Initial service was pretty good. They came in and got my system fully installed in a good timeframe.The problem came afterwards. A couple days after install the system stopped working. They came back out and had too- long screws in the circuit breaker. Fixed pretty quick.Worst is that they cut a hole in my wall and foundation. Over a month later and 3 phone calls and Im STILL waiting on a response. Yes, just a response at this point. Also, found out the journeyman installer was terminated so.... makes one wonder......

Ok this type of service is rare in 2021. I had the Tech, who’s name I asked and can’t remember give me a quote on replacing the sink in my businesses restroom with a utility sink. The quote I received was 3 times less then a previous quote. I was then asked when I’d like to schedule, and if right now was ok? 😳 I was floored. I said heck yea. He went to his warehouse, came back and completed the work on site. He also noticed there was an issue with the commode and if it was over flowing occasionally. I said as a matter of fact it does, how did you know. He said, I’m an expert plumber!!! He then asked if I wanted it repaired. Of course I did and BAMM 💥he took care of it immediately. Poncho was my technician on the initial evaluation and the major work of replacing the sewer line. On time, professional, honest. I was kept in the loop on everything. Had Expert Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electrical come fix a water heater that was terribly installed by the previous owner of our new home. Service was great, and they worked well with our schedule. Couldn’t be more happy about the work they did.

We used this company when our furnace went out about a month ago. The company was able to get a technician out the same day. Unfortunately, there were some issues with mis-diagnosis, and the technician needed to come to our house three times over the span of a week until the correct problem was identified and replaced. The company was responsive to feedback.

Richard and Derek are fantastic. I have ductless mini splits and they were very aware of how that system works. They were extremely helpful in determining what was causing a leak. They were on time, friendly, and courteous. I dont think you could find a better group around.

Worst service I have ever received

Very professional. I appreciated the reminder the day before our appointment and the phone call and text when the technician was on his way. No guessing! The service window was also more manageable than most--2 or 3 hours. The technician wore booties and was very respectful of my home. He let me ask questions to understand what was going on and educated me about all my options rather than being pushy to get me to spend more than necessary. He got our furnace working right away! He also noticed problems with our water heater that we did not. We had him back to fix that as well. We will definitely use them again!

John was great! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful on the job. I scheduled an appointment to have a main sewer joint that extended to the washer repaired. I woke up at 5am, saw an opening from 12-2 the same day and John showed up at 1130. He had it diagnosed and repaired in under an hour. Plus they gave us a nice discount for the work. Great Experience!

Jeff was out at 8:00 on the dot, the window was 8:00 to noon so I was surprised. And happy. And he is such a pleasant person to deal with even at 8:00 AM pre breakfast. I had some electrical work done a few years ago and had figured 6 hours for the work. He was done and on his way inside of three and the work was perfect and professional and he was happy to explain everything he did. A surprisingly pleasant experience and I dont have to worry about dangerous electrical issues any more. Five star PLUS work and service. Highly recommended and the price was very very fair.

Richard Miller (Technician) from Expert Heating and Air came out and diagnosed a problem with my AC. It was refreshing because he provided options and HONEST recommendations. Id called 2 other local shops who came out, took a five minute look and each of those told me there was no way they could do a repair and hard pressed me to buy a massive, new system. Richard and Expert Heating and Air are one of the RARE, honest, integrity driven and truly for the customer shops in town. He spent his time carefully looking at my system, explained what was going on and provided an affordable course of action based on my needs and budget. I HIGHLY recommend Richard and Expert. THUpdate: Had them out again in 2021 to fix the Heating unit. Same, exceptional service via Chris. Could not recommend this place more. Awesome people!

Unfortunately, the bid was out of our price range so we decided to forgo the help since it’s a repair we can do. He was respectful of that decision. Expert home service replaced our furnace and AC unit a couple years ago so I have history with them. Our AC went out on Sunday with over 100 degree weather and when I called on Monday at 9am they set up an apt for Tuesday morning. On Monday night around 6pm they called me and told me they had to push me out to Wednesday afternoon. I understand things come up, but dont call to reschedule at night after a whole business days gone by when I could have had someone else to come earlier that day. I wouldnt have been so upset if the scheduler worked with me a little or didnt have such a i dont care attitude. Great service if they can keep their appointments, but very disappointed this go around. Ended up having someone else come out on Tuesday to fix our AC.

