These apartments have great floor plans! Very spacious floor plans as a matter of fact. New appliances and central air make the apartment even more comfortable to be in. They have pristine pools. Management cares and takes time to speak to each and everyone as though they matter. New changes have been made and the property looks great. Anyone interested should definitely go and check Uptown Heights. The new management takeover has been a success and the location is another perk that you will like. Close to the airport, great restaurants, minutes away from Downtown San Antonio. Great public transportation! Great schools! Close to Lincoln Heights and Alamo Heights. Definitely do not want to miss the opportunity to live in this area and these apartments.

Its exactly what you think it should be because of agents like Priscilla who work tirelessly to make things happen.Now that Ive given credit where credit is due, lets talk about the complex a little more:The Ugly:-There are water shutoffs on occasion which can mess up your schedule/guests, however, the complex has improved on providing a heads up and these are becoming much less frequent.-As of now, there are no detailed reports for water billing as would be the case if you were dealing with SAWS directly. However, Ive been told this is being addressed as changes are currently being made to provide insight and monitoring of usage month over month.-This complex has two pools and a lot of residential areas nearby, on occasion there are trespassers who dont respect the property, be mindful of your belongings at the community areas...use common sense.The Bad:-I didnt find this place sooner before wasting time with other shady agents who werent worth the time, money or effort.-Priscilla is only one person-If there are other leasing agents, I havent seen or interacted with them,The Good:-Family and dog friendly area-MVP leasing agent-Noticeable trash is removed quickly by the maintenance staff-Clean apartments, mostly hardwood and most have been upgraded-Ample parking, no fighting over spots-Staff does a great job of closing pool if it needs cleaning-Tenants here either mind their own or are very friendly, disruptive tenants have been removed thanks to the office-Central location, 410 is close enough to quickly access but far enough to not hear highway traffic 24/7-Safe and quiet-Complaints are taken seriously - this might be the biggest plus many apartments could care less, not Uptown Heights/Priscilla, she cares and is responsive.In summation, youve been looking, youve been wondering and if you havent checked out Uptown Heights, youre doing yourself a disservice. No place is perfect, however, this complex has excellent value and you wont be disappointed.Thanks,

I cant even explain in words how thankful I am to have come across Uptown Heights Apartments! Priscilla is absolutely the best and has made me feel completely at home to where I just knew that this place was my new home! All the neighbors are very friendly and respectful to one another. They are under new management and are doing new renovations and its looking absolutely great! I truly suggest coming to check it out for yourself! Thus far, loving this place! Great central location for downtown, work, and the airport.Priscilla has been a huge blessing and is such a loving person. Very quick to respond to emails, questions, and concerns.Manager and staff are absolutely friendly and always willing to help.

Me and my girlfriend Valerie have lived here for for about 2 and a half months and it has been great. I highly recommend this complex. Also, Priscilla has been the greatest help with everything we need.

I have lived here for years. The new management and owners came in and kept the promises made to renovate the property. New picnic area, a dedicated space for the dumpsters, and a much needed facelift! Love it! The management team are approachable and attentive to my needs and take care of everything quickly. Cant imagine this place without them!

We just moved in recently and it has been amazing! I have already recommended my friends to stay here and I will continue to spread the good word. Prisilla is amazing and helped us through the process. This was my first time leasing and she made sure that I knew everything that I wasn’t familiar with. I have had maintenance come out and everything got taken care of quickly. It’s a cute little community that just makes you feel at home.😊

If there was an option to be 0 stars, I would be the one to put it. My experience here started really well. Priscilla helped my girlfriend and I through a very difficult process and it was all very nice. But once Priscilla left, everything went downhill. Roaches invested my apartment and they chose not to do anything to help me. Water is constantly getting shut off for hours at a time for emergency reasons. There are drug dealers in the building next to mine, including one who wears an ankle monitor. I am constantly stared at by a group of unnerving men when i walk to and from my apartment. I have had to call the cops on numerous occasions due to the excessive yelling that occurs in the middle of the night between two tenants from different buildings. I have heard what I believe to be gun shots before and overall it is in a very sketchy neighborhood. Now the most recent thing that happened was, I paid rent and for some reason my rent bounced back but I was not informed until there was a notice hanging INSIDE my apartment with a package of mine out on my patio (which you need to go through the inside to reach the patio). I went down to the office and spoke to management about the issue and told her that I would be able to pay but it would have to wait until Friday, October 18th for that is the day I would be getting paid. She said she would speak to her supervisor and get back to me but I have yet to hear anything. I recently went on to my resident portal to check something and noticed that not only was my apartment under eviction status but I was charged a $442.00 eviction filing fee and was not informed of that either. I will find a way out of my lease, I do not like it here and I do not feel safe here. They will not hear the last of me.

