I just had my first visit here and had a great experience. When I arrived, the salon was packed with people, but I didnt wait more than 5 minutes to be seated. The nail tech was so sweet and did a fantastic job. The owner was extremely nice as well when he greeted me and as I left the salon. I will definitely be coming back.

First time getting a pedicure here and I think I found my nail home. Ive been going to the same nail tech for about 3 years and now she has become extremely unprofessional. So Ive been on the prowl for great customer service and great nails. The manager did my toes (I love her already, she was tender and attentive. Definitely coming back here again.

Trish was super sweet and friendly. My nails came out beautiful and would definitely recommend. I already got compliments and someone asking where I got them done and it hasnt even been an hour yet. Thank you Trish!

I recently moved to town and wanted to find a new nail place near my house, I tried out a few in the area and this is my favorite! Everyone is really friendly and the work is amazing! I have gotten acrylics with design done from Vivian and they last over a month! I also did gel with on my real nails after I took off the acrylic and my tech did a phenomenal job! She is great with design work! I highly recommend this nail shop!

So Ive been going to this nail salon for I think over two months now and I am definitely a happy customer. I dont know what the tech does my but nails stay forever! Theyre perfectly shaped and painted. No lumps. Even length. Such great service and very detail oriented! Clean and pretty :)

One is the best nail salons that I’ve been to in San Antonio. I tried it on a whim given that it was in my area and I must say the work quality is insane. I got a full set done and my nail tech perfected the shape and design from the reference photo that I showed him. Everyone at salon was very welcoming and professional. 10/10 would recommend!!

Had a great first experience earlier this month, my pedicure was amazing. My nails tend to grow into the sides of my toes which can result in ingrown nails and can be painful. I explained to my tech that I needed the sides to be cut a specific way as to avoid that and she did a great job! I also had a manicure done and though I cant remember the techs name, she did a great job too!

Love this place your in and out with the best care. I hardly have time so this place is perfect for those who just want a quick easy nail care with nice smiling and caring people. The best thing is I have only done walk-ins and they always welcomed me and never was I sent back (the longest I waited was 15 minutes on a Friday which was pretty good.)

I now travel back and forth town for work and every chance I get, I pop over to this place for the best dip manicure out there. Do yourself a favor and go see them - theyre some of the best in the business!

I have lived in this area for a few months now & I had been trying to find the right nail salon. I got the deluxe pedi & a new acrylic set w/ shellac polish. I usually get a solid color, but I wanted to get something fun for summer: French tips but different colors. I am IN LOVE with my nails! I’ve never been so excited to have the same nails for 2-3 weeks! I can’t wait to go back!

I decided to try this place after going to a nail salon in my neighborhood who were entirely too expensive and not worth the money I found this place Google and gave them a try based on those reviews and Im so glad I did. My daughter and I visited recently. They are practicing all Covid-19 guidelines and you must know during this time. I appreciated this because there is no wait. Upon entering you will be asked to wash your hands and get a temperature check. All employees had on masks and gloves and were washing their hands often too.

Nail place never fails to deliver on a clean, precise and long lasting manicure and pedicure. The staff is polite and friendly, not overly pushy or gossipy. Even though its more pricey than my local hood spot - you get what you pay for, feel pampered and have color that lasts twice as long!

I would suggest everyone to come here to get your nails done. Beautiful and friendly staff and the manager Andy was very welcoming!

I had an amazing experience today, it was super quick attentive nice and massage was a good amount of time and good enough pressure. pressure, she was super detailistic and I loved that . I did my Mani & Pedi $40 and Eye brow for $12. I had a cute small coffe and it was great experience. I like the new Girl, she was a sweet heart and attentive and fast. I had no appointment and I was seated SUPER QUICK!

All the staff members are providing great service. They are very nice. I am very satisfied with my nails and my eyebrows. I am happy i found this place.

