Not worth it. Terrible customer service, rude ghetto staff, don’t even bother asking for repairs on your unit. Broke my lease in this place. If you have kids, this is not a good place, junkies roam the parking at night, gate doesn’t work, people steal mail, some mail boxes don’t even have a lock on them. Trash is burned frequently at dumpster site. Pool is always dirty, lime green. Washers and dryer facilities always dirty. Super small gym. Dishwasher and disposal never worked during my time here, maggots floated up every time it was used.

Always so helpful when I call i never really have to wait long for a response and always so delightful when I call or go in. I love my apartment very clean everything works well and so big for what I pay. Honestly have to say all the new repairs they are doing are making the grounds look so good

I have now been in these apartments for 3 months and for the last 2 months I have had my apartment flooded out by maintenance personnel with little to no experience damage done to my appliances, water heater gone out, a flood in the hallway, both my toilet and tub not draining and currently now rats and roaches and no matter how many times I have submitted work orders and complained nothing has been done yet we pay for pest control? I have been told well “Welcome to apartment living!” I don’t care what type of financial situation your in you should never have be made to feel uncomfortable in your own no matter where you stay especially when you’re doing the right thing by cleaning and paying rent and utilities on time especially when you are paying on time I would suggest no one move here period especially if you have kids it’s definitely not worth it and draining and apartment staff are very rude and unapologetic and definitely don’t care unless it had to do with paying the rent

I like these apartments. I moved in a month ago and I am very pleased. They have fixed orders fast and the staff is always friendly. The price is good!

My sister lives here..maintenance sucks the roof had water damage from upstairs unit leaking into her shower then her rest room developed mold and they painted over it. Shes a diabetic. Also management changes so often an loses paperwork and important documents but is sure to hound you down for rent yet they cant maintain the apartments to a standard for basic health. Others are infested with roaches.

To begin, I give this place 1 star because we had a terrible experience applying to this place. We arrived at 5:30 and the lady at the desk gave us a bad look, because she was already leaving. But they close at 6. Then she told us we were not going to get approved because the income proof was from Arizona and didnt want to accept the notarized letter of the new job. Then we tried the bank statement to prove there was enough money to pay the first year, and still said no. I dont understand where they want me to live meanwhile I work and get proof of a job. Maybe under a bridge? She told me that I wouldnt be able to get an apartment ANYWHERE in Texas with this information.

So we just had a pipe burst it was an emergency shut off water I called into the office to get a expected time Jessica the assistant manager was super rude I called back the office and spoke to the leasing clerk Jessica and asked for the number for home-office so they refuse to give it to me they said that I have to Google the corporate home office address or number. It’s obvious they’re hiding something and they don’t want to give the corporate number Been living here for 2 months!

I have lived here six months and I’ve had numerous problems when I moved in the first week my AC went out I didn’t have a fridge it went out as well . There’s constantly leaks in these apartments, my bathroom randomly leaks, the water pressure is no good. Found out last week when my outdoor pipes broke that the water running through the pipes is actually yellow it’s not even clear it’s murky! Just nasty so what are we showering with. My dishwasher & my sink neither of them work these.The dishwasher uses the dirty water that goes down my sink to clean dishes! the constant gnats in my house because of the piping stinks from what ever backed up! Maintain a will close out a work order and the office tells you to do another this week . There mold behind the walls but they don’t care .

L lived in those apartments and I would appreciate if someone could pick up all the trash around building #8. It looks very tacky! the parking lot has trash everywhere and the dumpster outside is always over filled, its nasty! Very nasty that its embarrassing to have guests.

My wife and I and our two daughters made Marbach Park Apartments our home from Jan. 2018 -Jan. 2021. We just submitted our 60 day move out notice not because of any negative reasons for leaving but simply because we were blessed to get reach our goal...get a house! 😊🙏👏Our stay here was very enjoyable and relaxing. Management and staff has really turned these apartments around, for us any issues we had with maintenance was taken care of in a timely manner and the management was very kind to us as well. Very professional. I liked how throughout the complex there is big mature trees for shade and this neighborly vibe throughout my stay here. The neighbors were so kind and helpful here I noticed, also I felt safe while my family was here due to the fenced in complex and gate code access, an security guard.The location is perfect because is close to the highway access and across the street to plenty of fast food places and businesses few minutes away. The area is growing more I see and getting a new positive reputation around here.My 2 bedroom 1 bath was very spacious for the price, if you compare square footage to other apartments. Nice layouts and up to date clean working stove, fridge and dishwasher machine, and to put the cherry on top this place has washer / dryer connections which is so convenient. No washer or dryer? No problem..this place has a clean laundry mat on-site that stays open late. Good size patios as well I may add. Lit up mailbox areas with security cameras for your safety which I liked. Also a playground area and pools. New management has turned these apartments around as I’m a witness of that ! Erica the manager was very kind to us and helped us with any issues we had throughout our time here. I recommend these apartments if your looking for an affordable place with a neighborly welcome and attentive staff with spacious floor plans and convenient washer dryer connections and plenty of shade and fenced in complex. Thank you Marbach Park Apartments for making our stay here very enjoyable. 😊

Everything since this new management team came on Ive seen nothing but improvement and things are getting better with each passing day.

