Gorgeous! Wonderful job! I called them before hands to make an appointment @11am. (Recommended calling ahead of time). I arrive and was welcome right away, asking what I needed done. Right away I was assisted to one of the employer name Kai. I showed him image what I wanted and he started right away. He took his time 🥰 💞, which I love. If he messed up, he would redo it until perfection. He had amazing patience, I would definitely go again. Remember designing takes awhile I finished at 1:30pm. Patience is key for the final result is stunning 😍 ✨ 💞

Got my nails done for the 3rd time at this salon and I love it even more!! The precision in the design I wanted is PEAK ART. Definitely recommend. Completely satisfied✨

Been going for some time without an appointment. Ladies that work their are lovely. Went today and owner told me that since I did not have an appointment I should come back some other time. Never offered a day or a time for me totally rude. He is really an a-hole. Went to city nails and they took me immediately. Even better same service was $20 cheaper. Never going back.

I had an appointment for 2:30 but did not get my pedicure til 3. I was a little disappointed by that but Jamie did my pedicure AMAZING. She was so thorough and nice and happy and killed it! I only did 4 stars because of the wait, but she made it worth it.

Water was so hot it burnt me. Flies were everywhere. Waited in pedi water for 45-55 min till someone started my pedicure. Only good thing is they offer bottled water while you wait all day in tub water. I only stayed because it started to pour..

VIVID TOUCH IS MY GO TO! Every visit I’m greeted with such heartwarming smiles. Previous nail salons made me feel unwanted and had me leaving unsatisfied but once I started to go to vivid and get to know the Nail Geniuses I’ve never been more excited to get my nails done ! So many colors to choose from and AMAZING designs that THEY create by hand 😍 Definitely COMING BACK💙

I went here for the first time because I was going to the hair salon next door and it was convenient. But when I got my pedicure the water was extremely hot I couldnt even put my feet in it and when the lady turned it down she ended up just putting my feet in it and when she went to take them out my leg and feet were so red she also filed the side of toe which left a scab and she poked me with a sharp tool when she was cleaning it under the water where my feet were. worst of all it was more expensive than my hair I wouldnt go back

Been here before came back today and they are just so rude. It’s not welcoming at all. I called ahead and they said it was fine to be a walk in, I usually don’t write reviews but this place deserves it. When I got there they want to give you an attitude, if you don’t want to work at a nail salons don’t work there. You turn costumers away, taking away from the nail salon owner. It’s so much easier being nice then rude. Never again.

Was able to get in for a pedicure without an appointment which was awesome. but they had me sitting there for about an hour and a half waiting for a full set, when I finally said I just will pay for my feet and leave... They insisted I stay because i was gonna be taken right away for my hands. i sat for another 20 minutes before i finally just got up and left. i understand i didnt have an appointment but I shouldve been told they didnt have the time instead of wasting 2 hours. I could have gone somewhere else, but because I sat and waited everything was already closing.

I’m not super picky when it comes to nails, so this spot is perfect for me. Nothing to write home about on experience, but they get the job done for a fair price. I’m always happy with their work when I leave. I’ve done a gel manicure, acrylics a few times, and a basic pedicure here. They’re all very nice and fit me in as a walk in whenever I go. They take their time and often ask what you think as they go. 10% college discount with ID! Minus one star just cause it’s not the fanciest/cleanest kept place but still great!

Very clean! They literally make perfect nails for a really good price! They are fast but also quality. They offer a student discount too! I would never go anywhere else.

Always willing to take last minute walk ins, take their time with you (never have felt rushed), PEDICURES are TOP notch (massage well, you get what you pay for PLUS more!!!) the team is very friendly and fun. This place is my go to for both my gel pedicure and dip manicure needs. They never give 1/2 the effort on a job and make sure you’re completely satisfied each time!!! Thank you Vivid Family!!!

The nails look pretty dont get me wrong. But it hurt when they were sanding and my nails ended up bleeding. When I told them they just tried to wipe the blood away and send me on my way. There is also acrylic buildup under some of the nails. Wouldnt recommend

Great experience at Vivid Touch! As of 12/1 Its under new ownership. I always want designs on my nails, but good places are hard to find in Fort Myers. Jamie did an amazing job on my manicure and pedicure! Great attention to detail. The owners really take pride in making customers happy and keeping the nail spa really clean. I love the massage chairs! This is my new go-to!

The nail tech that attended to me did such a phenomenal job with my nails! i absolutely fell in love with them the minute he was adding the glitter to my nails and started to paint over it to make it shine and glossy. i showed him a picture of what i wanted and he went straight to find all the things he needed to achieve these dip powder nails. i wish i remembered his name because he did amazing! he even took a picture of my nails after completing them. it was my first time yesterday and i will be definitely going back even if its a drive for me since i live in naples.. but its totally worth going to an amazing nail salon like this one! although i wish they offered FSW College discounts too! nonetheless, i’d still pay for these nails any day. Hopefully he recognizes my nails and tells me his name! i never got it :(

Kai is the best! I always get super detailed nails and he kills everything I give him. If you show him a picture he is pretty spot on to the very best you can get. He is so talented. They also give a discount for students. You will always have a great experience at Vivid Touch, especially if you make an appointment with Kai. Go see him!

