We hired Lee’s last week to install a new furnace and air conditioner as well as clean out our ducts. They did a great job, were very professional, reasonable prices, and were on time. We have used them in the past for a new furnace at a different house and returned because of such great service. 5 star review!

The hot summer was finally too much for our nearly 20 year old HVAC system and it stopped working mid July. The cost to repair it was roughly half the cost of a new system. Lee’s was one of three companies that we got a quote from for a new system. Lee’s salesman, Chuck, was great. He took the time to explain the different options without any pressure to buy right then. The quote he emailed was clear and was the best price out of the three companies. The new system is working great and we will gladly use Lee’s in the future!

In the process of getting a new roof, we had to make a quick decision about our old swamp cooler. It was time to replace our 35-year-old furnace with a new high-efficiency furnace and ditch the 28-year-old swamp cooler for A/C. Lee’s was able to give us a same-day bid at a more reasonable price than the other companies we contacted. They were very friendly and professional, and they honored their pricing even when they ran into some issues with retrofitting and bringing things up to code in an older home with an old furnace (and no previous A/C). They completed the job in one day, and we are all set for the hot summer months ahead! I definitely recommend Lee’s.

Technician arrived and was there for maybe 10min (tops). Replaced the capacitor and added a hard start kit due to the age. $450 for ten minutes of time half of which was spent talking to me. $20-30 dollars in actual parts. That’s $420 dollars for maybe 5 min of actual work. Wow! I will never use Lee’s again. What a rip off! Of course the technician’s explanation was that the prices are set. Seriously still have a bad taste in my mouth 24hrs later. Ugh!

Called at 8:00. And they were book for the day. So we scheduled the next day. They had cancellations so they called. The technician showed up on time. Went straight to the problem fixed and check out the system and checked the other Ac unit too. Both work great now. He was there 20 min or so. This why I like Lee’s.

The receptionist was friendly, the service tech was great and arrived right away. His diagnosis was spot-on and super-fast, too. Thank you! 👍 However, because the capacitor replacement part was so expensive ($250), the overall rating is only meh 😕. I would not buy another capacitor from them, but I would DEFINITELY have them diagnose and install it.

So happy with our experience with Lees. Our AC went out overnight on the hottest day of the year and they were the only ones that said they could come and look at it that day. Customer service is great from start to finish. In 2019 my furnace wouldn’t turn on. It was close to 5pm the Friday after Christmas and everyone was off for the holiday/weekend. A manager offered to come out, and was able to get it running for us. He seemed happy to be able to help us out. They came out again this week for maintenance and again, I am so impressed with the service and the employees I’ve had the opportunity to work with. They are sincerely kind and provide great customer service without being fake or over the top. It’s just easy. They do quality work, are honest and transparent, and the prices are very reasonable.

Our air conditioner went out when the outside temperatures were above 100 degrees every day. I called for an appointment expecting that it would be a few days wait, but Lee’s came out the same day for the repair. They were fast to diagnose and fix the problem. We called 4 other Known services whiple, harris and some others. Each was booked 1 week to 2. We mentioned it was an emergency. All we got was sorry. However, Nicole took the time to ask ?s. She def knew her stuff!! She gave us advice free of charge over the phone rather than schedule a tech to come out and assured us this may fix our problem. Will be using this company again. Don’t fall for the Whipple monthly payment to be at the front of the line game they bumped us twice they finally showed the third time then they try to sell us all kinds of stuff which was almost the price of a new system. Lee’s came and fixed the noise and a leak that we did not have Before Whipple came. I will only use Lee’s in the future.

