The owner got openly a free at an employee and then spoke a free to me and proceeded to give me the worst manicure I’ve ever had. She snidely asked me if my nails was what I wanted and I told her I just want this over and get out of here. Not only do these nails look like stubs but they are crooked stubs! What a disappointment in that owner! I’ve spent nearly $300. in that store in a the last 3 months. I will never go there again.

I just went into this place and I come all the time sat for 30 mins HANANH the owner literally walked around until another lady came in a white lady and started to do her nails before me ! I asked her why and she said she had an appointment at 1030 but it’s 11!! This is the second time she’s done me like this and I will NOT GO BACK !!!

Odd that a business only accepts CASH now days and will not accept a card. Esp on prom weekend. The cashier said $52 & I handed them $59 and they just stuffed it into drawer and did not give it to the nail tech or count it. Sketchy!!!!

The cleanliness is sub par... There where *big chunks of dead skin left in the pedicure bowl from the previous person who got a pedicure*... And a left over Starbucks drink on my chair that the nail tech didnt remove. The whole place needs a deep clean. Super dusty.Update*** One of my friends said that it had gotten better so I went back and NOPE STILL SUPER DIRTY. I sat down to get a manicure and there were nail clippings all over the table they reused the towel from a previous client... that towel had pieces of nail stuck in the fibers of the towel and the nail tech did not clean it off or grab a new towel. Ew.

I. paid 42 for a pedicure and left with skin on my heels and was told I needed to upgrade to get the peeling skin off my heels. DO NOT GO HERE, they are not professional at all.

This was the second time I have been here. The first time was a good experience. They gentleman who did my manicure and pedicure did a great job, offered me something to drink and was very meticulous to make sure he did a good job. The price was a great value. I was impressed and thought that I had found my new place to go...I made a 2nd appt for myself and a friend and this time, the price was higher because they apparently charge extra to remove the polish from the previous visit...which I have never had happen at any other salon before...They like to offer special services which are much more expensive than others. The girl who did my nails this time didn’t take the time to completely remove all the dark blue polish from my previous visit (even though they charged extra to remove it) and so now some of my now light pink nails look dirty because you can still see the dark blue around the edges. Also, several of my nails have lumps and bumps and honestly just look messy. Then it came time to pay. The sign says they take Apple pay google pay cash credit or debit but they get upset if you give them a card and try to talk you into making an ATM withdrawal. It is just really unorganized and unprofessional. To their credit, they do give you money for your ATM fee which varies too, because they gave me 3 dollars at my first visit and gave my friend 4 dollars tonight. So if you pay more for the services you must get more back for fees? Who knows...anyway, I was using a credit card for which I have no PIN number so I could not withdraw money from the ATM. The girl was very annoyed because she forgot to ask if I wanted to add a tip and even said, “there is supposed to be a line to add and total!” This was very unprofessional and definitely not conducive to getting a repeat customer...cute place..but I don’t like my price going up each time I go nor do I like being told I can’t use my credit card even though the sign says they take them. It was pretty embarrassing since I had praised them and invited someone to go there with me.

Extremely overpriced! This is not my usual nail salon but I needed a fill and didn’t want to wait for mine to open back up. I went in and noticed how pretty and comfortable it was, the atmosphere is definitely nice but the service was far from that. Just for a fill it’s like $30 and they didn’t even ask if I wanted regular or gel polish, they just assumed. The pricing would be understandable if they did a phenomenal job but my nails are thick, lumpy, and just overall a mess. He really didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing. Either lower your prices or improve your service,

I absolutely love this salon. If you go ask for Catalina. I have been to here a few times and I am never disappointed . I have been to so many nail techs and she is by far the best. I live in Kanappolis and will come to Rock Hill just to have her do my nails. She pays attention to detail and takes pride in her work.

They changed the price midway through my service to $5 more without me adding anything. It seemed rushed. The girl that did them was sweet but the owner/manager was rude. She was eating and walking around while telling clients they needed waxing to make them pretty. Its a shame because the girl who did my nails did a great job.

Do not walk, run away from this place!!! My daughter went in a week ago to get her nails done with Friends. $55 for acrylic nails and a pedicure. The nails were so horrible that I took my daughter back to get them corrected. The owner was very nice but she had the girl that messed up her nails to try and fix them. The nails are still horrible, no top coat either, not shaped correctly and press on nails look better!!! The lady fixing them was very rude to me and my daughter and even pushed her arm into my side to shove me out of the way before sitting down in front of my daughter and rudely grabbing her hand across the table! It was all I could do to contain myself and not punch this lady in the face and my daughter was very upset! I never saw the lady’s face she had a black and white striped mask on. So, to sum up my experience, they are horrible and apparently physically abusive to their clientele. Do not use this place! If my daughter wasn’t there with me, I would have punched the lady for putting her hands on me!