Only had a couple of problems but they have been extremely nice and caring and took care of them quickly. I recommend you try Marbach Park Apartments.

Your moving to your auntie and uncle in bellaire .. marbach park.. this is a normally quiet place unless im play my music aloud and as does my neighbor at times. The few people I have gotten to meet here are really good loving caring people. The administrative office is very attentive with all of my documentation thats was needed and it truly is a blessed place to call Heavenly Home. Hope others may see it the same

Marbach Park Apartments is a great place to live. I have lived here for almost a year now! Marcela is an excellent manager and her staff is prompt, courteous and efficient. The grounds are comfortable the located across the street from HEB and other restaurant. The bus stops in front and back for easy access for everything. located in a residential neighborhood. I highly recommend Marbach Park Apartments!

While looking around for a new place, I stopped by these apartments. I was greeted by Brianna upon arriving. I must say that she offered great customer service and was very professional. This is one of my top picks for the area. Im definitely interested in the apartment I was showed. and very impressed by the customer service.

Marbach Park Apartments the property looks very clean,the pool looks crisp and the the gated security made me feel safe.. While walking around to get a feel of the place the residents of the area including the staff greeted me and offered their assistance. Very friendly.The pictures listed on their website look exactly like the apartment I’ll be moving into, simply looks beautifully gorgeous!The staff have been extremely friendly, prompt and efficient in providing me with the information I needed and have been patient while they assisted me in the application process. I originally went to look at these apartments a while back, but had a really bad feeling. The leasing manager wasn’t very welcoming and easily distracted as if my time was important to her. I recently went again because I heard things were getting better, so I figured i would check them out again. I spoke with Brianna and she was very welcoming and was truly genuine and wanted to make sure that it I felt at home. It truly makes a difference from one person to the next especially with someone who cares and is truly passionate of their job. I am not sure who the manager is here, but Brianna would be great as a manager.

Love my apt!! Everything is new and looks fancy on the inside. Dont let the outside fool you. Staff are helpful and very nice. Maintenance fixes problems quickly and emergency is always there. I love the area and my kids enjoy the pools and the playground a lot. I feel safe letting my kids outside with the controlled security gates and security staff in the after hours. Great place to live. The majority of the neighbors are nice and everybody keeps to themselves.

This is now of the worst places to live at. the maintenance people dont know what they are doing, and these apartments are falling apart. be careful because they will sweet talk you in to sign the lease and once they do that theyll treat you like trash. they focus just on renewal of leases and new leases those are the only 2 times you will have the office be nice to you.

Im a current resident who recently moved here less than 2 months ago. The apartment i viewed was nothing close to what i moved into. It was filthy, and literally smelled like dog. There was dried dog feces on the patio. Theres not too many different kinds of bugs but there is A LOT OF ROACHES!! They have yet to come out and fumigate. Today is Sunday, i just got home and my kitchen is flooded. I tried to contact anyone by email or telephone. There is no emergency contact for situations like this. Read the reviews. Stay away from this place. You can get a better bang for your buck elsewhere.

Its a good place so long as you pay your bills on time and nothing breaks. They arent helpful with anything unless it has to do with you paying your monthly dues. Is something breaks after hours hope and pray its not an emergency because they have NO emergency maintenance. NONE. I asked the maintenance guy, and he didnt know if they did that (given, hes new) i asked the office and they said that it gives the emergency maintenance number if i call after hours. I do numerous times, and NOTHING. Just a buisy signal. This place used to be decent before that building burned down. Now nothing.LITERALLY, ALL I WANT IN LIFE IS A FREAKING EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE NUMBER!!!

I lived at Marbach Park several years ago. The place is ghetto and should be condemned. They have a major problem with roaches and rats. Vehicles were broken into and this place full of drug dealers hanging out. The appliances dont work, the water was shut off 4-5 times a month without notice. The pool was filthy, the water is green. Management doesnt care at all about your concerns. Do not rent here, you will regret it.