Visiting from Boston and my sister brought me and my nine year old to this place. They were very nice and offered refreshments as soon as we sat down for services. They gave us a menu for our mani/pedi service that outlined what you be paying for and described the process as well. We got the full service pedi complete with special oils, sugar scrub, paraffin, hot rocks, and message. It was amazing! I was being treated, but the menu listed ours at under $60. I would definitely visit again, but like most things, the early bird gets the worm. For the apex of service, go when they open closest to 10am.

So, Ive been living here for a little over a year and a half now and Im so happy I found this cute, clean, consistent nail boutique (it has an upscale boutique feel). I go to my same favorite nail tech every time for my hands and she had never ever failed me. Her through technique allows her to be consistent each time. I love her. This place is always very accommodating and nice.

This was my first nail salon experience because I live in FL but I am visiting my boyfriend and I cant say enough great things about this salon. Today, I went in for my appointment with the manager. First off, she is the SWEETEST nail technician ever! She was so precise, so delicate, so picky, and detailed. Everything about her work was perfect. Since Im going to Mexico in a few days, we decided to do a nice white-ish color, similar to OPIs Funny Bunny. It turned out so beautiful. She shaped my nails in such a way that you cant even tell theyre acrylics. Im obsessed. I cant wait to come back to Lilit and try other colors!

The nail salon is extremely clean and the staff is professional, they all do a wonderful job and everyone is friendly, even with the masks you can feel their kind energy. Sign up for their rewards program and get cool perks after only a few visits. Ask for anyone, they are all good.

I am new in town and needed to find a new nail salon. I found it!! I have been twice now and both times were excellent, however I will definitely be making my appointments. They did a flawless job on my SNS. The shape is perfect, no lumps or uneven spots, and the color powder was done evenly so there are no light patches. These are all things that I pay attention to and drive me crazy! They also waxed my eyebrows and did a fantastic job. 10 stars, will continue to going here, no question about it!

I was referred by a friend and loved the service. I would love to have had a television to view. Without a television(s), you rely on your phones and none of the chairs have power supply ports for recharging electronics. Of course you could enjoy the view of people passing by on the trail.

Usually I asked for whoever is the best and the front desk always places me with the right person. I go here at least once a month and always recommend this salon to my friends. I also get the gel polish or gel pedicure. They also have an app where you can earn points for your service. Highly recommend that!

I got the deluxe pedicure and had an awesome nail tech that took his time, a gentleman. He went back to paint my nails after putting my sandals on because they got ruined and took his time with everything.However, I went with my sister and they started with her pedicure after me and finished before me. Her nail tech went to take care of another customer, a pedicure, and she was painting the other customers toe nails by the time I was done.I had an awesome experience but it really does depend on the nail tech.

A pedicure that was suppose to last 45 minutes was done in 26 minutes, less time than their most basic pedicure. She did very little to my actual nails. I don’t believe is the norm, as someone else I came with has a tech that took his time and was detailed oriented and still working diligently even if gotten started about 10 minutes earlier.Do not purchase the deluxe unless you’re confident that the nail tech will take their time and really take care of you. Or go somewhere else.

Went to Alamo Nails & Spa on a whim for a mother/daughter manicure. We did the new dip manicure. I am so happy with the results, especially with how they took the time to shape my nails so nicely. I am usually embarrassed about my fingernails, but I certainly am not now. I will definitely go to Alamo Nails & Spa again.

Had a full set & a pedicure. Was convinced to try the SNS nails, which I know as dipping powder. I keep my nails short and they were able to keep them shorter than anywhere else. It turn out good, This is my new go to Nail Salon!

Lets just say this was one of the best nail salon experiences Ive ever had. From the time you walk in the door until the moment you leave. I came across this nail place because it is so close to where I live, The Nail Technicians are thorough and KIND, and to top everything off the QUALITY of service is outstanding. My acrylic nails withstood almost a month with no chipping, or popping off. This is now my new go-to nail salon .

