The apartment itself is fine. I appreciate how spacious it is, there are occasional roaches but we are able to request pest control to come once a week. Ive had no issues with neighbors and the location is convenient. I like that its pet friendly and that there is a pool and gym (although the gym is very small).Now onto why Im giving this review 1 star. On multiple occasions there have been issues with trash, where it piled up for over a week. Its a health hazard and makes the community an eye sore. They have since removed the most recent pile, but there is still plenty of trash littered around the community. Ive found dirty diapers by the pool, garbage on the lawn that just gets mowed over. I wish management took more pride in making the community look nice.There are hot water issues at least once a month, often times more than once. They probably need to get a whole new system in place but instead just keep trying to repair it. Ive never had an apartment have water related issues as much as this one has.It can also be difficult to get questions answered, either the office doesnt answer the phone or they say they dont have any information. Well get emails saying the hot water will be worked on one day then the next day its still not working with no updates from management until late into the day or sometimes not until the day after that.Each apartment used to come with one covered parking space. Now they are charging to park in the covered spots and requiring to get a free permit to park in uncovered parking, otherwise you have to park on the street. As you can imagine, people would rather park on the street or get a free permit than pay for what used to be included, so now the street is entirely lined with cars when it used to be relatively clear. A bunch of covered parking spots now sit entirely unused as a result.To me, these things are highly importantly and are huge quality of life issues. Constant water issues and the eye sore of cars along the streets and garbage all around just ruin what could be an incredible place. I hope management takes these issues seriously and doesnt pretend like its all fixed, because they come up time and time again. I would consider changing my review if they made consistent change - no more hot water issues, no more trash around, and consider letting each apartment come with a covered spot again.

I just moved here from California and this was the first apartment i looked at. The apartment is so much bigger and nicer on the inside then the pictures on the website! Im glad to be here, appreciate the staff in my limited interactions with them. Everything works. I would definitely recommend Connally apartment to friends. Thank you for everything

I recently moved in, my move in date was moved twice and still not ready when I moved in. Called about a few maintenance issues and they have been solved. Put an order in for my plumbing to be fixed since I barely have any water pressure while on hot when I use my shower so hopefully that will be fixed really soon. But other then that I have no complaints. The neighbors are quiet. The price is sufficient and as long as I continue to pay rent on time and work with maintenance I believe this could be a good apartment. I wish the pool was open but not a necessity so no biggie. I just appreciate the Connally offering me a roof over my head while so many don’t have that luxury. Thanks everyone for working hard!

I have been a resident here @ the Connally going on 5 years. Just like all other apartments we are going through some hiccups. Since we have gone through a few managements this past year we have a great team on board. Heads up to Jessica & Madison for doing their best to get all residents orders filled and Matt & Andrea for keeping our complex clean. I recommend the Connally Apartments for your future residency. Prices are great