This place is trash, avoid this place. It is summer time, I went into the office on Saturday and told the office to send maintenance to check my ac because it’s not cooling. I went in at 10 when they opened and they lady said he will be right over because it’s an emergency, they didn’t show up until 4:30, 30 minutes before the office closed. The man gets there and says he checked the outside unit, everything looks fine and he came to change my filter. Next day, ac still not blowing cool air, office is closed, I call the emergency number they don’t send anyone. I get home Monday evening, my apartment is a hot as ever ac sitting at 83 degrees, I rush over to the office right at 5:30 told the lady to send someone ASAP, she agreed, and no one shows up. They don’t fix anything, they are over priced, the apartments are falling apart. Maintenance sucks, and don’t be fooled by the women in the office, they really don’t care about your issues here.

Have been waiting for someone to come look at my peeling tub since Nov 2018. And my water has been leaking in my tub for over a month now. . Pretty sure they will use the FIRE as an EXCUSE now for not responding. I wonder if anybody out of the burned down units had complaints or concerns about something that was related to what ever caused the fire. And they ( management OLD or NEW ) were too busy to bother to respond. Ive even threatened to cut off the water to our unit but was told its Not my property so i cant.Cant wait for this lease to expire. I lived here 4 years ago and nnever had issues with management then. Why cant everybody be PROFESSIONAL? ...sorry i renewed my lease. Wont happen again. I only gave them the ONE star cause i guess u have to give them something. I need to download YELP and give MB a shout out there as well

New management is nice one minute and is not so nice the next. The sewerage had been coming up from the ground for weeks. I pay full rent and I’m not on housing. I turned my keys in and management was being mean about everything and was rude to my 16 year old son. Don’t move here they are scamming housing.

Dont do it go else where the specials arnt worth it. Roaches rats. Parking lot floods. My apartment flooded everytime it rained for two years. Mold etc. The dumpsters always full furniture laying around and the smell was horrible.. Youve been warned

Ugh...if I could give NO stars I would....My daughter is trying to live here.....worst experience ever. They dont treat the grounds for fleas so even though we treat the dog and bathe her and clean the carpets, she is always covered. Maintenance sucks! 2 months without Air Conditioning. Several calls and they finally come to fix it but its out again after they leave. Always 90 degrees in the house. Her lease is up in November and we are getting her out of there!

Takes them weeks to have the swimming pools cleaned when there dirty! They send out eviction notices on second day to everyone if you don’t pay rent on the 1st! It’s not listed but you won’t get your 250 referral bonus till after three months. Price rates are high and other fees will be added to your monthly rent every month!***UPDATE**Water break is a real problem here expect the water shut off once a week at least or two. Today water break water cut off at 7:30 with no notifications about the water break. It’s 11:00 pm still off !**NEW Manager is RUDE and Sarcastic if you call her one day to make a complaint or in regards to a matter the following day she says she never got that call!!? She’s unprofessional shes unorganized, forgetful, and rude. Another apt complex called in regards to emailing or faxing a form and she was rude with them as well! So good luck on getting that form sent over to your new apt!! When asked if she can fax the form Manager says “ fax machine is not set up” !?

0 STARS!!!! THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!! became a resident in October 2018 immediately upon my move in date I began to experience problems. I kept getting really sick and realized I didnt have no filter I asked for one and I had to wait for few weeks and when I finally got one I asked if maintenance can put it in for me I was told I had to replace it myself I have photos of how it looked before I replaced it. Before that my water heater was broken in December of 2018 and I went without hot water for approximately 3 weeks before anything was done. Following the Water heater issue in December my refrigerator completely broke and I waited a week before even receiving a replacement. Additionally, the building has shifted you can see where my walls are cracking in the center and when it rains my property inside my home is damaged due to rain water, and has damaged my Xbox wires. Not to mention the management before the management now they all got fired for illegally collecting funds from not only me but other renters their reason on them collecting money from me was because I was a day late we have until the 3rd to pay rent it Was barely the 2nd they asked for a money order that they will have the manager sign it for me to just to sign my signature on it. I was in a hurry to go to work and never dealt with situations like this. Until I talked to a friend about everything. My neighbor upstairs is having similar issues called numerous times and they have yet to come check, you can feel soft spots you foot actually sinks in the floor we are both scared her apartment is going to collapse on top of mine, she also has rain water issues. My bathtub has this big hatch above my shower head it fell open thank goodness I wasnt in the shower at the time. Ive made plenty of complains, they keep telling me they will send someone and no ones came. I have cancer and there is mold everywhere inside the vents i pay almost $800 for a one bedroom not all bills paid and I feel I shouldnt have to deal with this. There was a massive fire that took two buildings and I they still yet to tell anyone what happened I know it was the wiring. These apartments have collapsed before Im scared thats going to happen again. Not only is My neighbor who lives above me but the man above her are also very worried because she feels the soft spots on her floor your foot literally sinks in in certain spots. She gives me her key to me because they come into your apartment while your not there, with no permission. I tried contacting so many places with these concerns and no one has reached out. Its getting worse and the building is going to collapse. they need to be shut down! Theres more than a few of us willing to speak up!

