Ive gotten my nails done here for years and have always had a great experience! Manicures always come out beautiful and pedicures are amazing with long massages. I came to get my nails done yesterday and unfortunately theyre starting to charge extra for every little thing they can☹ my nails came out to $65 because they charged extra for length, special shape and special design. Im not mad at the quality because theyre beautiful but come on🙄They also charged my sister $10 just to have hers removed and theyre a wreck.

This has been my go to Nail place for a years, but lately Ive noticed their services are not what they used to be, i know their pricing has gone up and I completely understand - but they also need keep the quality of service - I always do a Dip and Pedicure - i asked the girl i needed my cuticle cut and she seemed bother by it - the lady doing my pedicure skipped a lot of steps and was on the phone most of the time- they need to realize we as customers know when a pedicure is done right - Berry is great, but i think the quality of service has gotten poor .

Talk badly about customers in their language and get mad when you tell them how you want your nails and they suggest something else and you decline. Rude and not all customers are treated equally. Add 5$ to anything 5$ for a tip & 5$ for long length like is that not the whole point of getting a tip. What I asked for VS what I got, hideous nails. Last time going there.

I have been going here for years and have always been very satisfied. However, two days ago my sister and I went to get manicures and pedicures and while the pedicures were great the manicures were not. My sister got a design on her nails and I asked for the same exact thing and got something completely different. I got plain pink nails with tips that I did not want. I dont usually get my nails done so I had no idea what was going on but when they finished it was not what I had asked for. The design was perfect on my sisters nails but it started to fall apart the next day. Not very happy as we were getting our nails done for a wedding.

I have had a very hard time finding a good nail place that genuinely cares about how you want your nails!!! I love this place!! Ky was amazing, my nails were messed up from the previous place i had been too, and she took very good care of them and was so careful since they hurt! She was so sweet and i will definitely be back!!

I would NOT recommend this place. I would seriously advise everyone to record what they are saying and translate it after with an online translating app because it’s foul how they speak of their customers. Disgusting place and I wish I would’ve done this long ago as I’ve been going to this nail salon for years. They will add $5 onto any and everything as well. They are only nice to certain customers if you catch my drift.

Friend and I came for a girl date. This is where I prefer to get my nails done and I have to say after trying all the salons in the area, this is where I will continue to come. Great atmosphere and they have some of the best artists around. I always leave here being happy and excited to come back

Barry is such a hard worker and he was able to squeeze me in to take off my nails at the last minute. I’ve been here for years and they maintain quality and friendliness.

Less than 24 hours my nails snapped. I knew that it was going to be bad because the nail tech applied such a thin layer of acrylic to my nails. I feel robbed. They did switch up on the initial price. I didn’t like that. I regret giving a tip. I will never go there again. Be careful ladies.

My nails are hideous the tech didnt shape them properly at all. They also dont have a good nail color selection when it comes to dip.. Pedicure was great done by a different tech.

I went here for a refill. The gentleman who greeted me was polite but the nail technician was very rude. I had to get my nails polished elsewhere because they were not polished right. On top of that the refill was $22. I just paid it but they will never get anymore business from me. I definitely don’t recommend this place.

Ive been to this place multiple times before and today I am very upset of the way my nails came out... the design on my hands was super simple yellow thin lines like a French tip & my toes are just painted yellow... the lines range from thick to thin and not straight & omg my toes 😭😭😭 I didnt notice because we were being rushed out of the chair that you can see the white polish underneath the yellow polish its so bad I cant unsee it... not to mention I got charged 15.00 for nail art that isnt really art 😳

My toe still hurts from being handled so roughly. I honestly cannot think of a reason to go back. My nail color is nice but they didnt have the same color for my nails and toes to match and I spent $90 for something Ill definitely be doing at home the next time.

The lady that was trying to do my nails was so rude. First I told her I didn’t want them short she did them short then telling me for this length 5 dollars extra I didn’t mind paying for the nails as long as they are the way I wanted. When I told her the length I wanted them she got an attitude. Poor customer service

My kid pedicure maybe lasted 15 minutes, worse pedicure, basic trimming, ill post tomorrow of my regular place and.compare, I asked for fills and stopped the lady she went straight over and cut my pinky nail off andsaid because they didnt have the same color I had to get a new set. I should of left then. I knew. So we was done in 30 minutes.