This place is lovely! Its calm, peaceful, clean, and the staff know what they are doing! I stopped in for a pedicure and was seated immediately. My technician was quite polite and made small talk, but didnt insist on talking when it became clear that I wanted to relax. Their massage chairs have many settings and are kept in good shape. Mind you, everything is kept in good shape!

I have been wanting to find a new nail place after going and being disappointed in others. Im glad I read reviews and ended up here! Place is very clean and are making sure all the necessary COVID-19 protocols are in place! (Temperature check, masks) I did a gel mani and a spa pedicure and it was great! Will definitely be back. Made me wait 20+ minutes when the salon had maybe 3 other customers in it and the dip mani I got wasn’t done well.

Went here today for the first time. Im not from the area so i looked on Google for the best salons. I really liked how my nails were done, The owner recommended a few people and I decided to go see based on the many positive reviews. From the moment I walked in at the scheduled time I felt extremely welcomed and comfortable. They understood exactly what I wanted and made amazing recommendations. Overall this was a great experience and I will be returning.

I found my new nail salon! She really took her time with everything. The pedicure was amazing too. She went to town with removing the dead skin on my feet. Ive never had someone spend so much time with that. The massage was awesome too. Word of advice here though is make an appointment. This place is very popular, so you probably wont get in without an appointment.

Wonderful pedicure but I am super disappointed. I got my pedicure done this morning and wait 2+ hours to put on shoes. I wore them for 5 minutes to get my kids from preschool and the polish rubbed off completely.. I called and they just brushed me off and told me regular polish takes that long to dry.. I get pedicures monthly and I’ve never had this experience.

I took my mom here and its one of the best nail salons weve been to! Coming from New York, we have a lot of choices and many time its hard to come across a consistently good nail salon. Very fortunately we have came across a few and we were even more lucky when we visited SA and came here. The employees are friendly, the salon looks astonishing and the prices are great! Plus the owner is just the sweetest person. Plus her daughter is extremely helpful. She asked us frequently if we wanted water or anything else. Very good place and Id definitely recommend it.

Called on Sunday to schedule an appt for Monday. Got my appt scheduled easily and arrived to no wait. I don’t remember her name but she was so nice and I left loving my nails she did. It was overall a great experience and I will definitely be back!

In response to my husband review. I want to clarify that I don’t have to mention how far I live. The person who answered me over the phone when I was explaining the situation did not like what I was telling her. She did get bit rude and she requested me to go the same day to get it fixed. That’s why I had to mentioned how far I lived and I won’t be able to make it. I am not the type of person who will call and lie about something like this. I have been going to this location several times and this was first time that something like this happened to me. Secondly, if your priority is customer service then what about my nails not being completely clean out the nail polish after my service was done and not only that, but I was left in the pedicure stand without being check back to help me put my shoes back on. That doesn’t matter either. The technician just went to help someone else. Do not generalize by saying that some of your customers do this. It is very disappointing to read your response. I won’t be returning to this location.

Been a regular customer at Alamo Nails & Spa for many months. They ARE attentive and NICE! My gel manicures last at least 3 weeks every time, no chipping. This is where Ill come next time Im in town.

I was there on a Tuesday afternoon and was the only client so i got extra attention! The manicurist did an incredible job at making my toes feel and look beautiful. This place is clean and the tools are sterilized. Would definitely recommend coming here.

The woman who did my nails did a phenomenal job. My shellac lasted three weeks and I clean homes and nanny professionally. I do tons of hands on work. They made me and my boyfriend feel special by offering drinks, snacks, and making my two puppies feel welcome.

Mary was wonderful! Very attentive and took her time. I would highly recommend using her!