Lived here for awhile, it was ok. Couple of issues, however in the last couple weeks new manager has came in. A lot of things have changed, looks like it’s improving for the better. Out with the old staff and in with a new staff. Thank God!!

Tried to give it zero stars!! I don’t even know where to begin. It is so frustrating living here the new manager is rude asf. One of the ladies in the office try to determine whether if it was me or my friend talking on the phone by saying “is this the big one or small one”, the utilities is always a off the wall price as if there’s hidden fees somewhere. AND WORST OF ALL LAST NIGHT OUR TUB AND TOILET STARTED BUBBLING UP OUT OF NO WHERE! WE CALLED THE “ EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE “ AND NO ONE SHOWED UP. KEEP IN MIND I HAVE 2 LITTLE BOYS WHO CANT USE THE BATHROOM UNTIL THESE PEOPLE SHOW UP. I tried plunging it and everything!! We gone have to leave our apt just to take a piss because its still rising. ALL I KNOW IS WE GONE BE GETTING SOME NEW FLOORING AND CARPET IF THE DAMAGES GET TO BAD BECAUSE WE DID NOTIFY THEM .We only got so many towels smh. All and all don’t waste your time and money no matter how bad you need a place. Just go to the apt complex next door. And they also have a bad ant investigation on the outside walls that come inside ..that I’ve also brought up multiple time and roaches .. the exterminator is pointless here

Lived there for nearly 2 years and we hated it. Crooks and thugs including the entire staff. The pictures are phony and no the place does not look like those pictures. Every other month the trash containers are refused service because they dont pay their bill and you have trash everywhere for weeks. Research it, it was all over the news last summer. They tow and ticket who they dont like. Gated community? I think the main gate worked for about one week the entire two years we lived there. They try to sneak in charges monthly so pay attention to your bill. Weve been gone from there for nearly 4 months now and I just got a call from a recovery group stating we still owe Marbach $440 for cleaning fee... LMAO

Its interesting that Tyler Richard also wrote similar reviews for other 1-2 star apartment complexes. Tyler Richard please inform me as to how it is that youre living at 3 different apartment complexes at the same time all of which have poor reviews, cheat and steal from their tenants, and would be more than willing to pay for better reviews which by the way is illegal. Please Tyler, tell me how that works.

This is by far the worst place ive live on. Theyre infested with rats and roaches! ! Maintenance takes weeks to come and fix little things. Awful awful place. .Update. This place is a joke! A year later and we still share the apartment with rats.Try to move out when youre lease is done and good luck with that! Theyre gonna make you stay another month so they can charge you more fees. DO NOT MOVE HERE! The online pictures for these apartments look nothing like the actual apartments. It is the definition of a RAT HOLE. Day 1 moving in and I immediately had a roach problem. You pay for pest control and can request the apartment to be sprayed but they never actually come. So invest in adopting a cat unless you like roaches in every room especially your kitchen! I didnt have hot water for a week at a time and your A/C will ALWAYS go out. They drag their feet to fix it day or night. Also, check out the crime rate for these apartments. Someone was held at gunpoint in the parking lot and a police officer was shot when responding to a door being kicked down due to drugs. My bathtub leaked water from the ceiling onto me and the shower walls are stained with dark yellow streaks from water damage. The dishwasher was broken when I moved in and they never responded to the work orders to fix it. Depending in which old unit you move into your neighbors will get worse. The man across the hallway from me literally 5-10ft away blasted LOUD music at all hours of the night that shook the pictures hanging on your wall. They keep bags and bags of their garbage sitting in front of their door so it attracts rats and MORE roaches then leave their kids running up and down the staircases screaming and fighting when youre trying to sleep. They have security but all it consisted of was a guy sitting in a vehicle at the front gate never leaving to make rounds. The staff is LAZY and unprofessional. I was changed too much upon move in and no one noticed until months later. They hang up on you constantly or and you have to bug them 10 calls later before you get a straight answer or your issue resolved. I was told to wait while on the phone so the leasing associate in the office could finish watching a video or her friends son. Theyre very rude, unprofessional, and know very little about their job. Dont make the mistake I did and move into this awful apartment complex and waste your money. Worst living experience ever so far. Do your research!

