Once understood my disability conditions of seizures, Connemara Estates was able to make my apartment a priority and repair every single issue in an expedited manner. Their maintenance technician is at a most expert, superb, fast, and efficient level. I truly appreciate the quick turnaround due to a recent seizure which is a condition that is life-threatening. I am home daily with two small children and all equipment is not in the apartment yet to give alert if a seizure. For the moment I have friends and family monitoring me close until equipment delivered. The management team is at a great professional level and understands the prioritization of those disabled, which I greatly appreciate. If a misunderstanding please follow the appropriate prompts if after hours and management are unable to assist. When properly notified they can do their job.Shakira Franco

I love my apartment! Its well maintained and in a great location.The maintenance staff is very knowledgeable & prompt, and the office staff is helpful & kind.

They will not accept my rent as on time due to my SSN check coming in second Wednesday. Im in a class and construction going on entire time. No A/C in August and September. Im going to move out and thus place is going to show on my credit. Im so upset it doesnt even matter anymore. Ill dispute this to the fullest extent.

At first moving in I was excited. spacious townhome. One of their “workers” hit a pillar in front of my town home and it took them over 2 months to fix it. because it was “safe” took their contractors and someone moving in for them to fix it. Tried to overcharge us multiple times

This property is home. I enjoy my neighbors and the home feelings that is in the air. Dee, the manager, is fantastic. Any issues I have had with my apartment have been fixed in a timely manner and that maintenance staff works very hard! They do routine pest control and maintenance checks and that takes the stress off of me to remember to ask for these things! AND you dont have to PAY for it!! Woot Woot!! Connemara is and will always be home!

We moved in a few weeks ago and I have to say this is a very safe place to live. Excellent community! Management has been great. We have not had any issues at all. Our kids are loving their new schools. Highly recommend Connemara Estates!

Don’t waste your time or money on this place. A couple of months after move in the entire staff was changed and replaced. The old manager was a pro at customer service but new manager, Jessica would rather hear herself talk then try and help you. roof leaked, air conditioner didn’t work properly and ran all day long because it could read the temperature correctly which caused a high CPS bills. The basketball courts were closed with no explanation as to why or when they’d reopen leaving nothing for the kids to do during the summer months. People have parties in the pool every weekend leaving no time for the residents to enjoy the pool. Parking is a nightmare. The process to pick up a package changed about 5 times but still had a package of Christmas gifts get stolen right out of the office. Every time I have attempted to call the regional manager to discuss issues her staff has taken a message and sent right back over to the apartment complex (where I was getting no where with to start) for follow up. There is absolutely no attempt to deliver even subpar customer service. You will only end up feeling angry and frustrated anytime you think about having to deal with anyone from this office. Save yourself the headache.

Definitely heading into the right direction! New management has been great! Jessica and Chelse have taken care of my family and I with everything and anything I’ve needed. There has been a huge improvement with the maintenance team as well. New basketball and tennis courts look amazing too! Love the feel of Connemara Estates!

A great place to call home. The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I live alone here and could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood with parks and trails.

I just want to say we have had a greatexperience moving into the townhouse, Jessica the property manager really help us feel at home. The house was very clean and its so nice and quite.The pools are cleaned at all times and the staff do a great job

Jessica took her time to make sure that I had the home I wanted as well as needed. By her being empathetic to my needs, I felt as if we had connected, building a working relationship I could trust. I could see myself actually living in a community such as this. I’m loving the tennis courts and basketball court my kids are going to have so much fun this summer! I really enjoy living in Connemara EstatesJessica the property manager has gone above and beyond great the maintenance crew has always greeted me and my family very welcoming environment and just the whole atmosphere is great I actually sleep better my water is super hot ac is super cold my dryer works better by far I have lived basically all around the world and this by far is one of the nicest and safest places I ever lived and my wife and daughter love it my dogs even love it highly recommend Connemara Estates

I love my townhome! So much space and the area is nice. When I heard about the new management, I instantly thought to myself nightmare. I certainly have been impressed with all of the new changes. The staff has been pleasant and has maintained an amazing level of professionalism that is sure to entice anyone to live on this property. Kudos Connemara Estates!

I would give no stars. Office staff is extremely rude to me while I was apartment searching I can only imagine how they treat their residents. Usually office staff is nice because they want your business but they can careless.

