I have been here multiple times for pedicures and dip manicures.. the atmosphere is clean and relaxing; Aesthetically this spa is beautiful. I always see Angie for my pedicures and I see Hanna for my dip manicure and nail art as well. They are always friendly, professional.. quick but always do a great job. Angie gives one hell of a massage in the pedicure as well. I would highly recommend this place, I always look forward to my monthly treat 😊

Fantastic place for nails! Always do a GREAT job and love how relaxing it is. They get me in very quickly even without an appointment. And the drinks provided with your services are a bonus ;) The employees are always friendly and even help me to make good decisions regarding my nails. Definitely recommend!

Pretty upset right now. I had looked forward to get another great experience at Valencia Nail but this time was totally different and unfortunately it could not have been worse timing. Im going to a wedding and my nails and feet look terrible. First of all I was told that the dip and the gel nail color would match & clearly do not. My toenails were also cut so short my toes look like stubs and some of the toe cuts are even crooked. I was told the dip would be stronger and look the same and not be thick. It is thick and uneven and looks like I had plain acrylic placed over the top of my nail. I could not be more embarrassed.

Went in for a pedicure and manicure with shellac, I was greeted promptly and seated as soon as I picked my color. Had great service provided by Tony and Nam will definitely be returning. I hadnt been in almost 2 years and happy to say this salon is still amazing.

I love Valencia so much! I cannot name my nail techs because I don’t want everyone steal them lol but this place is wonderful. The vibe is great, everyone is friendly, lots of color options for shellac, dip nail powder, and regular nail polish. I’ve been going here for over 5 years and I cannot imagine going anywhere else.

I dont drink so my expectations for a $90 pedicure were much more than I received. The tech was sweet but she basically rubbed my legs with lotions for the majority of the pedicure and filed my nails. They were already short but she filed them shorter and now they hurt when I wear shoes. I tipped so total I paid $100 bucks 😫 wont be back

So disappointed. I rarely do my nails these days because it’s a splurge for me.. I decide to go with a friend for my birthday. (This was her go-to place) I got so caught up in chatting with my friend that I didn’t realize some things til after I paid but 1. I was never offered a drink even though that’s apparently something they are supposed to do2. I asked for NextGen Chrome and was told it would be $65 and I picked out a lavender pearly chrome color. (More than I normally would pay but I was spoiling myself for my bday)3. The nail lady convinces me that for some reason it would be better to do shellac instead of the NextGen and that it would be cheaper too (it wasn’t.) she was incredibly rough, especially at my cuticles where I was bleeding in multiple spots4. I realized after I paid ($70+tip) and was sitting with my friend to finish, I never got a lotion and hand massage either.. AND the color was completely different than what I had picked out5. I leave and get home only to realize a couple hours later that the chrome powder is rubbing off6. I finally decided to call a couple days later and they got me back in to “fix” them (1st picture is before the fix and the others are after)7. They had the same lady take off the top coat, apply more chrome powder, and another top coat. They told me I should have gotten a discount for my birthday but didn’t so gave me a $5 gift card which was nice of them I guess but I don’t think I will be returning… Venetian Nail Bar right up the road is 10X better…8. And FYI they have reviews turned off on their Facebook page so you can’t even leave one there..

Definitely not a happy customer. I came in today for a pedicure and several things happened that I didnt like. First they put me in a chair that had a broken water rotator. If they would have told me it was broken before I sat down I would have asked to be moved to a different chair. Instead the lady didnt tell me until after I sat down, after I have my drink, after she filled the water and then told me and asked if it was okay. Im like Im already here I dont feel like moving now that Ive been sitting here but you should have said something before. The water rotator is the most relaxing part of the pedicure. The second thing is they offered me a complimentary drink and I ordered a cranberry vodka, when I got it it was filled to the lower bottom. But then later I noticed the guy had made another one for someone else and filled it all the way to the top. Which I thought was pretty interesting. Im not sure why the drinks are being made differently for different people but its something I definitely did notice. The pedicure itself was just okay, I got a classic but theres better in San Antonio. They definitely need to do better with treating all customers equally and not just certain ones.

