Kathy was AMAZING! I have been trying to find a nail salon that can do the designs I choose well. I will definitely be going back here every time! The attention to detail was amazing and the price was reasonable! My nail salon from now on.

I have been going to Aria nails for the past six months and I have always been happy with my services. I usually get dip nails and this time I had acrylics. Love my color and the quality. Pedicures are phenomenal here too!

I used love aria nails, and ever since January I’ve been getting my nails done every two weeks and I chose arias nails. I liked their work, and it’s happened before where the price just changed all of the sudden. I went last Thursday and I brought a friend, she had gotten a way more complex set. She had ombré,gems,glitter,marble and longer nails and so each finger was different. I got ombré and then butterflies and shorter nails I paid $85 and she paid $95 it doesn’t make sense that I had to almost the same amount for something very simple. So I called and I complained and I asked her prices and they didn’t even add up like it just sounded like they didn’t know and she was just trying to make it seem that $85 was reasonable. I won’t be coming back ever and I’m sure they won’t care but that’s why I’m exposing them on here so hopefully you guys know what you are in for. There is better salons with better prices.

I have NEVER taken the time to write a review but today was the day I decided that a review is very much needed. This was one of the most time consuming nail salon experiences I have ever had. Before sitting down I asked the lady if she was able to do the nail designs I was going for. Right away they said yes with the price. Because of how confident she was I decided to proceed with the set. The tech took about 3 to 4 hours, got up for unnecessary breaks, began using her phone, I mean she was seriously taking her time at this point. Halfway through the set they tell me they don’t have enough materials for the design I wanted. After telling them I don’t want the set anymore they essentially force me to pay for something that looks NOTHING like the picture that was initially shown. Worst experience of my life. I would go to any nail shop in SA before I go here. You couldn’t PAY me to come back. I’llmake it a full-time hobby to tell everyone I know to never come here, idc I have all the time in the world to do so.

Never disappointed! Recently got engaged and wanted something that goes with ring. Loved the end result! I will never go anywhere else.

My mother and me had been going to aria nails with ting since October every three weeks and we loved it the only issue was that she were really bad on time, we were always there on time or even a couple minutes before and they would always take forever to seat us or they would seat us and she wouldn’t even be in the salon yet. We always made our appointments days in advance and the last time we went I made the appointment about a week before and ting asked us to come at a earlier time than we wanted and we were there but then turned out we didn’t have and appointment because she didn’t put it in the system correctly and she overbooked herself and claimed there was nothing she could do and sat another women who arrived after we did. We turned around and left and haven’t been back since and we will never be back. We also noticed a big change in prices, we went in for a fill once with a solid shellac color on too and we paid 70 each when a girl who had gotten a new full set with various colors was only charged 65, that made no sense to me.

It has been my second time to this place… they’re really bad with time management and not professional at all! I had called and made an appointment for both pedicure and manicure and was told they have time and for me to come in. But after getting my pedicure done, the owner/manager said they don’t have time for my manicure. Being said I had plans to go out so I NEEDED to get my nails done and they let me walk out tearing up with not even being sincere or apologetic about the situation. And what’s so funny to me is that the lady said I called and had just made an appointment for my pedicure, even though I had told her as soon as I walked in as well! Like why lieeee???????????? this happened to me the first time I went there too, they ran out of time to do my nail designs and had to go in the next day. My fault for giving them another chance! Like not having time and letting the costumer know is something, but making them come in and not getting the job done that was promised to them is another! Plz do not promise a costumer something you can’t get done! I could’ve gone somewhere else and gotten my nails done if I was told they don’t have time. Horrible horrible place!!!! They literally lost me and my sisters as costumers, their lost tho!

First time there, they were all over the place, and I personally think it was overpriced, $60 for one simple color of shellac. My acrylics are also hurting my fingers and I’ve never had my acrylics actually hurt my nails.

I give this place 5 stars and they deserve it. They give excellent service. This is not only a nail salon. It is a great community full of amazing people. I value every moment spent in there. I usually schedule all of my appointments with Kim. She does an excellent and never fails to exceed my expectations. I highly recommend anyone to go here. I get excited for my next visit every time. Thank you Aria Nails for being yet again the best!

