Hi!! This is my favorite nail salon in the universe. I went in an requested my favorite person for the job, Tammy. She is very sweet and kind and does a perfect job. I waited a little but that’s part of life and they were very polite and kept me informed. Will be back for any nail service I need. Thank you!

Forgot to make an appointment? Special event?Champion is the place. They are very accommodating to big big groups. So if youre looking for a bridal foot spa day Id definitely call them up. Not your personal relationship with the technician as they tend to have conveyer belt kind of mentality. Im very forgetful about keeping up with this sort of thing so if works because theyre able to help quickly. Great to bring the honey and get a free massage. Happy wife, happy life.

Second time I tried it and still nope. Not for me. The ladies work too fast and like they wish they were somewhere else. LOL

I normally love this place but yesterday my girl wasnt in so I had to see someone else.I picked my color & was told they didnt have that one anymore so because I had picked polish for .my toes to match I had to choose another color.Then asked her twice if she would move the towel and turn on the massage chair as Im there to relax she never turned it on or allowed me to do so.They serve all kinds of drinks I was never even offered a drink of any kind.She then tells me if I want my nails cut down she is going to charge me for it unless I chose another shape. Ive been coming here for yrs and NEVER been charged to cut my nails down.I told her to just file them but make them more of a point instead of rounded. She then shows me one & I said no, more of a point only to have her say OH MY GOSH & sigh under her breath. If I wasnt having my toes done at the same time I would of got up and left at that point.I let her finish only to have to go home and reshape ALL of them because they were ALL crooked.Im a nail technician by profession I can do my own but choose to relax and pay someone else to do them for me.Yesterdays experience was HORRIBLE! If this had been my 1st time I would NEVER return.Luckily I like Sophia my normal nail lady. I do NOT recommend Ashley to anyone.

They have consistently been a wonderful and reliable place to get your nails done! The Texas power went out in the middle of my appointment this morning and they didn’t miss a beat! They took it in stride and did an amazing job. I am so thankful to have found a great place to get my nails done!

I frequent this nail salon quite often. I’ve learned that from experience I’ll just let them do my pedicures only. They offer you beverages and the place is relaxing and clean. The prices are reasonable but the quality could be better. Any special request you have may not be accommodated. So basic is the way to go. If you want any kind of creativity this may not be your fit. I’ve had better pedicures but once they focus on quality I think they will improve a lot. Overall good place for relaxation and nice vibes.

I’ve visited this location over 10 times. Outside of the free drinks, the service is mediocre. Most of the times they technicians can’t deliver in what you want. After they have you in the chair they don’t seem to really care about what you want they often tell you what you can get after you asked I’m the beginning of the service and they say yes they can deliver. I had someone to tell me I shouldn’t get diamonds under my French manicure because the tech was struggling. I gave them enough chances to see there service is a high and the quality is low. I’ve also experienced other customers not satisfied but they make the customer feel like they are wrong. That was my last straw. I won’t be back. You go several times and you’ll see.

I got my first nail dip (dipped nails?) this morning. It was faster, easier, and better looking than the old acrylics. The salon is very spa-like with soothing music, comfortable chairs, and beautiful decorations. Im definitely going back!

We called ahead and made appointments for 5:45. We arrived early at 5:30. It is currently 6:20 and they still have not started my pedicure. Waited 40 minutes before anyone offered a drink of any kind. If you do not have the staff available to work...DO NOT ALLOW ANY APPOINTMENTS TO BE MADE!! Just wasting peoples time. Such a disappointment. Will never be back here!

Don’t recommend coming here unless you want a different color from what you asked messed up nails. I was not satisfied at all, my nails are different sized and are to the side, with a completely different color. My mom and cousin were not satisfied either. Told the lady many times about the color but she just ignored me.

Had a horrible experience and hate to have to share. I was overcharged, my eyebrows are uneven and my nails are uneven. I didn’t wear my glasses to fully notice and double check the price but highly disappointed to be cheated by this business. I will most definitely not return and will drive the distance to Dallas to Rose Couture where I’m 100% satisfied always.