Im visiting San Antonio on a nursing contract and I googled a nail salon. I was pleased with their reviews and they did not fail my expectations. I was seated almost immediately, offered a mimosa or Pina colada (dozens of choices) I got the mimosa. My nails are beautiful and I will be returning.

My experience is always a good one here. And its only gotten better through the years. They are clean, friendly, knowledgeable and are always winning to try new designs. All you need is a picture and they will figure it out. If youre not sure what you want, they always have plenty of ideas that will look amazing!

I didnt have to wait long. The tech was super detailed and took her time taking care of me. I recommend this place 100%. Its so hard to find a good place to get your nails done and I would come here again. Although they are busy they took care of me right away. They have enough staff to get the job done. They staff was super attentive as well. Always asking to fill up my drink and paid attention to my needs. 10/10.Place is well kept, used new material on me, products were clean.

Place is huge.. they got my friend and I in at 7 pm which was awesome! Very clean, good drinks, and excellent service. I had the cucumber pedicure done it was so relaxing and left my feet so soft . Also the chairs were very comfortable and accommodating for a big girl!

This was my first visit here. I felt rushed for a mani and pedi. Not relaxing at all. The shape of my finger nails are not uniformed and they are not all the same length. If I go back I know who not to get to do my mani.

I am a nurse and I can’t have my nails done. But I’m off for a month so I treated myself. Danny did my dip powder nails. They look amazing. I told him I’m kind of rough with my nails and I need them to last for at least two weeks while I go on vacation. He made them a little thicker but they still look fabulous.I was here last week to get a pedicure. I get pedicures here usually once a month. What’s the best part about your pedicure? Drinking a piña colada and having my feet rubbed. Heaven!I have been going here for a couple of years. It is always very clean, lots of new magazines to read, and everybody is always very pleasant. You cannot go wrong here.

Very spacious and clean salon. The woman who did my nails was really kind and she did an excellent job. My mom just passed away and I need this so bad, but wasnt sure where to go since I dont live around here. Glad I found this place!

I come here with my boyfriend and somehow I always get the same girl so I’ll probably just start requesting someone before I come in for a pedicure. I love this place but this past 2 times I’ve left with severe bruising on my calf’s from her digging her thumbs deep into my legs. The girl that does it is a little younger so I figured she’s new and learning. I have my legs almost fully tattooed or else I’d attach pictures

I had an amazing experience getting the milk and honey manicure and pedicure. Daisy who did my pedicure is amazing! Daisy takes her time and is very accommodating to your needs. She made this experience very relaxing. I will only ask for Daisy now! However, I wish I could say the same for the lady who did my manicure. It was a good experience. My only critique would be not to talk on the phone the whole time you’re doing my manicure. Other than that I love my nails. Will go back!

Came here years ago with a good friend now retuning. Very good massage chairs excellent customer service, I was helped immediately and given refreshments upon being Seated.My nail tech rubbed my feet forever and it felt AMAZING! She did a stellar job on my toes as well as my hands. Will be my go to spot from now on.

I’ve been loyal to Valencia for over a year now. My nail tech is amazing and never disappoints. My only suggestion would be to provide some kind of loyalty benefit to customers- every 6 visits, get one free or something. Going in regularly is an investment and it would be awesome to feel more appreciated for that.

I love that this place took my sister and I as walk-ins last minute on a busy Saturday. We were constantly checked on for complimentary drinks I didn’t feel rushed and Ruby did great! Simple red polish but the pedicure with paraffin wax and hot towels were so amazing. Definitely coming back!

Great cleanliness and hygienic protocols. I was very impressed. My chair was cleaned before I sat down. Everyone was spaced and empty chair in between. All wore masks. Plexiglas in between customer and employee. Thumbs up. I will be back.

I have been coming here close to two years now. I have NEVER had a bad experience. Not once. Everyone is amazing and kind and patient. Even when they get busy and it’s buzzing, the staff is warm and welcoming. I bring my daughters here also, and they range in ages from 8-17, and they’ve always been so kind and sweet with them. I always get whoever is available for a pedicure and EVERY ONE is amazing!! After COVID my normal manicurist left and I have made my appointments with Jessica and she’s just the best. But they ALL are. They take pride in their work and their time.. and YOUR time. The teens that work the front desk and the phone are so nice and well-mannered also. Highly recommend!! (Also they serve a full bar)

This was my first time using this salon. Upon walking into the business I was very impressed with the interior and the quality of the work I received for my nails. I will definitely be making this my new nail salon. The ladies were very sweet, the ambiance in the salon was amazing and they serve drinks as well which is a plus. my nails look amazing and I couldnt be more impressed. Will definitely be returning as well as referring my friends and family to the salon.