If I could give this place a 0 I would! My mother in law moved here in February, never having any issues at prior to being here. Bills always paid never made complaints until now. 4 months shes been out of town for 3 she comes back and has an infestation of bedbugs coming from her side of the apartment. This apartment knows they have bedbugs its on there lease, and if you have them you have to come out of pocket for them to treat. And when letting the office ladies know they wanted to act as if they didnt and continuously since then have been rude. Our front door lock has been messing up since we got here just asked them to fix it and refused because we have bed bugs. Like seriously the safety of the house is more important. These people dont treat their tenants fair and it needs to be known. My mom is breaking her lease because of this mess. And hasnt had 1 broken lease ever. Take this as what yall want but I advise yall to reconsider if your looking here. She hasnt even hit her exact 4 months yet.

Very happy to call this place home. Office staff is super friendly and makes sure you are a very happy tenant. Spacious apartment home and townhomes for such a great price. Noise level is very low and we never have to worry about cops being called for fights nor any other matters. Neighbors are very friendly and always go out their way to say hi. Kids playing in the Basketball courts & tennis courts makes this place feel more like home. The office is very involved in holiday apartment contest and also have movie nights for all the families to enjoy. I love this place I call home and I’m getting ready to sign a second lease. You won’t be disappointed.

Lived here for 2 years with my boyfriend and roommates and let me just say... Buyer/renter beware. Prepare for scorching summer months with little to no relief due to the poor maintenance who believe that simply changing a filter will go ahead and repair the condenser coil that needs to be replaced from their ancient units. Also, good luck getting any deposits left back. Even if you hire a cleaning service to make ready your apartment, youre still going to find yourself not only losing your deposit, but also having a balance. Oh~! Also try to not get used to management there; they wind up replacing them roughly every 6 months it seems, and theyre pretty terrible with communication in general. 10/10 wouldnt live here again. Kids wind up having to play in the streets due to their basketball and tennis ball courts consistently being out of commission, as well as their pool is either closed or constantly being used for random parties to where other residents cant use it. This complex would rather move the dumpsters several times to make it even more convenient to take out trash (because who doesnt like wandering aimlessly in the middle of the complex to find a trash bin thats regularly overflowing, amirite?), as well as fix the parking lines versus making sure our kids and residents are safe. It may be pricier, but go look for a different apartment complex, one that actually cares about their residents.

Terrible office staff, very rude and disrespectful, no interest in their residents, stair ways and parking lots are trash, just a very unpleasant complex.

The good reviews here are probably from office, read reviews before moving here theres truth to it all and not disgruntled tenants, if you have kids first of all there is nowhere to play, the only place for them to go out and play is the tennis court and basketball court and they are CLOSED! Theyve been closed for about 5 months and during the summer break which forced all the kids to play in the streets and parking lots near cars, last summer pool was closed during the summer break, second there are leaks EVERYWHERE!!!!! Bathrooms, windows ROOF LEAKS MOST OF ALL, understandably these are old apartments but if they fixed the problems everything else would be fine. The ac and heater are also a problem, be prepared for a hot summer and a cold winter. But one day late you WILL get an eviction notice. EXPENSIVE RENT not worth the treatment here.

Office manager is wife of maintenance manager...dont expect anything to get fixed or repaired... attempted to notify the corporate office (Dallas) they had no interest either.Leak in wall from roof since move in last year.Manager extremely rude on a constant basis from day 1 of my move in.I always Paid my rent on time and didnt violate any lease terms (1 year). Still rude.Gym equipment hasnt fully functioned since I have been here outdoor spa hardly works and your water bill will be 120$+ a month whether you live in 1 bed or 3 when the units are all rented out.3 car break in and 2 break ins and 1 crook even climbed on my balcony on second floor! In broad daylight to steal my kids bike!Apartment manager couldnt care any less about any of these issues... I have even contacted skyline manager (in Dallas) they have the same bad attitude. Good luck if you rent here.

Moved in a Little over a month ago. Property is very well kept. I see a gentleman every morning picking up loose trash. Neighbors are very friendly and quiet. Office staff is a pleasure to speak with. These apartments offer very large floor plans, which I love.