I have frequented this business for over two years. I used to absolutely love coming here! The past two times I have been extremely disappointed with wait times and management. Being told to sit in a room and wait for eyebrows to be done when there was no one working to do them? And ignored when brought to their attention. Something has definitely changed😕

I had a lady named V and she did a great job

I have been going here for over two years and the last two times have been terrible. Wait time is 35-40 minutes and was not offered anything to drink. My foot was rubbed so hard from the pedicure it started to bleed and my pink and white fill did not turn out as well as it usually does. I am not coming here again, nor are my friends. Very disappointed and i even gave a tip, and do not know why.

Front desk experience wasnt great the lady was upset I wasnt getting my feet done like my friends I just wanted a manicure she kept telling me I should get both and I said no so for the rest of the time I was there she wouldnt look at me in my eye. my friends and I ordered a cocktail she handed everyone there drink in there hand except me and place it behind me i was annoyed but I didnt let her ruin my experience. I went there for the first time and loved the idea of having a cocktail well im being pampered the lady who was giving me my manicure was great nice and clean place nice atmosphere cocktails are great so besides the rude lady in the beginning I loved it 😁👍

This was a placed that left me speechless of the services that was provided. To feel like the Queen of Sheba....excellent service after you decide what color for nails and toes..awesome

My toddler daughter was treated exceptionally well. Little to no wait. I recommend and will go back in future.

I had a mani/pedi here and I had the dipped nails removed. I went to the salon to have my dipped nails removed because I did not want to hurt my nails from trying to take it off. Not only did they charge me an extra $5 but they ruined my nails. They hurt so bad I cannot even wash my hands without cringing. The polish peeled off in two days and so I took it off and that is when I realized that i barely had any of my natural nails left. They have since broken off past the quick. Please do not let them remove your dipping polish. No one should hurt like this.

I’ve been coming here for the last year..I made an appt at 4pm and they waited until I came in to tell me the person I scheduled was no longer working there..They sat my hands in acetone for 35 minutes, and just left me sitting there, watching multiple people come in and be helped after me. I got up and left in tears with my nails looking like this -I’ll never give this place my business again.

Omg loved it. I got a pedicure and it was the best ever. First off you choose which pedicure you want then while you getting your pedicure you are sitting in a massage chair getting a massage the whole time and you also get a complimentary drink as well which includes margaritas, or nonalcoholic drinks I think they have wine also so you get all of that while getting a pedicure. The prices are fair I got a standard pedicure for 25 dollars. Loved it

I’ve been using this place several times. The last 3 times with appointment made I’ve had to wait over a hour for either my mani or pedicure. Today I had a 4:30 appointment for pedicure and dip manicure. They started my pedicure on time but as usual there is no one to do my nails. Looking to the left of me they currently have over 8 people just waiting on pedicure chairs. This place needs to do better time management. There is no reason you have so many people waiting especially with appointments.

They had our hands soaking in acetone for way too long, they gave us appointments even though they were short on technicians, and our nails didn’t even look good. They told my friend to remove her own gel after soaking. It’s a joke.

First and last time to this place. Nail technician was incredibly rude. Then she left the dipping powder all over my fingers. She left dead skin on nail bed. Pretty place but very unprofessional!!! I will definitely stick with Signature nails, way better service and technicians are always friendly.

Danny and Lieu are my favorites! The only ppl that can touch my hands and feet !

I have visited this place a few times and love it. Leiu has done my nails a few times now and Jackie did my pedicure yesterday and they are both very good. Leiu has a real talent for nails and you can tell she loves what she does.

My pedicure was great, clean atmosphere. However with my manicure, there was air bubbles, dead skin, my polish was uneven, wrinkles in the polish. When I came back to have it fixed the manager was completely rude to me. She told me I will have to wait since they are busy. I told her I came right when they opened so it wouldn’t be busy but I did not expect to have to come back because my nails looked terrible. Most likely never coming back again.

My first time here, and I love it! They are amazing. Very neat! Very polite. Lieu did my nails and she did fantastic. I normally do not give reviews but this place took my breath away! I will definitely be coming back!!!

I like this place as they provide alcoholic beverages in a pleasant environment. They did a good job on my nails (I got a pedicure). The only thing I did not like was that they charge extra for exfoliation of the dead skin. This is why I only gave them four stars.