I just moved here from Dallas and didnt have time to even look at any apartments before moving in. I was so excited when I actually saw the apartment because it is so much bigger on the inside then the pictures even made it look on the website! I did check the reviews last month and thats part of the reason I decided to go with The Connally. Im glad everything worked out and I would definitely recommend them to friends. *BEWARE FUTURE TENANTS . The apartments are spacious but management and maintenance don’t do their job!Hi Jessica, Madison and Rachel (regional manager)Before you call out that I’m not a tenant as you do to other reviews. I’m not on the lease and you know who I am. YesManagement, the receptionist and maintenance do not do their job. You can call all day with no response but you go to the office and they are sitting in there talking and have conversations instead of doing their job. We have multiple work orders submitted and they didn’t get completed but when I look up the status online it’s under review or marked completed but no one has come. The ones that were completed took a month or more than to get done. We got into a discussion with Madison because she couldn’t find a form for us to sign because “it’s not her job it’s Jessica’s job”. Jessica had already emailed and knew we would be in but of course she wasn’t there. And no employee knew when she would be back. Madison called the cops because she couldn’t do her job and get the form herself and just panicked like a child. Long story short we will no longer be tenants.To top it off because they are all incompetent at doing their job they are now making it difficult for us to lease at a leasing agency because we were “bad tenets”! All we wanted was for the work orders to get done since we do pay our rent and it’s a maintenance order which is a part of their job. Thank Madison and all the employees there who are incompetent for losing a good tenant.Also, there has been no pool or gym service because the pool needs a part which has nothing to do with the gym. But both are closed. Previous management left the gym open for tenants and locked the access door to the pool. But “it’s an amenity to them and we don’t pay extra for it” as most apartments are and don’t charge for it either.*The pictures attached are of one of my neighbors unit she is currently dealing with mold and leak and and has not been able to get them to fix it or repair any damage.*The picture of the office is of all the work orders that haven’t been completed yet.They don’t even fit in the bin!* I added a picture of my shower 7/08/21 because they came to “fix” the issue that was causing damage to my neighbors unit downstairs. Maintenance man was from another apartment complex that is run by the same owner. He stated that someone would be coming back to fix it so we’ll see when that happen since the normal maintenance man was screaming in my face while we were dealing with their incompetence the day we were asked to move. ( I will leave an updated picture on the day I’m supposed to move out to see if they will get to the shower. Our move out date which is 7/16)(Follow up)No maintenance came out to finish fixing the shower head. Mind you we paid rent until our move out date and had no access to one shower for over a week!Picture of hole in the wall is where the shower head should be.* I attached pictures of the ac vent FULL OF MOLD! We were breathing that in for over a year and all they do is paint over it and let the new tenants move in!!!!*There’s been a leak under my restroom sink since 06/17 and that’s the one I submitted online but I had already called in person to report it and as of today it’s still there. There’s a picture of the bin I have to dump out so the cabinet don’t get soggy and moldy and it’s listed under “review”. I attached a copy the work order as proof.They don’t care about the residents at all because they don’t live here.They are only worried about it getting your rent check so they can get paid!

It’s hard to find good quality apartments at a good price but I’m genuinely happy with this place.I looked around at a couple of other apartments in this area and nothing else was comparable to this one. I love how modern the inside of our apartment looks and if I’m being honest it was probably my main reason for wanting to move in. I haven’t had any issues so far and I’d definitely recommend.

We have trash bags all over the parking lot. Been like that for three weeks. Dumpster service hadnt been here in a couple of weeks. Dumpster is empty now but trash still in parking lot. Can never get a hold of office. They never answer the phone.

I would like to think all of the staff members and maintenance men who work together to help us be comfortable. These apartments are great its connected by a major highway that entails a lot of excitement were surrounded by restaurants movie theaters bus lines and even schools the location of this place is excellent and we have a new management team that is great they really do know how to get on top of things when you ask them. The management is very courteous and helping and they are really fixing up all of the units and changing tiles carpets painting on the area thats supposed to be painted replacing appliances when need replaced fixtures that have been painted over were simply replaced with a new plate once I told the maintenance thank you for doing such an excellent job keep up the good work kindly keep up the good work. I have never been in a place that goes the extra mile to ensure the the residents are happy they sometimes hold special events and pass out things like pizza and have pool parties they have a wonderful gym

Dont move here. The 5 star ratings are clearly bots or people who dont live here. management is a joke. I called 42 times today. 42, but no answer for hours. When they did answer, I was on hold for literally 16 minutes just to be hung up on. Of course when I called back, they just stopped answering. The mail boxes are constantly being broken into. Been trying to get my AC, my water and my shower fixed for weeks. I have an infant child and its not acceptable to have my apartment at 80 degrees all day and 76 at night. I cant wait for the BS copy and paste response to this bad review. Nobody cares what kind of situation you inherited when you took over management, nobody cares about your BS response to the pipes being busted and nobody wants to email you at the management email address. DONT MOVE HERE.

Definitely not a place you want to be. They dont do any repairs, nor answer the phones,parking is ridiculous and the dumpsters are always full and trash and furniture just sit for weeks. Which the people that live here should also stop being lazy and actually throw the trash in the damn dumpsters and not on the side.

