I am not going to say its a scam but they did me wrong. I signed a contract started that I would pay $50 for each item delete on my credit report but nothing delete as of now. 3 months later I received an email stated that I am a monthly pay subscriber and I owed them 100 something dollars without my consent this would be misrepresentation on their part..MAYBE IT IS A SCAM!

I would be careful joining this company. Read the real reviews, because there are a lot of fake reviews on here most of them are there friends who are writing reviews for them. This company is a fraud and promise to take things off your credit and say things are easy, bunch of lies. This company is getting a lawsuit against them. They just take your money out your account without even working on it.. please take precautions.

So about almost 1-2 years ago I was signed up with Buildsworth credit repair service out in Miami Fl . I’m originally from Kendall & moved out to Tampa Florida for a career change . Reason why I joined that company was because I followed Ray on YouTube and respect his views and honest advice he gives out to the community on how to repair your credit . . Even though it was not Ray’s fault, but I felt like I was robbed . I was paying almost 300 dollars a month and had no improvement on my credit score, no direction or advice from that office and felt like I was treated like a number vs. a human being . My credit DID not improve and every time I would call that office I was pushed to aside . I stopped giving my money to them and tried to repair my credit on my own. With no success I decided to go back on YouTube and seen rays videos again and seen he had his own credit repair agency . Since I believe in his word and advice I took a chance and signed up with Score shield . Everyone was so friendly from beginning to end . Shareehah ( please forgive me if I spelled out your name wrong ) literally was SO patient and explained The Whole process, gave me advice on my credit usage and did NOT treat me like a number . It has not been a month yet and my credit score has bumped up 23 points JUST because of the little advice she gave me on how to used my credit card appropriately ( mind you it’s been almost 3 weeks. ) I’m completely SATISFIED with this company and it’s almost the 30 day mark and I have high faith on my disputes being successful !! Almost half the cost compared to Buildsworth and I’m completely impressed !!! You get a super quick response from the whole team, and you have a super easy portal to communicate with them ! I’ve already referred two of my friends and they are just as excited as I am. Biggest advice I tell everyone is to be patient . Listen to what they say and how to do things . They literally do 95percent of all the work for you, all they ask is 5 percent from you which is to send them all the correspondence you receive in the mail ! Before finding about scoreshield with ray, I had used a credit repair company that charged me a ton of money that ended up barely doing anything and actually closed my oldest positive account :( After a year of trying on my own I finally decided to give rays team a try and so glad I did. I am glad I did I received quick responses and was assigned a one on one with a customer service representative that I am able to contact 24/7.I was expecting to be waiting for a few months for the credit reporting to reflect on my account and dismiss the collection report, but in actually due to the fast service by SSFG, the change on my credit report came in before the month was over. This Is exactly what I was looking for.I’d definitely would work with them again.

So this review is MY EXPERIENCE with Score shield and Keeping it real with creditRay Bueno is a great salesperson and he is very knowledgeable about credit and really wants to educate you on your credit. He takes the time and breaks everything down. Hands down the guy knows what he is talking about. He charged me $300 for the first rounds of dispute. Not a bad price because having good credit is priceless. The instructions were simple, pay and his team will handle the disputes. Usually takes 30 days for credit bureau to respond and I should receive the letters and upload it on to their portal.So. I never received any letters after one month. I attempted to get in contact with Ray (GOOD LUCK) called the phones and nothing!Emailed them and no response. So I used their clients portal to ask them why I havent gotten the letters and nothing. I thought this was strange. Nobody ever called me to check to see how I was doing. Ray is impossible to reach even when I wanted to refer someone to him (thank God I didnt). So I saw that they were going to charge me another round of disputes for $200. I stopped the charge and guess what?? Someone finally reached out to me because they couldnt charge my account. I was 2 months in the service btw and still no letters from the first rounds of disputes. I dropped Ray and Scoreshield because I felt like I was being hustled.I understand that you need ALOT of PATIENCE with fixing credit. But leaving a paying customer out to dry with no support is just bad business.I found more value just watching Rays YouTube videos. I found a free credit dispute letter template on google. Literally copied it word for word. Sent it. And in about a month my score went up 70 points.So Ray I appreciate your knowledge and expertise but your Customer support is awful and if this is how you do business, I dont see your business lasting much. I dont want anyone from your team to reach out with some fake let me help you NOW message I just expected better support since Ray was also swindled by a credit repair agency.Hope this helps anyone considering to use Ray and Scoreshield for their credit repair needs.

I’ve been a client since November 2019, ScoreShield has been the only credit specialist to really understand my needs, and help me month by month with the whole credit process. They helped me understand why my credit was so low and what they had to do to in order to increase my credit. With there easy and detailed online website it allows you to check on a month by month basis to see the progress being made. Started off with a 520 on November 2019 and by May of 2020 I was at a 640. Throughout the process on a monthly basis I would be part of the process by receiving letters on the disputed items that were affecting my credit, I would be able to read the results first hand then upload them on the Scoreshield website in order to move on with the process and improve my credit monthly. I set up a monthly payment schedule in order to keep the process flowing as easy as possible. Even though I was very satisfied with the service and results due to Covid-19 I had to stop the process. Once everything gets back to normal I will continue my process with the best Credit Team there is (Scoreshield!). These people are everything, Ive dealt with a couple financial companies but no one compares to Scoreshield. They were able to completely turn my credit score around and really helped me get out the debt that I was in.
