The technician did a really thorough job of inspecting and testing my air conditioner. He also looked over my furnace and checked the lines. He told me about services they do on my equipment and answered several questions about my thermostat. I have had good service and been given extremely good information.

The technician who came out was beyond phenomenal. Not only did he have me up and running within an hour, he was honest about the amount of work I would need to put into this ac unit and that it would best to replace it in the next year or so.Ill be recommending this company to all my friends

I have an American Home Shield Warranty on this home. Their Dispatch Team was unable to enlist an AC repair contractor that was in their network and in our area within 48 hours so they allowed me to go out of network to look for a company to repair the central AC. Before AHS will authorize any work they require an estimate of the cost of the repair. I used Harris Aire Service to diagnosis the problem and provide the written estimate and options.The repairman finished his last call and contacted us to see he could come a day early. Who does this nowadays??? He was professional and efficient. We could not ask for better service.

I filled out a form on their website late Saturday afternoon because the AC wasn’t working and I received a call less than an hour later. After the call, he showed up within an hour. Quick response & quick service! AC is running great!

We were very pleased with their service and honest evaluation of our system. We have purchased an AC unit from them before and will now purchase a new furnace. Our furnace system is 20 plus years old. It’s lived it’s life and it’s time to get a new one. Things are starting to break down.. No one wants to spend money on a new furnace, but they gave us several different options to choose from. We are very pleased with this company and their technicians.

Harris Aire has a big sales team so remember you are paying for a lot of people to help you get your new system. They were quick to schedule but had to reschedule two days before. So far I think they installed a good system but their craftsmanship and determination of where to put things didnt have a lot of thought into it. We have a large exhaust out the front of our house that is not centered and very ugly. The response to our questioning this was that they will have better training in the future. So hopefully yours isnt where you have training and you get something that looks nice.They also placed the outside unit in the middle of a large section not thinking about the wasted space or the unattractive appearance of the extra pipes going across the wall.Also the cleanup wasnt as I expected - finding large pieces of wall insulation laid across my food pantry when I returned was tacky and poor cleanup. I expected better service for the high prices that we paid - hopefully their internal work functions better than their outside appearance work which appears to be haphazardly installed.It wasnt a good experience to be the training house and have our concerns answered with we will try to do better at the next house, because that has zero impact to me.

I had Airserv install an air scrubber and humidifier on my HVAC. They were extremely professional, polite, friendly and did excellent work. Their pricing was even 15% less than competitive bids.

I will never go back to another company. Always professional, responsive, they explain everything and are happy to answer questions. They did not make me feel rushed, but they also did not waste time either. I had another company up sell me on a furnace that was too big for my house, never worked right, and needed to be replaced 9 years later. I bought a new furnace from Aireserv and haven’t looked back. There was no pressure to buy a unit unsuited for my house, and I saw a significant drop in both my electric and gas bills after the new installation. I will always use them.

AirServ has always been great for our needs. The staff are competent and knowledgeable. They are easy to get a hold of any hour of the day or night. And they took excellent precautions and care to prevent spread of clCovid-19, even rescheduling us to be first in their rotation (even though it was out of their way) to ensure that not even their clothes had been contaminated. Weve used them for years and I highly recommend investing in them. They are worth every penny.

Not only were the technicians courteous, thorough and friendly, but the AC unit cost less than I thought it would! The guys had to take the sliding glass door out because the unit had to come through the house and the opening wasn’t wide enough. They were careful and methodical, and treated my property with care. My furnace fan failed at 7pm on a Tuesday night. I called 6 different service companies and not one could get to Mr in less then 2 days. The temperature was expected to be in the single digits. Luckily I found Aire Serv, Kevin arrived in an hour. Found the problem, the retaining bolt had been installed improperly originally. Kevin had it up and running in less then an hour and the charge was only $89. Kevin was professional and even discussed some other services and answered all of my questions.

