I never write reviews, but this needs to be pointed out. I’ve been going to this nail salon since they opened some years back and have always loved my nails. I normally get colored acrylic nails but the last few times I’ve gone I decided to get shellac. The first time my thumb nail peeled after 6 days. I didn’t have to time to go in and get it fixed so I waited about 13 days and just got a fill with shellac again. I mentioned to the nail tech, the same guy who worked on me previously and he blamed it on me not holding my thumb the right way under the light. Okay, so I made it a point to “hold it the right way”. Three days after my appointment I look down at my nail and this happened. I was finally able to go in (a total of 5 days after my fill) to get it fixed. The female owner works on me and I asked why would it have happened again she said I must of used my thumb to open something, she said maybe when I buttoned my pants I broke it. I didn’t respond. When I was finished I asked if there was a charge, thinking there wouldn’t be and she had the nerve to charge me $5. And then when I used my credit card, she had the audacity to tell me for future there is a minimum of $10 to use a card. I’ve been a customer for years and this situation could’ve have been handled totally different. I will definitely not be returning and won’t recommend MV nails to anyone in the future.**To the owner who responded. As I stated, I NEVER write reviews. If you can look up my account, you would see that I’ve been here numerous times and the fact that I have kept going back should show that I’ve always been pleased with the services. I’m sorry if you need a review to prove I was happy. Looking at all the other reviews, If a customer wasn’t happy, there was a generic but positive response but the fact that the person who worked on me had to respond just shows your lack on integrity. I understand it’s your business and you take pride as you should, but not only did you handle the issue of fixing my nail wrong, you also handled this review wrong. It’s so disappointing that the business would treat a long time customer as such and risk losing future business over a $5 nail repair charge.I wish your business the best!**

Less than two weeks old, my cuticles have been peeling since they were done. I have heavy lifting on most nails. This was a brand new set and cost just under $100. So disappointing for the cost and quality. Never have lifting or cuticle issues like this.

I have been coming here for years and Felix did my French nails today and I am so pleased. I want him to do my nails for now on. I will personally ask for him because that’s how happy I am with my set. All my other sets have been decent but my nails today are the best ever.

Went in today for a pedicure. I get there is a language barrier, but my tech couldnt even tell me what a product was that she used that was new to me (its been a while since i got a pedi). 30 minutes after my polish is on (10 minutes under the lamp) i get home and it is smudged. I touched it and the polish moved and slid off! It did this on all toes. I had to remove excess and redo them. Wth. Not sure if it was bad polish or what but its bs. Wont be going back here.

Went in to have dip powder removed off of my nails. The woman helping me painfully plucked the paint off by shoving an acrylic nail under the polish. I’ve never had a salon take dip powder off in that manner before, let alone leave me with my nails in such disarray.

Sometimes I get shellac pedicure and sometimes i get regular when Im going to be coming back sooner rather than later. This time I got regular polish, paid $47 for a pedicure + a tip, but I tripped about an hour later so I came back to get it fixed. I get told they don’t repaint regular polish which is ridiculous because if I spend that amount or more, I should get a fix at least once, especially since it was the same day. Ive been coming here for a few months and this is the first time Im hearing that rule and I think it’s dumb, especially when you have no problem taking the money and tips every time. The attitudes, laziness, and rudeness that I deal with really isn’t worth my money but after this I won’t be coming back.

This was my first and last time going to this place. It was a treat myself day so I decided to get my nails done. They were short at the time so I got tips and a dip. Some things were done differently than other salons I have been to but hey I just took notes amd continued getting them done. It was an ok experience even though the color was off and I didn’t get as much dip as I normally get when I get them done but like I said new place for me so they do things differently. I paid and left. The next day I look at my nails and one was cracked! I hadn’t hit my nails on anything but ok things happen. I went back to get it fixed and they were busy and I didn’t want to wait so decided to wait and go back the next day. The next day I’m folding clothes and another nail breaks off! This is just day two of having them! So I’m very upset. I spent $50 and the nails didn’t last two days! The nail quality is cheap and I will never go back!#nevergoingback

No wait time, always no wait time and the ladies are very, very, very hospitable and kind. The pedicure is very soothing and calming after a eek of being on my feet. Wife and I have gone the last month two times. We will keep coming back. Good wine and drinks as a plus. Great visits always.

My feet was left soaked in water for 20 min. I put it up since its getting weird (itchy, probably because the water is not turned on to flow), but then it was bad idea to put it up coz then I got cold feet. The guy doing my pedicure took 10min for him to put on his gloves (too tight Lol). the guy is very thorough and careful with my feet though. Not bad, did a good job with both hands and feet.

