Alex and Isiah did a great job removing our old gas furnace and installing the new gas furnace and AC. No more installing/removing window AC every year and being confined to only one room to be cool.We worked with Chris Crosby in sales on the options on what we wanted and needed. The communication was great throughout the process.

In this day and age getting good service is a rare luxury. Todays visit from the two young gentleman of Advantage Heating and Air Conditioning - who came out to clean our vents was amazing. They were 10 min early, were covid compliant, clean, professional, well spoken, worked efficiently, respectful and the finished result was exactly what I hoped for. They even hand cleaned my vent registers with wipes!

After major disappointments with other Heating and A/C companies in the area I switched my maintenance program to Advantage Heating. This was the first visit and early reviews are very positive. I had a new heat pump system installed on September 10, 2021. A few days later I smelled something like an electrical burning odor while sitting in living room watching TV. I called the salesman and told him. Then I called the number he gave me and got the Answering Service. I was notpleased with her response and called Steve back. He contacted aservice tech that lives in my area and Zach came out and opened thesystem up and checked it out in my utility room. Nothing could be foundthat indicated that anything was burning. He then closed the system up and left. He was very nice, thorough and took time looking at the connections on the new air handler. I havent noticed an odor since, butsince it is brand new I thought maybe something was wrong.

Furnace ducts cleaned after many years of just vacuum cleaning around registers. Office staff very professional, personable and eager to provide their service. The techs called 15 minutes before arrival to verify time and place. Once on-site they went to work right away and made sure to keep my wife fully informed of what they observed, actions taken and tips for future. She felt comfortable with them in the house and the quality of their work . I recommend you give them serious consideration for your heating and air conditioning needs. They are very reasonably priced also!

Mark helped us on our twice annual maintenance. Very professional and worked to keep costs down on unnecessary services. Love that any extra service not included in the maintenance plan is at an extra 20% off parts and labor because I already pay for the annual maintenance plan. I’m getting my ducts and dryer vents cleaned and they were so quick to both call for scheduling (while Mark was still here) and got me on the schedule two days from now. They also offer a reusable custom filter option so I don’t have to keep throwing out the dirty ones which is great for the environment. This company employs great staff and supports great customer service.

I called Advantage on a Saturday morning at about 8:30am because our ductless heat pumps outdoor unit fan locked up the night before. This was a unit that was installed by another company and I was not previously a customer of Advantage. I was worried that I wouldnt be able to be seen since it was after hours, but Advantage took care of me right away! They had an on-call service person come out to take a look and he got us squared away in hardly any time at all. I am so impressed with the extremely caring, efficient, and informative service that we received! Zach went above and beyond to make sure that we would be safely cooled in the upcoming heat wave and we are absolutely beyond grateful.Advantage earned a new customer today. We will certainly be back for all of our heating and cooling needs in the future. 10/10 would absolutely recommend!

Tim L. & Matt P. did a great job installing our new heating & air conditioning system. They were ready to go outside before the scheduled time but waited until they were supposed to. With the whole work-from-home situation they made sure to minimize the impact the all day install would have while I was in meetings. The family has enjoyed both the quiet heating generated and the cooling during 95 degree days, since the system was installed about one month ago. Everything has been great and the AC unit is so quiet that we have no idea that it is running except for the cold air blowing. Excellent work!

My AC unit had died during one of the worst heat waves in a decade, which was obviously not ideal. We were trying to work with our home warranty company who had specific requirements for using an out of network contractor to replace our unit. Advantage was amazing from the minute someone picked up the phone and scheduled my replacement/estimate. The staff who picked up the phone were very helpful every time I called (I ended up having to call them a lot to ask for extra information for the warranty company) and was even able to help my schedule a last minute diagnostic. The estimators and installers were always on time, very professional and helpful. Our AC has been replaced and it works great. The amount of communication they have is outstanding and they were super helpful when it came to providing the home warranty company everything that they needed. I cant recommend them enough. Will definitely use them again in the future if the need arises.