The new place they have moved into is really beautiful! The staff are very friendly and ensure you have a good experience. The wait times may be a little long so make sure you are on time and check in online. The menu of drinks is really diverse and their mixologists is on point. I try to come here at least once every other month.

Every time I go there I have to change my desired color because of their limited color variety. Today I had an appointment at 3 pm and I was there sharp at 3, no one acknowledged me so I sat down. A girl walked in 10 minutes after me and they sat her down and took care of her nails when she didn’t even acknowledge me. Then once I confronted her about it she said that someone will help you eventually. Very unprofessional.

This place is AMAZING!! So pleased with my nails. My nail tech did such and amazing job. The service was great! So happy with the look and feel of my nails. Highly recommend them.

Came yesterday to get my nails done and absolutely loved them! But I accidentally got them too long (completely my own fault) so I came in today and they shortened them for me within minutes! Highly recommend!

Schedule a appointment early in the week. I showed up for my appointment at the exact time. The girl that spoke we me looked like a deer in headlights when I asked about my appointment. She didn’t even have a answer to the why nor did anyone else bother to heck or acknowledge that i was there. They are not very professional

Visited this nail salon about 2 weeks ago. The environment was clean and everyone was friendly and attentive. I am very happy with the quality of my services! I usually can not keep on shellac or dip because I have oily nail beds and wash my hands constantly. This color has remained on and unchipped for 2 weeks! Its incredible. I also have been cursed with extremely dry feet, especially my heels and they were able to make them nice and pretty. I will Definitely return to this salon soon. Highly Recommend.

Terrible customer service. Need better management.

First time here. Went with my boyfriend and we both got pedicures. Standard pedicures, but we were both happy with it. My nail tech though! Anna did a marvelous job and was very meticulous. Making sure every nail was shaped correctly and did not rush at all. They have a large selection of dipping powders which is what I get. Very happy and will return!

They do a great job each time

Anna is gentle and knowledgeable. She could tell the salon that previously did my dip nails was cutting corners to save powder and time. She explained each step before she worked on me and was so gentle I almost fell asleep! If you stop into Aria Nails, ask for Anna!

Great place and a great job one nail tech disappeared and the credit card system went down for a little bit. But over all great will go back

This place is so unprofessional and KATHY is very rude. I’ve come here quite a few times and even brought my mom. Well the last visit I came I told Kathy I would like Dip powder nail. She had done great before with acrylics well. She obviously had a lot of difficulty but for annoyed and frustrated with my request. Today I come for the same service and Kathy refuses me after an appointment was already made and says “it’s to hard, I can’t do it”...just WOW To me this is the worst service I’ve ever received in my life and for her not to tell me this our last appointment is unacceptable. They offered another nail tech but in my experience this is not some where I’d like to continue business. They should definitely clean up their facility and staff with nails techs who can actually provide services they have listed.

Was referred by my roommate who had her nails done at this location so had to try it out for myself. The lady who did my nails did a great job. I like my nails and will go back again. Plus they offer wine or margaritas

They always say it’ll be another 15 min which means another 45 min even if you get here in time it’s always late.

It was superb! I told the nail tech what I wanted and ge came through, perfect! Will definitely make this my go-to place everytime I need to get my nails done!💅😊👍

This is actually my second time coming here. The first time I had green and gold shellac that peeled within four days. This time I decided to do dip. There is obvious discoloration around a few of my cuticles. Dont know if thats the dips fault or the application process, but it doesnt look great. Never got the opportunity to wash my hands either, so now I look like Im sporting body glitter because the dip was glittery. I also have cleanup around half my nails. Dip doesnt go all the way to the edge of most nails either. Actually had to redo one finger because the corner chipped off when she was filing. I dont really recommend for a manicure. The atmosphere is nice though, and everyone is polite.

I usually get my eyebrows done here. sometimes they can be mean and unprofessional. I came here early today and she said it was busy and to come back at TWO. It’s nine thirty in the morning. It’s “busy” but .... there was no one there.