They do amazing nails here, no doubt about it, however that is if you want to spend 4 hours here. Appointments are not respected either. You can make an appointment for 1pm but won’t be seated till 1:30. If you’re a busy person and work a lot, this isn’t exactly the best place. If money is a problem for you, don’t bother, unless you want solid colors and super simply designs.

So I cant say anything about the manicures they give, as Ive only ever gotten pedicures here, but I can say that they provide amazing service. Ive been to this salon twice, having two separate technicians service me, and both experiences were better than any other salon experience Ive received in the area. I got the deluxe pedicure both times ($35) and they massage you for so long and do such a good job painting! They dont rush on you at all. Love this salon. This is my new place!!

Rotten fish. I went in to get a pedicure and the manager was already being rude to the woman ahead of me. I saw one of the workers eating at his table without a mask. I probably couldve caught Covid-19. This place seriously smelled like rotten fish.

I get my nails done here frequently and the manicurists are very good. I get an acrylic fill and I always leave happy. But the pedicures here are horrible. The pedicurists are lazy, and do a terrible job. I left with my toenails barely filed or clipped, calluses not buffed at all, and disgusting lumpy polish that was spread all around outside the nails. He didn’t let the polish dry between coats so it took over an hour for it to dry and he didn’t even put top coat on every nail. Do NOT get a pedicure here.

Im a little late on my review, but a week later and my nails are still perfect! This is the first place where my nail tech actually listened to what I wanted, and gave me perfection.And its not just one person - the entire staff is so pleasant. Great prices, great people, and a promise that youll walk away extremely happy. Definitely my new go-to spot!

Vivid Touch is under new management and has been open for about three weeks now, they are currently open 7 days a week which is awesome. This place is very very clean which i appreciate, a lot of parking too.The owner Kai did my nails and he is amazing, I am so pleased with the outcome. From the shape to the color, they look perfect. Not only he is great at what he does, he’s super nice and professional. He was very attentive to detail and took his time. The price was very reasonable too considering to the effort he put and added designs.I am definitely coming back in a few weeks and would recommend this place to everyone I know.

Did not have the best experience here.. I usually go to my regular nail salon, but I wanted to try something different since I just moved. I was recommended by one of my coworkers to try a new place & she recommended me coming here. The first time I ever came here I had an okay experience, but noticed that the material that was used on my nails was not fresh or clean... it looked like old material that was sitting there & never changed out. The place looked nice, but it took 45 minutes to do my nails that lasted only 5 days, two nails broke & when I went in there yesterday the lady that had done my nails the last time wasn’t there. They kept telling me that they couldn’t do it for me & I should have took a picture of the nail color I had used. The receptionist was super sweet, and had me wait to see what she could do. The lady came over to me and said fine I’ll do it for you she was rushing so quick that she ended up burning the side of my nail... she looked at me said ‘sorry’ & started talking in her language rudely & had me go to another persons station. It was a big game to these people & it took over 45 minutes to get two nails fixed. I am very disappointed in how I was treated.. I wouldn’t go there again, even if they have 4.3 stars. I’ll stick to my regular place.

Love my nails but the people who took care of me made me feel very uncomfortable and awkward the whole time. every time the older gentleman was done doing a design on one hand he practically threw my hand back to me so that I can put it under the light...after I paid and gave a cash tip I guess the $20 I gave them wasn’t enough and this guy literally scoffed and walked away...if you’re a walk in don’t expect to ask for a small design because it’s apparently the end of the world for them!!! learn some customer service and treat your customers with respect. if you want to be paid fairly (which was done even with the bad experience!) treat us fairly. I wish I could come back because honestly the work was done well but I can’t spend my money on the attitude.

I’ve been going to Vivid Touch Nails for the last couple months after trying various nail salons in Ft Myers. I typically get an acrylic fill with gel polish & a pedicure when I need it. I haven’t had a bad experience with anyone at the salon! Even if my polish chips or I manage to break one of my acrylics (I’m rough on my nails), they fit me in & will fix free of charge. Everyone is super friendly & very talented. In particular, Kai & Harry rock and have been the only ones in Fort Myers I can find that actually can get the coffin shape I like 😊 There’s a reason this place is always full of regulars - Highly recommend!

I’m so glad I found Vivid Touch. I’ve been living around here for 2 years and I have not found somewhere I liked until now. Vivid Touch not only has talented nail techs but everyone is also so nice and welcoming. Kai is masterful at designs and my nails always look great when I leave. Powder dip nails look fabulous! Tech was very attentive, picky and aware of each nail making sure they all looked perfect. Pedicure was amazing too! Didn’t feel like I was being rushed out as some otherplaces make you feel. Best clean and shaping I’ve had dine in a while. I will be back and I highly recommend this salon.

Susie is the best nail tech I have ever had (and Im a terrible client)! I have been going to her for years now and its simply because of her dedication to client satisfaction and welcoming attitude. The salon is clean, calming, and client oriented. I couldnt ask for a better experience.

