My furnace quit in Park City on a Saturday night in January. We woke up to a 50 degree home. Dylan responded quickly to my call and went above and beyond to get us up and running again. Will definitely give him another call the next time we need help.
Terrible service. I had this company install a heating and air conditioning unit for me. From the first, the bracket would not hold the filter in place. They said they would fix it and installed a makeshift bracket that made it impossible to get the filter in or out without folding it up. I requested three times that they come fix it. Finally they came out but rather than fixing the bracket, they only replaced the filter by folding a new one in half and putting it in backward. It immediately fell out of place. They charged me $150 to change a filter by destroying it and putting it in backward!! I finally went to Home Depot and got some parts and fixed it myself. This used to be a great company before they sold to Comfort Systems, and now they are terrible. I had used them for years in St George for my home, rentals, and business buildings. I will definitely never use them again.
I had Kevin from comfort systems come out to check my air conditioner today. He tells me the fuse are blown and I will have to replace my whole system. $2500 dollar quote... Not only did I get charged $130 dollar just for him to come and check. But when he left I went yo home depot and bought new fuse and replaced them and when im putting back the cover noticed he disconnected some wires and did not connect them before he left. Long story short my AC is working and will not have to replace my system all it took was $15 at home depot. WOW!! In this time of uncertainty with all this COVID stuff these guys trying to make a quick buck can sure screw people if they are not careful.
Dont ever have this company do anything for you . They tried to RIP off an i2 year old lady. First it was mid summer and her ac went out and they refused to come out except after hours so they could charge her double. Second all their tech could do is stand on the west end of her house and whine about how hot it was not thinking how hot it was inside. He stood and watched me cut down a shrub so he could get better access to the ac. He then said it needed a new fan motor but he could not install it except after hours again so they can charge double. He said that would take care of the problem. Well it didnt it needed fan blades to. Well that still didnt fix it. Then he said she needed a new ac but no one could give her an estimate for another week. It was to hot in the so we hired some one else. Then they sent her a bill for removing the shrub that I removed. So save your money!!!
We purchased a new air conditioner through Comfort Systems and had a great experience. They gave us the best price and the best warranty we could find. Everyone from the account executive to the installer was completely thorough and professional. And they got the AC unit installed within a week. They even loaned us a portable AC unit to help us keep the house cool until they could get the permanent unit installed.
Not a good company. The air conditioner that they installed could not keep up.

Very dishonest company. My mother had a roof top unit go out. Comfort Systems came out and they said they did a thorough check of the unit and found that the compressor was bad. They recommended replacing the RTU at a tune of $5,000.00. Im a Facility MGR here in town and from what my mother was telling me how the unit would come one and then shut down, I had a feeling it was a capacitor issue. I called who I feel is one of the only honest companies in town Lees Heating and Air. Gary came out and quickly found that it was the capacitor. $180.00 later and she had AC. My mother is close to 80 yrs old and they were in no hurry to figure out a solution except to bilk her for a lot money. The temperature those three days she waited on them reached in the mid 90s. Unreal.
Of all the service companies we have used over the years, Comfort Systems has exceeded all my hopes and expectations of a company that does what they say they will do at the price they quoted. The other bids were extremely high and left me with the impression that more charges would be added.Thank you Comfort Systems for your honesty, and concern for our happiness, you were exceptional!!

1 star is too generous. This is the first time I have ever left a negative review for any company in my life. But Comfort Systems dishonestly and complete lack of integrity compelled me to leave this review.My elderly mother was having problems with her ac/furnace. I arranged for them to help my mom and that I would pay the $55 dollar diagnostic fee. I offered to pay then but they said no, we will get it from after. They said it needed a new board and that once the board was fixed it might need a new blower. I explained that my mom was on a fixed income and couldnt spend more than $600. It came to $700 so I assumed the $55 diagnostic fee was included int that amount since it was $100 over what we told him our cap was.A couple days went by and my mothers house still wasnt cooling properly. We called them and they sent out a different technician, somehow unaware of the previous work done, who informed us that the coils were so dirty, the whole unit needed to be replaced.I called to say why would you tell us it could be fixed and take $700 from us when it was obvious to your 2nd technician that the whole unit needed to be replaced? We could have used that money toward a new unit but instead it was a complete waste. It took them weeks to get back to me with an absurd answer, the 2nd technician was wrong and for an additional couple hundred dollars we can clean the coils.TOTAL SCAMSTERS taking advantage of elderly people. They then had the audacity to try to collect $55 for the original diagnostic fee.I will shout this injustice from every figurative rooftop that I can to help save other people from their disgraceful, predatory behavior!
My sister and I almost got rear ended today by one of their drivers in a van. School had just got out and when we slowed down for kids walking in the area the driver rode our ass. When we signaled to turn left and stopped, the driver swerved around us into the gutter and gunned it as they passed us. There was a young boy on the sidewalk where the van swerved to pass. This company needs to buckle down on their drivers. When we called the company to report it the lady who took the call admitted theyve had other complaints.

Dont waste your time or your hard earned money
The guys driving the champagne colored tahoe or yukon for you guys drive like animals. They almost caused a crash by spanish fork. They were needlessly aggressive and wreckless. I wont use their services if the company car is trying to run me off the road.
