weeks and get a deluxe pedicure and a new set every time (because I don’t like underneath nail growth) so I do spend quite a bit of money. I will not be coming here anymore. I recommend you don’t either. I’m saving you money and time.

I do not like this place at all. I had not had a manicure in ages and went one night to get it done and relax and it looked like my 12 year old did it. I tried to let her know that I was unhappy, but there was a language barrier. She just kept looking at me saying, pretty. No, not pretty. I had so many people make fun of my French manicure and want to know where I got it done so they wouldnt go there.

Terrible terrible!!! Stay away money hungry. Will tell you anything to make you get a new set of nails instead of doing fills. I would suggest finding somewhere else to get your nails done.

The staff was pleasant but the techs that did my nails and toes BOTH sped through the appointment which made no sense to me since I was there on a Wed (non holiday week) @ 10am. Also PLEASE BE AWARE of what they are charging u at the register. I got the $38 pedi but they charged me $43 for it and I didn’t request anything additional. So MAKE SURE what u see on the pricing list is what they are actually charging u!!!

I had my nails done here many times.They were fantastic.The manager (or owner) and the nails tech remember my name. They very nice and friendly. Definitely recommend this play to everyone.

- Clean salon; comfy recliners and a broad beverage selection. Not sure how other guests define customer service but to me it was a satisfying experience. They aren’t there to kiss your feet. So get yourself a cup of drink, chill with the massage chair and let them do their magic.

I’ve always had very good experiences at this place and I didn’t want to go to anyone else! I always come to get my eyebrows waxed. Today I went in to get my eyebrows done by ‘Emmy’. Today was also the last day I will be going there. I felt as though she wasn’t confident in what she was doing. I had to correct her a couple of times to get the same hairs she kept missing. I also know that you should not ‘double wax’ a spot, however she did this a couple times until I said something. I was on my lunch break so I didn’t have time to sit there and coach her so I just paid, expressed my concern to her and left.

Looked really pretty but all lifted within 2 weeks. Went back to have a fill fix and try again. Mentioned the issue to see if they could change how they apply in my case. Nope, was told its my fault that I waited too long to have a fill. All lifted again and falling off. I have had fake nails for 15 years all over the country, and know they can be done right to stay on. Disappointing.

This is the worse customer service treatment I have EVER received! I had an appointment then when I arrived the OWNER rushed me to sit down where NO ONE was available to do the pedicure. After just sitting for 20 minutes I requested an update. He said well everyone there had the same appointment time as me so nothing he could do for me. He then rushed off to wait on others walking in and completely ignored the fact that I was still waiting for a pedicure. Whatever you do, do NOT go to this place, the owner is inept and again the customer service is HORRIBLE! I am military and hope NO one, including my fellow military members support this place. He seemed to try and cater to people who apparently looked like they would pay or tip better than I....bad mistake on his part! I always tip over 20% for good service! CUSTOMER SERVICE RATES A ZERO!!!

I went here to get my nails done and a pedicure. I asked how much the services that I wanted, the manager said $60 I said ok. My pedicure was done in a hurry but it was ok. I then went to Kim to have nails put on and polished with Shellac. I went to pay and he said $60. I left a $15 tip making my bill $75. I checked my checking account 2 days later and saw that they added $28 to my bill. I called and wanted to know why they added the additional amount. He said it was due to him not charging me correctly. I explained what I wanted when I arrived and he quoted me $60. I never changed my mind from when I checked in. He said it wasnt his problem. I told him he can not go back and charge additional after I already signed and after I left. I told him he was stealing from me and it was illegal. He then told me I stole from him because I got services for free. I reiterated that amount he quoted. I said fine Ill call my bank and let them know, which I did. By the next morning I was credited the $28 back to my account. The shellac clear polish was peeling within days. Very disappointed in his attitude, being rude, the techs are in a hurry because you are just a number, just income to them. Will not go back.

I have been coming to this place for about one year. Thea is amazing, dont know about the other techs. Thea is the only reason I come here. The owner is total jerk, he lies and always blames the customer for his scheduling mistakes. I give Thea 10 stars and the place 2.

The place is very clean. The complimentary mimosa was good. However the pedicure was the worse Ive ever had. I was nicked twice. The leg massage was more a torture treatment. The woman literally hammered her fist alongside my leg. Seriously will never return.

I came in with my sister a week after we got our nails done the first time was great and then we came for a polish change and I guess since we werent spending the normal amount they treated us so differently and like crap, when I went to pay I mess up the polish on one nail after they said I was good to get up and the owner was like you can just come back again and fix it 🙄My sister asked for a gem on her nails and we agreed to the price and the guy never put them on for her! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Just because I wasnt getting a fill or a new set I felt like that is why they treated us like crap.

