Wont go anywhere else but this place two other bad experiences taught me that love it here

Service is alright. I had an appointment at a certain time but still had to wait 30 mins. Joanne does an amazing job with putting on my eyelashes; however the brow wax was not so good. My eyebrows were uneven and she tried to use eyebrow pencil to cover it up. Andy is funny and does a good job on nails. The slim lady who does nails and toes, I forgot her name, is sweet and funny.

Zero stars to be honest. I went there to get individual lashes....worst experience of my life. The lady that do the lashes had so much black hair glue on my eye lids to the point it started burning. One of the eyes were much fuller than the other. When I told her about my concerns “as a customer “ and asked if she could remove them she advices that I go to a local hair store to find something to remove them. Very unprofessional in my opinion. This is the first and last time they will ever get my money. In fact, I went over to Salon Suites on to room 115 and those ladies save my day.

I am highly disappointed with Andy customer service!!!He was very rude and lied to my face about an eyelash appointment. He told me to come for an eyelash appointment and denied me for services once I arrived. I absolutely love Joanna lash services, but I’m never coming back! He refused to check the call log on the shop phone to show I called. He’s dishonest and unfair.

I love going to knails to get eyelashes on by Joanne but also decided to get me a set of nails put on by this other lady,she wasnt friendly at all and handling my hands all Roughly and jerky like.and she left a lot white white compound underneath my nails.and definitely she wasnt a friendly person towards me. I must say she will not never do my nails again.

First time in Knail, and I didnt like it. The work was so fast that she didnt clean my nails well before painting them and when I told her, she got mad at me. Ill never come back.

Once again Miss Jen done a great job.

I was very disappointed with the lady that did my feet and nails. She was rude and her customer service was lacking. She did a messy job on my nails. I had to ask her to clean them up and she felt nothing was wrong. Nail polish everywhere around my nails. However, the lady who did my lashes was very nice and done a superb job

If you go, go to JoAnne of Andy. Theyre the only good ones there. Everyone else will rush, and mess you up.

It was the worse experience I have ever had in my life. They don’t have anyone in here that can do designs and they did a rush job. They don’t even know how to do eyebrows. I wouldn’t get them 1 star if you ask me. NEVER WILL I SPEND MY MONEY WITH THEM AGAIN!!!!

Went there for the first time today, on my way out of town. I had to point out some issues as the tech was painting my nails, but I STILL left her 20% tip! About an hour down the road, I realize I have bubbles in the polish. I called to let them know I couldnt come back today and that Id be back in town Wednesday night. The gentleman, who identified as the owner, told me that I would have to pay for a polish change if I could not come right now. I explained my situation, and he laughed at me. He didnt even care since I couldnt come back right then. He even hung up on me.My first stop was Better Business Bureau .... the jokes on me; they arent even accredited. So, here I am, wasting more time on this horrible business.

Good service. Came in for eye brow arch, my first visit, and they did a good job considering they did not know me. They even fit me in for a pedicure, although appointments are required. Price very resonable considering what I normally pay. I will come again

It has been a month since I have gotten.y nails done and they still look good

I had my nails done there a month ago and I am a bartender and constantly washing my hands and been helping my mother the past week clean her walls and things in bleach water and my nails still look great! Grown out but look great! The guy who did my nails dis great as well and he was friendly. I will be going back for a fill in. I gave a 4 because I had a to wait a while before he could work me in.

Its hard to find a good nail shop. I recommend them, it has taken me a while to find a shop where I will return.

Got my eye lashes done. First I had to ask for a mirror once she was done. Told the tech that something is poking inside my eye. Where the lash is. She really didnt do much. My eye has been irritated since. Ive been wearing lashes for years. I cant wait to move back to Florida where the techs take pride when it comes to doing anything for you. I work too hard for my money to just give it away. Will never return ever. I will go to YouTube to apply my own lashes.