I had these guys check out my hot water heating system on a rental property. They told me the boiler was bad / leaking and it was going to cost me over $6,000 to replace.They also wanted $1500 to tear open a wall and replace a fan. I turned the fan switch on and it works just fine.I had another contractor look at this and we found a small leak in a pipe in the furnace room ceiling. He repaired it for $500. The heater is only 12 yrs old and was in great shape.To be fair I dont think they are familiar with radiant heating systems.

Once again Expert Plumbing delivered excellent service. They gave me an estimate back in December for a new water heater and the actual cost was the same in March. The technician was patient and friendly and even let me look over his shoulder as he soldered the water pipes. I had never soldered pipes before and he explained everything he was doing. Will definitely keep them in my contact list for any future plumbing needs. Thanks and my wife thanks you for the nice hot bath she had tonight.

Jim came out on a Saturday evening to fix my boiler after another tech from a big name company gave up and left.The big name guy said it was not repairable and I needed a new boiler for $15,000! Jim investigated and found the problem then offered several solutions. The total cost was $300. I now have heat and hot water and my boiler works great. Thank you Jim!

Our home warranty wouldnt cover the water heater issues we were having, the plumber they had hired for us quoted $2,900 for the job then wouldnt answer for a week after the initial consultation/quote. So I called Expert Plumbing and had Chandler come out to look at the issues, he fixed them in less than a couple hours and it was only about $600! I have found my go-to plumbers, and will be referring them to any clients that need plumbing work in the future.

Dan serviced our air conditioner on a hot summer day in July. We could not have been happier. He was exceedingly knowledgeable and thorough. He didnt just go straight to what he thought the issue could be. He checked our whole system before diagnosing the problem while educating us the whole way. We were uneasy about what the cost might be to replace our furnace when it suddenly went out. Expert Plumbing & Heating was recommended to us. What a great relief it was to us that it was no where near what we feared, and having them take care of the easy financing for us was a plus. We really appreciated the confirmation texts of the appointments and reminders when the technician will be arriving. We’d never seen a company text a picture of the employee coming over either. What a nice feature to include. Their company page includes fun and great tips too. Our furnace installer, Richard, was terrific. From the start he was easy and pleasant to talk with. Richard went over everything with us and explained things well. He also went beyond and fixed up some areas around the furnace as well that could have ended up disastrous later. Richard’s OCD (as he called it) in wanting to make sure everything was running as good as he’d want in his own home made us appreciate him even more. We never felt pressured and Richard offered good tips and suggestions. We appreciate that Expert Plumbing & Heating does a great job on background checks, and feel perfectly confident in their honesty and business practices. Very friendly. Was able to fix my electrical problem on an hour. I had called another electrician they came out twice and messed it all up. With Expert they knew exactly what the issue was and was so great to work with. Had a timing conflict and they came earlier at my request. So glad I found them. Would Gove them 10 stars if I could!

We received a quote from a different company, but we felt as though the tech was trying to upsell us. John from Expert Plumbing came and knew a great deal about boiler systems. He was honest, knowledgeable, and helpful. He taught me how to maintain the boiler to avoid costly repairs. He saw the job through from beginning to end. The price was half of what we were quoted by the other company. I recommend.

3 stars for fast same day service. The plumber, however, was unable to identify the problem. I had no hot water pressure in 2 sinks but full pressure in the showers. He kept thinking it was the hot water tank - well obviously not since I was getting hot water elsewhere in the house. He wanted several hundred dollars to diagnose the problem but after 15 minutes I knew the problem was with the faucet because the supply lines had plenty of pressure when I disconnected them from the sink. Gunk got into the supply lines inside my faucet. Tried replacing the $9 cartridges but that didnt work. Replaced the $75 faucets and up and running. Took me 4 hours to do all that which included 2 trips to the hardware store, but saved me plenty of money. The plumber was decent though, and only charged me the $29 service call and not the extra diagnosis fee (for the non-existent water heater problem) but then again he only spent 45 minutes at my house and couldnt solve the problem.