The manager did NOT FIX my nails, give me my money back or a gift card. He was VERY DISMISSIVE of me because I am BLACK. I had the WORST experience there. I paid to get my nails done and they were coming off in less than 24 hrs. I had to attend my 1st cousin’s funeral services after paying over $100 for the POOREST nail job ever. The customer service was absolutely HORRIBLE. I will NEVER spend money with them again and I would discourage any person of color to go there. It was horrible.

Julianne did a beautiful job on my nails and waxing and Amar did great on my pedicure. I love that I can get my nails, toes, and waxing done all in the same chair and be out in great time. The dipped nails last a long time, too.

I dont like getting pedicures usually but Im currently getting one and Cheryl is PHENOMENAL! She is kind, gentle, and precise. She is absolutel SPECTACULAR AND should definitely get a raise. I cant speak for everyone but Cheryl alone makes the place 5 stars!

I usually dont write reviews but I just needed to express my frustration of the work done on my nails and toes. The experience was nice no complaints there; 3 days ago I chose to get gel on my natural nails ($35) and a pedicure ($35) the gel on my nails is literally lifting and peeling off and toes the same nails polish is coming off. When the nice ladies began to work on me I saw that my pedicure was just little picking here and there (I should said something then but I didnt) and now I regret not saying anything. Lesson learned if I dont feel its going right I need to speak up.

Don’t come in here Unless you want THEM to choose what they want to do on YOU. They will literally add an extra $5 for anything it’s ridiculous. I went in not too long ago to get a NEW set and HE did as he pleased and gave me just a fill when I wanted a whole new set. My nails were already grown out enough but he did as he wanted not as I wanted.

Ive struggled to find a reliable salon but this is the one! Every time I come here, service is quick and courteous. I am prone to ingrown toe nails and Holie always does and excellent job removing them and polishing my toes to perfection! The salon is clean and comfortable. Im currently 8 months pregnant and Ill continue to come here for my pedicures! Thank you all for what you do!

I’ve been here twice and will definitely not be coming back. My first experience felt rushed and my nail tech did not once bother to look at me or smile. She was focused on getting my nails done as fast as possible to get to the next customer. I decided to give this place another try after a good friend of mine told me she loved coming here. The nail techs were friendlier and this experience didn’t feel as rushed. However, I paid about $100 for nails that did not even last a week. About 3-4 days later my nails started to chip. The shape of my nails were not consistent and my nails just did not look neat. For my nails, the nail tech used two gel coats and for my toes just ONE coat! And when I paid, the charges were more than what I was told. What a waste of money!!

This place deserves no stars if I’m being honest. They said this nail design would last a week and it fell off the same day. I was told they would be $68 but when i went to pay they were $73. They charged me extra because THEY couldn’t get the design right. I called and the MANAGER said that i could get $40 back on my card or a FREE FULL SET. He said he wrote it down and I can come in when i’m in town. Upon arriving they said no such call was made and that they could only give me back $28 but NOT a free full set like i was promised.Then they said that it can only be on a gift card. Not back on my card.It is very obvious that this place doesn’t care about custom service- only about making money.I’d rather try doing my own nails than come back here and be lied to.

Its always busy but they have enough people to take care of customers. Their pedicures are ok. What I really like is their dipping powder services. Other salons leave the nails looking thick but in this salon they buffer and file your nails really well. My manicure lasts 2 weeks (3 if I push it).

I feel like this place is hit or miss. Sometimes I go in and the service is outstanding, the next time they barely acknowledge me, dont put a top coat on my toe nail polish, and I could barely feel the foot massage. I have been going here since they opened because they send out coupons. The atmosphere is typically very relaxing.

The customer service here is top-notch and I am always impressed with their services. Options are good and they are extra attentive to your needs. Great spot for a spa day or just a quick stop in your busy day. Comfortable environment, clean, and even the pickiest of customers would be pleased!

Love Grand Nail Salon. I went in for my 1st pedicure ever cause I was always skeptical of cleanliness but this place by far surpassed my expectations. The people at the front desk were very courteous and helpful. Being my first time they made me feel very comfortable. Kayla was my technician and she was the sweetest as she can be. Today was my first time and i had a great experience! Staff was friendly and greeted me as soon as i walked in. Their nail polish selection is massive and neatly color coordinated from light to dark. Great pieces and complimentary drinks ( their swirl margarita was so good!). Kevin did my pedicure, made sure I was comfortable and enjoyed the service! I will be back, Grand Salon started my birthday night off to a great start!