I hardly ever leave google reviews but this place was absolutely amazing. I made an appt for 5 pm to get a full set and a pedicure (same day). As soon as I walked in the place was beautiful and calming. The young lady at the front desk (didn’t catch her name) was such a sweetheart and super helpful. They let me take my time in choosing my color and then sat me down for my pedi, the girl doing my pedi was also super nice and gentle often asking me if she was hurting me or if I was okay because I kept flinching (my feet are super ticklish 😂) she was super nice about it and didn’t seem irritated. When I was all done with my pedi they moved me over to get my full-set. While I was getting my full set there salon closed (because it was closing time) but the lady doing my nails did not rush and still took her time. When my nails were finally done it was about 45 mins after closing and they were all still super sweet. I feel like some salons would’ve rushed to get my nails done as soon as they closed but they took there time and not once made me feel as though I was a burden. I would recommend this salon to everyone! Super amazing.

I came here in the beginning of June to get a pedicure and shellac on my natural nails. I had Linda as my pedicurist, while she was doing my nails she rushed through talking with the lady who was doing my manicure. I felt pains here and there on my toes but thought maybe that was her pulling the ingrowns. Instead, I had to get surgery on my toe because she pushed my ingrowns in on both sides, $300 down the drain plus the $55 I was charged to have my feet done. I haven’t been able to wear a closed toe shoe in almost 3 months, as well as having the pain of the worst and ONLY ingrown I’ve ever had in my life! Please consider who does your pedicure if you go here! I’m not sure how to add pictures but I’d love to add the pictures as well!

Great experience, every time!!! The staff listens to what you want and educate you on how they will get the end result which is a nice change in pace compared to other salons that just ask me a question and then never speak to me again. My forever go to!

Why even ask me what I want if you are “busy”? the place didn’t look busy at all btw. That’s the last time I try walking in there. Plenary of other more welcoming places doing nails around here. I ABSOLUTELY ADORE ARIA NAILS!!! Tien and Justin, I mean all of them are fantastic. They take care of you. I always take my little sister on a sister date and we start off at Aria nails to get our day kicked off with some amazing positive vibes. They have complimentary beverages and laughs. The job they do isnt just a job that I notice, it is a work of art. I get fills, manicures and pedicures. They do an amazing job and I receive so many compliments on my nails. Not to mention they work on a point system. I already received my awesome discount. I had a bit of work done and that discount made a dent. I love these individuals! :)

I love this place! Ive always had great service and Im now a regular. The prices are a little higher than your average nail salon by $5-10 but worth it. Its peaceful, and never crowded. They offer you free beverages including a glass of white or red wine! Probably why I go there.

Had the worst experience here. my nails were in so much pain on both hands and are left bruised after getting them done here, as the day went on my nails looked worse and after only having the nails done for 1 day I had to go back to get them taken off so they offered to give me a refund after seeing how bad my nails looked. It was such a hassle to get my money back and while she was processing the refund the lady took a picture of my debit card information the FRONT and the BACK of the card she also took a picture of my driver’s license which was not necessary ! Since when does a refund require someone to take a picture of ur personal information? Very unprofessional and the horrible excuse she gave me for why she needed pictures of my information which made absolutely no sense ! Called my card company to let them know my information had been compromised since she had a picture of the back of my card ! I Will never go back.

I had an excellent pedicurist. She took her time and great care, my nails look wonderful. Came in here on a whim because my boyfriend lives close. Glad I did. They do get pretty busy and the wait can be a bit long but worth it. They take their time. Thank you!

When I first went the person who attended me did his job so badly that I left there very sad and annoyed and thought I did not return, but they did not take long to call me to solve the problem, I went and they left me so happy and eager On returning they were very nice and kind when wanting to solve the damages of my nails!!I loved the work of the two girls that attend me the second time and I loves my nails😍

Gained a bad review and lost a customer. Went in for a fill and they told me they wouldn’t use regular nail polish only shellac? I’m the customer and if I want nail polish you give it to me. You can’t force me to spend more money! Crazy. I was actually giving these people a second chance because the first time I came my nails fell off in a week. Goodluck

I had made an appointment via Instagram for 10am today, and I arrived to a sign that said wait in car and call. I called three times, letting the phone ring for a long time, with no answer. I didn’t have time to wait, hence the appointment, so I called Fairy Nails down the street and they got me in right away.