These apartment complex is terrible!! There is always issues with hot water! There’s been a hot water outage several times since moving in March 2020. The management is a always switching staff. Can’t keep maintenance or office staff. Regional Management is of no help and more worried about other issues that are not as irrelevant as supplying residents hot water or just water in general! Do not move here or you’ll have reoccurring issues with hot water and turn around management.

Who ever is posting these good reviews are either fake or don’t really live here. This place is the worst. From roaches to our a/c constantly stops working. They’re always changing the maintenance guys so we have different people coming to fix the same issue that “has to wait for parts to come in.” Haven’t had properly working water for almost more then a week since the storm. Currently the water is out AGAIN. You would think with the new management things would be better but they’ve become worse. Don’t get me wrong the people in the office are polite but there’s only so much they can do.

DO NOT RENT HERE!! You will be miserable. Trust me. Its really sad that I have to resort to posting a review just to get a response from them. Always changing management and blaming the previous management for their lack of resources to fix maintenance issues. When its the same corporate company that is running the complex. They never answer the phone. I called today about 60 times to get an update on my unliveable apartment since 02/16 and was answered once and left on hold for 15 mins. Called again busy tone or ring ring then call drops. They refused to speak with tenants during the whole winter storm ordeal. They hid in their office the whole time with the doors locked. To this day its like pulling teeth just to get some sort of response from them. They make sure to make you aware you are still responsible to pay full rent and refusal to let anyone off of their lease. If you value your family and health DO NOT RENT HERE! And dont fall for the responses the people with bad reviews are getting on here. Nothing is being fixed. Its all just for show.

Horrible place and worse management. Dont live here even if they offer you a free apartment. My AC is out since storm. I am waiting for the maintenance to fix the issue 🙄 but no one appears.Replying to your comment: so far you guys didnt do anything even this week. Bringing and dropping a new AC unit is a worse definition for a solution. New AC unit delivered to you on 03/12/2021(see your new unit partiallyinstalled) when will other missing parts arrive? ...maybe after a decade. Come on...storm happened weeks now, since then we dont have AC and ventilation. You are responsible for that problem by not providing on time repairs and ventilation. Btw answering phone calls by leasing office takes forever..forever. They actually dont answer at allllll...

These apartments are old and falling apart remodeling them is not good enough if all they do is cosmetic maintenance they need to repair some deeper problems like bubbles ceilings. And redo bathtubs right and not just spray paint them and not clean and sand down correctly. Also prep areas that are going to be painted so other things dont get paint were paint doesnt belong. Cabinets need to be painted right so doors will close right and not stay open do to too much paint and never sanded down. Windows cleaned right and be able to open easy. Title broken in different places and painted on. Appliances replace when to old store is all warped and cant cook evenly on it. Replaced refrigerator but should have done it before us moving in. Shower heads should be higher its only for short people not anyone higher than 58 .People below us always smoking cigarettes or more weed and comes up vents and sticks up the whole apartment. Never vacuumed the room and stepped on 3 to 5 nails in carpet. Roaches in apartment. Main door needs fixing you can see all the light at night coming through that means a/c in escaping. Ceiling fans were never cleaned. Painted on top off plugs and switches and washer plug was completely covered in paint. They show model and looks nothing like the model. Pool is always dirty never see them cleaning with brush nor pool vacuum or put Clorox in it. Parking lot is discussing and has cars that havent moved in a long time. Some with dirty windows you cant see out of and flat tires. Makes apartments look trashy. Rocks everywhere on walk ways never picked up nor branches. They dont cut down over grown branches. Maintenance guy great guy respectful and office friendly and respectful. They can only do so much if owner doesnt put real money into it. Very disappointed wish we could break lease with no consequences. Ask for my girlfriend and I to be set free from lease do to ex-husband has been stocking her and slashed her new tires at apartment complex and he broke into mailboxes and they refused to let us leave. They dont care about anyones safety at all. They constantly have no hot water and let people smoke weed in apartments its a lot of drugs on apartment complex site. They dont care about that either.

