They sold you cars, you spend money on cars then you have to chase for a title, after spending money on the car, they called you to return it to auction because they are unable to get a title for it, this is a third time having this problem, bad service ever

Very bad auction. Title department is a nightmare. Send wrong titles and arbitrations also take a very lengthy time to conclude. A complete nightmare

Spoke to joe about a transaction they did and he couldn’t help at all and told me to deal with the seller him self. This auction will only help the seller not the buyer. Don’t use this auction.

These people here are soooo judgmental with no questions asked and i dont even work here 😳 smh ... im there for maybe 20mins especially the bigger guy that checks in the cars ... instigator for sure💯

Our dealership purchased a GREEN LIGHT vehicle from Speedway Auto Auction of Charlotte. We requested and paid for a post sale inspection which included a frame inspection. I was notified that the vehicle had passed all inspections(this process took over 24 hours after the auction ended) and was available for pickup. I had the vehicle delivered and reinspected 2 days later by an independent third party. The 2nd inspection performed by a third party found a large hole in the frame. I contacted Arbitration and returned the vehicle promptly. The auction reinspected the frame and told me that my claim of frame damage was valid and they were taking ownership of the vehicle.I spoke to arbitration and requested that I be refunded my post sale inspection fee since they failed to find the frame damage 3 days prior. I then asked if I could be refunded my transportation cost since they passed a vehicle through inspection with frame damage. The auction manager simply stated that they were not issuing any refund for the inspection or transportation.For a company whos tagline is #1 in customer service I feel they have failed to meet the mark. I paid for a service and did not receive said service. This was my 1st and only transaction with Speedway Auto Auction of Charlotte.We shop with over 30 auctions in the Southeastern region of the US and spend over $300,000 per month on new inventory. This has been the worst experiences at an auto auction to date.Look at the other 1 star reviews and buy your inventory from a more reputable source.

Please dont waste your time. the worst Auto Action i ever been, costumer service SUCKS. They dont arbitrate bought 5 cars 2 of them with bad TRANSMISSION. they make rules as they go. I wish GOOGLE would put a no star review they dont even deserve a single star.

I Don’t know how these people got number one best in customer service. There service sucks, they raise their voice at customers, they lie, none of the employees that work there know what they’re doing it’s always an excuse the system is down the system is down the system is down. it takes almost a month to get a title, there cars are bad. Please be careful when you go there or buy cars from them.

This place was a great auction when Jim was there, but ever since Joe started this place has gone down the tubes. The worst customer service I have ever had. I was literally told I have to make an appointment to speak to the Joe, the manager, after trying to get him on the phone for over a week and a half. I drove over 3 hours to discuss this truck that I bought at speedway that was supposed to be fixed by them for something that failed in arbitration.BEWAWEDont ever let the SO-CALLED mechanics at Speedway fix your vehicle. Because of their lack of knowledge, Speedway has cost me several thousand dollars in repairs to a vehicle that they said they fixed .I personally, will never go back to this auction again

Save your self the time and HEADACHE and don’t go there to buy cars DEALERS BEWARE this place just cares about having rules that don’t make sense THEY KEEP KEYS OUT OF CARS SO YOU CANT CHECK THEM!!! and they also won’t let you drive them if they keys are in the car . WHAT AUCTION DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO DRIVE OR CHECK OUT THE CARS!?!? They only thing worth going to see and check out at that auction are the nice beautiful office girls. THEY ALSO HAVE HIGH BUYERS FEES! I’m mind blown on how this auction is still open !! And to top it off all of THEIR OUTSIDE STAFF IS EITHER RACIST OR IS REALLY RUDE AND DONT WANT TO HELP AT ALL!!!!!!!

Too many rules for such a small auction. You can’t test drive cars, some cars they even take the key so you can’t turn them on, you can’t return cars for no title the day of the auction. They don’t arbitrate for bad Hybrid. The dealers over pay like cash is going bad. Better off going to Manheim Statesville. Also the security guards act like they are protecting the Mexico/US border

As seller, wished to get more out of my vehicles here

Worst experience Ive had with any auto auction I have dealt.with in 14years. Management does not listen. I would advise dealers to.be aware of Speedways proxy bidding the auctioneers seem to crooked and take care of the bigger new car dealers they certainly do not honor proxy bidding. The GM did not call me but told one.of his.department managers to tell me when the hammer falls no more discussion. My answer to you Mr GM is to talk to as many dealers.that I can and inform them of your unfair practices.As for me, I will never be back to this junk yard.

They sold us the vehicle, but never gave us the title. Had to do a great job to get that title (it took us 5 months!!!!), and the guys from Sppedway didnt do anything!!!

I have been buying from Speedway Auto Auction since they opened but have recently became extremely disappointed in their Character or how they conduct business😠 I recently bought a late model suv and paid for their full p.s.i and they said it passed my drivers called and said the oil pressure was not reading so I called Speedway and they said it was probably just the sending unit so I said I would change it out and they said the would stand behind it if the sending unit did not fix the problem. So I had it replaced but turns out it was the oil pump going bad. So I called for 3 weeks straight and left multiple messages in the arbitration department and with their GM Joe Killroy and no response so on week number 4 I get ahold of them and they say we are not going to stand behind it because it was over the 14 days and I told them I have called and left messages for 3 weeks with no reply. So I figured I would call the C.O.O Rhonda Grable who is over Auto auction holdings LLC which owns Speedway and three other auctions 2 in Florida and 1 in TN to explain how they were conducting unorthodox business dealings and I have left her several messages and she will not return my calls!!! So my only other shot is to see if I can get in touch with the auctions owner who they say is Billy Knuckles but if not I guess I’m done with Speedway auto auctions and their sale in Orlando because at the end of the day it’s not about the money. It’s about standing behind your company and what you say you are going to do atleast that’s how I was raised and what I believe in!