Great company to work with. Our furnace was old and not reliable. The AC unit was no longer working. The team from Lees educated us on the new energy efficient options. I had bids from other HVAC shops and Lees was very comparable with some added features the other shops didnt offer. The installation only took two days. The team was very considerate of home. We had a small issue with the system a few months after the install and they were quick to get a tech to the home and fix the problem at no charge... They arrived 3 hours earlier than expected which was great! He was very friendly and explained what he did. Been using them for years and have always had a good experience. Would recommend them to everyone

Zach diagnosed our furnace issue February 12. We determined that our sense flame part needed to be repaired. Zach spent about 50 minutes total at our home. $65 to diagnose is fair and we willingly paid $146 for the part to be installed.Being unsure of what $146 covered, we did research. We found that the part installed had a price range of $12 to $21, with an odd price of $64 found. We called get a definitive breakdown, which we didn’t get when Zach called to explain. We assumed the breakdown was $17 plus $129+. February 22 we realized our furnace was putting out lightly warm heat inconsistently. We finally called Lee’s February 23 that to explain we’d like to have Zach or another repairman take a look at our furnace. Zach told us he’d come out OR stop by on February 24. Today is February 26 and have not received a phone call or email to reschedule or and an apology for being to busy to contact us. We’re not sure if we angered Zach or Lee’s for needing an explanation for the $146 charge, or for not completing the questionnaire after the initial visit. But we’re saddened by not getting a phone to explain not returning to re-diagnose our furnace or to reschedule. We’re left with assuming that we didn’t deserve a professional rescheduling call because Lee’s no longer wanted our business because either we questioned their pricing, or for not filling out the questionnaire. Btw, we said positive things about Zach when we spoke to a receptionist to request an explanation of the $146 installation. Lee’s was recommended to us by friends who obviously had a better experience. We didn’t.MARCH 2, 2021: THE FOLLOW UP TO OUR FIRST EXPERIENCEJosh, the General Manager, made it a point to resolve the communication that led to our the initial repair issue.Zach the technician returned and because of his experience, he assessed the issue accurately. We had our current AC unit stop working suddenly on a Thursday late afternoon. Our usual HVAC person was unavailable and suggested we try Lees. Lees was able to send a service tech out to us the next day. Although the service tech was able to temporarily fix our unit, he suggested that we should replace our AC. Lees was able to get us onto the install schedule by the next Wednesday. Our new unit has now been installed on time & under budget. Everyone from the people answering the phones to the installation people were courteous, professional, and respectful of our time & property. We awoke to a cold house. I called Lee’s Heating because they had done work for us before. We got same day repair, and a comfortable house in a hurry. The technician also answered questions about how our system works before he left our house.

I had them out to service the furnace and they found two parts that tested weak. Dustin was clear about what the parts were responsible for within the system and his quote and he had them in his van and was able to replace them quickly.

Came out to do a service on my furnace and found a crack in the heat exchanger and was informative on the problem. Only downside to the service was the repair seemed a bit more expensive than others.But overall was a good experience

Great service on a full furnace replacement! Called one day for a service call, they actually arrived early. Decided to replace rather than repair a 18 year old furnace. They were here the next morning on time, worked hard, did a great job and even cleaned up after themselves. 24 hours later, its single digits outside, but were warm and comfy in the house. Our air conditioning unit broke and we were in rough shape considering the temperature was over 100 degrees during the day. They were great to work with and a technician showed up when they had communicated. They were very efficient in diagnosing the problem (took 15 minutes) and they were extremely reasonable on price. Lee’s sent installer Nick, alone, to install our new American Standard furnace! His 14 yrs experience had him in, out and tested in record time...at least in my estimation. I needed a second opinion on my furnace and air conditioning unit. I just bought a house and everything seemed to check out. I realized quickly that my second floor wasnt cooling down, and the air flow was very weak. I scheduled an HVAC tech to do a diagnosis, and the system was working with a few issues. They sent the sales guy the next day, and he informed me I needed to replace both the AC unit (pretty new), and my furnace! This was a blow since I just bought the house. Decided to get a second opinion and Lees Heating and Air sent out another tech. In a very short time, they informed me I didnt need to replace the whole system and recommended I replace just the furnace since its near the end of its lifespan. This was such a relief since I was already aware that it was old. Thanks for a non nonsense consultation and treating me like a person and not a sale. Will be doing business again.

They even suggested that I replace the furnace at that point to get through the winter and then not spend the money at that time for a condenser that I would not need until the weather warmed up.
