To everyone thats want to move in to this place is horrible I dont recommend this place to nobody please dont go live here if you have kids elderly people this is not the place to live my whole apartment the B bulling was infested with rats the size of a cat thats what the exterminator told us and we talk to our neighbors in our building B103, B104, B101,B201, B204 they had the same problem as well. We hand move out of are home because we were getting sick nights fevers diarrhea headaches from breathing the air of the apartment was contaminated we told the office multiple times about this they took about a month to handle the problem and still didnt want to do anything to help us. they dont want to work with our lease the manager of the property name Alexis told us that are lease mysteriously disappeared but I have a copy of my lease but our lease only $640 and when the second time went to talk to the manager of the property name Alexis can we move to a different until and he said yes but you guys have to pay like we are new tenants and the full price of $975 I told him no you guys are not going to honor our lease thin he told that we want free rent thats the only reason why we were doing this. And we told him no I have the money to pay the rent but Im not going to pay to live with rats he told us thats not our problem because the owner name David said not to helps us plus they have 53 until empty Alexis pulled out our statements stating that our rent was only supposed to be $640 but we were paying $750 for the past 3 months so it to everybody that wants to move into that Sofia apartments the manager of the property name Alexis told us between you and us I Know that wrong but that what the owner said from his mouth pleaseommend this place its not worth its not safe the staff and management its pitiful I never been treated like this before in my life

I feel like this new management enjoys making peoples lives more difficultUpdate: Im loving this place now!!!! They switched management and the women who was the property manager was just a nasty person overall, well she didnt last long and now the 2 gentleman who work in the office are absolutely the best. I dont have bug problem of any kind and my apartment is just beautiful overlooking the big open pool

Ive lived here for a year and a half. Very quiet. All my neighbors are very nice. Its within walking distance of everything. Very big floorplans, great neighborhood. Ive truly enjoyed living here. And the new management is wonderful

The Sofia has had so many improvements over the last year from their maintenance team responding within 1 to 2 days for most work orders, the pool and to the community in general. The people in the office are always friendly and responsive, my water bill has gone down by over 30 dollars since all the repairs were made and now my doggo has somewhere to run and have fun. The only negative is that there is just one person in the office and one maintenance man so you do have to wait your turn! This is a minor price to pay for a beautiful, quiet community. My rent also went up but you get what you pay for and Im more than happy to stay here another year.

I do like this apartment for how spacious it is but i definitely would not recommend living here i’ve only been here for 3 months and there’s already been 2 shootings in the building next to me! The cops are always in and out of here it’s scary at night. That would be my only issue, the maintenance man is always helping in a timely manner and getting the job done right!

Best decision so far! Love the dog park and I use the gym all the time. We have an older unit but everything is great and cheap!

Just newly arrived, I ignored the lack of pool (since it’s under construction) but the office was close and do to be back at 12:50 (sign on the door) 10min later, still no one. If you can’t be on time on a Saturday mid day, I can only imagine how tardy their work ethic around the aptments must be. Moving on.

I have recently moved in to the sofia and I must admit, the whole staff is amazing. Everything I needed was answered accordingly and the manager “ Yvonne” as long with the leasing agent “Mayra” went above and beyond my expectations. I see the property going through changes and can’t wait to see how the property ends up looking. I’m pleased to say I made the right choice in my new home.

10 months have passed since my previous post. 2 years no pool. Currently it looks like we are in Iraq under heavy fire. It is time to renew my lease, and although I love it here, I guess I am feeling discouraged because they have decided to DRASTICALLY raise my rent. Even though I have not had use of the sparking pool for over 2 years. Where other tenants bailed I stayed. 5 broken promises for a completed pool. Ive been patient and very kind about the situation. And to repay my patience they increase my rent? I love it here. But our time here may be done.😱Tried to post photo from my front window and door of my pool view but there is no option for photos. Its not even the money. Its the principle. No principles in business.

Management change has been a huge improvement! Rachel is the best, and really makes me feel heard.

I love to seeing the new changes to the pool and the new manager is amazing at looking after the tenants needs. Cant wait to see more great changes.

I have lived here for a few years now. I’ve seen management come and go. Things not done and poor maintenance and employees.But whenever Yvonne came on board, she has outdone herself with customer service. She has really tried to get all our maintenance order done and done right.The property has improved and we see her walking outside checking everything daily.I see big changes happening and I will renew maybe even go to a upgraded apartment because I know it will be good from now on.

