I lived out of town but wanted to take my Royal Palace rug to a pro being the first time I have had it professional done. The guys were very nice....and they looked like they had the work. I liked the fact that the final paper showed who cleaned it....what they did....and who inspected it. I would recommend

You will not be disappointed with these guys! They came in and clean all of our carpets in 2 hours. My husband and I are expecting our first baby and they disinfected everything for us!! They were also very helpful in giving us some tips on how to keep it clean and how to make our carpet last longer. Our entire house smelled great and the carpets were exceptionally clean when they left. I highly recommend using Certified Carper Cleaners!

Great company. You can drop off what you want cleaned or they can pick them up and return them. They are very fast and friendly. They will also clean cushions. We had them clean the cushions at our meditation center. They look like new!

I lined up Certified Carpet Cleaning for the afternoon of our “moving day”. I explained that all carpeted rooms were empty & movers were coming that morning to move the rest of the house, but would be finished about the same time Certified showed up. They said this would be fine.The day of move, an employee of Certified called to say he was on the way, but became immediately hateful when he learned that movers were here. Before I could explain the situation & without him asking any questions to understand, he raised his voice, acted rude, and cursed me. I was in shock, and told him so, and I fired him and Certified.After shedding a few tears of disbelief and frustration, I called Stanley Steemer in Salem, explained the situation to them, and within an hour and a half, Stanley Steamer had a crew here who did an amazing job cleaning the carpets. Stanley Steamer saved the day, and I recommend them as they were professional helpful friendly and I couldn’t of asked for better customer service.

What a great job these guys did! I like that they are locally owned. Also, I have a dog and my whole house is so clean and fresh. Dont hesitate to call them!

I just used these folks on Tuesday and they were rock solid as usual.... as a local small-time, garden-variety businessman, I can assure you, they will do whatever is necessary to make you happy. Give them a call, youll be glad you did!

I had researched Certified Carpet and Rug Cleaners reviews and spoke to a couple of people who had used them. All gave them high marks. My experience was less than satisfactory.First of all the my appointment was for 9:00 a.m. The techs called me and said they were getting a late start and would be here around 9:10. They showed up at 9:30. I had assumed after watching a video on Certifieds web site that the techs would be in professional uniform. They were not. On top of that they reeked of cigarette smoke to the point that I couldnt stand to be in the same room with them. All that said.When they left I thought my carpet seemed very wet for a process that is described as liquid dry and would dry in 4 hours max. My daughters grand mother had them clean her carpet and it was very soiled and it dried in 4 hours. My carpet was very clean. I live alone and dont wear shoes in the house. Short version of a long story. After 4 hours I used a dehumidifier, a wet vacuum and even car chamois to pull the water from my carpet. They left the house @ 10:30 a.m. Friday morning and Saturday morning @ 10:30 my carpet was still damp in several places and very wet in others.I called the office and spoke to the owner. Very nice man and he listened to what I had to say. His recommendation was that he would send the techs back out to my house on Monday! How does that help me with the water/dampness I have today?Needless to say I am not happy with the service. Some 29 hours after they left my carpet is just now what I would call dry with the exception of one spot. Thats unsatisfactory in my book for a liquid dry process that was not inexpensive. I am disappointed. I paid them to perform a service. Because of their mistake I spent the better part of two days correcting the mistake they made. I dont think thats fair.

We have used this company many times for rugs, wood floors and upholstery. They always do a great job and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. The service guys are great.

My wife and I were thinking about getting our carpet replaced. The best quote we received was about $11,000 so we decided to try cleaning them first. Our two boys and two dogs had given them quite a beating so we werent hopefull. We heard that a local company called Certified Carpet and Rug Cleaners was really good so we gave them a try . We cant believe how great everything turned out . What a relief. Somebody I wont mention (Drew) runs a darn good business.

We had never used Certified Carpet Cleaners until May 27th and I have to say we have been missing out all these years. These two gentlemen came to our house and did an awesome job. Our carpets have never looked so good.......they actually almost look brand new. We have used numerous carpet cleaners throughout the Roanoke Valley over the past 25 years and we now know Certified Carpet Cleaners is the best by far. The two workers that came were very respectful and did the job in a way that showed that they cared. They got caught up in a job before ours but gave a courtesy call which showed that they respectrd our time as well. We needed the extra 30 minutes to prepare for them so it worked out. Lol. The carpets looked new again and smelled great. I would definitely use their services again. Its also good knowing that we supported a local business in our community. Also their availability was next day compared to Stanley Steamer that wouldve made us wait a week.
