So for starters I had good service. Im not sure who greeted my daughter and I but thank you for being kind and prompt during our pedicures, I appreciate that.John did my nails. He was fun to talk to and very personable. It took about 2 to 3 hours just to finish the set I wanted. I know designs take time but when I was on the phone with my husband, as he was the one who was going to pick me up, I asked how much longer it would be and was told it would be 30 minutes longer. It took well over an hour instead. He even tried so hard for me not to get shorter nails even though thats what I wanted.Its only been a little over a week and this is what they look like. I wasnt going to write a review but they just look gross.I paid over $100 and tipped $25 for this to happen.Not worth it. I wont be back. If you want to be combative like you are on other reviews that dont please you, we can definitely take it there because this is unacceptable.

My daughter & I visited Ann’s as walk-ins for pedis this week. It was our first time. Both our techs were friendly & courteous. We are pleased with the final results - toes look great. We were offered drinks, a touch I really appreciate. The building is dated, but the work spaces & tools were clean & sanitized. I’m taking off one star because I paid for the 20 minute massage. I like the salons that use a timer. These folks did not & my massage was completed fully 5-7 mins before my daughter (& neither were 20 mins). However, that’s my only complaint

This was my first time coming here. I was in need of getting an acrylic set and pedi. Finally I found Anns Nail Salon and they were able to fit me in. Jessie did such a great job! I dont usually do acrylics but I wanted to try something new ! And I loved it! And the pedicure from one of the gentlemen was AMAZING! I just got the basic due to time but, next time I will get one of the special ones! And the pricing for everything is perfect 👌 I think its safe to say I have found my salon to go to ❤ thank you again for your service.

I have never had as many compliments on my nails as Ive had since I started going to Anns Nails. Jessie outdoes herself every time! The salon is clean, their work is outstanding, the staff is honest, professional, and go the extra mile to make sure youre happy with the results. I love this salon!

So I set an appointment they made me wait 15 to 20 minutes. A young lady was already there so she decides she wants something else and they accepted her knowing I was already there waiting. I get my nails done full set shellac short cost 50 dollars with two cricket nails. Never again bad service.

Been going to Anns Nails for a year and a half. My prior salon received my business for over 10 years. The staff at Anns are extremely friendly and professional. They are constantly making efforts to make the clients experience more enjoyable and they always provide the best services. The pedis are always amazing and they truly know their work. Quality work and ideal customer service!

I am mortified!!! I went there based on the reviews and I left speechless. I had an older elderly lady do my pedicure and this was my end result. Never again is all I can say. The amount of apply and remove she did should have been a sign. Just look at my feet. ($28 spa pedi + 20 gel + 5 nail design).....I didnt want to make a scene bc Im pregnant and dont need any more stress but NEVER AGAIN!!! I asked her can u do designs 2x?? She said yes....Like Im crying laughing 😭.....Why me???

It was very relaxing. They helped me pick out exactly what I was looking for and everything is priced very well. Would definitely recommend them to anyone as they are fast but you don’t feel rushed and offer refreshments as well. 10 out of 10 would recommend and I will be going back.

They do an outstanding job here. I got the deluxe lavender pedicure that includes hot towels, foot wax, and foot/leg massage. The new massaging chairs are wonderfully relaxing. This is my favorite nail place in the area and have been coming here for years!

I went as a walk in for the Deluxe pedicure and was seated right away. Everyone was friendly and nice. My technician was wonderful. One of the best pedicures I’ve had. Will definitely visit again the next time I am in the area.

I always have a wonderful experience when I walk into this salon. Customer service is perfect and polite. The nail techs are always gentle and engaging in conversation. This salon has a wonderful selection of just about everything you could want for your nails/toes. When I walk out with beautiful nails, I feel beautiful! Forever going here.

Really the best pedicure experience, hands down. No, they don’t look very fancy on the inside if you are into the ambiance but I can handle that considering they don’t rush you in and out like cattle and skip the quality of work on my feet.

I’ve been coming here since last year and I get dip on my natural nail and it’s the best dip and manicure I’ve ever received. My last dip lasted 5 weeks and it still looked good ! I have had a pedicure done and did the upgraded lavender pedicure and it was amazing ! I also got lash extensions and she did an amazing job ! I usually go to another place for lashes and now I don’t need to I will be coming here for my dip manicure, pedicure, and lashes ! They are all so friendly and talented I always have a great experience. I highly recommend all the services they are awesome !!

Got there at 4 pm for my appointment and left at 7. They took me in on time but took 3 HOURS to finish a simple acrylic set. The set came out lumpy, he did not file it down correctly and the polish is blotchy looking. Ridiculous that they have someone who works so slowly! I Complained but still got charged full price which is Also overpriced. 40 because I asked for coffin shaped nails and $10 for a toe polish change, which they don’t even clip.