I had a great experience with this company. I was shopping around for quotes, but stopped looking for others after my experience here. I love the text feature to tell me my technician is on the way and how many minutes it will take. It takes away the stress of not knowing when they will show up. Chandler was great to work with, he explained clearly what needed to be done, and did the work quickly and correctly!

Stewart did an excellent job with the electrical work in our basement. The price was reasonable given the amount of work that was done. He made sure we approved the location of the outlets and can lights before fixing them in place. He worked extra hard to finish the rough-in electrical work in one day, and offered to come back for no additional charge when my husband wasnt satisfied with the height of the wall-mounted tv outlet. Best contractor weve worked with so far on our basement finish project. Highly recommend!

These guys are not experts at anything. I scheduled two different appointments for work at my home and they rescheduled both appointments. This company is very poorly managed.

I called on a Saturday morning and they got me on the schedule for Saturday afternoon. The window I was given was noon - 2 and then I even got a follow up call around 11 to let me know it was looking more like 1:30 that the plumber would be arriving. Andrew was nice, professional, and took the time to explain the costs and break everything down as much as he could until I was comfortable with it. The only thing about my experience I wish was different is that there was a clear explanation between the cost of parts and the costs of labor. Each item seemed to have its installed price which included parts & labor. Overall a great experience though and would recommend this company to others

We had an urgent plumbing issue at our house that happened (as usual) after working hours. Nixon from Expert Plumbing quickly managed to assess the problem, and buy the required (somewhat rare) parts just before stores closed for the day. Once he got to our house, he was efficient and quick to resolve the issue. I would definitely recommend Nixon and use his services again in the future.

Scott Nixon came out to diagnose my water heater and was amazing. It wasnt the normal everyday problem but he was able to figure out what had gone wrong and fix the problem accordingly. There were a couple of gaffes with how my appointment was handled, but when I called and explained my frustrations I was able to speak to a manager and she was willing to do whatever she needed to make sure I was satisfied (a generous refund, in this case). Poncho was fast, competent, and all-around fantastic. Another company quoted me $7500 and he quoted me $1940 to repair a line break outside the house. It seemed too good to be true, but everything is fixed, working great, and Id happily refer him to any friend who finds themself in the same spot I was in.

I had a fantastic experience with them. Nate was able to come to my house the same day that I called, and he installed a new tub and shower trim kit without disturbing the new tile on my wall. He installed a new toilet for me also, and when we noticed the lid was chipped he brought me a new one for free on his way back from work a couple hours later. When he was there he gave me advice on a leak that we were having totally free of charge, just to be nice. He said it was easy enough to fix ourselves and showed me on amazon the exact part I needed so we could get it done without having to pay a plumber because it was an easy fix. I have used another plumbing company in the past but for the issue I was having they couldnt send someone out for several days, so it was lucky I found Expert and now I will only be using them in the future! They are fast, kind, and do an expert job!

John Harvey came to fix my downstairs bathroom sink. He cut out my whole drain line and rebuilt it back to the drain. The sink has never worked so well. I am very pleased with the speed & service.

What can I say? Scott came out to the house to look at replacing a gas valve for our new stove today today and we ended up having him install a Dishwasher and fix another issue in our guest bathroom all at the same time. He was courteous, very professional and got the job done fast and with great quality! If you need a plumber for any reason at all call Ben Franklin and ask for Scott!

I called Monday morning and Allen was sent out a hour later. He assessed the situation and did a quick but very through repair. He charged a very fair price as well. I always feel confident using this company for my plumbing needs.

I had a leaking kitchen faucet. Expert Plumbing was the only company I could find that could get a plumber to my house the same day I called them. The plumber was on time (showed up at exactly 4pm for a 4-6pm appointment) and called about a half hour ahead to let me know he was on the way. He was very courteous, and advised me on the best place to go to buy a new faucet and what brands are best. He returned at the same time the next day to replace the faucet. He did a great job, and was done in minimal time.