My first time coming here with a friend and I won’t be back. I got a pedicure and the nail tech dug into my big toenail, which did not need to be done. I’ve gotten my ingrown toenails removed by a doctor and my nail/toe is far worse now than ever before. The skin around it is cut and loose, and my big toe is now red, purple, infected, and hurts terribly. Have to make another appointment with my podiatrist now. I also brought flip flops to wear and the lady did not put them on before painting my nails, she didn’t even give me a throw away pair to wear. I had to walk out of the salon barefoot and had to come back in because one chipped.

Amar is great. She was able to do my pedicure just like I wanted it. Have not had this good of an experience in years anywhere else.🤗

This place may look really nice, but don’t let that fool you... they are always in a rush and SO MESSY. The files they use are always dirty and literally all the tools they use are used multiple times. I told them I needed a fill and the lady said “oh no it just needs to be smoothed out” and she filed and painted over it. The manager “fixed” my nails and didn’t even give me a fill after I had asked for it, i was willing to pay so it blows my mind that they were that lazy to not just do it. Don’t waste your time or money here, this is the third time this happens to me...Good luck if you go.

They are always super busy. I highly recommend to make an appointment. Everyone that I have used had been good and I get compliments on my nails all the time.

Let me start off by saying.....Im very particular with who and where I get my nails done. However, I came here and this place is very clean and I found Peter. Hes absolutely the best. I love, love, love his work.

Loved it. Love that most workers are fluent in English too. Absolutely beautiful atomosphere! The chairs are awesome, cant wait to get a pedicure and try those chairs. Nice TVs to watch, free drinks! The giant books of nail colors to choose from are Heavenly! My nails have lasted over 2 weeks.

I got my nails done here for prom. The person that did my nails was Sophie. I told her this was my first time coming here and I thought I was in good hand. I was wrong. She did not paint the tips of my nails and I had to go back so she can clean under my nail. Thank God my friends grandmother was there because she was the one who told them. The nails did not look like they were done by a professional. Parts of my real nails were showing. I got acrylic nails with glitter on my index fingers. I paid $37. I told my friends about it and they said I could have gotten to same thing for $20 at another shop. She did not paint it good either. I was very excited to get my nails for the first time and it was a bit disappointing.

My favorite place to go and get a manicure and pedicure I always run into someone I know or meet someone. The staff is very friendly and they do a great job. Its a beautiful place to spend a couple of hours.

I’ve been a loyal customer but this last time I went was a complete mess!! The tech that did my nails was so dang rude it was ridiculous but I liked the nails.....until I lost one a couple days later! I’m now down to missing four nails and it’s only been just now coming up on a week..I called after the second one popped off as I was telling her she hung up on me I called back and she said to come in so she can look at my nails and decide to fix!! Sadly but true I’ve been doing my nails since I was 9years old and have NEVER seen anything so pitiful!! And at that I’m a stay at home mom so it’s not like I’m doing a heavy duty job 😂😂 I will never return I didn’t even to possibly fix...

I absolutely LOVE this nail salon! The staff is always so friendly, the manager/owner knows me when I walk in and my nails last for so long. I drive out of my way to go there and now wont go anywhere else.

Honestly this place is hit or miss, it depends on the person who’s working on you. The inside is really nice and fancy but the staff will be rude to you then try to be nice when it’s time to pay. The prices are high and the quality is low, it’d be better to just go somewhere else.

Usually the service is good, but these past two times have been questionable. The first time I had a man doing my nails, and he was very rough and rude but Id never had a problem before and he did a good job. This most recent time, I had a lady named Lily who gave me attitude from when I sat down; even when my phone was going to fall in the water from her being so rough she still was rude. And she did an average job. Pedicures here are always nice though.

I came to this nail salon twice because my best friend swore they were great. The first time everyone was nice and kind. But they rushed my nails and got upset when I asked them to correct the shape, the thickness(I get nexgen), and the length. Usually I can go 3-4 weeks before I need to get them done again. Within a week and a half they were cracking and chipping off. Ok no worries, we go a second time. We asked I be seated by each other and we didn’t mind waiting for seats. But they acted like this was an inconvenience, sat us in pedicure chair and left us for about 15 minutes before coming back to get started. Not only did the nail tech who did my nails not completely remove the previous color, she didn’t use primer or properly clean my nail. Fast forward two weeks after my nails are chipping again, my friend and I go to my favorite nail salon, Oasis nail Spa off Murphy rd. Because my nails weren’t done properly the past two times not only did I start to have a fungus growing in my nail my best friend had been going to them for a lot longer and multiple of her nails had fungus on them and Grand Nail salon never ONCE said anything to her. I would not spend money here. They obviously do not sterilize everything properly. They send coupons for discounted services all the time. Now We understand why they need to bribe people with a discount to come in.

