Absolutely the best place in Rock Hill, hands down! Always prompt with booking, the quality of service is the absolute best and they are always very friendly and helpful. I have been repeatedly for SNS dip manicure and they never disappoint. Today my daughter and I went for gel pedicures and it was the most relaxing and best bonding time for she and I. We have found our favorite go to nail spot for sure!

My best friend and I just went! It was amazing! The pricing is awesome and great customer service! Everything is new and beautiful. They offer drinks while you get pampered. We will be going back in two weeks for our fill in by far the BEST experience we have had at a nail salon.

This was an absolute lovely experience! I havent been to a nail salon in many years. Im so happy I chose Solid Nails. I was promptly greeted by the staff upon entering and made to feel welcome. There were several low key conversations going on between clientele and staff which made it seem all the more friendly. Lois is an absolute gem...her expertise and patience in guiding me on my first back visit was invaluable. I loved her leg massage and personal attention. Loved everything about my pedicure and manicure. Very much worth it!! This is my permanent go to place. Thank you! See you next time!!

I made an appointment online for 1pm and upon arriving I only waited a few minutes before being directed to a pedicure station. The pedicure station chairs have a lovely massage function and the whole place is very clean and relaxing. I am not sure of the name of the gentleman who did my pedicure and full set of poly gel nails but he was very sweet, friendly, and professional. He was also very meticulous and put me at ease as this was my first time getting fake nails. My nails look fabulous for my bachelorette trip and I will definitely be returning for any needed fills and have already scheduled my appointment to get my nails done for my wedding.

I’ve been looking for a new nail salon that will be closer to my new house, so I made an appointment at Solid Nails after seeing an ad on Facebook. I got there a little late but as soon as I walked in, I was acknowledged and greeted. They were a bit busy so I did have a short (yet reasonable) wait but was soon taken care of by Peter. I can’t rave enough about him! I showed him a picture of what I want and he found the all colors right away and did an AMAZING job on my gel fill in. I went to a different salon previously (whom shall remain nameless) and they have to step it up if they’re going to stay in the running with Solid Nails. I think I’ve now found my new home nail salon cause I’ll definitely be back!

We went in without an appointment. They took is straight back to the pedicure area. We were seated and feet soaking for over an hour. I would not have agreed to a one hour plus wait.

I hate I have to write this review because they do a decent job but is very poorly run! You never get told an actually wait time even if you made an appointment! (Waited an hour with an appt) the price changes every time. They just want as many people in there to make all the $$. Don’t waste your time!

I came to this nail shop multiple times and each time I had great service. However this last time they were overbooked and changed the prices on services. If I made an appointment for a specific nail tech would am I given someone else? And also whats the point if making an appointment if I still have to wait 30 minutes before i receive services?Maybe next time Ill just do a walk in.

Sat in pedicure chair at 10:30. Had water changed twice because it was cold and no one serviced me until 12. People coming in the door being serviced first. Not good business practice. Pay attention to scheduled appointments and the order in which people come into the salon. I understand being busy but any business has to have structure.

Ryan was so nice.! He was able to create a design by hand just from looking a picture I had on my phone. He listened to how I wanted my nails and didnt try to tell me whats in style or how everyone else wants their nails. He was there to cater to my need. And my nails sure needed to catered 💅

This is one of the best salons here in Rock Hill and my friend and I in have tried just about all of them. They did just open but it’s clean and everyone is so professional. They will definitely keep you entertained! All the techs are great but Ryan is by far my favorite! He gets it right every time so when you come, request him.❤️

They do very good work, but make sure how much the pricing is before you start. Every single time. An example is a regular fill in is 25$. An ombre, basically the same exact thing except the powder is pink is 40$. Make sure. If not every single technician will upgrade you before you know it. Great work though.

This was my first time here and I must say I will definitely be back. The pedi/mani was amazing and the paraffin on my feet was like silk! Highly recommended 👌 they even did a eyebrow wax as soon as I requested it.

The inside is very clean and pretty. Nancy did my pedicure and did a great job. Definitely recommend them. They have only been open a couple of weeks and they are very up to date on everything. I will be going back and suggest you give them a try. Very professional, personable and funny .

Tam did a fantastic job on my nails and toes. I went with a fresh Ombre ( took off my old acrylic to start new) with a twist of his own to add a beautiful design. His co-worker did my daughters nails/toes and did it exactly as my 8 yr old requested. We have definitely found our new nail salon. The nail techs were extremely personable, funny and very professional. This is by far the best nail salon we have ever entered and received impeccable service.

I love the look of the place. This is my 1st time coming here and I loved the service! I showed a picture to my nail tech and he delivered amazing results.I’ve definitely found my new favorite nail shop and my permanent nail tech. Love Solid Nail Spa!

I’ve used this place at least three times and all three times I’ve had to wait at least thirty minute to an hour even though I had an appointment. I even had to come back the next day because it was taking them so long to get to me and I had to pick up my grandson from school. You make an appointment and check in upon arrival and then the waiting begins.On this particular Friday, I had a 2:30 appointment and checked in at 2::35 with a confirmation. Several young women walked in about thirty five minutes later and took seats at the manicure stations. A tech walked over and started working with the young women and I asked how is it that they are getting service before me? His answer was that I needed to let them know I had an appointment and was not a walk-in. I checked in on their computer and no one had ever said anything about verbally saying you have an appointment. I will no longer give this place my business.