The experience here was beyond incredible. The staff was extremely helpful and extremely caring. I havent had my nails done in about 6 years and they really came through for me and gave me a better experience than I could ever imagine.

Beautiful location, lots of seats, drinks and service providers. Prices are average but the drinks are high quality and the services are excellent. I would come back and I am glad I made the stop.

I’ve been coming here for several years & each time I travel to San Antonio I get my nails done here. The salon is really big, nicely decorated, very clean, staff is professional & organized plus they give you a free drink. Cost wise they are more pricey than most places. They give an excellent dip that lasts a long time the cost is $40 with a little nail trim if you want your cuticles cleaned up its an additional 7.00! If you want a regular manicure it’s an additional $30-50 on top of the $ 40 dip which is why I get my dips done elsewhere for half the price. Even so I will still come here again for other services because they are very good.

This nail shop is AMAZING! It’s very clean and the nail techs are so friendly and welcoming. I live in San Marcos and I honestly will be making that drive to San Antonio. By far the best place to get pedicures ☺️

Very pretty nail salon, nice nail techs, I had Tony for my nails and Hanna on my toes, got a basic French on my toes (white tip, clear polish, very clean, love it) and a dip French manicure with tips for my nails. I had never done the dip but everyone says how its great. I am not happy with how it looks though. He did a great job being gentle and trying to make it like I wanted but there was a miscommunication. I had asked if I needed to pick out a color for the pink, and he thought I wanted clear on the pink part I guess? But where it is clear it looks very chalky and there is not a defined clean line between the pink and white areas. Also when he initially did the white, it was in an extreme crescent shape. He redid it but its still too high up on the sides. I showed photos and explained that I wanted it to follow a more natural shape for my nail and while the end result is less extreme, its still way higher up on the sides than I would like. It was an hour and 45 minutes in the chair. I would go back but if I did the dip, I would definitely get a solid color and not a French.

First time at this spa and it was a great experience ....I got exactly what I ask for an overlay on my nails didnt want acrylic or tips etc the girl at the front desk suggest dip powder nails...and when I say I didnt wanted anything..glittery etc she immediately say oh no worries..we can make them mate🤗😍...etc..best service ever other places I had gone too ..alwyas offer something else ..or more expensive service than what i ask for...Not at Valencia.Spa I got what I ask and they didnt try to upsell etc..... looking forward to go back with in couple of weeks for my birthday.& mothers day...

Booked an appt for the milk & honey mani pedi for 4pm. Told them what I wanted done with my nails and was seated right away to begin my pedi. The milk & honey pedi with hot stone massage was AMAZING!! Tech came and did my nails while I was getting my pedi...love that, cuts the time spent in the salon in half. Andrew did an amazing job at correcting a previous mediocre mani that damaged my natural nail. He removed the old product and placed a thin layer of overlay to protect my nails from breaking. They look amazing, couldnt be happier with my experience. This is a large salon, lots of seating, fully staffed and great service!! I will be going back on a regular basis!

I just got home from my first visit on a Friday evening. I’m from Austin and am staying with my family for the time being and have been looking for a nail salon since I got here in November — the search is over. They were so busy but were able to work me in with a couple hours notice for an appointment. I got a standard pedi and shellac mani. My nails look AMAZING. The girls, Lyne for my mani and I sadly didn’t catch who did my pedi, were amazing: sweet and both such perfectionists about how my nails turned out which I really really appreciate because they look so beautiful. Honestly one of the best mani and pedis I’ve gotten...ever. Also—multiple foot scrubbers were used on my feet which I VERY MUCH appreciate. Also the massages were terrific, and my hands feel so moisturized but were not greasy when I left. I feel like a million bucks and will definitely be back in the future! Thank you, Valencia Nails! 💙

1st time getting a pedicure in years (bc of my super busy life w/kids) and it was delightful! The massage chairs were brand new and amazing. They also offer different kinds of beverages like water, soda, mimosas, and my fave: piña coladas! I got the milk & honey pedicure and it was luxurious and relaxing. I highly recommend this nail salon and will definitely go back!