They never fix anything Im going to get the local television station involved in this.. having a disabled child in the house and for over a month they havent fixed the issue its been getting almost 90 in the place not with it at all

The office Ladies are very understanding, that people do make mistakes and there past is that there past, expectedly after 14-15 years ago!! And Mr.McClellan, all I can say is ME getting in contact with him was truly a BLESSING!! What a caring man, he didnt just listen to my problems, he really really heard what is was saying. Even if for one reason or another things dont go like I pray, I still wanted to post this review. Please if your looking for a home, dont pass this one up due to a few bad reviews. Yes my earlier review was negative but under the circumstances that i was in. i went in today thinking i wasnt going to be getting what was promised but in the end you helped me get just that. So yes for Brianna and her team im changing my review and my rating. Your exactly what this place needs and i cant wait to see the great things the new teams does so far they have done alot and it shows.

Office staff does NOTHING to rectify property issues. They sit in their cozy little office and wear blinders to ALL activities on property. Not even the Sara the property manager but get supervisor Cornelius return telephone calls nor are ever available! THIS PLACE IS A CROCK.

Marbach Park Apartments is a great place to live! I have lived here for 22 years! Marcela is an excellent manager and her staff is prompt, courteous and efficient! The grounds are comfortable with mature trees! It is located across the street from HEB, Wellsfargo and restaurants! The bus stops in front for easy access! Great staff, very friendly, professional and the neighbors are nice. But i wanna thank the staff most of all for working with me through my struggles.

Whats sad is how human dignity can be cheapened by a dwelling. People can have a rough life or a faulty upbringing, but that doesnt give the owners a reason to neglect these apartments.The gates dont work. Appliances are poorly repaired. Mice and roaches are everywhere. Employees dont care. Some authority should come and have a look at these apartments.

These are the worst apartments Ive ever lived in, I have had a huge water leak in my restroom cieling since Saturday night, have emailed called gone by the office and nothing. Can not get ahold of anybody the cieling looks like its about to collapse, it honestly is ridiculous, they are so quick to OVER charge every month in utilities, but can not be bothered to answer the after hours line, DO NOT rent from here save your money and go somewhere else even if its more expensive. You will regret moving here

You would think that its summer and we can enjoy our 2 POOLS that we have. Well nope!!! NO pools at this time. Since summer has started the water has been green and they continue saying they are waiting on a filter. If they had their act together, they would have prepared for the summer and ordered all this before it was time to use the pool. Im sure it doesnt take a genius to know that you need a good FILTER SYSTEM to operate an apartment complex pool. They have been waiting on this part for over 3 weeks and I seriously doubt they will get it next week like they said they were. I guess I should have read the reviews before we moved in. Its been so frustrating living here. Do not rent here. I tried to give it 0 stars but you have to put at least one. This place is infested with roaches. Its disgusting. I keep a tidy clean appartment and still have to deal with killing so many every day. You cant even cook in your kitchen with out them in the way. The office staff is very rude and unprofessional. No matter how much you complain about asking for pest control they will not do anything. My kitchen sink was always backing up and overflowing when I wasnt even home. Took them days to come clean up all the water several times and smelled so bad. We have been Ill alot since weve lived here with bronchitis and ammonia. Keep your kids out of this filthy place. These need to be condemned, they are wasting money trying to upgrade units but thats not going to get rid of the rats and roaches. Also the grounds here smell like cat and dog urine and fieces you can smell it from within your apartment windows. Police are here on a daily basis. Seen so many ambulances and fire trucks here. Very unusual. Please believe me, your going to regret living here. Im trying to get out of this place soon I cant continue to be paying rent while missing work from always being sick. If you have bad allergies or Asthma stay away.