We have lived here for a year and getting ready to renew. The staff and management team are very professional and helpful. Maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner. Would definitely reccoment it to anyone .

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. They dont fix anything, my roof leaked after a storm, they came and painted over the stains, it did it again and they brought a bucket to catch the water and painted over it again. I bet there is mold everywhere. Dee is the worst manager ever how she got the job is beyond me. She cant do basic math. Whenever we paid over our rent she would put that we were negative instead of positive for the next month. My son has diabetes and his supplies were being put in the office and we werent being notified. I was calling the company a lie because they kept telling me that it was delivered and he didnt have it. We got another package delivered and went to the office to pick it up and found 3 months of his supplies just sitting there. They never said we had a package. This is a horrible place to rent from. The prices are way to high for the bad management and sorry maintenance. Spend your money somewhere else!

My wife and I have had such a great experience at this property, the staff is awsome, most live on property and are very attentive. Manager is very professional and Maintence does not take long at all to fix any problem. I would highly recommend Connemara estates.

Initially I posted a very horrible review of this property. Our first 4 months here were less than stellar. We had several issues, and I did not recommend living here until there had been a serious change.The property has undergone some great changes the last couple months starting with new management. I appreciate that there are continued changes to better the property. This is definitely an older complex and comes with the issues just being old, but overall its a good place to live. Its so nice to have your own parking space and the townhome layout is good for our small family.

Poorly maintained. Roof leaked before we moved in, and they repeatedly delayed repairs for the majority of the lease. AC leaked, didnt hold coolant in electric bills were astronomical. Nice neighbors. Crappy parking. Weird electrical issues. Mold issues due to lack of prompt repair. If they do try to do anything, they will attempt to sneak in while you are at work. Water stains on ceilings. Wall paper from the original(?) decoration just painted over, now is peeling off. Water bills are crazy and the water gets shut off frequently and usually without notice. Hot tub is never really hot.

For starters when we moved in we had a lot of trouble with our air-conditioner we had to call maintenance quite often and felt like we were a huge burden cause they weren’t so friendly about it. We asked for no carpet from the start & move in day there was carpet. We let them know up front & boss lady said you can take it or leave it which left us with no choice of course but to take it. Over all the town home is extremely old but sturdy. Some ones review said they don’t treat us fair & I agree 100 percent.They have no system in place for people’s packages.They just leave them out in the open on the floor in the club house. No cameras in office, no sign in sheet & they do not monitor who takes what. I had two packages go missing & mail man confirmed they put them in the office both times. When I went to talk to office they had no sympathy what so ever!!! The young lady had a mean rude look on the entire time and & was quick to turn everything I was trying to say down. I asked if maybe they could put a system in place like most apartments where they at least do a sign in sheet of who’s going back there & grabbing a package. She said no really fast & said “that’s not how we works here”. Sympathy for my missing packages at the very least would have been nice & had I got just a little of it I wouldn’t even write this review. People make mistakes all the time & people get angry but if a person is apologetic & nice it always makes the outcome better. I do not recommend this place. They just don’t seem too understanding here. They seem Iike they have this place on lock so they could care less how they treat you.

Under new management, new matience! Happy to see the changes. Anything I had an issue with they fixed immediately and were very kind. My experience has been great living here! Especially dealing with chelsie, she is very professional and helpful.

Never felt so at home in a community! I have the friendliest neighbors and my family really likes the management team who make us feel right at home in San Antonio. The maintenance staff is quick to respond to even the smallest detail. Our home has so much storage and unique features like a wetbar and built-in shelving that make it fun to make our own. All the addtional perks like the basketball court for my kiddos and the FREE covered parking really add to the value of living in such a great part of the city. I plan to call Connemara Estates my home for many years to come.

Basketball and tennis court have been closed for a year im a kid and i play basketball and i struggle to get better beacuse its closed

This place is an absolute nightmare. Roof has a hole and it’s been there for more than 4 weeks. Maintenance doesn’t do anything but say we will have the Roofers fix it. Never seen a roofer here. I called Chelsea in front office and of course no help again. They even offer you a gift card if you write good feedback so beware when looking for a home. Can’t even get ahold of Dee cause she’s out for the weekend how convenient. I contacted skyline corporate and as soon as this lease is up we are gone. Pay so much in rent for places that aren’t fixable.