I got my nails done here recently for prom and I loved my acrylic nails, the tech was gentle and did a great job. However, I also got a pedicure and when they asked to soak my feet the water was very hot to where I took my feet out right away. After this we continued with my pedicure and the tech applied nail polish after. After a while I noticed my toe felt weird so I took off the polish and turns out I had an infection. This has never happened to me and I was very upset to see fungus on my toe because of the pedicure. Again, acrylics were beautiful but pedicure was not a good experience.

It was a very good place for me I just constantly got burnt by the drill but overall they did awesome thank you MV NAILS 💅

Before I chose to come here for the first time, I had read the reviews and decided to give it a try. I finally got the pleasure of meeting Candy, she had excellent reviews from what I saw and she is as professional and as sweet as they say she is. I recommend her services, very nice and professional.

Used their service for a second time; because everyone has a bad day. After 1 bad services I decided to return. I had the nail tech Candy; after asking her to correct the shape she was upset and blamed it on my nails (I’ve been doing my nails since I was 15yrs old and I know what a good set of nails and service is) she then proceeds to say “well that’s $60” I say “okay! No problem” I guess she assumed I would say no after she mentioned price; however I am willing to pay as long as I receive a good service.She proceeded to be upset to the point where she filed my nail until it was pink and cut me; for the simple fact she was upset.She finally realized she was irritated and switched me to another nail tech. My nails were not cleaned and smudge and look like a 5yr old painted them. Anyways I paid the $60 because it’s not even worth it to let them know your concern. They will NOT listen. Just save your self the headache.

The place was nice the atmosphere was nice. The employees acted snotty,and I feel like my manicure/ pedicure wasnt worth it. I still have my old toenail polish with my new set. And she didnt get all my dead cuticle skin off

Horrible...I got an eyebrow wax on Wednesday. After the lady waxed my brows she asked what happened to my eye, I said nothings wrong with my eye. I looked in the mirror at my left eye, on the side in the crease she had ripped the skin off with the wax. It was really red, and started to bleed when i was paying before leaving. I wont be back. Anyone can make a mistake but own it, she knows I didnt come in with a red bloody eye to get an eyebrow wax. Poor service.

Nothing special and prices are high. Most dividers up at the pedicure stations only the nail stations have them. No kid chairs either.

Quality work for an average price. I’ve been coming back for months and each technician has been professional.Updated: my first sketchy experience today. The technicians were not able to duplicate a design, which is ok, but they were persistent on being satisfied with what I was given which is nothing close to what I asked. I just wanted ghost face 😭 see photos for reference. I feel like I was just on a episode of Nailed It

I used to really like this place but now they have different nail techs. I don’t like to complain but this is the second time they put glue on my skin and my nails look horrible. I’m not sure what happen I been going to this place since they open but now it’s hard to even go because I’m afraid I get someone who’s not as professional doing nails. Don’t get me wrong they are some great nail techs but you get lucky if you get a good nail tech. I still go once in a while because they are closer to me but it’s getting to that point where I’m just gonna look somewhere else.

Tiffany did a great job on my nails. I had a terrible acrylic set I got at a different salon removed and got a new set of dipped nails, a pearly white color. I will find a way to add the pictures to my review, she did fantastic work. This was my first visit here and I was able to sit immediately without a wait. Very clean and I love that all the technicians wore their masks correctly, so it felt safe. Great value too. Will definitely be coming back.

Time for pedi and full set was great. I got my 2 little ones full sets and they came out perfect. I love my nails the gentleman in the front was nice and took his time to give me exactly what I wanted. I would definitely recommend this place!!!

Ive been going to this place for over three years and it was always just okay but today I went and after I checked in and sat for about 5 minutes two ladies came in needed some kind of fix of a nail were taken before me. They didnt say that they had an appointment but I am so done with this part of town. It happened to me yesterday at another place down FM78!

I have edited my previous review because I just had my nails removed and was told by the technician that the products they used caused an infection on my nails. I have been getting my nails done for 20 plus years and have NEVER had anything like this happen my skin underneath my nails has turned green and if I need medical treatment I will be taking them to small claims court to pay for it. I am so upset that now not only do I have an infection but I have to walk around with green fingernails and skin I am fuming!