Up until 2 months ago the parking lot had MAJOR sink holes and there were pot holes everywhere…it only took 3 years to finally half ass fix them. EVERY SINGLE BUILDING is falling apart in some fashion, my patio is missing a few bricks and is now inhabited by a mother cat and her kittens, which leads to my next point….This place is a rest haven for filthy stray cats and other creatures, and when you tell management they claim that there is nothing they can do. ROACHES ARE EVERYWHERE! Pest controls comes every Thursday but there has been AT LEAST 4 different times when I have requested them and they never showed but when I spoke to the office the pest log showed my apartment was sprayed. The grounds are filthy! There used to be a guy that walked around picking up trash every day but when they came under new ownership that all stopped. Now it’s not uncommon to have random trash piles sitting for weeks at a time like when my upstairs neighbor moved and they threw all her leftover belongings over the balcony and the trash stayed there for at least 2 weeks. Before they were under new management they were open 7 days a week 830a-6p but it was hit and miss if you could catch anyone, now they are there even less. Don’t even think about needing help before 930a and now they close even earlier during the week and are close on Sunday which means if you work 9-5 hours your only chance is speaking with them is between 10a-130p on a busy Saturday. And somebody had the bright idea to stop putting rent notices in the mailbox every month, which is fine if the rent were fixed…BUT IT’S NOT…just last Saturday 9/12/15 I went and addressed the issue and they manager of the day said “We stopped sending them because you should know what you pay…it’s on your lease.”, and when I asked about the water bill she said “oh you can call or come by”….REALLY…oh and they closed the afterhours rent drop off slot to adding more unnecessary stress….AGAIN DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO OTHER OPTION!!!!

The customer service here sucks. Rodents go through the walls and all they do is patch it up with another dry wall. They charge you with pest control but they dont take care of it. Smh.:( Their gates never closed. My dogs escaped one day and got ran over because the gate was open..

I am a very fair person, but in the case of this apt complex it is horrible. they have homeless people who sleep on the property and befriend residents a lot of drug usage. The bath rooms leak water the apts are easy to break into. The manager Sara has no respect for the residents. The corporate office is just as bad they care about making money from the residents ...

The worst apartments in San Antonio! I have been here going on 7 months in my lease and every month it gets worse! Stay away from these people! Roaches, murder drug dealers you name it! A man was shot first month i moved in! Office girls are sorry and smile in your face but never address your concerns! Area is real bad!

Office staff was more than excited to help me out, even at the end the day. Their hired contractors were considerate, just goes to show that they care for their peeps

If I could give 0 stars I would. When I applied to live here and got approved I really wish I would have believed the reviews before moving in. I was told I could not see my actual unit because they were redoing the unit to make it in TIP TOP shape so they say. Well 3 days before I was suppose to move in they called and said I could come see my apartment, they had the carpets cleaned and counters resurfaced so all you could smell was harsh chemicals. Well a couple days go by after me moving in and All I could smell in my whole house was cat urine and it was awful it made any one that came over just gag. After the carpet dried you could also see cigarette hole burns everywhere. I went to the office to talk about the cat urine smell and cigarette burns, I was told well sir you took the apartment the way it was. I did not want to argue with them but if anyone knows cat urine smell is horrible. So a couple days go by and I went back to the office as the smell was so bad my eyes would water coming into my house. Well they finally decided to come walk my apartment and the management could smell that cat urine as soon as they walked in and then I was told there was no way corporate was going to allow them to do a carpet change in my apartment. First of all if the carpet is that bad when someone moves out it needs to be replaced regardless. Their idea of fixing the problem was changing the padding underneath the carpet, that did not work smell was still there in that carpet. I went back to complain and they sent the vendor guy over again with a patch of carpet from another apartment to just patch that area up and so now i have a patch of carpet that does not match the rest of my house. I am in the Property management field and this is NO WAY acceptable. Even the vendor had told me how cheap and they will cut any corners they can not to spend money. I did break my lease because of all this, I will not live in cat urine smell for a year.

Terrible apartment complex. Visiting my moms when my daughter tripped on a metal piece sticking out the ground and cut up her leg. My mom has reported this to the office numerous times and nothing has been fixed. Mold in apartments due to flooding. Roach infestation that is not being fixed, and the dumpsters look like a dump site. Coaches, chairs, overfilled trash bags, mattresses, etc. It’s disgusting.

Horrible, do not move here!!! Can anybody say ROACHES, and Im not talking about a few. Its more like a roach infestation. Upon moving in I noticed roach droppings up in the corner of every single room. At first I thought it was dust but upon closer inspection I realized that it was roach poop along the ceilings, in cabinets, in back of the fridge and stove and especially in the boiler closet. At first they stayed in the boiler room but now they are making their way through out the apartment, its nasty. I have had to buy sprays and roach traps and I really hope it does the trick or else Im out of here before my lease over.

Never followed thru work order and didnt seem to care about childrens health. Code compliance needs to look into property poor management.