This review rating is in regards to the maintenance crew. I put in a report for a leak, the same day, some maintenance guy came in and just spray painted the ceiling and it stunk up the whole room! (smh) But the following day, another maintenance guy, David, came by and took care of the problem. He was very kind and professional. He explained what was happening and what he was going to do. I understand other reviews saying there are quite a few things needing to be updated, repaired, or replaced, so not sure if they are hiring more workers at this time, but if they keep David, they are heading in the right direction, just hope they can provide additional support and quality workers as him.

Ive been been a resident at this apartment complex for over 3 years now. Throughout this whole experience I would have to say the staff at The Connally has been the most helpful. My Maintenance request have all been completed to my satisfaction. They even do a follow up call to make sure everything is up to standard. They host community outings and news letters. Always satisfied with the effort. I do recommend this complex, affordable prices too!

Ive been a resident at The Colony Apartments for the last 18 months and really enjoy living here. There has been so many changes in these apartments since Ive moved in and they are for the better. The change of staff has made it amazing. Thank you Rachel Sabrina, Domingo and Pete for making our environment here so homely. I enjoy all the activities the staff do here for the residence. I would recommend these apartments to family and friends or anyone looking for a place to live! I wouldnt think twice of moving from here.

Ive lived on the property since May 2017. I love the layout of my cossey 2 Bdrm, 2 Bath, I enjoy the area where my apartment is located, its always quiet. I rarely visit the office, but when I do visit the office, the staff are professional, courteous, very helpful and nice. I love the changes and the upgrades, especially the gym area, nice and convenient. I truly enjoy The Connally Apartments, I dont plan to move anytime soon or later.Thanks to all the hard working staff.

I am so impressed with new management, the environment and appearance of our complex has changed in a very positive way. Our amenities have also improved: we have a new gym, new network area, and the pool is now open everyday. I am completely happy with my apartment. If you are in the market come by talk to Rachael or Sabrina, take the tour. We are centrally located and have plenty of everything around us.

You can dress up a pig but it is still a pig. I have lived at The Connally for years and the complex is old and has not been cared for over the years. Maintenance is ridiculous. The office staff will lie to your face. A new coat of paint on the outside is not going to make up for years and years of poor maintenance and the lack of courtesy and honesty from the office staff. We will be moving when our lease is up. Anyone who says this is a great place to live or that the office staff are wonderful, is lying. They bribe residents with gift cards to give good reviews.

I have to say how well Ive been treated by the new management. Sabrina was so helpful with my transition to a smaller apartment. She made things simple and help me smoothly through the transition. I was nervous I must say because of all the transitions going on but through out everything Sabrina and staff have put any worry or confusion at ease. Very friendly and extremely helpful!! A great way to start a new relationship with great customer service!! I plan on being here for awhile:)!

They can never conduct themselves in a respectful manner, when they are proven to be wrong they hang up the phone. There has been so many issues around here it is ridiculous. .. I would think that their boss would look at their work a lot more closely ... when you move in it will be all nice and neat but as soon as you come across an issue they can not adequately deal with then u will get the run around. I have been living at the Connally apartments for about a year now, and I just renewed my lease with them for another year. Since we have been living here, the first couple months with the old management company was not very good. Nothing got done as far as maintenance and the manager only allowed the pool open during week days from 10am-5pm and closed on weekends because they did not want to clean up after residents and kids. It was June and very hot and no pool to use that we pay to have. Within a month of new management taking over, the pools opened for residents to use and maintenance requests got taken care of very quickly. The staff in the front office is very nice and professional and things get done in a timely manner. Ive never had any problems while living here. The management and staff takes PRIDE in taking care of their community.

Since under new management things have turned around. Amazing staff that go out of their way to ensure residents are happy and safe. Updates to property are a plus, were excited to see all the new changes, including fitness center and business office. Im happy to call The Connally home ♡**Update** I gave 5 stars until you took away the best property manager weve had here. Bring Rachel back!! This place is falling apart without her. The newsletter that was sent to all residents was misspelled and quietly removed Rachel from the picture. This is unacceptable.

