I locked my keys in my pickup in waterloo on 7/25/20... Saturday afternoon. I called Ray Mount and within 10 minutes of hanging up they were in the lot. 2-3 minutes to unlock and make payment. Very fast and professional. And i thought reasonably priced as well. $53.50 for a Saturday call.

They were on time and she was very polite. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We had a semi break down in Iowa and had contacted a towing company in our area to bring our driver a replacement truck and tow this one back. In the meantime, the police said we could not leave our truck sit on the shoulder of the road. This company was contacted to tow us off the shoulder (5-6 miles to be exact) and charged our company $642.00. In tow the the driver of the tow truck also did not cover either of our smoke stacks or drop the driveshaft.

Terrible customer service, I asked if I could get my car on Saturday at 1 p.m. and he initially said they close at noon. But then proceeded to ask what kind of car I have as if he was going to send someone for me to pick it up but once I told him the car. He said nvm you have to wait til Monday as if he was showing special privileges to certain people and proceeded to by hanging up on me without answering the question to see if he can get someone to come open up so I can get my vehicle.

Never was I told I needed to have cash with me out of the 2 times I was there in person or not either of the 2 times I had called there. It was a whole situation. Also the amp and two subs were missing out of the vehicle. Will be going there tomorrow as soon as they open and hope to have this situation resolved.

Over charge people

Got my car out and my speakers and stereo were stolen while in the lot. Police report has been filed. Shady business

Truck was available to tow my car within 10 minutes. Price was fair and driver placed my car exactly where I requested.

No customer service at all. I was trying to explain something and the lady wouldnt let me speak. Go somewhere else. This place is horrible.

I really hate doing this because I own a business and dont like when people leave me negative reviews without a chance to make it right with them. I called at 9 am and they said theyd put me on a list and call when they were on their way. I called back at 4:45pm to see if they were still coming today and they dont have anything written down. I asked if they could do anything for me to make it right and was promptly told no.

Had a vehicle towed they put it on a flatbed and when either loading or unloading they completely screwed up the rearend and they did not even attempt to make it right called to complain and all they did was argue to make it seem like it wasnt their fault