Kathy was excellent at taking care of myself. Danny took care of my girlfriend for a pedicure and got her nails done by another great staff member; great customer service great experience would recommend this to anyone in need of stress relief or foot massage. I spend a lot of time standing & working on my feet which puts a lot of stress on my body. Sometimes you just need to unwind & all REAL men should take the time to get a pedicure.

This is the most classy nail salon in Rowlett! Large space and beautifully decorated. Great walk in service and complementary beverages!

I got my nails done paid $50 for the French solar tip! I have air bubbles all in my nails! None of my nails are even! None of my nails are shaped the same some are square and summer more round and after she sanded my nails down she did not let me go wash them before she did the topcoat. So underneath my topcoat is a bunch of nail debris and the top of my nails are bumpy and uneven and none of them are shaped the same! I WILL NEVER BE BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!

They did a Great job 😁 The place is very clean and the staff pay special attention to making sure everything is sanitized. They offer a variety of services. Everyone is so friendly and professional. This is definitely the place to go in Rowlett! They always do such a good job on my nails and the selection of colors for dip is on point. I wont go anywhere else!!! Erik did my nails this last time and I am extremely happy with them!

Found my new salon. Miss. Nina gave the best pedi I’ve ever had. (I’ve gotten pedicures regularly 5 years now and she’s the best I’ve ever had.) Miss. Lieu did my nails. She is fast friendly and does amazing work. Shapes them to my liking. I’m very particular about my nails. I’ve had 3 Nail Techs in 15 years and I will definitely return. They are organized and well spaced out. Sanitizing protocol in place without being a hassle. Full bar with alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Very high class spa quality products and service. It was a pleasant surprise when I paid under $100 for my hands and feet.

Lieu is a wonderful nail tech. She takes her time and does an excellent job. Im very picky about who does my pedicures and she out did herself. I recommend her.

I really like the setting the atmosphere of this place. But some of the co-workers dont listen to what your needs are when doing your pedicures. Very disappointed today. I have an injured foot and ask to be massage 2 help with the stiffness of my feet. He didnt apply at all. Very disappointed. But the first time I went I had a young lady named Jennifer and she really stop the stiffness out of my foot. Wished I could have had her today.

This is the second time coming here and both times Brian did my full set! He is so patient and really executes his job on what you want! Definitely will be coming back! Brian did my pedicure and it was the best pedicure I’ve ever received! He took his time and it was very relaxing!

Busy. Staff inattentive, felt like they were herding cattle. Four of us went--nails chipped on all 4 of us within a few days.

My first time here and Tam and Anna were amazing! I got a full set (Next Gen - dipped) and acrylic toenails with gel polish...the results were spectacular. My nails look natural! I will definitely be returning to this place in the future! In addition they have a full bar and their Main Tais are spot on!

They don’t enforce the mask rule. They allow customers to not wear mask. I was there and there were at least 5 customers without mask. I asked the manager about it and he said they have tried but people get mean. So I asked u would rather put my health at risk and 20 other customers at risk for money. I will never go buck. This place is all about the money.

It was better the first time this time she cut into my feet which made them burn when she put alcohol on my feet. Other than that it is a very nice and clean place and the staff is friendly.

The whole experience is enjoyable. I love the pedicures. Helen is my go to for my nails. I do the dip powder, and no matter what I request she makes my nails look amazing. Their prices are competitive. The place is clean and really just has a beautiful ambience. I no longer live in the area but still make the 20 minute trip.

Choi did an amazing job on my moms pedicure! She is hard to please and stated shes glad she finally found a good nail tech! I had nexgen done and a pedicure and both were fantastic as well!

It is unfortunate that this place is beautiful but lacks the customer service to match.

HORRIBLE experience here- nail tech could not/would not listen to my requests- and then the lady who waxed my eyebrows BURNED ME. My eyebrow is swollen and has a small burn- they did nothing about this. Charged me $100 and sent me on my way. Will never return.

We love the techs at Champions. They never disappoint us on their pedicures.