Would not recommend these apartments to anybody, they have been the worse apartments that I have ever leaved at, they are always shutting off the water and never notify you before hand. They are infested with roaches,rats and ants. It takes them forever to fix anything in the apartments, the structure of the buildings are horrible. One of our pipes just recently busted and I called the office, I told one of the girls in the office and she didnt sound concerned at all and she took her time calling maintenance to come to our apartment all while a stream of water was falling from our ceiling on top of our washer and dryer and the electrical outlets, when maintenance finally rectified the problem they left a big ass hole in our ceiling and parts of the ceiling is just scattered all over the ground on our patio. Nobody has come to clean it up or fix the hole and its been about a week. I tried to make a complaint to the corporate office but they are just as bad, they acted like they didnt even care, they just care about getting money from their residents. We are currently on our year lease and once our lease is up in march I am definitely not renewing and getting the hell out of these crappy overpriced apartments.

Its getting better they had a manager named Danny that was getting things done around here,he left his mark n things are picking up,alot better then b4..to us its peaceful,(DIFFERENT STROKES FOR DIFFERENT FOLKS)!!!

So we noticed we had a rat problem.. After weeks of complaining and no efforts to try & fix our problem we bought a trap catching 5 6 every couple of hours then took evidence to show what we were living with they evicted us because we made it an unhealthy work environment even though we were living in it.. Horrible

Worst place to live ever when we first moved in our dishwasher was broken was promised a new never got it, repeated asked to get on pest control list not once have they came! Our bathtub gets filled with the peoples upstairs water, and to top it off out ceiling in our laundry room fell on top of our new washer and dryer took 2 months for maintenance to come and fix it and when the said theyll come back in 20 min to put everything back they never did! Learn from this people DO NOT APPLY TO LOVE HERE!!!!

This place is the worst apartment complex in the world. Not only does it have bad service, it also has mold in the bath. There is a vacant room next to us that has been vacant ever since our lease has started. I dont recommend this to ANYONE!

I DO NOT recommend anyone to move when it comes to money they expect it all by the time they close they dont understand some people work later than five and if its not paid they start harrassing with letters and phone calls but when it comes to fixing your apartment they dont fix anything at all it took them six months to bring me a new fridge i have holes from water leaks from the ceiling mold growing everywhere . ive put in plenty of work orders they come look at the problem then leave and dont comeback i pay 950 every month for them not to fix anything you tell office staff all they say is they never got a work order or theyll get back to you then they never do.. .i hope one day they shut this place down.

First we put almost $1,000 down they had two weeks to get us Apartment 218 ready the day we went to go move and we were literally in the parking lot with two vehicles full of stuff and they told us that our apartment wouldnt be ready do to AC failure so after arguing trying to get our money back to go find another place or them find us a hotel till then they ended up giving us a different unit that did not have the fireplace we were supposed to get and the dishwasher was not installed we notify them at least once a month for 7 months until they finally came and install the dishwasher on a Saturday well Sunday morning flooded out the apartment meanwhile this whole time were having a horrible rat infestation and we also let them know we took matters into our own hands and started eradicating rats they sent somebody else out to install another brand new dishwasher and it did the same thing and flowed water over the kitchen I end up taking pictures of it because where the drain line from the dishwasher goes into the garbage disposal they never removed the plug so it just kept spraying water out so fixed it ourselves fix the plumbing drain had to hang our own blinds in it sliding glass door balcony paint our own restroom constantly had problems with the staff and a major theft problem on vehicles and then it got to the point where the rats were getting so bad and we were sending them pictures to their email and theyre still doing nothing about it I took a few rats that I caught in our apartment put them in a ziplock bag and then wrapped them in an HEB bag and went and hung them on the front office door knob when the office was closed nobody was at work so when they got there the next day to open they would see the bag well they ended up evicting us because we created a unhealthy work environment even though we were living in that every single day explaining to him got copies of emails that we sent to them with pictures exedra

No problems with mice or roaches but the structure of the buildings are horrible, the appliances and laundry mat are in poor condition, neiborhood is horrible, there is always loud music or people fighting, I have even heard gunshots.. The office is always closed when it should be open to help residents. It does have a pool but it is always closed. Traffic nearby is bad and I trust nobody here. Not worth the money or the hassle, I highly recommend to look elsewhere.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! STAY AWAY!!!! Infested with roaches and rats!!! Oh you are charged pest control but they are never there!! Lived there for about 7 months and only saw them once! Every time I told them to send them I got Ill put u on the list I complained multiple times about rats getting into my things and into my house! They would patch up but never sent rodent traps or anyone to take care of it I called again and they said yea its the whole building the ceiling was leaking over my sons bed and they came to look took pics then nothing after that. My ac was broken basically! Pushing all day but no cold air would come out! I complained multiple times about that. All they did was put whatever the fluid is to help push cold air. Finally we decided to with hold rent and they were quick send out an eviction notice. Maintenance guys are nice tho. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!

