First time here very disappointed. They had the chance to fix them and they refused to redue the whole thing. Mrs. Kim was my tech. Very nice lady but not very honest and same for the man at first desk. I asked for white dip and they said they couldn’t with my nails because of the way they curve on top. I have never had a problem with getting my nails done the way I Ask. I’m very simple and still gave them a second chance. Their closer to my house but never again. Waste of money and they refused to refund me said it’s against policy. Said the tech that messed them up the first time had to fix them. 🤯😏 never again.

Ive been coming here for pedicures for over a year. Usually, the staff are friendly, accommodating, and do a great job. Today, however, it was very different. I walked in at 1:22pm and asked if I could get a pedicure. The woman told me to go to the back (where the pedicure room is). I walked over, and wasnt sure if there was a specific chair I needed to go to, so I waited a few minutes. Neither of the ladies working even looked up, so I went back to ask the first lady if there was a particular chair I should sit in. She said no, so I went back to select one. This time, as I walked toward a chair, one of the ladies asked if I needed a pedicure. I replied yes and she directed me to a specific chair. That is where I spent the next 40 minutes waiting without being addressed by anyone again. No one said It will be a few minutes.. No one offered me a drink, or to adjust the chair to a more comfortable position, nothing. After waiting for so long, it became too close to the time my son gets out of school to be able to get a pedicure and get him on time, so I began putting my shoes back on to leave. Just then, a woman came in to say she was ready to do my pedicure. I replied that I was out of time now and I had been waiting 40 minutes. She apologized and I left.If this were my first time there, Id never return. Not necessarily because of the wait time, but because of the lack of communication or even acknowledgement. I was a walk in, so if its going take a while, just please be up front and say so. At least give me an idea of what to expect and make some effort to be friendly. I know dealing with the public is hard, and some days are busier or harder to get through than others, which is why I always try to make sure I treat people with respect and kindness. However, my presence, time, patience, and understanding shouldnt be taken for granted. Im giving 3 stars because Ive had good experiences here before, but this one was pretty awful.

I wanted them done for my trip to Vegas for a Illenium concert I was going to. Id seen their page and pictures of what they had done before and was impressed. so I walked in hoping they could do something. I had a image of what I kinda wanted, and the stickers....• ♪.*♡*.♪ •...Ni did an amazing job bringing my small idea to life. she was extremely craftful with it and it came out amazing!!!...♪¸¸.•*¨*•.¸.*♡*.¸.•*¨*•.¸¸♪

My first time at this salon through a recommendation. Krystal did a fantastic job on my acrylic fill & listened to how I wanted them shaped. She was very sweet & talkative with me. I left a very happy customer with beautifully done nails & plan to schedule again.

New to San Antonio and Ive tried a few shops but nothing has sucked me in quite yet. However this place they were very courteous and attentive to what I wanted. She took her time because most salons try to hurry you though the cycle. Jada took her time with me. She was great. Definitely will return and 🙏🏾I get the same experience.

My toddler had her first pedicure here . She loved it ! She now wants to go back, the employees were really kind and greeting . She loved the girl who did her nails . She was patient and caring with my baby girl . Everything was really good and we will be going back to get more pedis !

This was my first time going to this nail salon and may I say I love the service, the ladies & owner were very welcoming and nice I believe the young lady that did my nails was Ni and I totally recommend her to anyone who goes, she knows how to do just about anything! She did exactly what I wanted and the pricing is reasonable! I will be returning because I loved my nails!

This was my first time visiting this nail salon, and Im quite picky with high expectations. While the actual site isnt fancy as many are, the quality of the service was excellent. I recommend Tina. She is excellent with both pedicures and manicures.