Excellent, upscale nail parlor. Very attractively appointed, serves, coffee, wine, and drinks, courtesy of the house, while having your pedicure, manicure, leg message, and........wonderful message chair. June is the most outstanding manicurist/ pedicurist there, ask for her.

I have been going to Anns nails for a couple of years now and I can honestly say I have had the chance to get my nails done by basically all the techs working there. It does get busy and I usually go on week days at a time there is no much traffic, and I dont have to wait for long.I recommend the Citrus Honey pedicure to anyone who hasn’t had a pedicure in a very long time!

I love going to Ann Nails. I have been a regular for the last 3 years. I usually see Jason, Sandra or June; although everyone is good in their own right. Its one of the only Nail salons I have been to that offer you water or tea coffee, soda drinks, etc. Its a very busy place but thats because theyre so good. Everyone is always friendly and they always do a great job.I have read some of the bad reviews; I couldnt understanding whys,and whats happen. However, they works are perfection wonderful. I have never had a bad experience and if Im ever unhappy ( some day I have a bad mood), they always try to make it right. I can always talk to them and theyre very receptive. They have a ton of Walk-ins and do their best to accommodate everyone.

I am from out of town and needed a new set of nails. I read reviews and chose Ann’s. I was not disappointed at all!!! They took me right away, helped me find the perfect color and did a great job on my nails. Since I travel here often for work, Ann’s will be my go to salon!!!

Two weeks ago did a manicure at a place that made me quite disappointed In Selma.Today, I came to visit your aunt near the Medical Center, and I want to take my auntie to a Nice Nails Salon so both of us could have a pretty nails for Christmas. So I try Ann’s nails salon.Nice place and friendly staff. Never hesitate to come there!!They have the best service and did great Pedicure and set of dipping powder. They so patient with my auntie and did amazing job on both her toes and fingers. I’m so satisfied with my nails done and I will recommend to my friends to come here. Highly recommended.

Hands down best nail spa ever.

This place isn’t a fancy nail salon by any means. What I love about this place is the time and attention they take when providing service despite the time of day or day of week. I hate the many experiences I’ve had over the years at other salons being rushed in and out as quickly as possible. They offer a wide arrange menu of pedicure and manicure packages. They have many colors available whether it’s shellac, dip or gel. I literally will drive out of my way from Helotes to come here to get services. I would highly recommend coming and trying this place out, you won’t be disappointed.

I came to this place by recommendation of a family friend. Honestly, I was apprehensive about going to a new nail salon, but I have been impressed every time. My nails always look great and they definitely take their time! During every step, they show me the progress and ask if I like it so I confirm everything. They always offer me a drink (sodas, water, or wine) and are very friendly! I typically get the SNS dip and have never had an issue with the quality...mine last for a month easily with the only aesthetic issue being that I wait too long to get them redone. The pricing is awesome and the quality is still amazing. I never have trouble getting timely service either. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to switch nail salons or looking for a high quality job.*Ignore the vape device in the picture, the nail color just matches and wanted to provide an example of their work!

So glad I found a small nails shop but really Talented ! The staff is so friendly, theyre like a little family that welcomes you with open arms. Turns out that theyve been in business since 1981. I always come out looking and feeling like a million bucks. I get compliments on my nails constantly, which is awesome. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.I highly recommend Ann’s Nails.

I had my nails for my sister wedding done here and wont go anywhere else from now on! The staff are beyond sweet and they use good quality products for the prices you pay. Theres never been a day Ive been where its not busy so make sure you book an appointment vs. just walking in so you wont be disappointed. JUNE was a technician that did my nails, it last like about 19 days ( I came on the 5/9 when theyre first opended).Will be back for sure, great job guy . Quality works.:))

Love this place. My wife go here for my eyebrow waxing and its consistently excellent. Also my wife and I have had both pedicure and manicure combo done too, and was really pleased, very excellent with work. I visited Anns Nails this morning and had a very pleasant experience. I called ahead because I didnt have an appointment and they were able to accommodate me. I got a gel manicure, and its one of the best manicures I have ever gotten. I have a problem with picking at my cuticles, and recently its been worse than normal, and the June who did my nails did an incredible job from start to finish. I would like to recommended her to everyone.I plan to be back soon with my Hubby for Fathers Day.

Got my nails done there for the first time got color powder my nail is bending it shouldn’t be doing that at all with color powder they did the layer to thin.My pedi was alright till the painted my toes didn’t even get my full toe nails.Sorry but never going back again.