My central air stopped working, I found Aire Serv searching for a Carrier dealer. Of course its 100°F outside, and 80°+ inside my home! I called Aire Serv and talked to Brittany at the main office who got me in touch with a tech, Luis, who really was fantastic! I bought the dual-run capacitor from Luis, and later that day my AC was cranking out blessed cold air! Mankinds greatest invention is mechanically refrigerated air, bar none! I was so impressed with our technician Nick (sp?) from Aire Serv. He came out on the hotest day of the year (103 degrees) to repair our Carrier AC unit. It was not an easy repair to troubleshoot as the plate behind the thermometer had shorted out causing down stream problems with the AC unit outside. He was honest, reasonably priced, clean, humble to call for help when he needed extra input. We were in a situation where we could have been taken advantage of and I was grateful that Air Serv was honest with us. Gladly recommend them to neighbors and friends.

Aire Serv was great! They sent out a guy very quickly to look at my project(mini split install). They gave me an estimate same day and were able to do the work just a few days later. It was a normal maintenance service. The young man showed up on time and went right to work. We liked that he put on covers over his shoes without being asked. He went right to work, worked independently and when he was done, he reported his findings clearly and simply. Fortunately there were no problems. We quickly signed up for another year of service.

I must admit, I was pleasantly surprised! My furnace went on the blink over the weekend, and I called to make an appointment. First thing on Monday, I received the time window for arrival.Nick came EARLY! He was very professional, and checked everything in the furnace after finding that the igniter had gone out. He was very thorough in going through everything to see if I had any other potential issues going on. We thought our 10 year warranty for parts and labor were covered with this company so we were unhappy to find out afterwards that they only covered parts. Lisa in the office is particularly great to work with and their technicians were good. We feel like their charges are very high and wish we had known before the bills that there are other companies that do honor our 10 year parts and labor warranty. We had asked AireServ if they honored our warranty the year before when we arranged for them to come out and do annual maintenance (which we knew we would have to pay for). We of course will be using the company that covers parts and labor in the future.

Had an appointment scheduled... with a time... no one showed up.Update: I changed my review since the technician was GREAT, he paid close attention to the details and broke down cost for me. He even showed me how easy it is to install a thermostat in case I wanted to do it myself.

Aire Serv provides quality service. Often they arrive in their scheduled time frame. In the past they have made it at the beginning of the time block. Recently they couldnt make it while my wife took time off from work, and we had to reschedule. On the rescheduled find they barely got there at the end of the time block. My last experience with them has been better, but it could also just be the time of year this most recent service. Overall they are a good AC/heater service company.

I called numerous companies on a sunday and they could not come out. The one thing your company asked that nobody else did was do you have health concerns. I have a disabled child who has extreme sensitivity to temperatures. Its was 80 degrees and climbing in my house by 9 am . I called at 10 and a service rep was to my house within 1 hour and had my air working shortly there after. Fabulous service would recomend you to everyone.

Ryan, our technician, was very professional and courteous. Aire Serv cares for the cleanliness of the homes they service. Ryan put out a door mat and had booties on his shoes. We only had a two-hour window that we had to be available for him and he was at our home within that time period. Harris is my go to heating and air company. I love that they give you options and not try to sell you. Everytime I have worked with a tech they tell me best and worse case scenarios and walk me through everything. Todd is awesome, made a few tweaks and was on his way, saved us $. Thanks Harris!

Avoid these people and their products if you have any other option. Our review would have been one star, except for the courtesy of Melinda in customer service. When the premium furnace they sold us 7 years ago failed due to an unusual and dangerous heat exchanger defect, their response was to deny and deflect, even when they had a chance to go to bat for us with Carrier. They were much more interested in escaping responsibility than standing by their product and service. In the end they offered an insulting $300 credit against a several thousand dollar replacement cost, and talked at length about all the things they WOULD have done for us had any of the circumstances been different. We switched to another supplier and were very happy with the competing companys price, service, and customer-friendly warranty protection.