I brought my 14 year old granddaughter yesterday around 6:15. I asked a female employee about pricing since no prices are displayed. I was told 18, 35 and 45. So my granddaughter wanted the 35.00 with gel. We waited approximately 30 minuets since they were busy and only 3 employees were working. So a male employee started on her nails and she showed him what she wanted because she had a picture on her cell phone. After about 20 minuets I decided to leave and get a few things at HEB and I told my granddaughter I would come back and just wait in the parking lot. So at 8:08 my granddaughter calls me and said the lady we spoke to at first said it was 60.00! I got down and even though they were closed by then several customers were still there. I asked the employee why she told me 35.00 and now I’m getting charged 60.00!? She said something about the nails being long, acrylic and the time it took! We didn’t ask for acrylic! She wouldn’t budge and I was very upset because I felt like they took advantage of myself and my granddaughter. I asked my granddaughter after we left if they discussed anything about it being more and she said no they didn’t even talk..... Make sure you know what you are going to pay before any services are done. I’ve heard of nail salons doing this to others.....

I can always get in here without an appointment (but I do avoid peak times), and all the nail technicians are very good. I only go in for pedicures, though, because I hate to do them myself. Good prices and customer service.

I love this place, unfortunately the traffic keeps me away sometimes but they ALWAYS do an EXCELLENT job. They have superb customer service. They make you feel special and go above required to make sure you leave happy.

I went there yesterday and it was a HORRIBLE experience. Don’t waste your money there. Went to get manicures with my sister and I got a full set. The lady who did my nails was very rough, she was rushing through it as if people were waiting, which mind you the place was EMPTY, and ended up drawing blood on 2 fingers. Her own nails were disgusting and DIRTY. There was literal dirt under her nails and she she stopped midway from cutting my cuticles to cut a piece of her own dead skin with a tool she was still using on me which wasn’t hygienic AT ALL. Nails came out all funky and misshapen. When I asked her to correct them, she totally ignored me. My sister’s manicure wasn’t good either. She had air bubbles everywhere and the guy who did her nails did it half-assed. Still paid and tipped them for the service but WILL NOT GO BACK.

My wife got a manicure yesterday, today the color is coming off and when she called, they said that the don’t guarantee the color to stay on and if she needs to go and get it fixed it has to be done today. She explained her that we live 30 minutes away. She could make it this weekend, she was told that was not an option. She has been going there a few times and honestly is very disappointing their lack of customer service, isn’t about the money, it is about how you treat your customers specially those who have been going there for quite sometime. Customer service should be their number one priority. Her manicure was not the best experience, the technician didn’t even bother to clean around her nails to remove the nail polish and my wife didn’t say anything. Also got a pedicure and was just left there and had to put her shoes on, which normally before the technician puts color on your toes, your shoes are on at that point. The technician just left to help another customer, again she didn’t say anything.

My new favorite nail place! It doesnt have that strong nail salon smell that usually gives me a migraine. I was in & out in less than an hour.

When you walk in, simply take a seat/or sign in and if not immediately, Someone will acknowledge you and ask what service you need. They have complementary beverage and a along with a wide selection of gel polishes to keep you busy until your called.

Im currently sitting here receiving the worst pedicure I have ever had. What should be a relaxing experience has been turned into something rushed and done poorly. I came in with shellac on my toes; something I always get. The gentleman instead of soaking the polish off insisted on using a drill. Fine. When I told him it hurt he then decided to start using a nail file, repeatedly scraping each toe to get the polish off. Mind you, he was simultaneously scraping my skin -ouch. Why on earth he wouldnt just let them soak for 5-10 minutes is beyond me. All the while my feet are sitting out not soaking in glorious warm water. Him attempting to rush the process has made this treat for myself quite miserable. Then to top it off the massage was lousy. Half the reason I get pedicures. My two year old could have massaged better than this man. Then after applying the lotion because seriously at this point we cant even call it a massage. He rubbed lotion in. He proceeded to put my feet back in the water. Never ever have I had this happen. Honestly, at this point I wish I could just get up and leave. But, alas I need my toes painted for a wedding. Anyway, save your money. Go to pinkys up at 1604 and Redland Rd. See David Jr. he gives incredible massages. I mean the kind of foot rub that puts you to sleep.
