Total Comfort Weatherization of Salem has been an excellent experience for me. I have used their services twice, and each time I have received extreme professionalism, courtesy, and quality of work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Great quality windows, lots of options, good customer service.

Over a few years I had Total Comfort insulate my house, replace my windows, repair and modify my heat ducts, and even do a seismic upgrade. Next I hope to have them install a ductless heat pump for me. I have been so impressed every time. Alan has been great to work with and all of the installers have been fantastic. Best of all I now spend less to heat my house than I do to heat my water and my house is totally comfortable!

I had Total Comfort replace my windows, insulate my whole house, and do an earthquake upgrade. The service, quality, & price were all good but the results are fantastic! My heat bill is 1/3 of what it was before and my home is so much warmer. I love it! If anyone needs a more comfortable house, just call Alan.

I recently hired Total Comfort to add venting for the crawl space under my new to me 1948 vinyl sided home, along with some other sealing and water protection repairs. During the work, a good amount of dry rot was discovered. Although this is never a happy thing to find, Isaias and the other gentleman working on my home treated me with such kindness.and respect, showing me what was discovered, quickly offering an estimate, and then extending their job another day to replace all damaged wood and complete their work. The professionalism, knowledgeable workmanship, and interity I felt go above and beyond what might normally be expected when working with a contractor, and came at a time I was personally feeling vulnerable. I was put at ease, even in a difficult situation, and Total Comfort has earned my respect for the kind of employees they have performing their work.

Total Comfort replaced my siding with new Hardieplank and it is beautiful! Its so nice for a contractor to do more than I expected and to actually be trustworthy. Ive had lots of bad experiences over the years with other contractors and I was so happy to find someone I could feel comfortable with. If you need work on your home call Total Comfort.

They do a great job. We have had a lot of work done to our house, windows and insulation. Our house is definitely warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. Great people to work with. I highly recommend them.

Great company and great work! Estimator came out and gave a great estimate, scheduling was easy and the work was done great! Salem Electric came out to do final inspection and let me know the work that was done was very clean and efficient. Will be coming back again.

They replaced the large window in our daughters bedroom that was leaking. I got several bids from other places around town but they were ultimately the easiest to deal with as well as the lowest price. Im glad I picked them because they are easy to work out scheduling and they did a great job. My family and I would not hesitate to recommend them and will use them in the future.

Ill try this again..... Total Comfort did an Outstanding job updating the insulation in my home. From the crawlspace to the attic. Starting with the Estimate and suggestion,s for a Ductless heat pump for the second story of my remodeled house. They did what they promised and finished when they said they would. Very professional! I am Totally Happy with the work they did and Highly recommend Total Comfort to everyone looking to upgrade their insulation in their home!

Excellent company and excellent consultants. Ive had a few guys come out to look at making my house less drafty. Total comfort was by far the least pushy and the most interested in diagnosing the major issues and only doing whats really needed.

They did a superb job of restoring the animal damaged crawl space and retrofitting earthquake anchors. Took a bit longer than expected, however a job well done.

Got an estimate from them ended up using them they HD the best price had multiple estimates from a lot of other companies they even did extra work I had them do and it was still under the estimate they did the whole house insulation even the water pipes were done they were very polite and professional took very good care of me and my needs I would recommend them to everyone and definitely use them again

They never showed up for the appointment they scheduled with us, nor even bothered to call to confirm or reschedule it. So we went with another company.

This is a warehouse for insulation. Theres a small office. Its not really built for customers.

Very inconsistent work and got mud and dust all over my home and left boot tracks everywhere.
