One of the BEST Service Department Ive ever been to! Big, clean, accommodating and the WiFi connection is great... Nice shop here too, for all your Benz goodies!The staff here are always professional and helpful. One of the few places that still offers shuttle service. ( Not like a lot of other business, that have cut costs. But cutting cost on some things like this, doesnt justify the Luxury Brand anymore. But, they still want to charge you premium pricing! )Mercedes Benz of Santa Monica is an A+ rated Service Department for me!!! Definitely going to continue using them after 3 years now...

Was in need of a used vehicle after mine was deemed a total loss after an accident. Found an ad on a popular website for a very low mileage Ford Fusion Hybrid that is a very good replacement for my last vehicle. Sam was extremely professional and the price was right for the car, in spite of used cars being crazy high priced right now. I had a bad experience at another dealer that is more local to me that had a similar vehicle that demanded that I buy an already installed alarm for $4k (avoid SC Auto Zone in Costa Mesa). The price was fair and my sales agent (Sam) and the finance representative (Tammer) at W.I. Simonson were efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. Im sure that it helped that I knew what I wanted and had experience with a similar vehicle, but they made what is normally a dreaded transaction as painless as possible. Highly recommend this dealer and I would do business again with them even if it is an hour trip and 41 miles from what I live.

I was greeted by Ritchie Velitchkev, I had an appointment for the next morning but deci8vded to come in after work.He made me feel comfortable guided me to few cars but I was interested in one car I saw online. So he guided me to it. I was so happy and fell in love!Ritchie was a non-pushy salesman who was friendly, patient, and thoroughly went over my options without persuading me. The manager, finance team, and all came to meet my expectations when we sat down to negotiate and run numbers. As a first-time buyer; thanks for treating me as the family! I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever. Ritchie was very informative, and he was answering every question I had patiently.I originally had found the car on the online inventory system and within 24 hours appointment booked and same day, I was driving Mercedes C300 Coupe Convertible off the lot!!From the start, the customer service was phenomenal, they were very fair in pricing, and the purchasing process was so smooth! If I needed another car, I would purchase it at W.I. Simonson, they have an amazing selection of high-quality Mercedes cars. Nowadays, it commonly is seen that car salesman just dont do enough good job and their only objective is to get money out of your wallet. I purchased the vehicle 2021 GLE 53 AMG at this dealer. I have been experiencing issues with the noise when operating this vehicle. This is my third time dropping the vehicle for services regarding same issue. I haven’t heard any updates for last 2 1/2 weeks. I left voice messages multiple times and no one has follow up with me yet.When my vehicle was dropped off for 2nd time couple months ago with current issue, while in the service, my vehicle was driven by unknown personnel to a residential area and parked over night. The vehicle was driven around 2150 hours and it was found out to be located at West Covina residential area. Also, when I picked up the vehicle, the gas was unfilled and the rubber piece in the cup holder was missing.I spoke to the service manager regarding this issue and informed him that I never gave permission or consent operating my vehicle after service hours and driving to a different location for personal use.The service manger readdressed the issue by giving me $750 credit towards service parts for future purchase.I believe that this dealership has poor communication skills with customers and lack of professionalism. Now I have second thought of this dealership if they follow department policy and guidelines.

Had a recall appointment waiting 40 minutes just to talk to an advisor. The guys were rude. All of them because apparently my advisor called in & the guy who was supposed to cover. Took lunch during my appointment time. Finally took my car without giving me any information and was told I’d get a call in a few minutes. I got dropped off. Called and called my new advisor and no response. At 5:20 he finally answered (not called back). Immediately started defending himself and I found out my car wasn’t ready and it was my fault for scheduling a air bag change at 2pm?!?! However they scheduled it and told me same day. Didn’t receive a loner and over after pleading and panicking because I had a day filled with outside sales meetings they offered to cover ubers. Horrible customer service. Don’t bring your car here.

Just chiming in to say I completely disagree with the reviews that say they care more about sales than the customer. I had the pleasure of working with Tim H., who was such a professional and kind individual. He have his genuine thoughts about the condition of my car and likely saved me thousands of dollars. I just had the experience of working with another dealership in Boise Idaho that was very vague about the car and said they could only tell me the condition if they started working on it, which puts the customer in a very precarious position. Tim gave me as much information as he good and his personal perspective while giving me space to make a decision on my own. Really wonderful experience.