It was alright at first. Like they greeted my mom and I and they seated us. But after they seated us they just disappeared and didnt come back for about 10 minutes. After that, they gave us drinks and then asked us which pedicure we wanted. We got the Opi pedicure which is $43 each. After everything was done, the job the lady did wasnt good like I felt I couldve done better at home. My moms nails came out pretty good like they looked professionally done. Also, after the lady finished with me she like disappeared and just left me there uncertain if my nails were even finished. Anyways, this place is alright but I wouldnt recommend coming here. The prices are too high for the quality of the nail job.

I go here every two to three weeks to have my nails done with Thea. Thea is wonderful! But I tell you I would not go there if she were not there. The owner/manager is so rude to people. I got my nails done on Monday by nail tech Ben or Bin he seemed very rushed - when he finished I felt my nails thinner than usual, I normally get the Gel Dip. He said my nails were ok so I left. On Wednesday (of the same week) I was wiping down my table and tapped my nail against the table and my nail chipped!! I called and spoke to HENRY and told him about my chipped nail, and another nail that was really bumpy, I requested to have my nails done over again to avoid any others from breaking. Henry said I could go in so they could see my nails and see if they were only gonna fix the one nail or all of them. He schedules an appointment for the next day (THURSDAY) at 12pm. The following day I show up to the salon at 1150a, when I walked in I noticed they had just sat a lady to get a new set of nails with him. I told the manager I had an appointment and he said, yes but not til 12!! You still have to dip your nail, hell finish with her by the time your done- nail No take too long 45 minutes later they finally get to me and BEN/BIN tells me come I fix nail for you very quick I tell him no you take your time fixing my nail and do it right, I dont want to come back and have to wait any more time he finished my 2 nails in like 10 minutes.. During the time I was there I heard nail tech Lily telling her customer the she was her hero and no one wanted to do her nails anymore because she was always mad. The lady getting her nails done said she had made her appt. With Thea 3 weeks before and whoever she scheduled with didnt put her on the schedule so they scheduled Thea with someone else. The lady asked to borrow her nail filer and Lily responds, Do you have Nail tech license? NO, I do!! So let me do my job!! I was so upset and didnt think I could get any more upset until today (FRIDAY) A different nail breaks !!! Now to go back tomorrow to get this nail fixed hopefully they dont make me wait too long!!

I got a new set and 1 day later nail polish starting coming off. What i mean is peeling. They fixed it no problem. Later on that day again same thing. Now sitting here waiting to get my nails repainted. I will not be coming back.

Second time at this place. Nice pedicure. The paint job on the manicure was HORRIFIC! The nail tech used a brush to take off excess paint on my fingers and brushed off the outward rim of the paint... not pretty. THE VERY NEXT MORNING my nails were chipped.

The first time, Ann did my nails, I specifically told her I just wanted a cut down and paint. Well, she did a fill on top of my request and of course charged me for it. I didnt say anything thinking maybe it was just a language barrier or something so I just paid and left. Today the owner was there. I dont know his name but youll know who he is when you walk in. I explained to him what I wanted and he tried to upsell but I told him no, I dont need a fill. Ann gave me one last week without my request. Well, I get my services done and see that he overcharged me. He tried to play it off but when he saw I wasnt having it, he handed me the difference in cash. I advise everyone check their receipt upon paying and signing. This man is a money hungry thief and will end up being sued and losing his business if he keeps this up. Needless to say, I will not be returning. These nail salons are on every corner of the streets Ill find somewhere else to go.

Warning: Long post but I must share my awful experience.This is the absolute worse nail salon I have ever been to. The nail techs are amazing and professional especially Thea. However, the owner. I dont know how I dont remember his name. But youll know when you walk in. He is so rude, his customer service skills are absolutely horrible. There have been plenty of times where he was rude and I have always had issues with him every time I go. I was only going back because of Thea, but I just cant anymore. The owner treats people horrible and today argued with me in front of a shop full of people. I was about 35 minutes late for my appointment which I know was my fault and I totally understood if I had to reschedule or can only have 1 service done or whatever the case was, I would have understood. But when I called to inform them that I would be late, the lady who answered the phone could not understand anything I was saying. I was trying to ask if I was still able to come instead of driving all the way over there and not be seen. Because she couldnt understand me I asked to speak to someone else. She didnt understand that request, so I just decided to drive over there anyway as I was allotted a 2 hour window I figured I could at least get my pedi. As I was driving the manager called me and I explained to him what happened. He asked me how long until I get there and I told him 10 minutes and I was trying to ask if it was ok if I still came. Well before I could finish my sentence, he said ok, ok, ok,ok and he hung up on me. I was mortified that he would treat his customers that way. I have spent hundreds of dollars at that shop and that how he treats customers.I get to the shop and as I walk in he looks me up and down with an attitude and ask if I had the appt. I said yes and I asked him if he hangs up in all his customers. He told me that he can hang up on whoever he wants, he has his customers I said yes you can, this is your business. But the way you treated me was extremely rude and unprofessional. he did nothing but argued. I have never been so upset or embarrassed. I will not be returning. It seems that buisness is so good for him, he doesnt care about losing loyal customer base and being rude and cruel to customers is nothing to him.