I have had a continual string of issues with Ben Franklin Plumbing. I originally called them out to have the disposal fixed and unclogged, and to have the toilets fixed so they would stop running. A plumber came out and unclogged the disposal and replaced the flapper and accessories inside the toilet, but neglected to fix the second toilet. Within two days the sink was nonfunctional again, and the fixed toilet was still running, in addition to the second unfixed toilet. A second time a plumber from Ben Franklin was brought out, and they attempted to fix both toilets. I was charged for this second visit. The toilets were still running.At this point I called a different plumbing company, which removed the disposal completely, and adjusted the toilets so they would stop running. I called Ben Franklin to discuss having my payments refunded, and it was agreed to by the billing manager that the full amounts for both visits would be refunded.Over a month later, and no refund check yet received, I called again. During this call the billing manager back-pedaled and said she did not have the authority to issue a full refund, and that she does not believe the problem was not fixed. It is very sloppy management to not have called back or tried to resolve the issue. Instead, Ben Franklin Plumbing left it alone, presumably hoping I would no notice their failure to follow through with their agreement.At this point supposedly I will receive a call tomorrow about whether or not the owner has authorized this full refund which was already agreed to.I find this sort of behavior unprofessional and frustrating to deal with. I would not recommend Ben Franklin plumbing.UPDATE: I did not receive a call first thing in the morning as promised, and I had to call back the following day. However the full refund was granted, and they promised to have the refund in the mail by the end of that day (Friday). The refund came promptly on Monday, which I appreciate. In addition, they included a gift certificate in the hopes of earning my business back. They have not earned my business back, but I do acknowledge the thought. They also asked that I update my google review to reflect my satisfaction, so: Overall, I am slightly less dissatisfied with this company. They did finally follow through on their promises after I continued to contact them, but the process was entirely too time-consuming. I would recommend this company at your own discretion.

Nixon worked very closely with us a recent project. There were numerous tasks that needed to be completed. He was very accessible and was prompt in returning calls and meeting the timeline that was established. The project was completed on time and work was completed professionally.

The office staff was friendly and willing to provide a price range unlike some companies that wouldnt tell us anything about price until they showed up. To top it off, one of the other companies wanted to charge us a nonrefundable $69 to give us the privilege of an estimate!Scott arrived in a timely manner and was great! I was far beyond happy and satisfied! Nixon came in no time. The thing is he was different than any plumber I have ever had and I have been in the business for more than 7 years now. I am a landlord and owner. Nixon was real and we clicked very quickly. Now let me explain by what I meant by real. Instead of just telling me the problem and how much it will cost if they were to fix it he gave me OPTIONS.He suspected I would save money by fixing the problem myself instead letting them do the job for me and he knew I could fix it. So he gave me the very many possible options including either me fixing it or letting them fix it. So I told him it was a good idea for me to give it a shot at fixing it. Nixon did not stop there: he made sure I had all that I needed so he gave me the list of the tools and all the materials I needed to fix the problem. He was also very patient and great at communicating. He pointed me to the right direction: where to go to get the best tools at the best possible options. He even called the location where I needed to go and made sure the tools were available there before I went there. Before he left he cover all possible outcomes. He told me call me him in case I could not fix it or for any other problem and he would come back immediately to fix it or help me. Lukcky I did fix it which saved a huge amount of money! Still Nixon did not stop there: on the next day he was the one and the first person who contacted me to see if I was able to fix the problem; he checked to make sure if everything was ok or if I needed help. I could go on but I hope you get what I am saying and what I meant by Nixon being real. The man was really concerned about what was the best possible option for me: for my best interest. Nixon did REALLY CARE. I could not ask for a better professional and expert. I could also tell, he knew his job and was a real pro and excellent expert at it. As I told you, I have been in the business for more than 7 years and I deal with plumbers on a monthly basis if not weekly!