I have never written a review in my life because I usually don’t feel the need to, but I need to say that I went in with the full understanding that a full set acrylic was $27 and I even asked and the guy who did my nails had said yes. Shortly after I was done he had charged me $50, I was completely shocked and tried to speak to the young lady at the counter but she was very rude and snappy. Worst nail place I have ever been to. Not clean. Not professional. Staff was very unfriendly and rude. I’ll continue to go to profiles nails... where things are done right.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I got there and everything seemed alright until the lady with tattooed eyebrows started painting my toe nails. She didn’t paint them all the way I tried telling her she was missing part of my nail to paint but left it the same. Anyway I got a manicure and she clipped off a piece of my thumb. Two days later it still hurts and my gel polish is coming off! Highly disappointed! Maybe just that tech not sure but I’m never going back. If I could give it no star I would.

WORST NAIL SALON IN FORT MYERSCUT MY FINGERS TWICE WITH THE NAIL FILER

This is the best nail salon I have ever gone to. Kai is absolutely amazing. There is nothing he can not do. No nail design is too complicated. That being said you will never have anything but a perfect experience with anyone who works there. It is a wonderful place with wonderful people!

As soon as I walked in I was sat down and my nail tech started working on my nails. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and my nails look even better than the picture. 10/10 recommend

First off, I rarely give bad reviews even whenm I do have a bad experience with a business but I am so upset right now. I paid $35 for what looks like a $5 manicure. All my nails are uneven because this guy chose to cut my nails down to the quick (yes it hurts!) then tried to charge me for a full set when I came in for a fill!  Seriously? Thanks but Id rather pay more for a manicure that doesnt hurt. Oh the best part? He ripped off parts of my nail and said it was my fault they were all weird. Um Im sorry, whos ripping my nails off again? Now my nails are sore, my fingers are stained, and I got robbed of $35. I couldnt even get him to fix them because I didnt want to be late for my next appointment. Now if I go back to get them fixed I already know Id be charged for it.

It was okay the massage chair is wonderful... But the gel polish lifted if my thumb nail within hour of leaving... Could use some music.. they did a great job on my Pedi I dont care to have 3 people working on me I dont like to tip 3 people.. but Its what I needed. I dont know if Ill go back...

Truly I am not one who gives a poor review. On the other hand Warning, this was the worst experience I have ever encountered. I went in with gel polish on and wanted it soaked off. I was clear that I did not want grinding on my nail beds. He proceeded to grind the polish off and very aggressively. He acted like he could not speak English and ignored and hurt me. Then after it was over the gel polish I chose was red has turned bright orange!! Unbelieveable!!!!

Wow! This is the longest pedicure with massage I have ever had. Friendly from the door in until out! Very pleased.

It was my first time there and I’m proud to say that I was very satisfied with the customer service! Place was very clean and didn’t smell like chemicals. Also, there were three staff members here who are all very friendly are also very talented with their nail art! Highly likely to be a returning customer :)

My nail tech was Ryan, he did an excellent job. he had a great personality made my visit to vivid touch nail and spa very enjoyable and I left extremely pleased with my nails.

Overall, this is a very clean facility and I have little complaint about the skill of the employees or the building itself. Pricing is extremely fair, but the reason I knock a star off is that while my nails didnt turn out badly, I noticed that they were slightly crooked when I looked at them upon getting to my car, (which is fair in the case of my one crooked finger, but there were other nails that had the same problem), I also felt very rushed and as if because Im not a regular, I was assigned less priority than women who looked like theyd been there many times based on their current nail art & their interactions with the staff. So overall, not a bad spot, but DEFINETLY make an appt so you know the nail techs will have time blocked out for you.

Ive been to this salon several times and I have had very mixed experiences. The first time was great. I was very pleased. The second time I showed my nail stylist a picture of what I wanted except I wanted gold glitter. She said no because the picture showed silver and she liked it.... but theyre my nails. The last time they cut my toe nails down to the quick and it is very painful and my finger nails are discolored. I noticed when I got home. They do an amazing job on my eyebrows, but another friend said when she went for eyebrows the lady helping her refused to do what she wanted because it would look funny. Its clean and affordable but I dont think I will be going any more :/

When a woman has a good manicure and pedicure it shows that she takes care of herself. I love treating my wife and getting her nails done, she always raves about how careful the staff are here, some places she goes she comes back with nicks and cuts but not here. A nice clean manicure or pedicure really separates the girls from the women and this place does a great job!

I was in the area & dropped in for a quick man/pedi. The place itself is cute and clean. I love the liners on the pedicure bowls, it guarantees cleanliness. The spa chairs make the whole experience that much better.

My husband and I enjoyed great pedicures here recently. He was nervous as it was his first pedi. But no worries, he wasnt the only guy in a pedi chair. And my polish is still good after 2+ weeks.

Still trying to find a good pedicure salon. Was told the could do pedicures for me and my wife. They did mine while my wife sat and waited. They then rushed her so she paid for 40% of a pedicure. Poor service and no apology. Won’t be back. Suggest you find someplace else.
