Finally a reputable company that knows what they’re doing! I rebuilt my home with what I thought was the best of the best. Every summer my AC would have issues every couple weeks. After 4 long years of “ new” “state of the art” equipment .. my ac would fail. I called Brad at Essex county and she showed up and ended up replacing my whole ac unit lines and all within a blink of an eye for a reasonable price and the cleanest work I’ve ever seen… my ac works flawlessly … he all has also helped me at my mothers home and showed up within 24 hours of a phone call during a heat wave and fixed a issue . Very professional and quality work… highly recommended!!!!

Doesnt seem to care about the law or rights of the people. Could use some training for professionalism and social skills. Bobby seems to have amazing attention to detail which Im sure is super useful working in HV/AC. #1a. And owner doesnt seem to think professionalism has to do with quality of work?
