Great selection of gel nail colors and my nail tech did a great job on my nails! Will definitely be back in the future.

So Ive been going here and to Oscars for a few years now. But theres just something about this lil neighborhood nail spot! They are friendly and kind and really love their clients. I came here over Oscars throughout my pregnancy and with my baby because I felt more welcome here. Now baby knows them so well they walk around with her while the rest finish. This is 5 star treatment. Treat them well and they will treat you like family! Also they do a great job on my nails and toes. (And I have big, dry hands and feet.)

Unfortunately not the same people! I went in and ask for a pedicure the lady try to sell me her biggest package they have I declined and she kept saying which one to pick I declined twice again. So she said ok and proceed but did not actually did nothing did not took my calluses out which it was in the package she literally scrub my feet 5 times yes I counted I do it more when I shower! Did not buy any chemical in my feet to soften just the sugar scrub for my legs! Also I told her abt my ingrown nail and somehow made it worse not it hurts more than when I came in. I did not said anything I couldn’t It was something so simple I didn’t ask for ridiculous things or picky just wanted my feet to feel good not pretty but to actually feel good take care of all the stuff they normally do! Been going for years there, sadly not anymore now I need another place to go to.

This place is by far the worst place to go to for nails. They chipped three days later and the lady did such a horrible job and got attitude when I wanted it fixed. Waste of money DO NOT GO HERE! Here is a picture after 4 days.

Im from Kansas City and my aunt took me here for the first time & WOW!!! Great service - Speedy quick - and my nails and toes have never looked better! I already told my aunt we are coming here EVERY time im in town! So happy to be flying home with such great nails and toes! Thank you Rowlett nails!

It was amazing it was affordable it was relaxing. My name looked amazing when they were done. The place was clean. I was out of there at the time I wanted.

Never been there but just want to share a horrible experience I just had! I wanted to call multiple places to ask how much the pricings to take acrylics off were because in Denton you can get it off for $5. I accidentally called this place twice and the lady got so mad and was like, you already called, why are you calling again??? And are you really calling all the places in rowlett?? Yes..yes I am. I was really thrown off, all you had to say was, you called already and I would have said sorry and been on my way. The customer service sucks already through the phone so you definitely wont see me here!

Love the ladies here. Ive become a regular now. They take care of their customers. Im there every week.

Love this place. Been using them for 8 years. Tried others but not the same!

I took my 79 yr old mother, sitting in a wheelchair, for a manicure and pedicure. The 2 ladies are nice even though Im not sure how well they understand English. They did not soak her hands, however the polishing was fine. But they made her toes bleed using the electric tool that takes the polish off. The results did not look professional at all. Then I was asked to pay $52. They have posted on the window and the wall chart manicure and pedicure $33. We chose regular polish. I will not be back.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The staff is rude and they tried to overcharge me $5, and when I asked about it, the lady told me that I could consider the $5 as a tip!!! Ridiculous! Avoid at all costs. There are too many nail salons in this area, shoot at this intersection there are probably 5 or 6 Will never return here!

Had my nails done and the shellac chipped after 3 days.... Owner accused me of waiting a month to return...lol!!!!! I told her I had them done on July 16 and & 3 days later they started chipping and that I had called her & told her I was out of town and not returning until July 29. She told me to come back & I did on Sunday and they had an hour wait & wld be back on Monday so because it August 1 she said I waited a month to come back! Dear lord I will not be returning to this place again