My AC stopped working. Called Expert and Scheduled appointment for a roof AC system on a two story condo. Told them to bring a long ladder. Waited two days for appointment, technician showed up on time (kudos for that). Didnt bring a long enough ladder, couldnt get on the roof. Couldnt remedy the situation. Other AC guys have been on the roof using only a ladder to fix my neighbors AC. Get a ladder people! Now I have to wait another two days with a broken AC and schedule a different company (that has a ladder).

I had to receive a service on my furnace as well water heater, and as quick as I called they were out very kindly took care of everything that needed to be taken care of quick and easy. Thank you expert plumbing heating for your kind service and tell technician ChandlerThank you again!!!

I was very satisfied with Ben Franklin Plumbing, my technician, Scott was very friendly, showed up on time, and resolved our plumbing problems quickly and at a reasonable cost. He went above and beyond what was necessary and I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a great plumber.

They were great. They came out did the estimate and the job very fast. Staff were very friendly and caring about the yard and trying to keep things nice as they dug up our yard.

This was an order/service done through RC Willeys installations. The Technician we had arrived at our home at 11 am and didnt leave until 4 pm. I missed a day worth of work. We were told it would take 2 hrs. The technician sound like an expert but I believe he took his time so he could over charge us more $250 on the top of what we already paid to RC Willeys installation deal. So nope. I would NOT recommend Expert plumbing ! Total rip off of our TIME and money!

I was having a plumbing problem and called a few places and Ben Franklin was the only one that was prompt, eager and willing to work around my schedule. Scott arrived exactly on time and was very friendly. He quickly assessed the problem and got right to work. He cleaned my drains and gave me tips on how to avoid further problems. Very nice. Explained everything. Even taught me a few things. Very reasonable price.

They were able to get someone out fast and Richard explained everything I needed to know and then some about the process. He was able to complete the job quickly and was cheaper than my other quote.

Expert plumbing replaced the water supply for my home. The price was very reasonable and the plumbers did an excellent job. They even did a good job cleaning when they were finished. I plan to call them for future plumbing needs.

The came as scheduled, calling ahead to give us an exact time. The performed the services we wanted in a speedy, courteous manner. They are the ones we will use next time

We had a broken ac unit and the company was great at coming looking at it and helping us get a new one. My only complaint is the company wasnt great at telling me when the time slot changed. But that feels typical of these types of companies. . So whatever.Otherwise the workers were very knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and efficient. I felt they did a great job and even helped with other issues they found.

Steve and Wess came over to get a light switch fixed. They have done a fabulous job!Cost me $49 only. They advised me to change the light bulbs to LED which i did.Before i had a different company that kept pushing me get things fixed so that they could make money from me which is why I switched to Expert plumbing. Now this is the company i would work with

Mr. Harvey squeezed me in to his schedule, although he usually was done for the day by the time he showed up to my home. He was nothing BUT pleasant, helpful, and answered every question my wife asked, which was somewhere around 1,021 questions. He stayed after clearing my drains to make sure that the system was in working order. I am happy to say that I am a life time customer as long as Ben Franklin Plumbing has John Harvey coming to my home. That being said I hope I dont need their services for a while, but at least I know who I can call. Thanks again John!

My original appointment was on March 8, Friday between 4 pm and 6 pm. Around 5 pm, I received a call stating that they were running behind schedule because of the snow storm and asked me if we could reschedule. I was ok with that, so I rescheduled for the following Friday, March 15 between 4 pm and 6pm.On March 15, I waited until 6 pm, but no one came nor called. At 6:40 pm I finally called Expert Plumbing myself, but I was directed to their after hours service. Eventually around 6:55pm I received a call from a supervisor indicating that the plumber was way behind schedule. I was of course quite upset. I understand things may happen that mess up ones schedule, but the way this was handled (or not handled) was extremely unprofessional. Everyones time is valuable. Needless to say, I would not recommend your services.

We had some issues with our furnace and called Expert Plumbing. Chandler arrived exactly on time and was very polite and professional. He took a look at the furnace and described the potential issues and advised on how to proceed further with the repairs through the home warranty.