I give them 2 stars only because of JoAnn! She is amazing when it comes to lashes and eyebrows. I love her, she is so kind and sweet. I only go there just for that nothing else. The prices are very reasonable. The best times to go for lashes and eyebrows is in the beginning of the week, if you try to go on a Friday or Saturday you will be waiting for a while.

First of all, two people made eye contact with me and I still wasn’t greeted immediately. Literally the weakest pedicure I’ve received. Looks like a dollar tree dish cleaner is what was used to scrub my feet. I won’t spend another dime here. I, along with you, deserve better!

I called and booked an appointment with joan, when I got there the guy on the right side said we booked. As I proceed to tell him I have an appointment, he cuts me off and says “I have no phone, do you see a phone” he’s going to lose her a lot of money... they only had 4 people in there

I went in wanting a pedicure with red polish. I was told the regular pedicure was $25. The pedicure turned out to be $40+ instead because apparently its $25 for a pedicure but if you want color polish also, then it will be an additional $15. I tried to tell the nail tech that did my pedicure that she had told me it was $25 WITH color. (Who gets a plain pedicure without color anyways?) It was very hard to communicate with her so I just left it at that. I tried to call them asking for a manager/supervisor and they told me he was on vacation and then HUNG UP ON ME. I tried to call back and the lady told me I can not help you bye, bye and HUNG UP once again. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE place. My visit was very unpleasant. I do not recommend.

They are wonderful for eyelashes, they give you the full look & mines lasted over 3 weeks!! I will definitely be coming back! Just know on the weekends they do get packed with people!

The service is not anything extraordinary for a nail salon but some of the staff are definitely more courteous and professional than others. If theyre busy dont bother b/c the service will definitely suffer and theyll set unrealistic expectations to sway you into getting a faster or more expensive service

Signed the sign in sheet (Their tracking tool). Next to be serviced. One person was behind me was called back. A second person behind me was getting ready to be called back. When I spoke up ANDY said that he thought I was with someone else but never asked. Andy (the owner stated) that if I didnt like it, I can go somewhere else. True statement but lets be professional and use your tracking tool as well as show your customers good customer service because if it wasnt for you customers then you may have to go somewhere else. Respect goes a long way and if I would not have wasted over an hour and a half of waiting then I would have wento else. Saying that you are tired is not an excuse. Heck Im tired too. The staff was Awesome but the owner need is a MESS!

I went to K nails and the service was HORRIBLE! The owner Andy did my nails & I had a number of issues with him. 1st he burned a piece of my cuticle with the electric nail file, to the point that I started to bleed a little. He acted like he did nothing wrong so I pointed it out to him & he started that he burns everyone & it was just a little burn. I showed him that my finger was bleeding and he told me I could go 2 the doctor later but right now he do nails & 2 go wash my hands at the sink. My boyfriend happened to be in the nail shop & asked Andy about it & he said he didnt know what happened to my finger and its not a big deal. So, after my boyfriend got done talking to him he claimed that he took $5 off my total which Im not even sure he did, & then snapped a picture of my hand. I was so disrespected and uncomfortable that I wanted to cry! His wife Kim came over & tried to nicely apologize. My nails turned out ok but if Andy doesnt take a lesson in soft skills his poor customer service will be the down fall of his business.

All clients should have a mask on, or they need to leave. This is not right for some clients to wear them and others not at all .

The worst experience ever. I went in and was seated immediately. The nail tech literally finished my complete Fill In set in 14 minutes. Ive never known a tech to finish completely in that short period of time. She slapped the acrylic on each nail without taking her time to even it out on my nails. She did not file them down at the cuticle as she should have. I was so not pleased. I will not be going back. The only reason I gave a star is because the polish was pretty and I HAVE to give a star to give them a review.

Excellent service I have been having my nails done here for 4 years and it is always professional and they are always well done.