We just purchased a new home and were unsure if our A/C was performing the way it was intended to so we placed a service call and Zach came out and explained everything to us and told us nothing needed to be done. Since we enrolled in the VIP plan for maintenance it was not cost. Previously we called when it didnt work and the tech suggested turning it off and keeping it off for a day in case it froze up and that was the case - no charge just a phone call. Needed to replace our failing AC. We decided since the furnace was the same age, just do it too. Lyle came over to give us a bid. He didnt know we already had 2 other bids. Advantage had the best prices and packages! Our new units were in within a week. Mitch and Kevin were our installers. Great guys and they did great work!! They were here by 8am and out by 3pm. They walked us through all information about our new units, took time to teach me the new thermostat and cleaned up like they were never here. Were very happy with our experience with Advantage! The technician was very prompt and competent in performing the scheduled cleaning of both inside and outside units. He also offered a new filtering system, the iWave-R, explaining the advantages and his own personal testimonial of how effective the air cleaner has been in his home. We had him install the unit right then rather thanhaving to schedule installation at another time.Additionally, he took the time to tutor me on operating a recently installed thermostat so that I now understand how to adjust it for date, season and temperature.Thank you for a job well done!

I have nothing but good to say about them. They managed to fit me in to their busy schedule during the hot week after my air conditioner died. The serviceman called to let me know when he was on his way and he totally explained their pricing to me before starting work. He had the problem fixed in about 20 minutes for a very reasonable rate. Steve started the process with a bid to replace an aging HVAC system. He was easy to work with, patient, and knowledgeable. Only two days after signing for the work to be done, Mitch and Jesus came out to do the installation. They were great people, on time, had what they needed and knew what we wanted. I had another company install a new heat pump, it never worked properly and could not get them to come back to finish the job. Called Advantage yesterday and they were here the next day, Bill was great, polite, knowledgeable, efficient and explained to me how the heat pump worked, the other company told me nothing. I would recommend Advantage to anyone, rates are good and they have a yearly maintenance plan that would fit any budget. Heat pump is working great.

I have used Advantage for my last 3 heat pumps. This time I really liked how quickly they responded to my calls. Brandon came right out and explained a complicated rebate process through Energy Trust and PGE which saved me $3,000. Every time I have had a service done on my Heat/AC unit I have been very impressed with the service and professionalism. Mark did a fantastic job with servicing my heat unit and clearing out debris that had built up in the metal piping elbows. Jefferson and Kyle installed a new Daikin gas furnace and heat pump in my home. They were very nice, knowledgeable, and seemed to work well as a team. They also wore masks properly then entire time they were inside my home and cleaned up after themselves.Getting a quote was also very easy. Ryan was not pushy at all and answered all the questions I had. The prices are competitive for the quality.

I normally dont leave reviews, but a rental of mine had an issue with their gas heater. Advantage came out and found a few things wrong and gave me an invoice for $1200. Because it was so expensive I decided to get a second bid. That guy (Affordable Heating) did the fix for $90. These guys seem nice enough. Im not sure if they are intentionally over pricing/repairing or if their guys just arnt experienced and dont know what they are doing. But, I was pretty disturbed but the bidding difference. The other guy didnt charge a $29 call out fee either. Maybe they are good at new installs. This is my first and only run in with them.

I’ve had these guys out here twice. Both times was a heating issue. That being said, Service was prompt, friendly and professional in all aspects!!! Thankfully there was no need breaking out plan B for the night 😊Maintenance plan offered by Advantage is, to me, “how can you bet that”.

After calling another company, getting an answering service and no call back until the next day, I called Advantage. I got a live person and an appointment scheduled within 2 days (this during a cold spell). Zack was our repair guy, who called ahead, was professional, super down to earth and answered the many questions I had. Our heater synchronizer had failed. He had the part and had it installed within about 40 min. Very positive experience with this company and Zack. I cant compare their prices since I dont have much experience there, but I was not shocked. Seemed reasonable. I would, without hesitation, call them again and would recommend them to friends.