Working with Harris Aire Serv was so easy and quick.. I noticed my water heater was leaking on a Monday and by Tuesday afternoon they had a new one installed and the old one removed. Very professional and friendly in their service. Would highly recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs.

We have had them on a roof on building we own a few times in the last year and every time they are up there it seems the problem is never fixed and they always way over charge us for no work done or charge us for 3.5 hours when the employees there say they were there for 15 mins. Not very honest and theyve lost our business going forward.

Very responsive after hours but beware I was not only significantly over charged for a motor, it was never even installed. Technician stated- 3 times the air movement and 3/4 larger .... my home is still 90 degrees I have small children and an elderly grandmother all of which are facing dehydration for the last week... thanks for taking my hard earned money aire serv

My A/C stopped working on a Friday evening during one of the hottest weekends of the year. Every other place I called had an available appointment the following week, which was unmanageable with the current heat. I called Aire Serve and they were able to get to my house within an hour and had the problem resolved within an hour of arriving. So in 2 hours, I had my A/C fixed as opposed to the 6 days out I was being quoted at other Same Day companies. The dispatch fee was waived with the repair, so I didnt feel like I was getting screwed over with an emergency repair. Definitely recommend them.

The other night our secondary power line to our home went out causing a power surge to our house. We didnt realize until the next night when we got home that our air conditioner was not working, and by that time our house was miserably hot. I caller Harris Aire Serv and they had technicians out within an hour, at 9 PM at night. They were friendly and efficient, explaining to us what was wrong with the air conditioner and that it was caused by the power surge. They even left the fried part with me so that we have it as proof when we place a claim for reimbursement against the power company. We will definitely be calling them again and recommending them to friends and family.

Great service. Friendly on the phone when I placed my service call with Britany. She said the tech would call me within the hour to let me know when he would be arriving. The tech Devin called 52 minutes later and told me he was in Sandy and his GPS said it would take him an hour to get to my location. An hour later Devin showed up. He was friendly, he went over everything with me, he asked several times during his visiting if I had any questions. He gave me a play by play of what he was doing and gave me different options and recommendations. Great customer service and knowledgeable I would highly recommen this company.

Have used this company in the past. But called them recently to fix my furnace and they sent a technician who charged $90 to say we needed a new motor and it would cost $1000. I had McMain come and he charged $65 and spent an hour and fixed the problem. I tried to call the owner of Harris and ask him to justify gouging senior citizens but he didnt even bother to call back. Not an honest company. Wouldnt recommend.

Honest, Checked the system over, gave me prices to correct the things that needed repair. They gave me other options that may be better with out pressure to buy them.

This guys are deceitful and can lie to you when you need service so my advise is get a second opining and dont worry about their service call fee $89 cus i promise you you will save more than you think. I called Aireserv for my furnace and it was pressure pressure pressure do it right now as they want to charge me $1300 to fix a switch which just needed service and when i decided to call for a second opinion i was looking at $630 and even when Gunthers showed up they found out that there was nothing wrong and the system had stop working due to the power outrage and didnt even need any parts.so eithe ryou avoid calling them or if you do please get a second opinion

Yesterday evening, the tenants in my condo in downtown SLC, texted me to say the AC was blowing hot air. I called a few HVAC companies, most were closed for the weekend or too busy until Monday. Harris Aire Serv was open 24 hours though, and the tech Matt was there in about two hours. He diagnosed the issue immediately, and was extremely patient while I located the keys to get on the roof of the condo building. Once I located the keys, it was fixed in about ten minutes. Price was very reasonable I thought for HVAC work. Lately, I have posted some bad reviews for several other merchants, as service seems to be going downhill every year, but I cant recommend Harris enough!

Called to make an appt, my furnace went out over night. The receptionist took my info and told me a tech would call me. A few minutes later the tech calls me, tell me he cant get into the parts warehouse until tomorrow and to call him back tomorrow if I havent gotten it fixed. Whats the point of advertising 24 hr emergency service if the place cant or doesnt want to actually make service calls. :/