I had excellent service and excellent experience with getting my nails done. Very clean and very neat and careful with my nails. I did not have to wait and got right in with my appointment scheduled. They did a great job and Annh was amazing and patient with me with my nail design and colors.

Let me first say, i’m from Dallas and have very high expectations of nail places because it’s so competitive there compared to San Antonio. This is the only salon that I have found that does such a nice job not only with the nail services but also in the way that they run things. The employees are very happy and always in a nice black top. And very friendly. They give you drinks while you’re there which is also nice.

Very clean, polite, and professional. I highly recommended this place. I didn’t feel rush at all. I got seated right away, they asked if I wanted anything to drink and got my pedi started. I’ve been coming for awhile now. It’s a 30 minute drive from home but well worth it!!

The customer service from the girls who work the front desk are rude, rushy and seem annoyed. However, I have going here for years and as a fair review I am giving this a 5. The manager is always making sure you are taken care of and she provides guest with great customer service. I love the the ladies who provide me with the services rendered. They have great attitudes and I always leave satisfied with the end results, that is why I come back.

I love this nail salon. Valencia and their sister salon (Venice) are probably one of the best nail salons in San Antonio, and believe me, I have tried many. The techs are very friendly and always do a great job. If you really feel like treating yourself, splurge and get the Signature Pedicure it is AMAZING.

A really bad experience at this store. I got an awful what I thought I came in for a shellac french pedi and I left feeling something wasn’t right with the job the lady did. I asked her if I was done and she said yes, I asked her why she didn’t put my toe nails under the violet light she didn’t see to understand me. I went online once home and I gave them a negative review. Soon I got a text message apologizing and forMe to call them to come back so they can fix the problem. I did and I came in today March 4th and I was crucified at the front dest by the owner? I try to explain that I had an appointment for them to fix my pedi and I paid for a shellac pedi but he insisted I never was there to get a pedi and he embarrassed me in front of all his customer saying I didn’t pay for a shellac pedi I show him my bank account and the high price I paid $62 for a shellac he still-arguing with me and made me feel terribly upset and embarrassed. I told him I wasn’t looking for any freebies and I just wanted them to get me what I paid for. He wanted me to pay for another pedi service and I told him I didn’t need his business and walked out the store. . I will never been so badly treated by any businesses and I will never do business with this place again. They took my money that they didnt deserved.

As usual, my treatment was impeccable. Hannah, my nail technician, gave me a superb manicure and pedicure. The salon is always very clean, staff are always courteous and professional. They also made sure that COVID-19 rules and safety are strictly adhered to. Great place.

Valencia Nails was terrific ! They were very attentive and kind. The pedicure is amazing and would definitely recommend to everyone!

They were removing was having a new set of acrylic nails put on and they had to take off the old set. The manager was working on me. I told him that my nails are very thin and that they need to soak my old set off. He satiated that it took too long and that He was going to pull them off. I told him it was hurting me and bringing tears to my eyes but he kept going. I told he to stop and soak them off. He continued to up them off until he took a chunk of my nail bed off and I began to bleed. My finger was swollen and double the normal size for 2-3 weeks. The acrylic nail fell off and now there is a fungus where they ripped my nail off. Nail bed is also bruised after 3 weeks. They offered me no discount and I had to pay full price.

Very friendly and clean! They were very busy when I went and I still got in and out in a good time. Loved the bar and very relaxing. My nails came out great!

I decided to come back to this place since my first experience was great. Unfortunately my second time here was the worse shellac manicure I ever received. All I wanted was a mani, and I was told to sit in a pedicure chair while there was many booths open. The lady who did my nails I could tell was rushing. No matter how busy your nail place is your client should never feel rushed. She stood the whole time, and as I have recieved many manis before I noticed she missed steps. My nails werent filed evenly, and I didnt get my cuticles removed as it was one of the main reasons I wanted a mani. I also asked for a matte finish and didnt get that. At the end of the process she noticed she got some polish on my cuticles so she grabbed a nail filer and takes it off that way. It really wasnt professional to me. I left very unhappy.