Worst apartments everrr!!! I live here now and Ive been telling them about my front door getting stuck for the last month already and they have yet to do something about it! I had ants coming in through the bottom and my 4 year old son got bit so many times by them because they were getting in our couch!! I called and told the office they said I would have to wait til Thursday Cuz thats when the pest control ppl come, mind u it was Monday so my poor son had to keep getting bit by the ants because they couldnt do anything about it til Thursday! And then my door kept getting stuck, I would literally have to slam the hell out of it for it to close right, I have been locked out of my own apartment twice already, today is the second time! Its bs already, its pouring rain and Im locked out of my own apartment, when I been telling them for the last month that my door needs to be fixed! I have been waiting outside for a hour for maintenance to come and open my damn door! Im about to just let my neighbor kick it in and have the office fix it since they been taking forever to do so anyway! But then Im sure they will try to come back and charge me for it! Not to mention I told them about my restroom door lock not working 2 months ago, and my bedroom door getting stuck on top, because the panel on the door is coming off! They still havent fixed it! When I first was moving in this lady tried to warn me about how they dont fix anything here, but I didnt listen. Now I wish I should have! Not to mention the pool is green!!! And they allow kids to swim in it! They have another one but its all dirty and needs to be fixed along w everything else here! I dont recommend these apartments to anyone! Im going to try to get out ASAP!!!!

Im fine here. Few thing though. RATS AND ROACHES! They made it a little bit prettier though. And it took forever for them to repaint our bathtub. Rent ( For my apartment ) $600 and something something. $400 for all the mess your pets make. Pool is dirty. But its close to an elementary school. Im ok living there. Well since im the child. Lol.P.s. When a rat is caught, I poke holes in it!

This place is horrible. If someone is smoking a cigarette in their apartment, it overwhelms your apt too. The apartments are infested with roaches and nats. Maintenance doesnt fix anything. Our water heater keeps breaking and they dont fix it at all. The neighborhood is ghetto and the leasing office sucks. Do not move here!!! The apartments are over priced for the conditions they are in. Theres mold and the walls are falling apart from the outside. Its a horrible apartment complex. We are breaking our lease because its that bad here. Do not move here!!!!!!!

I would never recommend no one to stay in these apartments because management dont seems to care about they tenant you pay rent an you cant live comfortable without your people up over you with all that noise they making kids running in the apartment when theres a outside to run around in now she moved in on Tuesday of this week an since she be there I been complaining to the office then been calling the police since she moved in an anuff is anuff now my ceiling leaking water now I have to wait til Monday to get it fix I went into the office today and told the manager instead of them calling the plumbing to come out an fix it but they quick to want they rent money since I moved here I have not been comfortable in my apartment 1 noise tenant move out now a new 1 moved in Im so pissed off about this apartment sad

I would NEVER recommend these apartments to anyone!!!!!!i have 2 children and the living conditions they expect you to live in is ridiculous, I tried contacting corporate a number of times but I was ignored!! The management is rude and has no respect for any complaints that I had. I broke my lease here just because I could not live here nor put up with their BS! they moved me into a apartment that looked like it had the front door kicked in, and they never fixed it after a year!roaches, gnats just dirty!

The worst apartment complex i have ever lived at. They shut off your water whenever they want and dont notify you. They have bad leak problems and they never fix them. They will shut off the water for a week and never fix any leaks. Please look else where when moving to an apt. This complex is way over priced for all the mold and roaches everywhere. The stairs outside are literally breaking as you walk up them. The rust and mold are making them crumble. Its dangerous for kids or anyone to live here. And no one ever answers the phone at the leasing office. And talk about attitude. This complex changes property managers every month. Do not live here!!!

UPDATE: Also, the place is RAT INFESTED!!! Please do not move here!!! Wish i could give 0 stars. There are so many extra fees, instead of paying $820 a month, youll be paying over $900. Its not worth it at all! Management is so unhelpful. They dont care if your ac goes out meanwhile theyre comfy in their office! I literally have to call them all day long to get through to someone to make a work order! Maintenance are incompetent. Who hired these people with horrible customer service skills??? All the bad reviews about this place is true. The first day I moved in the door lock was broken on the front door and sliding glass door, the toilet was running/broken, the garbage disposal did not work and the stove was missing knobs. Three days after moving in the refridgerator broke down and it took three days to get a new (used) one. They were constantly turning the water off about 3-4 times a month without notice. The pools were almost always closed and when they were open they were filthy. The place is infested with roaches and ants. And dont get me started on the drug dealers and crime. After 4 months I broke my lease and got the hell out of there. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!