Absolutely LOVED this salon! OMG! By far the best I’ve been to, they are very friendly and professional! Funny Bunny did the best job on my powder dip nails and pedicure! My grandma and I just went today and they are amazing! Everything is sparkling clean and they have a very fun atmosphere! They talked to us and did an awesome job on our nails (pedis and full sets!) We love NANCY AND EMMY! we will definitely be returning!

I booked appointment for my daughter and she arrived on time but the nail shop apparently over booked appointments for same time period. Therefore, she waited over an hour for service. Also, she got a gel fill in and next day 2 nails broke off. She returned that same day and again waited over an hour for 2 nails to be replaced, and was told to pay for the broke nails that she just got done the day before. The nails were to thin. She says mom, I won’t be back. …Today is 9/13/21 and my daughter came home with another broke nail. It’s nothing she is doing at all. She does office work. She told me customers were coming in the shop with the same appt times or 5 minutes apart and having to wait for over 1 hour. This is the first time she’s had nails done and broken the next day or 2. I think perhaps don’t overbook for same appt times and don’t charge for broken nails next day. She said she explained it to everyone in the shop. She said thanks for your service she won’t be back.

Make sure you set an appointment because if mot no matter how long you are there they will service all appointments even if it’s after you walked in. Why have walkins welcome if you’re gonna push them back. I have waited an hour and a half and still have nothing done to my nails!!!

I originally made an appointment a few days before for 11 am. They called me and told me they were too busy and to come at 1 pm. I rearranged my entire day so that I could go at 1pm. I arrive on time, and they directed me to sit in the chair to start my pedicure. My feet was in the water for 50 minutes, and no one came over to start my services. You change my appointment for a later time, and when I do arrive on the set time, almost an hour past, and I still was not taken care of. Very unprofessional and my time was wasted.

My nails are SOO pretty they are exactly what I wanted! Solid nail spa is definitely the place to go too!

This place is really clean and decorated beautifully. Candy is amazing with nails and doing designs. Tim & Ryan are funny and keep the place full of laughter. They also do really well with the pedicures.

They do good on nails but not lashes, yesterday I went to get my lashes done the man told me to come in at 7pm I left out at 9:20pm that night. And also the next morning my lashes started coming off . And so today I call back and told them my lashes started to come off and I needed them to be fixed they told me to come at 7 pm again so I asked how long will it take cause he told me to come in at 7 it’s now 7:40 and they still didn’t fixed them . I just feel like if the lady didn’t know how to do them she could’ve said that cause now I done waste my money .

I went to get a dip-fill in. The facility is nice and the person who started my nails was nice as well. However, halfway through I was switched to another person which is fine, but she was rushing through and was yelling across the salon talking to other people. I left with the color I got being uneven on each hand and a bunch of glue, dust, and dip powder under my nails and on the skin around it. I’m sure the service just depends on the person you get. Just was not an experience that is worth $70.

I waited an hour for a polish change then was told it was going to be $60 just to change the polish on my toes & nails. Could not explain why because it didnt make sense when they charge that amount for a full set & pedicure. This was very unprofessional after I sat and waited for an hour. Left with toes done but nails not. Very upsetting and ridiculous!!!

I’ve been here 2 times and each time I went Candy had given me a great experience! She is so sweet and very professional! Thank you Candy for always giving me a great set of nails!!! She is my new nail tech!!

If you have a toddler and are a single parent i do not recommend going here. My son who is 2 years old had a tantrum and I was doing my best to calm him down and the man working on my nails said I could either leave or get him calmed down. Im sorry but to me this is very rude and unprofessional. I have nobody to watch him when i need to do things so unfortunately he goes with me when i need my nails done. I will say one of the ladies that work there was trying to help me calm him down as well which is why I didnt give it only 1 star. As far as the one who was doing my nails maybe you shouldnt be so judgemental with people because you dont know everyones personal situation

Excellent work. The only reason not 5 stars is they said 15 to 20 minute wait. It was over an hoir before they started.

Tam does above and beyond. He has an eye for detail and is 100% gentleman and can give an authentically masculine opinion if asked (my husband loves a very red nail).

I enjoyed my experience getting a mani/pedi. I love that you can make appointments online and we were seated upon arrival and check in. They were packed even at 6:30pm so we did have to wait at least 20 mins before someone started. Because of the place being slammed I feel my pedicure was rushed through however she did a good job so I didn’t make a big deal. I just hope when I return it won’t be the same pedis are great self care and shouldn’t be rushed.

This was my first time at Solid Nail Spa and Tam did my SNS manicure and a classic pedicure. He did an excellent job on my neon pink and black sparkling coffin nails and pink sparkling pedicure. He was very personable and I will schedule with him again next time.

Although I was very pleased with my pedicure by Tam I waited over 20 minutes for my appt which I scheduled 5 days in advance & my daughter waited over 45 minutes for her manicure which was also scheduled in advance. She never did get her manicure cause we left. If you take scheduled appointments they should be given 1st priority over walk-ins

I went in on a Friday to get a full set with gel polish. Two nails broke on the side Saturday. I went to get them fixed Sunday and they charged me $10 for this. I was caught off guard because I’ve never been to a salon that made you pay for their mistakes! Literally lasted a day!!! Do not recommend

I really enjoyed my time at Solid Nails. Everyone was very nice and the atmosphere was terrific!

So I went and got my nails, eyelashes and brows done here. The eyelashes had a DISGUSTING amount of glue applied to them, it was almost like scraping my eyeballs every time I blinked and after two days it looked like I had crusty white stuff all around the lash line. My eyebrows are missing a chunk and she shortened them, all I needed was a clean up and now I have two different looking eyebrows. I’m so upset with this service and even though the nail tech did a fine job, I’ll never ever go back here.