Just moved the Santa Monica and took my car here to be serviced. I’ve been been to about 5 other Mercedes dealerships and this was by far the worst in every possible aspect. Absolutely no redeeming qualities about this place. They seem to value sales more than the customer.I dropped my car off at 7 am and was told it would be ready in a few hours. After hearing nothing for about 8 hours, I called several times in the afternoon and my “advisor” never answered or returned any of my calls. When I finally talked to him after requesting a manager, he immediately tried to sell me on around 2-3k the of additional services and repairs. I was hesitant to agree to any of the services so I decided to take to a separate mechanic after. I had the mechanic review my serpentine belt and pulley which were supposedly broken and a hazard according to the dealership, and he showed me that there was absolutely nothing wrong.Look elsewhere for service!

Let me tell you this, Ive been coming here for over 4 years, this is the BEST service dealership Ive EVER dealt with. You MUST see More Yahoum, talk about customer service!!! I worked with the automotive industry many years ago and with the bad reputation that the automotive industry can have, WI Simonson is the real deal. I dont mind driving over 1 hour to have Moe take care of my car. Special thanks to technician Jeff for always going out of his way to address any issues I experience with my vehicle. Nick always handles my service needs and no matter how big or small my request or problem is he always handles it with ease. Last year I got a flat tire in the rain and I didn’t realize I had tires that drive a distance with no air pressure. I called ahead and made it to the dealership. Nick took it in right away and had already made sure he had a tire on hand. I was out of there in under an hour. Every time I go even for minor services it’s easy and they always handle every little detail.Thanks Nick for always taking care of me.

Pretty good Mercedes dealer and service. Part of a larger group of dealers under the Sonic brand. Prices are higher here than other Mercedes-Benz dealers, at least for service. They offer loaners, use text messaging extensively and efficiently to advise about status of your car and other communications. Very friendly and customer service oriented. Great lobby (in the service dept) with TVs a nice self-serve espresso/latte/chocolate/vanilla coffee drinks machine.

I had some unexpected time come available and wanted to take my car in for the necessary A service. I went on the Mercedes app service page and was able to and an appt for the same day. When I arrived, I was greatly quickly and was speaking with my service advisor Jim Cornell got me all checked in and 1 hour later, I was back on the road. He was very efficient and polite. Leased a E450 Coup and traded in my VWR. The car was not pre-delivery inspected (PDI) and the big mouse in the center consul was not working. They would not make an appointment until the salesman came back from vacation, so I took the car to MB Beverly Hills and they fixed it in one day.They never return the balance of my trade in and after 15-telephone calls passing me to various department they managed to swallow my $836.86. I will never service my car with them and for somebody who buys 2-3 cars a year, most definitely never will do any business with this company, I will also tell all my friends to be careful dealing with such dishonest car dealers. Tears and crying he lost his job and no money and not knowing what to do. Seriously my heart was broken. Mercedes, Sonic u lost my business forever ur management doesn’t deserve the millions they are getting every year. Dropped off my vehicle to be serviced. Checked car for any items I might need. Remembered seeing my laptop and phone charger in the center console when checking the car. Thought I wouldnt need these items since I would be picking the car up at the end of the day. When I retuned to pick up car, both the laptop and phone charger were not in the center console.

I had a flat tire, Morris ordered it same day delivery and was able to squeeze me into thier busy day. I want to share my experience and soon I’ll put all the pictures of my car how the body shop ruined my car and it passed one week and still no one called to let me know what they are doing to my car!!!!I left 3 weeks ago when it was ready to pickup I found out my car with more scratches and they ruined the time around the car. I left 20 massages for Richard for the 2 managers there they didn’t have even bothered to call and follow up and wors than that they don’t have any idea what happened to my car !!!My insurance paid more than 4 thousand and not only they did the job but they ruined my car !!!

I have new 2017 GLE43. First time I brought car to check noise coming from driver seat. In a couple days I pick up my car and noise was gone for a couple of days. Noise comes back. I had to leave car again for the same reason. The problem was solved on a second try. In a couple days after I picked the car my sat radio doesnt receive any signal. I was told that antenna needs to be replaced. So far Im waiting for more than a week without radio and traffic report in my car. To my my requests why it is taking so long I receive response that it is a new car and the part number is not available yet.

Hahahahah this is a joke very unorganized . Lucy should be fired and should’t ever be in customer service ever again. I called back and was sent to her voicemail hahahahaha. I never called a dealership service and was forwarded to a voicemail ahahahah. Wow that’s how we get treated after sacrifice my life for your freedom as a Us Army Veteran.