Due to it being the day before back to school it was busy and clients waited longer .suggestion would be for employees to come to work on time when there are events such as back to school . I received acrylic overlay and deluxe ped. I was there from 10:50 a.m. to the 3:00 p.m. Nails are beautiful, the pedicure chairs love them. l will come back but not before a holiday orback to school

The man who did my daughters nail painted like a child. He put coffin nails on her instead of square cut like she asked for. He refused to paint a gold strip on top like she asked instead told her it would cost 70 bucks bc he only would use foil to do it. Apparently this business takes advantage of teenagers to try and take their money. The nails are so thin and 3 already broke! Such a rip off $55 for some see thru nails crappily painted

Super service! Jon did an awesome job. I’ve never gone back to a nail salon twice, but I did for them! He did an amazing job on my nails. I even booked with him for my next fill.

The girl that did my feet used the tools from her bin - rinsed them off and put them back in her bin. I am assuming she is going to use them just like that. I will not be coming back .And they also gave me an expired soda..so unsanitary

It was such a bad experience I don’t even know where to start. I went on Friday morning with my mother in-law and and they snatched the price menu out of my hand and pressured me to sit down without even picking my color, while getting my nails done the whole process was rushed and the shapes were all different on each nail even after pointing it out. A few days later I went back to get them fixed and instead of removing the nail polish to reshape them they filed the nail and just repainted the edge of the nail. The nail polish looked clumped and thick on the edge so I asked them to repaint them because of the clumps and they wanted to charge me even though they’re the ones that messed them up. After they were talking and laughing at me I decided to take my business elsewhere. I do not recommend coming here. Terrible customer service and super unprofessional.

I have gone here twice, the first time for a full set and the second time for a fill. I had the same guy both times and he did a great job both times. I have found my new nail place.

I took my 3 year old here for her first pedicure and manicure on Mother’s Day and was blown away by how amazing the nail tech was with my daughter! She was so patient and kind with her and my daughter is obsessed with getting her nails done now haha

My nails lifted in a week, they werent shaped evenly, my pedi that I paid 45 for didnt even last 30 min.

I’ll probably never go back again…. They were rude to me a while back … several months later I go back ask for glitter over my toe nail color the nail tech gets up and throws the colors at me and starts taking my color off … it was intense couldn’t believe what happened to me

I just want to say thank you. I have arthritis and in the past 3 years havent had a good experience with getting anything done to my nails. I avoided it. I had a Gayla I had to attend my bff told me about this place. I walked in and I think the lady could tell i was scared. She talked to me and asked me what was wrong. So i told her. I am scared it is going to hurt. I been hurt before cut, burned, bruised and it has never been enjoyable for me and my hands hurt for days after wards. Krystal i think is her name took me by the hands talked me into getting a dip and talked me through every step. They gave me a coffee and water i felt like a princess. No pain and I been getting compliments for days.best 47.00 dollars i have ever spent.

Very busy but at the same time professional and courteous

The first time I went to this location I had a female do my nails and it was amazing, the shape and application. Yesterday I went and it was an older male, i asked for dip and can tell he was not a fan of. First my nails were longer, but during the grinding process, some broke and chipped, because of the lack of support. Got them shorter, the dip process was all wrong. No base powder was done, no liquid coat done, can tell he didnt know which power coat was used over the color, my thumb didnt get a powered coat at all, leaving some rough spots. He grounded down my cuticles down rough, leaving a raw spot on my pinkie. And if doing dip, why is there a use of the light with 2 gel coats? Long story short will not be going back!!

I have gone to this salon a couple times now and have been getting my nails done for ten years now and never once have I had an infection until my last visit with them... a week ago! The lady nicked my finger with the nail filer and I didnt think anything of it until 3 days later my finger was red, crusty, and was raised on the skin, hurt to be pressed on. My mothers a nurse so I sent her a picture. She told me to go to the ER immediately. I was like what the heck... so I went. Turns out it was & is a staph infection called cellulitis. Never in ten years would I ever think it would happen to me and it did when I walked through those doors!!! If I could rate this place a NO STAR I would!!!

Henry is the best and always does a great job!! He sculpts my nails so they look very natural and stylish. The nail colors they use at this salon for shellac are very good, never chip and always looks fresh...even after two weeks!! 👍👍👍

My experience was horrible. This place only caters to a certain demographic and the customer service personnel was very rude and not inviting.