Been here 2+ yrs. Apartments are spacious, clean and pretty. Complex is quiet, convenient, and comes with an assigned covered parking spot (bonus!). Front office staff are friendly and professional. Maintenance constantly working around the premises, are quick to respond to any requests. The location is perfect, you have CVS, Walgreens, Valero, HEB and countless restaurants at arms lengths. And the elementary school is fantastic!

Terrible terrible ghetto apartments. Old and nasty dont even wanna take a bath. Nasty build up in tubs. Maintence men ride around in golf carts all day everyday and sure enough every morning I run into the Same one around the same time in the same spot. Take forever to fix requests. Very very bad parking. Some tenants have two and three cars per household and they like to park their cars at the front and have no consideration for people who live there as well. If you are leaving and your neighbor pulls up, well my neighbor, they will wait til you leave and take your spot even if they already parked and even if they are in their house. If you leave within five minutes spot near your house is gone. The poles and cramped spaces make it hard to fit in some of their spaces. On the weekend if I leave and come back I will have to park way up the street. My neighbors seem to be homebodies and never really leave on weekends so the spots are usually full all weekend to park in front of my building. Mostly just very bad parking and inconsiderate ghetto annoying neighbors with no life.

Just moved in. Wouldnt get the apartment ready until I signed a lease. Then refused to do cleaning and repairs because I had already moved in? Really bad shape. Cabinets broken. Nasty goo inside. Blinds actually so dirty they were black and torn. Light switches dangerous and in need of repair. Mantel to fireplace actually missing? Holes in wall. I could go on. Of course parking is a mess and there are lots of big contractor type trucks parking here - tow trucks and the like. The model is great and they will tell you that your apartment will look just like it. Dont believe it.

I thought it was nice once we moved in but then it went downhill. Nobody picks up their dog poop or keep their dogs on a leash. have stepped in poop so many times uuuggghhh. Anybody can complain on you when you are not even home. Had a leak upstairs and they never did anything about the stains in ceiling, the walls are cracking and the outlets are not safe.

This place is horrible one of the worst apartment I ever lived in. the management does not care for anything that happens to you. my AC couldnt hold temp in the units .it was hot all summer. and we had tlpackages delivered and they were gone by the time we got there.. they said theres nothing we could do about it.. they had no care in the world..they dont care for your well being, and show no sympathy for what youre going through. Some of the maintenance are rude. I cant wait till my lease is over.they said in 20 year no packages have every been missing but thats a lie. they dont record anything so they will always say that. Becuase they dont record it. Or have a check in list, at least they dont right now.

Havent had any issues whatsoever in the two years weve lived there. Everyone keeps saying maintenance issues but weve had none. Theyve been prompt to fix everything weve needed which really hasnt been much other than a one time sink leak and a light bulb. Office staff is really nice as well. Not sure who pissed in their cheerios but the only complaint Id say I have is the annoyance of inconsiderate neighbors stomping and listening to lous music at 3 am. Parking is a little hectic but if you live there you do have an assigned space soooo not really sure what the complaint is on that either.

Yes this place is a nightmare AC does not work all the filters that they give you do not even fit they’re too small the system is full of dust toilets get clogged up it’s spell out to the rag never gets replaced shag rug looks like it’s been there since the place open up they have a roach problem people have pets do not pick up after their dog poop outlets do not work water seeps into the walls on the first floor when it rains upstairs unit has a leak problems leaks down to the first floor parking spots are to small can’t even opened your door without hitting in the other persons car

Im at the end of my third lease and to say my experience has been ok is an understatement. Ive had this leak in my bedroom since I moved here ( it just got fixed agian for 6th time?) and same story when it rains. Repairs arent prompt and when they come, they grumble infront of myle while doing their job.There was a better management team when I moved here but the new team, I dont have enough time to write about. Lets just say they are not the best. Ill be done with school this summer (the reason I stayed here) and move out with speed at the end of my lease.

This place is horrible the water is always getting shut off its off now has been for hours and the bill gets higher every month and they never answer the phone the rent and utilities are wayyyy to high for such poor conditions do yourself a favor dont rent here slum lords for sure!!And they have a mold problem so gross😣
