Hands down one of the best, if not the best I have ever been to!!! Ask for Tina, she took care of me, from my toes to my eyebrows. Highly recommend!

My eyebrows looked okay after, a little different than what I normally do. The woman who did them was a little rough with moving my face where she needed without asking me to turn my head and the actual waxing. But not too bad.

I really enjoyed this place. I walked in without an appointment and they were able to help me right away. It was one of my first times getting dip nails and they did an amazing job. They’re even and clean. It’s the exact shape I wanted.Service was quick without sacrificing quality. Staff was super friendly. Prices are comparable to everywhere else.

We went in with a party of 7 - they accommodated us, we did have to wait past our appointment time but we understood, my lady was possibly the owner cause she wasn’t very attentive she would get up and I’d have to wait. Anyways, my sister and I got up to pay when they started yelling at us for someone not paying whom was in our party, we wanted to further understand the situation and asked who wasn’t charged, they started yelling and it was just unpleasant, unprofessional and uncalled for because all our party paid separately. We paid the bill and left but I wouldn’t come back even if this was the last nail salon. Horrible experience, 0-10 would not recommend.

The workers are so terrible! left bubbles all on my nails they kept messing up over and over TINA rolls her eyes constantly and says its not her problem when i continue to ask nicely if she can fix the mistakes this place is a JOKE!!VERY DIRTY they do not clean before you sit down wont be surprised if they shut down!

Normally I have a very pleasant time here but today was my last day. I usually go there for a wax because they give a perfect wax service. But TODAY I received a very very rough, rushed, and incomplete chin wax.The lady that usually checks clients in and out did my chin wax and I felt assaulted. Honestly, it never takes that much strength to do a face wax. She was rushing through the entire service from the time I walked into the waxing room and during the service. I was the only client waiting for a service and I wasn’t waiting past 5/6 minutes. There was no need to rush.I kept stopping her because she was yanking my face left and right forcefully. It felt like she was slapping & forcefully rubbing the wax strip on my face like we was angry at one another. (I don’t know this lady and we have never had any disagreements, only thing I said was “okay” when she waved for me to follow her) What’s frustrating is after telling her twice she laughed and said, “oh too rough” but didn’t lighten up at all!She didn’t use tweezers as they normally do after waxing and after I asked if she could she still didn’t. I left with wax still on my face because she didn’t fully clean it off! It was a terrible experience and I will never return!

Nice salon, plenty of techs to keep the wait time short. Staff is pleasant and professional. Salon is clean. Great pedicures!

My sister and I went to get a mani and pedi and we were not happy with the end result. They rushed with both of our manis and left acrylic all around the nail and cut too much cuticle off, which hurt. They use cheap product because both of our nails started chipping within the week. They did not give a good and long massage while getting our pedi. They did not do a good job on foot scrub/ callus removal. And to top it off they over charged us. We definitely will not be going there again.

We were in a party of 3. It was pretty busy. Everything seemed very rushed. Everyone was running around like chaos. No leg massage per se. Very little callous removal. It was my first visit, kinda disappointed 😞

I’ve been going here for a few years and never ahad any problems until recently. i went in about a week ago on a friday so i guess i can’t complain about having to wait 30 minutes to get someone to do my nails but when i finally got someone she did not do a very good job at all. she was cutting my skin and ALL of my nails were cricked. and they are always different pricing wise. sometimes i’ll go in and it’s $40 for a manicure and last time it was $30. idk just not a very good experience lately.

This is my favorite nail shop and we have a lot in ROWLETT. I like their menu of choices and they serve drinks while you wait.

So I’ve been coming to this spot for almost 2 years now. I like that they have a good selection of colors for your nails be it Dip, or regular polish. However it can be a hit or miss with the ladies that do nails at times they seem to be rushed and the results don’t turn out great. I try to stick to the ones I know do good work and avoid the ones I’d had bad experiences with. Also avoid going close or around their closing time.

Entire pedicure procedure was in a rush. They were not busy, just wanted to let me get out as fast as they could. The nexgen nail set was mediocre and uneven.

They are all amazing and so friendly! Have been going since they first opened and will not go anywhere else!

Never had a bad experience.

I went to get a pedicure and dip nails over the weekend. The Luxe pedicure was okay, my feet still came out dry and cracked which defeats the purpose of coming.. I got Tina for my dip nails. She’s not very friendly and she was rushing through the whole process.. my nails are bulky and her paint job isn’t that good... she paints on the cuticle and messed up my pinky. I let her know and she tried to fix it but it still looks stupid. Whatever, won’t be coming back. Don’t recommend either. Good luck everyone!

Jennifer was very good. She listened to all my needs and made sure it was done right. She did not rush me and gave me a great pedicure. Its priced about the same as everyone else.

And you don’t cheat when you have found your matches! Tina is the only one who does my nails and they are perfect every time! I have been seeing hanie for almost a year now and she is SO precise and does really great work! she is a perfectionist when it comes to nails and i appreciate that about her sooo much!!! ive asked her to do designs a few times even tho she doesnt prefer to do them and she kills it every time!

I’ve come here a few times and I’m always so happy with how my nails turn out, but especially this time!! I’m not normally this complicated but they nailed it! I had Tina, and before tip it came out to about $50 for multiple colors, shape, and a specialty nail. Really good price, really great job!

My friend and i came in yesterday for pedicures and i got a full set (my first in almost a year) without an appointment. there was no wait, staff is sweet and helpful and Tina who did my nails is amazing! Lee did my pedi, it was very relaxing and my toes look so good! everything and everyone was great i have finally found a rowlett salon i like and i will absolutely be returning! Thank you!!

