Loved it!! Such great nice people. Took me in right away and did exactly what i asked for. I usually don’t like going to nail salons cause you never know what to expect but i was down here visiting my grandma since i live an hour away and decided to get my nails done nearby, since i didn’t know what to expect i asked for something a little more simple but still cute and it was great!! I showed a picture of what i wanted and it came almost exactly the same! Im not sure who the lady i got name was but she was amazing i loved her! If i ever come down to visit my grandma i’ll definitely get my nails done here again!! Here’s a comparison of what i wanted and what i got !

Not a very good experience. I had an amazing pedi, though the water was cold, by the time they decided to put in the soap and soak my feet. BUT my nails...not so much! The woman that did my nails, didn’t seem like she had very much experience. She was an older woman, bless her heart, but I was actually cut around my cuticles multiple times, from her filing multiple multiple times, and using the electric nail drill over and over again. Once she finally got done with the actual acrylic, it came time to paint. She did not dust off my nails to remove any dust, and yes I washed my hands, but after she proceeded to file again. So once it got time to paint, the nail dust was all in the paint and looks like it has so many air bubbles. My fingers actually still hurt as much as she was filing down. I was there for about 3 hours, and like I said, I know she was trying to make it right, but it just wasn’t. Wish I had a better experience.

I LOVE this place!! Clean, cozy, comfortable, and VERY professional!! This was my first time going, but I will definitely be coming back! Friendly, precise, creative and talented staff!! Good job guys!!!

Hot Nail & Spa is great! I go in every few weeks for a dip refill and about every 2 months for a pedicure. The staff know me and offer me something to drink as soon as I sit down. I highly recommend them!

First time here, saw it on FB and decided to give it a try. It was an awesome experience. My nail tech offered me a beverage as soon as she sat me down. The place is nice and clean. Very relaxing. Will definitely be back.

My Nail Tech Rachel used to work in McKinney where I live at now he is in Rowlett I tried to stay at Virginia nails and get my nails done but they kept messing up my nails so now I drive all the way to Rowlett so I can let Rachel do my nails and they are fabulous every time I go

They always do a wonderful job, they’re very professional and they’re salon is always clean. I recommend this to everyone. I’m so glad I found this place.

John is amazing with my nails!! He has never let me down!! He’s been doing my nails for a couple of years now and he has always been clean and professional!!! He keeps up with the new trends and his ombré is absolutely perfection!!! His wife has done my eyebrows and she has them very even and beautiful!!! This place is very clean, professional, and just relaxing great time!!!

They did a great job & were nice! The place is really pretty & well kept inside too plus pricing was 25 for a pedicure which is not bad.Ill probably go back next time I get my nails done

I used to go here all the time and love the service but it has gone downhill since they changed their prices. They charge the same for a fill as a new set for acrylic and I complained about it because it doesn’t make sense and they laughed at me. The wait was long one day and I waited an hour to get my nails done and charged me five dollars more because they were busy when I could have either gotten a bit of a discount or at least apologized but they never did. My last straw was when they charged me almost $40 for a gel nail polish that peeled off the next day. Would not recommend this place and suggest you go to DT nails behind the Wendy’s instead. Their prices are reasonable and staff is a lot more friendly!

Not very good quality. My mom and I went to get nails done and they really hurt my moms nails pulling them to take off. We asked the lady to stop and she took it off on my little one that was sitting next to her. Telling me she is not allowed to sit next to grandma!!!?? Not very nice at all

I have been coming here for about two years now. There is rarely a wait, and if there is, they are still very welcoming and will offer water/ soda to people while they are waiting their turn. Their work is always very good and the pricing is more than fair. I will continue to come here for the foreseeable future!

Beware of this place! DO NOT GET YOUR EYELASHES HERE! To begin with I was given way to much eyelash glue on my lashes. The lashes are poking my eye and feel irritated and heavy.My eyes were burning during and after application. All signs that the lashes were not applied right. I was also misinformed and given clusters instead of individuals if you know about lashes clusters are the absolute worst due to eyelash health and should not be worn longer than a week. I am completely devastated I wasted my time. Never coming back to this establishment again. When I explained why I did not want clusters and showing how red my eyes were she told me I could pay to get them removed! When I kept complaining on the pain she told me to leave and that I did not have to pay. Absolutely the worst treatment I have ever received. Never coming back to this spa ever again, even though its farther guess Im going back to my old nail spa location.

Everything was Amazing! I went in to get my eyebrows done and the service was QUICK and EFFICIENT. Every single thing was right on! Serve was amazing- my eyebrows were high quality and the price was just under $10. I was there for at max 5 minutes and the results were legendary. Unfortunately I didnt ask who did my eyebrows but either way everyone there was sweet, quick, and professional. I will definitely be coming back here again.

A little self-care never hurt anybody!

Did not honor the coupon on their website - after services were completed - and charged me $20 more. They were severely understaffed and while my friend was seated right away, I had a 15 minute wait for another technician to arrive. My nails look nice, the eyebrow waxing looks great, and the pedicure was nice but did not last more than a little over a week.

They treated us good! Good pedicures!

One of the older nail shops, it is not as clean as it needs to be. Theres only one person that I go there for; to do my eyebrows. Other than that, I could do without this place existing.