DO not move here.Staff is rude and on a power trip. They can never EVER stay on top of maintenance issues. Its been over a year and they are still making excuses about their ridiculous customer service.Layla seems to think you can strip people of their freedom of speech simply because you are in HER office. Stephanie has no control of her and is constantly having to defend herself because of her incompetent staff. Stephanies solution is for you to deal with her directly and not with Layla. But when you call, Stephanie is never there and Layla never gives her your messages. They ALWAYS have an excuse over why maintenance issues from last year are still issues today!HALF THE COMPLEX has no hot water for YEARS. Its on and off all the time.if you dont believe any of these reviews, feel free to stop ANY ONE of the renters on property, they will freely explain to you that EVERY ONE has issues with SUMMIT STAFF and how unprofessional and incompetent they are at doing their JOBS!

Personally, not a resident here. Looked at the apartments two days ago and they are really nice as well the price is good. But Sabrina girl! You literally need to change your attitude. Not once did you welcome myself nor my realtor, probably said like 10 words to me. Then when MY realtor agent had to stop you as you rushed us out by giving us our I.Ds to just call you back if I had any questions and asked you politely to please explain the amenities to me. Your response was, We have a pool and a gym and we close at 10 P.M 😂 Only reason why I didnt pick these apartments was because of Sabrina. Last thing I want is to argue with staff for a whole year. This place sucks! I am a very understanding person but these apartments just don’t care. We lived in the heat for over a week because at first they tried fixing the ac and then they messed it up and said they couldn’t fix it because they had multiple orders... it was above 90 degrees in our apt. So we moved out and then they charged us for our pool bracelets, saying we never turned them in when we turned them into the manager during the walk through. So make sure when you turn in your pass to get something signed saying that you turned them in, otherwise you will get charged for them. I recommend not moving here.

The Connally is a nice property to live at. They have done major upgrades on the outside, as well as added a workout center! This is a very kid friendly oomplex. You actually see children playing amongst each other. Their communication is very consistent and have really good info in their monthly newsletter they send via email.the community socials, like the wine down wednesdays! The almost two year Ive been here this Is by far one of the best apartments Ive live in, spacious units, washer connection, çlean environment and affordable prices.they didnt sky rocket the rent when management changed.thanks for keeping my family happy residents here and in the future. 5 star complex!!!!

This place really deserves no stars the Workers in the front office are very rude especially when there is a issue and you try and speak with the about it, they over talk you. The water is always off or no hot water and they never let you know ahead of time before turning it off, and they add additional fees for reasons that are not your fault. No one should stay here I cant wait until my lease is up

Every time I call the office number I get hung up on. I understand new management, but there are inside issues that need to be fixed before working on the outside look and remodeling since the day I have moved in I have not been satisfied.

For the ammount of rent you pay you are well compensated for space and functionality of the apt the management is good tooThey are great at staying on top the requeat forms and getting to your residential needsIt is new management so that may have a lot to do with it

Theres a hole in my bath room ceiling after having to keep going to the office to fix the leak and we had to wait for it to dry and that was 2 weeks ago and theres still a hole and they we get a text saying that its done and how do like the work uhhh theres still a hole

I honestly regret moving here, the assistant covering the office is a waist of air she knows nothing when asked when anything will be done. Is very rude constantly rolling her eyes and hangs up on you or wont answer your call.A.c broke on us 4 times and she had us the whole weekend without air conditioning. Its infested with roachs, its an eyesore with constant trash outside dumpster old mattresses, couchs and furniture that has been sitting there for more than 2 weeks. The apartment is over priced with lack of amenities and to be paying so high for a a.c that is always breaking. The majority of cabinets do not close properly, the tub looks like it was just painted over paint is chipping, one bedroom closet sliding door is broke, the toilets are so cheap the seats fall right off. They are under new management, the day after we signed our lease all staff were fired and new management took over that week we were without a.c summer with 92 degree temperature inside. The second week here during the day outside my balcony were a couple fighting the gentleman was hitting his girls friend. The second night here the family downstairs from us went on a night brawl and about 4 gentlemen were fist fighting outside in front on 4th of July. I do not allow my children to play outside.