The people were nice but I paid $55 for a manicure and pedicure and the water in the foot tub was because they were out of hot water. They never offered me anything to drink and they left oil on my fingers so the polish around my cuticles smudged off when I got home and washed my hands. I feel a little ripped off!

I’ve visited this nail salon more than 12 times, and typically used to get great, kind customer service, however my last 3 visits have not the same. Both the nail tech and pedicure workers were rude to my roommate and I. It was clear they were talking about us and slightly annoyed. Most recently my nail tech completely rushed through my nails, which ended up being different thickness and even height and were completely the wrong shape I asked for. On my pedicure, the tech was glued to the tv, skipped half the normal procedures and left me with crooked big toe nails.

I would definitely give this establishment 0 stars. Ill start by saying Im 8 months pregnant, and I came here for a full set for my maternity pictures. I needed a day of pampering desperately, and I got the opposite. It was the worst experience of my life. My technician was Lily and Ive never had a service so rushed. She ended up having redo 2 nails because she was rushing and knocked them on the table. She sliced my fingers with the file, tore my cuticles with the buffer, then instead of having me wash off the acrylic dust she poured alcohol all over my hands and dried with a towel. I cried as I told her how bad I was hurting and she rolled her eyes. She told me it was because I got the cheap acrylic, shouldve gotten dip. Less than 4 days later and my acrylics are peeling off, so I guess Ill glue them myself for my pictures. I typically frequent a different salon in rowlett and Ill never stay from them again. I sat sobbing while my nails dried about the horrible service I recieved, and how badly my hands hurt. And to pay over $40 for nails that lasted 4 days? No thanks.

The first time I went the person who did my pedicure was great. He massaged me perfectly and everything. However two days later the polish chipped badly. The next time I went I was seen by a lady named Tammy who acted like she didnt want to be at work. She was dry and gave the softest massage every. I kept asking her to actually massage my feet. Dont think I will return. They are semi-expensive and the decor is beautiful but I look for quality and I think they miss the mark there.

Everytime I go to Grand Nail Salon I get excellent service. One of the best nail places Ive been. Keep up the good work!

I recently relocated and needed to find a new nail salon. I have had my nails consistently done for the last six years and for my first visit, all I needed was a fill. The decision to chose this establishment was the worst choice I could have made. They ruined my nails and gave me something I have never had to experience in all my years of nail pampering. Please be wise and do not go through what I had to. I attached a picture of what I found when I removed my artificial nails. Im so embarrassed but I now I needed to share.

They are reasonable priced and they do a great job.

I decided to try a new salon because my usual was packed. They’re service was terrible and my lady scoffed everytime i would ask her a question. I showed her a design and asked if she could do it and she completely ignored it and told me to pick my colors for it. She then proceeds to do my set, while she’s filing them down, she cuts deep into my skin. I turn my finger and i was bleeding. She seemed rushed and impatient and i was over it. When she did my design (keep in mind it was literally just a flower on my accent) she couldn’t even do that! Im not one to get mad over little things, but once these little things add up, i’m ready to pop! i let the counter know what she did and they discounted $5 as if that were to fix the damage. i left and im never coming back. I understand they probably had a bad day, but come onnnnn....not worth it.

This was my first time and my last. I gave it one star because the woman you did my pedicure honestly did a great job and I was very happy BUT it was the opposite with the woman who did my hands. She left my cuticles with so many cuts all over. She glued one of the nails down crooked and when I asked her about it she got upset. She had an attitude the rest of the time and got one of my fingers full of glue that still has yet to come off. I also went with my mom and the woman who did her pedicure had to repaint her toes 5 times and then didn’t even finish with the actual pedicure. For the experience it was way TOO OVERPRICED and the actual service was done poorly.

Every since Patrick left this has not been the best salon. When he left the customer service left and experienced staff left with him. I’m shopping for a new salon. I have not been satisfied with my nails or pedi since he left.

Got my nails done on Sunday a nail broke Thursday went back to get it fixed, the next day another broke went back to get it fixed and Saturday (Today) another broke lol. Never had to go back more than twice for a broken nail.. the tips were too then and I’m disappointed at this point.. of course they were nice enough to not charge but just the fact that i had to go 3 times in one week and still ended up with another broken nail.. haven’t had an issue like this in awhile with them ..