Staff is super professional and do a great job. laura waxed my brows for me and they came out fantastic! The price was great too and I’ll definitely be coming back when I need my nails and brows done again.

Got there at opening time, yet they werent open. So I sat outside for a good 15 minutes until they finally came and opened up. Asked for a simple design on my toes, walked out with a painted mess that all of the employees laughed at, yet wouldnt fix. Not going back.

Im sitting there for about 10min and Anna walks out the back and ask me do I have an appointment I said no she said well we cant take you were too busy (I was the only one in the waiting chairs) I said the ladies just told me they would take me and she says ohh ok well if they told you fine..then walked away.Then other people walk in after me about 3/4 and none of them did she ask or tell them she wouldnt take them. She is so rude and I wont go here because of her. I will go further even though this is closest to my home. Ive never asked for my money back and used to tip at least 5$ and would come every 2 weeks so I dont know what her deal is but I wont spend another dime there my previous review was a year ago so I gave it a year to give it another chance and shes still rude.

I see that customers have had great experiences here. Ive gone twice and will not be returning. Gel polish started to peel off within 3 days, tech cut my finger do to carelessness, over sanded the nailbed to the point of pain in my nails...She realized what she had done...Not So Nice Salon

Aria is around the corner and decided to give it a shot, and I must say I have had the best service since. Jessica has done my pedicure twice and she has done a great job. Tien did my nails today and they were perfect. I will be getting my nails done by both from here on out. They take care of their customers needs and always ask if they are happy with the shape and color of their nails. Another pro is that they offer complimentary beverages (wine, water and Soda). They are also very clean which is a plus. As I was paying I also had great service from the gentleman. Again thank you for all around great service from your staff!

Lily is great. I love how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere is. The prices are a bit higher than other places in the area but the consistency of the work is worth it.

Had shellac put on yesterday and it is already peeling off. The older lady who did my nails put oil on my finished nail and let it stay on for atleast 5 minutes before wiping my nails with rubbing alcohol. I remember thinking to myself that the oil was going to affect the shellac application. I’ve had shellac put on my nails for years and have never had someone do that and never had it peel off in one day till now.$45 down the toilet.

Love them. Recently I went into the shop to have some acrylic nails removed not only the price was extremely reasonable but they also shape my nails as part of the price after removing the acrylics

I’ve been coming here for more than 6 months and had a good experience. They had given me a card that would keep up with points for some gift card. But the last few times customer service hasn’t been that great. Plus i always paid the same price for a refill and color change. Today I was charged more and gave me excuses saying that the other times they had forgotten to charge me right. I asked about my points on the card they had given me and she said they had stopped doing that a few months ago, yet I still don’t understand why they ask for the card when I pay at the counter. I asked about the discount they give Monday- Thursday before 2pm and she could not give me an answer. I think they just overcharged me. Never going back and will tell my friends about this experience so they look for another place as well.

Terrible customer service

Waited an hr just for them to say they do shellac only now.. they should have told me this before I waited an hr! They said they changed their policy a week ago. Basically wasted an hour of my time, and I had been going to this place ONLY for 6 months! Never again

I went this past Wednesday for a pedicure and shilac on my real nails. The service was good but its been 6 days and the nail polish is already chipping on multiple finger nails when shilac normally last 2/3 weeks. The pedicure I received was $35 and the nail service should have been $25 per their price sheet in person but was charged $65. Still left a $5 tip for the pedicurest and $5 nailist. Toe nails still look nice though. I see on here that they offer complimentary drinks and me being pregant wasnt offered a cup of water normally other salons will offer me water. Again service was okay but quality of work done not satisfied probably wont be returning.

Had an inexperienced young lady had a pedicure and and my nailsand paid extra to add a white tip color over it.it seems she just wanted to get it over with!It was so bad started chipping that I took it offwhen I got home! The worst $58.00 dlls I everspend! Save your money look for a better place!
