Rosie and Ryan are my absolute favorites! If you want dip, go with Rosie. If you need a bomb pedicure, Ryan. Try the ginger tea - it’s so spicy 🥰 the Vietnamese coffee is good and they usually give some kind of chips. Regardless of which nail tech does your nails, if you are unhappy for any reason just tell them and they will make it right.

Great customer service !!!! There was a bit of a wait and everyone made sure I was comfortable, offering drinks and the massage chair while I waited. Definitely recommend.

I have been here twice now. Theyre detailed, patient and dont rush through your mani/pedi like other places tend to do. I absolutely LOVE my nails ! Last time I came here my gel mani lasted over a month! Ive tried other places in Rowlett and PS nails has been the best so far! Will return for sure!!

Rosie and Ryan were great! As a military spouse, it was my pleasure supporting this business. Ryan was former army enlisted and I had so much fun sharing stories about his time in the service! In addition, Rosie was awesome. She was so gentle, delicate and light during the manicure service. These are the best nails ever! Ryan did amazing on my pedicure, meticulously and attentive to making sure my pedicure was great. I paid $80 for my dipped manicure and signature pedicure, worth every penny!! They have a lifelong customer outta me!!!

I received a pedicure. It was great. Very relaxing and did not feel rushed. However when i got home and took a closer look at my polish it looked like a 13 yr old painted them. The polish is not to the cuticle. Looks like a week after a pedicure. My neice got acrylic nails and on some.nails you could still see her real nail on the side. Overall their application is not good. Polish or acrylic

They were more than happy to give me a pedicure. They did great work. Didnt rush me out the door like some other places down the road.

I was a walk in. And the Owner was extremely rude to me. I was told the wait was 15 minutes, ended up being almost an hour. I felt so uncomfortable. Service was terrible. I will never go back! I am a believer in FIRST IMPRESSION 😌

It was a really nice atmosphere . Kim did my nails. It’s not the best job, but she did alright. My right ring finger has never been crooked before until today. I think with a little more practice she will be good. Tell her right up front what you want, ask her to cut and shape ahead of time. Like i said, it’s not the best job, but it’s alright.

I absolutely love the service and my gel mani and gel pedi were perfect lasted a month even! I’m from Oklahoma and they gave me one of two best pedicures in my life! PS you are the BEST!

I made an appointment over the phone. The next morning I arrived on time and excited about visiting a nail salon near my home. I entered and was asked about which service I wanted, I started to explain and in the middle of my explanation, the gentleman interrupted and asked that I go have a seat. I found that rude and I like to spend money in places that I am appreciated. I don’t want anything in return, I just ask that you Please listen to your customers, they can choose many places but they chose to walk into your establishment.

Wanted to try a new place closer to home and was not disappointed! Very nice and courteous staff and definitely great looking nails. I got dip and my nails look super nice! Will be be going back for sure 😊😊😊

I love PS nails and Rosy! Rosy always takes her time and makes sure the nails look perfect! This is the only salon I have been to where my dip nails last longer than 2 weeks! I typically go a month before I get them re done!

Had a fabulous experience here. I brought my dad here as well and he loved it, and my dad is a grouchy old veteran lol. The technicians were very caring and precise with their work on our feet. They took very good and care of my dads toes and that means a lot to me. My feet and toes look fabulous too! We will definitely be back!

This place was amazing! They were very welcoming, I even had the lady change my nails last minute from almond to coffin and she still pulled it off! Will definitely be coming back new nail place!!And they don’t charge extra for shape or anything of that sort just a flat fee!See them soon, try them out you won’t regret it.

The new owner is doing great service and hospitality. We feel home when having some fruits and red wine. By the way, my family had a great time with manicure, pedicure and waxing here. Its definitely clean and the atmosphere is relaxing. High recommended. We do like Rosy.

They are very friendly & very accommodating to your needs I would recommend. But today was my last day spending money there. (Rosy) didn’t know how to do a basic white tip manicure she mentioned all of her clients only like dip not white tips after that she acted like she didn’t want to deal with my nails. (I hate dip powder) She was being extremely bitter or maybe frustrated because of that she ended up removing my nails so I went to another place. She did apologize for messing them up.

PS nails has great welcoming staff, always has great snacks. They always listen to my nail goals, and give me the best advice to get there. My nails always look clean and healthy when I leave there. Also have great prices and deals! Highly recommend giving them a try, I always have a Great experience!

Very very good service

First time here because I am new to the area. Lady asks me what I wanted. I explained all natural set. No polish very short. Clear or neutral tips. I got the right color tips with crooked nails. She made my fingers bleed my cuticles hurt so bad. Every single nail was a different length but she was so excited another work like are you seeing the same thing as me??. Very nice shop and very professional but completely shi÷÷y work!