Dont waste your time. I use to love coming to KNails but they have slacked off tremendously. I came for a pedicure and it took her less than 20 mins to do it. She only applied one cost of polish. I feel like she rushed to get me out because the shop was beginning to fill up. I wasted my time or maybe Blush Nail Bar has spoiled me. I doubt it if I will ever come back.

Cust service is terrible . The owner is so rude. They pay the name chart no attention and will let someone who’s been waiting an a minute go before someone who has been there and hour (even if you speak up to let them know you were there first). Their prices aren’t consistent. Their pedicure services’ are always rushed and the nail polish always chips within a day or two. I will say Joanne does eyebrows amazingly and her daughter is great with nails, but none of that is worth the bad cust service.

The worst experience I have ever had! Not recommended! The only they got one star is because I had to put something! I requested a full set, I have more acrylic on my actual fingers then my fingernails. When I said something I was completely brushed off and told lotion would take care of it. I tried to explain to her that is not the case and she did not want to hear it. I requested a pedicure, I was not in the chair more than 30 minutes.after several times of the technician asking, I finally gave into getting my eyebrows waxed. I will now have to go and get a eyebrow marker, because that is how horrible my eyebrows look! BEWARE!!!

They are good sometimes. Dont let Andy do your nails. He doesnt do a good job. And they will try and get over on you and charge extra for things that usually arent more.

I had the WORST pedicure ever! Unprofessional and unskilled! The nail tech did not know how to do a pedicure. He didnt clip my toe nails a little shorter as I requested or clean under the nail. He basically washed my feet and stated he was finished. I informed the femalre nail tech that was working beside us and she said she would finishe the job. She handled my feet as though she was wrestling with me. She was so rough and cut my toe nails so short that she cut my toes! She SNATCHED out 2 hang nails that bled badly and hurt. I let her know she was hurting me and she decided to just try and polish them to get me out the chair. I refused any polish and proceeded to leave. My son had paid for my pedi and was ready to bet me out of there. I said loudly before I left this was the worst service ever and I will not be returning. I decided to call back 15 minutes after I left because my feet were HURTING. I talked to the owner and she wanted me to come back in a couple of days to fix the issue. I informed her my toe nails will not have grown back in a few days to be fixed. She did not want me to come back in 2 weeks to let the nauls begain to grow back. I will be taking my business to another nail salon. This salon will let anyone work on your feet even if they dont know how to do pedicures!

Rude only two people speak English clearly and most things are translated, we end up lost in translation! My last visit definitely!

If I could give no stars I would. I havent had my nails done in a while, but I know poor work when I see it. First the job was rushed, nails were crooked, when I asked to have them fix, they kept trying to file them... Remove the nail and place it correctly would have been the proper thing to do. I was due to get eyebrows done, but decided against it because of the bad nail job.

Everyone was nice and the lady did my nails perfectly. Definitely coming back.

Very bad service! I chose a nail color and decided I didnt like it before leaving. I was told I would have to pay extra money after they completed my fill in in 10 mins.😒 Owner then stated if I didnt like it take my service elsewhere. Thats not how you conduct a business.

Absolutely horrible place, do not go here. When they make a mistake, or rip off an eyebrow they will tell you, you came in looking like that and still demand your payment. They do not care for their customers and do a very poor job. This business should be shut down.

However when I got there I showed them a picture of how I wanted them and once they were done, they said the price was $30 because they “filed” them. I got the same thing last time but it was only $26 because of tax. They also cut my finger.

I had my nails on 2 days and they start popping off...got one fixed at no charge. My sister got hers done the same day and she only has one nail left. We got them so e a week ago. Not professional at ALL....

Dirty salon. Past nail clippings left on the spot they asked me to sit. Overcharged me for a natural nail gel polish change. Horrible service.

I came down there and the guy that did my nails was always on his phone and they had to fix my nail twice and instead of redoing them they had put the polish on top of the messed up polish Im still walking around with a raggedy nail