Lived here for almost a year and its only getting better. I am planning on staying another year. New management is great and I am seeing several projects taking place . Floor plans are spacious and maintenance takes care if issues quick . Office staff is always friendly . You dont believe me come by and ask for Priscilla or Rachel!!!

I have lived here for several years and I really enjoy the new management team. Priscilla and Rachel provide good customer service and Otis does a outstanding job with grounds and work orders. I am renewing my lease again and I recommend this property. The property value is going up !

The apartments are BEAUTIFUL.And Priscilla is AMAZING as well😊. She answered any questions and made us feel like we were family.We cant wait to move In to our beautiful apartment on Monday!

I just moved here from Akron ohio about a month ago and for being completely new to the area these appartments are pretty quiet and relaxing. New stove and dishwasher was a plus. Everyone keeps to themselves and very friendly. The complex has nice and easy to use laundry accommodations, they also stay caught up on cleaning the pool every two weeks. So far so good. Please keep up the good work.

I like living here the management. A very sweet and loving lady. Whenever I have a problem with my apartment she gets on it and have it fixed that same day. I would recommend any one to move very quiet and peaceful.

Scammers run this complex!! Dont move to these apartments. Move elsewhere... nothing gets fixed roaches galore. Just nasty nasty place

Unless you like your water bill 90$+ a month, constantly not being able to use the water due to shut offs.. going 5+ days with no hot water. Constant issues, this is the place for you. Only good thing about this appartment complex is the neighbors and percilla ( whos no longer there)

Absolutely horrendous. Complained to the Post Command about adding to the Armys Black List of where Soldiers cannot go/live. Drug use was prolific to say the least. Crime; rampant. Cops - crooked and in cahoots with the drug addict residents. Will tell you one thing and then switch their story. EX... said we did not have to do a walk through as we were on short orders to move and to just drop key off. Received harassing phone calls from a LAW FIRM that one of their crooked owners is a part of. Told them to stop calling and harassing or I would report to the police. Phone calls stopped.... 3 years later I was put in collections for a 60 dollar cleaning fee. Absolutely terrible business, people, and area to live in.

Mrs. Priscilla has been great with providing information on both uptown Heights and the companys sister property. She informed me that management took over in july on both properties and the improvements are great . She is very nice and knowledgeable.l will be loklook forward to live in ether properties, thanks Mrs Priscilla.

Since moving here, I have received just the best and most welcoming service since renting apartments in all. The pools are kept clean and the property is always clean. Mgmt is always on top of the requests sent in almost immediately.. Great job..

Priscilla showed us around the property. All around it was a great experience!

There was a horrible, overweight manager and his step-son who worked here. They intimidated all the residents, the step-son would come in unannounced, they were very unprofessional, making inappropriate remarks and announcing residents personal business openly, and constantly, (seriously and jokingly) making threats to evict people in front ofothers. They made my family and I feel so uncomfortable living here.

They are never here. Have bed bugs in some buildings, roach problems. They never on top of maintenance but wants rent when its due. I really wouldnt recommend these apts to anyone especially with children I have heard gun shots and so has my Case worker and from him being a military man im sure he knows what gun shots sound!

Worst apt ever.I cant wait to move out of this crappy apt,I pay 600 for a small room,the ac dont really work,the room window was broken,the refrigerator dont cold a lot,and lot of bugs,the take forever to come fix anything but the guys that works here dont even know what the do couse they dont fix it right and they have to come back and the story never ends,the manager suck too,he doesnt even care,he only get the rent money and leave the apt,so he almost never here.