This place is a hit or miss. If you find someone that you truly like stick with them. I couldn’t find my old nail tech from here I’m sure she left. But my nails are so odd looking. I spent a good amount and the quality is not great. My toes are already chipping after two days. Again hit or miss. They are always rushing.

The manager of the place is so rude the workers ask to translate something and him come with bad actitud hi think customers want to ask for free nails no Man we only want a good job for pay expensive nails !

I REALLY like Champions nail bar, but last week I had got acrylics, and the lady Mai was very rude. She rushed through the whole time and didn’t even make the acrylic smooth. It looked like my nails were on for three weeks. She didn’t smooth it and the way to the cuticle. She also gave me mad dog looks and side eyes. My acrylic nails aren’t EVEN THE SAME LENGTH!! Some are literally way longer than the others. And when she was measuring them, she was being very harsh like throwing my hand and rushed through measuring them. She also didn’t even give me a massage, and didn’t put the polish on all the way.

Leiu is hands down the best tech they have

I am a nail tech, and to treat myself I get my nails done here. It is sanitary, I know what to look for. The prices are fair. The service is friendly, and Lieu is my absolute favorite. Thank you guys for always giving me what I want!

Friend and I had appointment she was seated with her tech. As I waited for 30 minutes other people came in and were waited on, we asked if anyone would be over to assist me and were told several times someone would help.... no one. Front desk lady came over to see if I was ready..she had the wrong person, when I told her the issue she just walked off!!!!!! Very poor customer service

I came in thinking I was about to get treated very nice because this place was so nice but end up getting treated very bad and I was quite disappointed because the manager was like there’s nothing we can do but instead of trying to hear me out as a customer. You would think if u pay 27 dollars they would clean the bottom of your feet but she said it costs 5 more dollars to even get them cleaned and I felt very confused then she just walked away, how rude ...... I will never go back!!!!! I wish I could put no stars

First time at this location and it was great. It is a bit on the pricey side. Paid $45 for a pedicure, but worth it after being quarantined for 3 months!

It is a very big place and they have a lot of workers and get you in and out very quickly but the one thing I did not like is they do not tell you if there is extra charges for shaping your nails especially when you have tips put on and have them dipped in acrylic nails so yeah they charge you extra for all of that just for the shaping so I was not very happy

I love this salon. Mai, has done my nails twice and I will be returning. My nail beds are so sensitive to the drills. She takes her time and is very concerned with how I’m doing. Thank you

My daughter and I stopped by today it was our first time there; the place is beautiful, clean and the staff are very nice. However the end product was very sloppy and rushed. I picked a burgundy dip and ended up with stained fingers, they just told me to wash my hands. While most of it came off I still have red fingertips. It is on the pricey side which isnt a problem but I expect better quality for those prices.

I have been there multiple times and each time was pleased with the results and level of service. I took my daughter, she loved it. She took her brother who enjoyed and appreciated his pedicure. It is clean and doesnt have the overpowering chemical smell of some of the smaller nail salons.

They are very professional they get you in and out quickly however I was a little disappointed I got a pedicure and my nail was filed so far down that it broke like in have it split and my nails two of them broke the next day it hadnt even been 24 hours but for people who dont work really hard with their hands this would be an ideal place to go very relaxing

First set of dip I had done (I get the long coffin shape) was so bad (bumpy) & I asked her to fix it but she argued saying it she would go back at the end & she never did. I honestly don’t think she understood a word I was saying. I told the front person I wasn’t happy with my nails & they agreed they weren’t very good so they insisted for me to have another tech redo my nails and they still weren’t what I asked for and I even showed them a picture.. they were simple long coffin solid purple nails, nothing complicated. I was also there for 3 & a half hours & had to wait an hour to even get started....never going back. I’m not one to complain but WOW I was disappointed.

First time going there, decided to check them out since my nail shop was closed. I wasnt happy with service, Tam rushed through on my nails, theyre not coffin shaped as I asked for. I wont be going back. Staff was friendly and nice atmosphere, just wasnt happy with my nsils.

This Nail Salon is Great! the costumer services is awesome. The managers are on top of the costumers and the service. One time the manager checked my manicure and I did not event notice some small details and made the employee re-do it for me. The cocktails are a nice touch.Great job! I love this place.