A few days ago I found a rat almost the size of my dog on top of the stove... rats were coming inside the apartment thru a whole behind the refrigerator, under the sink and the A/C vent. Utilities bill water/sewer $119 a month!! And you don’t get any answers from management .. other that if you don’t like it then move out... I have had a really bad experience living here. Do not recommend this place to anybody ever.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We were without AC for the entire month of June, they would come in one week after our complaining and fix it,12 hours later it wasnt working again. This went on for a month, the office staff would tell us to speak with corporate but they could not give a direct number and I had to figure it out myself. We left for vacation, while we were gone they began renovating other apartments (of course ignoring ours), when I came home there were ROACHES in my REFRIGERATOR, when I complained and asked for a new fridge they informed me they would not replace it because it was not broken. DO NOT LIVE here, you will face argument anytime that you have a complaint.CLEAR management stands forCleanedLeasedEngagingAccountedRepairedNone of those things have been true.

This property used to be in a tough spot however since the new staff has been here, theyve made it much better.

Renting an apartment here was one of, if not the biggest mistake of my life. Since before me and my roommates moved in it was a disaster. We had to submit our application countless times because they kept losing it and adding additional charges along the way. after moving in it only got worse. The apartment was almost unlivable, just to name few issues, the AC didnt work, the ceiling fans didnt work, two rooms were missing lights, the fridge leaked water all over the floor (still does) and was infested with cockroaches. But by far the two worst things were, one, the management, they are the most incompetent individuals on earth and it amazes me they are still employed. When they are in the office (which is rare) they seem to not have any answers to any questions and when the do its useally contradictive to what another employee says or whats on the lease. The second DISASTER is THE WATER! the water bill is split between the ENTIRE apartment complex INCLUDING THE MANAGEMENT! thats right, WE PAY FOR THE POOL AND EVERYTHING THE MANAGEMENT USES we had four people in our apartment and our water bill was close to $200 a month (a 4 bedroom house is about $50 a month) Theres so much more i could say and most of it isnt good.To summarize DO NOT LIVE HERE. You will undoubtedly regret it. I can promise you.

I should give them 0 starts for the worst customer service ever. There is a woman in the front desk that is very rude and takes very good care of the new tenants but it is very disrespectful and rude with old tenants. I have placed many work orders because my apartment is in a very bad shape and no one has ever showed up. They said they will call you back and no body does. Got letters requesting I pay something they said I owed and nobody can tell me what is the charge about.. they are a total mess... they turn the water off very frequent and there are cockroaches every where. I love the location of the apartments but the new management is pitiful ...

Apts were going to the dumps till Yvonne stepped in. She was very quick about getting me into a new apt after my roof sterted to leak. Nice to finally have someone who isnt rude and is trying to make big changes. Looking forward to what else you guys will do!!

FORMERLY THE LA FIESTA APARTMENTS. THERE ARE ROACHES EVERYWHERE. THERE ARE NUMEROUS WATER AND SEWAGE LEAKS THAT CODE COMPLIANCE AND THE PUBLIC UTILITY COMMISSION HAVE FINED THE COMPLEX FOR.THE COMPLEX WAS OPERATING WITHOUT THE APPROPRIATE LICENSES TO BILL TENANTS FOR WATER AND THE PUBLIC UTILITY COMMISSION HAD TO BE CALLED TO STEP IN.THERE ARE ALSO MICE EVERYWHERE, A SECTION 8 COMPLEX DIRECTLY BEHIND THAT HAS POLICE AT IT CONSTANTLY.THERE ARE POLICE AT THE APARTMENTS ON A DAILY, SOMETIMES HOURLY BASIS.IF YOU WANT BAD MANAGEMENT, SLUMLORD OWNERS, ROACH INFESTED UNITS AND HORRIBLE NEIGHBORS, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!

I have recently moved in here bout a few months ago or so and let me tell you! they are upgrading like crazy! the pool no longer green no more like i can go for a nice swim and im so excited to see what the sofia has in store for us. i have to thank the office staff, Miss Yvonne and Myra for always helping me with my ridiculous questions! they really doing they best i appreciate them, i’m defiantly renewing my release here