Gave me eye infection. Couldn’t do nail design. Nail was fat bumpy and ugly. Charged 120 dollars for eyelashes when they have no certificate. Came back for a refund and the woman who did it had the audacity to call me crazy. Terrible place

Jason did such an amazing job I got the citrus and honey package he removed all my cuticles and callus feel bad for him it’s been 6months since I’ve treated myself and ever have my feet felt so soft. I got a nail set and pedicure and I forgot to ask the name of who did my set but she was very sweet, communicated every step of what she was doing, had great conversation made me feel very comfortable, took her time to give me the best set I’ve gotten loved my experience!

I got the dipping powder done by June, the best place to get your nails done right. Ive been trying so many expensive places, no one did a consistent job as this place. Go see June!! She did an amazing jobs. Will be back soon for my pedicure with my hubby.

First time here and it was amazing! Just moved to the area so I gave this place a try as I didn’t want to drive 20 minutes to my old place. I’ll definitely be a regular. They took their time and made sure everything was to my liking, asked questions to make sure they understood what I wanted, and didn’t try to give me things I didn’t need. I wanted tips on my toes and was told I didn’t need it, I trusted them and wasn’t disappointed. So that tells me they’re not trying to add unnecessary things which I very much appreciate. Great environment, great drinks lol!! Can’t wait to go back!

Had my nails dipped and they were done so poorly they chipped within 2 days. I had them done on a sunday and i hey were cracking by Tuesday...I went back on Friday....and young lady complained that I must have done something to chip them. No you didn’t do them properly. I expected them to be fixed not repeated remarks about what I did or didn’t do to make them crack and chip. Will never go back. Quality of service used to be good but has gone downhill. Done.

Never do your nails in this nail salon, I’m feeling very disappointed and also offended... I did my nails in this salon a few times, never complained, or if I found a mistake, they always fixed it without problems .... after a few months without going, I decided to go today and was very disappointed with the work that was done on my nails. the lady who did my nails was very nice, but unfortunately she didnt do a very good job, so I showed her where the mistake was, she tried to fix it, but still the nails still didnt look nice ... I didnt want to talk again because I didnt want to be rude, so when I went to pay I said I didnt want to pay 40 $ because I found many defects .... The younger one was arguing with me that I should pay 40 $ even if the work was not good, but that wasn’t fair in my opinion, I am a client and I have a right to complain. I never said that I didnt want to pay for the nails, I just didnt want to pay 40 $ for a job that was trash . I never had a problem paying any amount as long as my nails were perfect, so the younger manicure said I was trying to take advantage (I was not trying to leave without paying, I just wanted them to understand that I would not pay 40 for one junk work that didnt looked good for me) I only paid 30 after having the staff being very rude to me, they really dont know how to treat a customer well. I really wont do my nails again at this location, it was a mistake to come back ... usually I do my nails at the location of zavala is the best place to go.

The atmosphere was pretty standard for a nail salon and prices reasonable. I was able to walk in and be seen immediately. There was no pain during my gel manicure and it was very relaxing. However, concerning things did happen. One was that when another customer came in my original manicurist left and was replaced. Another is when I left the salon I noticed that they placed gel over the cuticle and skin! I have never had gel applied this way! On further inspection I also noticed several cuts, new hangnails and peeling around my skin and nail bed. The polish was uneven and dull with several pits.I contacted the manager who said she could not refund me because “the batch was already processed” but that I could come in for a revision and gift card. I told her I felt unsafe returning because they could not even perform a basic single color gel correctly and done damage to my skin already. She replied that ALL of their customers in the last three years have been satisfied because they offer free revisions. But my question to that is why should there be so many revisions- shouldn’t they be able to get it right the first time??Two stars instead of one because it was relaxing and the manager replied promptly.EDIT: To be clear, I did not touch or revise my nails in any capacity before contacting the manager or taking pictures with the exception of removing polish left on the tips of my fingernails. I find it sad this establishment is putting the blame on me instead of accepting fault in poor application. Due to this response, I have altered my rating.

The person who done my nails ( June ) were extremely concentrated And made sure everything was perfect, she fixed every little imperfection, it was a very nice experience!!!! When my nails were done i washed my hands and they even offered cuticle oils, everyone was very polite and I felt very welcomed

This is my second time here. My gel Nails always turned out Beautiful! This place look nice and clean, and Im so glad that they put their tools in sterilization pouch before using it!!!

Needed a manicure/pedicure STAT for a work party. Walked in and was greeted and sat down to pick my nail color. I was taken back a few minutes after for the pedicure. A nice gentleman took care of both the manicure and pedicure. I dont remember his name, but he was young looking and had braces. He took such good care of me making sure I was comfty. I am a very nervous person and I felt so comfortable. I also really liked that the gentleman saw I was reading and didnt force interaction with me as other places do. My nails look awesome too and the price was pretty good for it too. I will be returning here again.