I consistently come here as my go to nail salon. The ladies remember me everytime and treat me kindly. They take their time to do a good job, and always ensure Im satisfied with my treatments. I havent had a negative experience with any of the nail technicians. I also can see that they clean regularly, and use proper sanitation. Great local nail salon with good value for money on what they offer.

Completely disappointed. Pedicure was rushed. No one offered me anything to drink and the ladies seemed all irritated. I have been several times hoping for a good pedicure. Unfortunately, the place has only gotten worse. Would not recommend!

Love my nails

Pretty interior. However the nail tech doing my feet acted like she did not want to touch me. I asked if she could replace an overlay on my big toe and do a design; she said, I dont know how to do that. I told her I would take a different person if she did want to do my pedicure. Also, the owner, Nicki was really nice, but she stood the entire time while doing my nails at the pedicure chair. My nails are too thick and not clean around the cuticles. The hombre and shape are AWESOME!. The cost for services I received was $95. Therefore, I should be TOTALLY happy with my nails and Im not. If they are willing to fix my nails, Ill visit this place again.

This was my first time to the salon. The staff was very friendly and my pedicure was great. However this is probably the absolute worst manicure Ive ever had.

Today my nine old daughter came to get our done. When we arrived the lady at the desk agree us and said about ten minuets. Which I understood it was full and I told ok no problem this is at 2:50 pm. As we seat several more women should up they were place in booths me and my daughter still just set there talking to each other. Finally after maybe 20 minutes the set me at a booth with no employee at the station. I set there and waited. More keep showing getting seated. I keep trying to get the lady at desk attention. Finally after the fifth times saying excuse she turn around. I reminded her my daughter was get her nails done also. She looked at me and said ok. But never place her at a seat. We seat in our seat until 3:40 pm still without any services. Finally I got up to leave. I stopped at the front desk and explain to her that me and my daughter have been seating her for a long time without any services. Ten ladies have came in behind us and all was getting service. I told I understand that we are the only blacks in here and maybe that’s why she ignore us but no thank and we will no longer use your services.I didn’t raise my voice or become hostile. Truly I wanted to cried. I am from a small town original I am use to racism, but my nine year old daughter didn’t understand. She just said why do they keep ignoring us. My children are being raise with all different ethics around us. I raise them not to judge people by there skin and they don’t. Please don’t support this business!!

Horrible service! The owner/manager is rude and argumentative, she is not professional!I passed 7-8 nail salons to come to this one. NEVER AGAIN!Prices vary by the day and can change with their attitude.Colors and shaping not the best either.Thought well maybe they were having a bad day, so I decided to give it another try?I should NOT have, very dissatisfied!!!

I had a woman named Hannah who I would never recommend anyone to. Yes it was a nice salon although the woman I had rushed and took no time to prep my nails before I got dipped nails. Then continued to put nail glue on before even trimming my nails and then didn’t even ask what shape I wanted my nails she just did square. There was no hospitality given as I walked in the door nor was a drink offered. Wouldn’t reccomend, service was horrible.

I had my nails and eyebrows done here and I really loved the results. The staff is so friendly. I most likely found my new nail spa!

Ive tried to give this place a chance. The first experience was pretty good (hence the 3 star rating), the second I had skin shaved off of my feet and my heels look terrible. It looks like I was in a bicycle accident and got road rash on my feet. I even forewarned that I had sensitive skin. As for the manicure...YEESH! Worst manicure ever, and I didnt even get polish! She cleaned my cuticles nicely, but then basically just trimmed and filed my nails flat (I wish I had taken pictures--they were that bad.) They werent even at all. I didnt realize how bad they were until I left. I ended up just cutting all of my (hand) nails completely off and am regrowing them out. For 2 people getting pedicures (me with polish), him without, and basic manicures for us both, it was $150 after tip. Not worth it.Sadly, we wont be returning.

I am always completely happy with my nails since I started going here. I usually end up having to adjust something after, but I have yet to feel the need with the work at Oasis Nail Spa.

I’ve been going since they opened. At First, great service and nails and pedi. As time went by, less great. A few weeks ago, would be my last. Worst nails ever. The girl started my pedi, no one came to start my nails. I was overlooked. When I ask, about my nails, The lady that waits the front desk, started my nails. She stood the whole time, she worked on me, the front and and other issues that were going on. The girl doing my pedi, burnt me with the water, then the wax. I ask for my cuticles to be trimmed, but instead, the girl just shoved at them, what a mess. I just wanted out of this place. Just too many issues to list all. I was livid and she new it. They will not get anymore of my money.

I had been going here with my daughter for a while and I wanted to give them a chance but after the second time they cut the skin I made a complaint to the manager and her response was offensive. So being this business so competitive there is no reason to subject yourself to a place where they do not provide good customer service.

Thought i would give this place a try since it’s close to my house..got my nails done, very awkward atmosphere there are no TVs over in the nail stations so you’re basically just staring at the wall or watching the nail tech the entire time which can be weird if they aren’t talkative...got my nails done a week and a half ago and the guy made my nexgen too thin there are already cracks on two of my nails. The top coat they put on does not stay glossy, my nails feel terrible and look terrible. Won’t be returning.

Visited once, but not sure I will go back. I have been getting dipped nails for about 5 years now and this is the first time my French manicure has turned yellow after about a week and a half. Im guessing this means they are using a cheaper brand. I just moved back to the area so thought I would try them out, but since there are so many nail salons available I just would rather go somewhere else that isnt skimping on their products since they are charging 35-45 for dipping powder.

The person who was doing my nails rushed through the process just to get done and go talk with his buddy. The lady next to my friend and I was offered water while we were told they had no drinks, it was obvious she had been to this nail salon before and was getting special treatment.

Terrible job. Done by Tina. She was in a hurry. My nails are wide, bulky, uneven, and on top of that the pink color i chose has started turning YELLOW less than 24hrs later.