This place is infested with roaches and termites. The 3 building is where i had to live and i had roaches painted onto the wall. They also have mold in this building as well. The manager is rude as well. If i could have this place condemned i would. Save yourself some medical bills and dont move!

I know they just switched new apartment names and is under new management, but just by the way they are handling this inconvenience isnt exciting at all! Since the 6th of Sept. I kept telling Sabrina About the issue, that my cieling had a leak, for someone to come at least check it out, something, and NOPE no follow up, nothing! Yesterday about 5 in the morning, I was awokened by the ceiling falling over me, yeeaa i had installation all over my face! After leaving voicemails, online requests, STILL NOTHING! I dont have my room anymore ! Finally, I personally had to go in the office because of their lack of concern, lack of interest, just to recieve a follow up, statement, SOMETHING! . They also lack empathy. GOD knows how long, itll be before i can live comfortably, they fail to tell me anything! Like i have to answer my own questions as if theyre Zombies and numb to feelings, the new maintenance man whos actually supposed to fix the roof, couldnt give me a specific time to let me know, SOMETHING..he was lookin at me like he dont want to deal with me much less look at me,..wheres the genuwine customer service? And why dont they care? Theyre like just deal with it its big holes in my ceiling does anybody not understand what i am saying? Im a full time employed, part time student, single mother that pays for it all .. it sucks that these ppl want my money and could careless what happens or how im living..----------------------------------------------------------------10/4/181 wk ago, instead of walking with me Rachel just gave me the keys to check out another unit to transfer to. What happened to Quality and attentiveness? I got the keys to the wrong unit, & had to walk back and she said i could see the other unit at a later time, Funny she asked me to update my review, nothin personal ladies i just hate fake caringness! STILL NO FOLLOW UP WITH KEYS, or for the unfinished work in my/the room thats collecting mold, thats no longer available to me. I paid the 750 rent though.. The new unit still has old appliances, do i really want/need to transfer? I have school, work, deadlines and now this. Im a single mom, NO HELP! Its too much right now. Management, you can start where you thought you finished, MY ROOM!! PLEASE CONTACT ME!

This place should be condemned! Worse management, always turning off the water without notice .But yet when your moving out they want notice! Take a long time to fix something when you need it done right away . Not to mention they have an horrible ROACH problem I honestly felt like the roaches should have helped me pay for rent since they were living in my house throwing a party every night ... Lol my house was infested with them and never once did they get someone in there to check it out after I called many times. the pools is always closed year around even in the summer ! My car was broken into 10 times they did nothing about it to fix the problem I wasnt the only person with my car broken into till finally once before I was moving they sent out a later I made a mistake of signing the year contract with them anyone looking into this place please dont fall for it, its a trap . Management need to work on their communication skills they dont like to take criticism but love to give it out . Even if they give you a day to turn in the key on that same day you go they want to charge you for it . Lol they are full of it trying to get all the money they can from people