Ruby was absolutely amazing. She took her time and did a great job on my nails. My 9 year old daughter was with me and got her nails done, as well, with little designs. Her tech was so kind, detailed, listened to what my child wanted and took her time, making sure the details were perfect, which is hard to come by when getting a child’s nails done! It was so refreshing! We will definitely be coming back!

The best place I could have come by! I love everyone here. Ive had my nails done by most of the techs here and they all do a GREAT job. Im very particular on my nails and how they are shaped, the thickness of them, the nail art, etc and needless to say they never come up short of anything but AMAZING every visit. Definitely would recommend to everyone, you will not be disappointed!

Jon has been doing my nails for the last 3-4 years and he never disappoints. He is great at what he does, professional, creative and fun. So glad he took over ownership of the salon and can do what he does best his way. Thanks to his brother for helping me out today too. So happy with my results today! The margaritas were good too 😋

The salon recently got taken over by new management & I have to say I am so impressed. From the time I walked in to the time I left, I was treated amazing! I got the dip nails and Jon ( the new manager) did an awesome job, and I also got a basic pedicure and the girl gave me the most relaxing massage. The feel of the place was light hearted and fun & you can tell the techs like coming to work there. Ill definitely be going back & recommend other people, just ask for Jon, hes amazing

Beautiful place! I like it more now that the management has changed. Ruby is the greatest!!! There are new chairs, tubs, lighting, the whole set up! It is lovely and I would highly recommend. You are also offered a beverage, I selected a margarita. Yum! I will definitely be coming back!!

Within a couple days half of the shellac color was coming off/lifting. I’ve done my nails this way for 3yrs now at Glamour Nails(down the street by Kohl’s) and never had this issue. I tried this place because my daughter suggested I try since Glamour Nails was busy.Wish I never had! I called to explain my situation and pretty much was given an explanation that the color was lifting due to being careless. Unbelievable! $32 PLUS TIP!!!!Don’t go here, they will not take responsibility for doing a such a poor job!

Both Jon and Crystal are amazing. Im always pleased when I leave after ever appointment! Both are creative with their craft. Jon is my primary tech and Crystal is the alternate if Jon is unavailable whenever I do a walk in.

Really enjoyed the service provided. I was a walk in with no appointment and they got to me pretty quickly. Even had a great drink chili chamoy margaritaTried a new style which the owner suggested last time I was there loved it. Dipped ombré French. Crystal the tech even added a nice Valentines design on my accent nails. Very pleased.

Lily was helpful in choosing a nail color, gave me an excellent pedicure and was friendly, thoughtful and kind. She appears to enjoy her job! It was a pleasure having Lily do my pedicure!

My wife loves the quality of the work she received. And me as her husband had my first pedicure and l have to say l enjoyed.

New in town and needed an acrylic fill with gel polish over. The experience was ok. The nails were terrible. I had to go home and file the side as there were sharp spots. I asked for a french and she had no problems doing that. The next couple days, I noticed the white polish on the tips has black streaks and the nails themselves are lumpy. I should have known, I have graduated from nail tech school and had my license. This is unacceptable, no way would I even trust them to fix the issues now, it’s only been 5 days and I am on my way to buy some supplies to fix something that I paid for. Never, ever again.

Jon is an artist and a master at his craft. His attention to detail and his willingness to satisfy his client is amazing. He never disappoints.

I arrived at the salon late on a Wednesday evening and Ruby was extremely friendly and took her time to pamper me with a eyebrow wax, pedicure, and manicure. She even stayed an hour after closing to ensure I was ready for an event scheduled the next day. She did an amazing job and will definitely be back since the customer service was exceptional.

Ruby has been doing my nails and pedicures for a few years. She does an excellent job! I trust her because my nails always look perfect when shes done. If Im getting a pedicure, I can relax in a quality massage chair and let her pamper my tired feet.

Dont go here. She did a horrible job on my nails. Didnt even bother to shape them. (I had to ask her to) I had to ask her to correct several areas that she missed. Left nail polish all over my hands after she was done. They dont refund ugly nails. I knew I made a mistake going there when I seen the poor lady next to me with her ugly nails. Never again.