Love this place! Today was my first visit as I’ve been sampling different nail salons in the area looking for a favorite. The staff was very friendly, helpful, attentive, and kind and Kim did an amazing job on my nails. This salon had so many more color varieties than any other I’ve been to nearby and I was very happy to have finally found a salon that offers all the margarita and wine options that really complete a nail experience (especially on a Monday when a relaxing atmosphere is much needed yet hard to come by)!

I took them four different picture of how I wanted my nails done they gave me an excuse for all four couldnt do. So I ask for brown nails on both hands and ceramic on 1 finger a piece. The owner painted my nail white then put specks of brown in it then swirl it around. I didnt like it ask to remove it and he said know tried to charge me 108.00 for a basic pedi and set of nails wasnt paying that much called the police on me. DID I MENTION I WAS ALSO BANNED FROM THE PLACE BY THE OWNER WHO EVER THAT IS. THE POLICE WANTED ME TO SIGN A FORM SAYING I WANT COME BACK CAUSE OWNER DONT WANT ME BACK. SO THIS IS FAKE THAT THE OWNER PUT COME BACK AND WE WILL MAKE BETTER(SET UP TO ME)

I have been going to this nail salon since they opened for business. They always provide great service. I normally get a pedicure and acrylic nail refills. I’ve never been disappointed in the finished product. The technicians are always friendly. I normally just walk-in; however, I haven’t had to wait long when I make an appointment for any type of service.

Ive been coming here since it opened; I love MV Nails. They are consistent, careful, and always ensure customer satisfaction. The owners are great and all the staff treats you right--you cant go wrong. If you spend over a certain dollar amount you get a free margarita/mimosa/soda of choice. And if youre ever unhappy, they do their best to make it right. Overall, this is a high-quality nail shop that caters to your needs and does BEAUTIFUL work. I will remain a loyal customer.

I wanted coffin nails, but Trisha said since I like short nails they wouldnt look good. I like that she told me this and work with my style and made me feel comfortable. I got the dip in 2 colors and tip since my nails were short. Love how they look. Will come back!

New to the area and this was my first nail salon I visited. I called at 2p on a Sunday and made an appointment for 3p. I arrived and had a chair immediately. An did my mani and pedi and she was amazing. The salon was clean and the staff was friendly. It took about a hr from start to finish. Definitely didn’t feel like she was rushing. Very happy with my experience and will be returning regularly.

I’ve been here quite few times. The lady who ask what we need when walking in, not professional at all. Today I came in choosing Van because she does nails very good . I can go in and show her a picture of what I want and she gets them similar to what I want. One other time I went complete opposite of what I wanted ( male did my nails). Back to the lady who asks what I need done . Van was busy she asked me to come back at 4pm, couldn’t go back, wanted my nails done then. She pretty much refused service and said “I KNOW YOU, YOU’RE PICKY” after that rude unprofessional comment I left and will never go back . Who says your picky when we pay the payment for their services ???

This was my first time trying this nail salon and I will not be coming back. I had to continue to tell the man who did my toes to cut them down time after time. The pedicure was poor and i still had to cut my toe nails when i got home. The place was clean but they need to do better with pedicures.

Highly recommend Van/Vanessa. She always takes her time and my nails always come out beautiful. I recently went for a fill and thankfully Vanessa was there bc she fixed my last set that was mis shaped and uneven that was done by another nail tech there. Vivian does amazing nail art. I cant get over on how beautiful my nails are bc of both of them.

Ive been going to this nail salon for a while now so my review isnt based on one visit. The female manager in particular is not so nice and I personally felt discrimination as two women not of color and without an appointment were serviced before me after a long wait. There are at times not enough staff so the wait can be extremely long or youll be turned away. This is definitely not a place I will ever spend my money again

My pedicure was amazing ! Jason was amazing. Anythony did a lovely job with my nails, usually I only like van to do my nails but he did a GREAT JOB, exactly what i wanted!

I come here for the cleanliness of the place. I usually have a great experience here, the only incident that happen was my nail tech nipped my big toe and it started to bled however, it she was very very responsive of taking care of the issue right away.

After alot of places saying they couldnt do my nails this place had no prob. They done amazing job... Will be back soon to have them filled

Excellent service, all COVID-19 protocols followed, exactly. Masks, washing hands on arrival, all employees wear masks and gloves are changed between customers. They are using hospital grade to disinfect pedicure stations. There are plexiglass shields between the nail tech and the customer, the chairs to wait are spaced to sit in every other one. The pedicure stations are also available every other one. The prices stayed the same. No nail drying any more, though.

I walked in asking for dip which I ve never done before and walked out with acrylic set that was do far from my cuticle it looked like I had them done 2 weeks ago.