EACH TIME A DIFFERENT EXCUSE.1ST DAY MOVING IN 2IN ROACH DEAD IN THE MIDDLE OF THE KITCHEN. CABINETS DONT CLOSE ALL THE WAY. EVERY CABINET UNDER NEITH SINK WORPED SUNK IN CANT EVEN PUT ANYTHING STANDING. HORRIBLE KOCKING DONE TO BATHS AND TOILET TOILETS ABOUT A DIME SIZE IN KOCKING. TOOK PICS OF EVERYTHING SO I WOULDNT BE BLAMED FOR IT WHEN I LEFT. CLOSET DOORS DONT WORK. LOTS OF HOLES IN THE WALLS PATCHED UP VERY NOTICABLE. REQ. THEY COME FIX IT TO WORK FOR A DAY OR 2. I REQUESTED THEM TO UN PLUG DISH WASHER CAUSE IT DIDNT WORK. NEVER UN PLUGED IT. WATER STUCK IN DISH WASHER STINKY. COULDNT TURN IT ON W/OUT A FLOOD. THEY SD I HAD TO GIVE FULL MONTH BALANCE FOR DEPOSITE SINCE NO HISTORY OF RENTING. I DIDNT GET ANY OF IT BACK. OVER 600 FOR PAINTING WALLS, AGAIN WEAR AND TEAR. A FEW PINCEL MARKINGS FROM MY 2YR OLD.I DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE. ID LOVE TO UPLOAD PHOTOS BUT DONT HAVE THEM SAVED TO THIS COMPUTER. WAS NOT EVICTED NORE EVER LATE ON ANY PAYMENTS. DO NOT move here. you wont have water most of the time cuz they are to cheap to just replace the intire pipe instead if pieces of it. you almost never have hot water and there is a horrible roach infestation that they do nothing about. they constantly try to screw over there tenants and they take forever to fix things assuming they do. one of our last neighbors that we had lived there for only a month because there was black mold on the ceiling of there bathroom. they tried to just move to a different unit on the property but they wouldnt even do that, so you know how they fixed the problem. they spary painted white on it to cover it up like it would make it go away. they even left the leak that was causing they problem. this was literally the worst place I have ever lived at. dont put yourself in a situation you will regret and lose money you cannot afford to lose.

Sunday September 11, 2011Everything was fine in the beginning until I signed the paperwork. We tried over and over to look at the apartment, they kept telling us that it wasnt ready but reassured us that it would be ready by the time we RELOCATED on September 10, 2011 all of our belongings down here. They knew when we were going to be here. We had to rent a UHaul because we were relocating from another town that isnt very close. They said it would be ready by the time we got here. We got there and the apartment was horrendous! The front door, if someone would push on it with their shoulder, the door would come open with it being locked. The door wouldnt even stay shut without it being locked. One of the mirrors in the restroom was just sitting on the counter, the closet door in one of the bedrooms werent even in the tracks, dead roaches, smelled like pee in the apartment, the bathroom in the main bedroom, the door wasnt even on the hinges, wasnt even the correct door for it, plus the holes for the door wasnt cut out for it, it was leaning against the wall. The closet was missing an entire shelf the length of the closet, holes in the walls that were very poorly patched. Dirt on the walls in the kitchen. There was writing on the back of the closet doors, trash in the wash room plus no key to lock up the washer and dryer in their own storage. The sliding glass door had been forced open at one point, still wasnt fixed correctly. The restroom in the main area was missing a shower head, there was a big hole in the wall where it use to be, so we couldnt even use that shower at all.The apartment we were shown in the beginning was decent, livable, we were told the other apartment would look like the one we were shown! Well, the other apartment had been torn up from the floor up, it was horrible! We couldnt even move in due to the front door not closing or locking correctly, safety issues! I immediately called the afterhours number because supposedly management said that if something was wrong to call and he would take care of it. Needless to say, he never called to work anything out or get anything fixed or give us another apartment. We had to put all of our stuff in a storage unit because we couldnt rent the UHaul for another 2 days, so not only did we pay for our deposit and first months rent on this horrendous apartment, but we had to pay for storage, plus motel to stay in, plus look for another apartment. Then when we do find something else, we have to rent another UHAUL to move all of our stuff AGAIN! If they would have kept their end of the bargain then, we wouldnt have to dish out all this money!!!! I am so upset...plus there are two kids involved also! Here it is two days later, we still havent heard a word and I have been blowing up their phone to try to work a deal......NOTHING!DO NOT RENT FROM HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!I am in the process of finding out who, where, etc I can complain to, to make sure this doesnt happen to anyone else!As of Sept. 30, they havent called us to let us know our apartment is ready. I went back there almost every day to check on it until a week ago.PS I do have pictures of everything that is wrong with the apartment. Until I get this settled I wont post them on here.

The staff is very rude and there is always roaches roaming around. They even charged me for my service dog which they shouldn’t. If I were you guys I wouldn’t recommend you guys to move here.

Hot water is always out, my brother and his family have been without hot water for 4 days now today there is no water and they did not give a time frame of when it will be repaired. Dont rent here!!!!
