The pool was never officially opened, but they made sure it looked picture perfect for their advertising. The remodeling was off and on sparatically, some days we were waking up at 7 am (this wouldnt be so bad, except Sundays and Saturdays youd want someone to consider the residents and maybe schedule it for after 10am) and other days it seemed as if only one guy showed up. The maintenance man made me feel extremely uncomfortable, made sure to assure me that hed have someone fix my door, security lock, and screens the very next day. Then the air vents in the apartment, (!!!) Our home is kept clean, and I clean all baseboards frequently, and the air vents go along with that step in cleaning. Well the vents were completely covered with dust clusters. Like big grey gobs of dust. Also the fans we brought in, the box fans or office fans, the back of those would always show a screen of dust, similar to the lent from your dryer.

Quiet peaceful and small complex. Management is great, Mrs. Maria and Ricardo at the office are super friendly and always available. Maintenance is great, I’ve never had an issue that was not resolved quickly. Landscaping is kept nice and clean. Overall a nice small quiet place to live.

It’s a quiet neighborhood and the management is always fast to help if any issues arise. And of course Ms. Maria the manager always willing to help whenever possible. She is so kind and friendly to most if not all the residents.