I went in today after reading reviews here. I was in heaven! The staff are so welcoming and accommodating. They gave me the exact look I wanted. They have tons of gel color selections and designs. Super worth it. Definitely will go back when the time comes…

The lady was really nice but it was $30 for a gel manicure and they didn’t even do heating pads on my hands. They wanted to charge me $5 more to get matte on my nails when the other place I go to doesn’t charge extra. I just expected more for the price I paid.

My Daughter and I go to BK nails every two weeks to get pedicures, we are treated like royalty every time we go! We love this place!

They were definitely extremely nice but very over priced way over priced for the work paid $70 for something simple probably not coming back here. only would come back if compensated only reason why i agreed to paid this much is because i was in a rush

This place is the best nail salon Ive been to, and I searched a lot! I love how clean the place is and how professional all technicians are. Empowering technicans who truly care for their clients and the work is ON POINT. This was the best experience Ive ever had at a nail salon. I am now a very loyal customer.

Wouldn’t recommend. I’ve gone into this place probably 5 times because it’s right next to my work and very convenient to run in on my lunch break, but I’ve decided never again. Every time I’ve gone in, they are very rude and I look past it and tip quite a bit! Not to mention the stations are extremely dirty and cluttered. The place has potential to look nice but it’s gross. This past time I went and again they were rude and on top of it did horrible on my nails. I got the gel polish and after a few days they’re already chipping! Just don’t waste your time.

I had a great experience for my first time at B & K Nail. The atmosphere is relaxing, there are a variety of colors to choose from and my nail technician was very thorough and did not rush at all. I appreciate the time that she took even when it started getting busier. The customer service from everyone did not disappoint. I will for sure come back here.

BEST NAIL SALON. Prices are great. The staff is amazing. The nail tech listened to EXACTLY what I wanted and how I normally get my sails done and she did just that!! Very happy with the experience. I will come back whenever I need to get a mani or pedi, def recommend!

I love Bryan....he is real good compared to my previous experiences with men doing my nails... and Miss Boss lady is so full of herself but she got a good heart.... its a good place... I will highly recommend

Vivian is wonderful! I have my nails done there with gels every few weeks have been going for about four months now. The staff are all very sweet and the atmosphere is extremely kind. Everything is clean and they are all very accommodating people it doesnt matter whom you speak with. Thank you all for putting up with Me :)

I will never go back to this place this was my second time going.. I waited for 20 mins for a pedicure which I was fine with the wait that wasn’t the issue. The issue was that no one ran the water for the pedicure then another customer came in they ran her water and everything I had been literally waiting 20 mins no service at all. So I left I will not be return to this business

I felt rushed the whole time I was there, it was not the relaxing experience I needed. My nails have rough edges and I will have to have this fixed. I wasnt the only one who felt this way as the customer in the chair next to me commented she felt rushed as well. The nail techs giggled and talked amongst themselves but did not engage with clients. I rarely write bad reviews but felt this experience needed one. I wouldnt recommend this place.

They do a wonderful job and always friendly! The only place around that is open on Sunday as well. My only complaint is that there is only one person who does pink and white nails so if you dont get there early, you may have to wait awhile.

If you want anyone to be professional, go somewhere else. She texted the whole time she was doing my nails. Made me bleed on multiple accounts. They speak about you under their breath the entire time. And dont even think about asking for your nails to be shorter or different. She huffed and puffed. The owner did mine and I couldnt believe how unprofessional she was. She was surprisingly rough with the files too. All I can say is, good luck to anyone that goes there.

I have never been so disappointed in a service. This is not the first time this has happened. I come in, ask for a rough estimate of a time. They say Twenty minutes. An hour passes by. And they allow someone who came after me come in front of me, and they did not have an appointment. I refuse to return. Will be looking elsewhere for a more efficient nail service.

I have been coming there for about two years, NEVER had an issue until today. Vivi Is ALWAYS nice and welcoming, but she hasnt been here for a week. The people thats there are very Rude and Unprofessional. I will Not be back! And I have passed the word, so my friends will NOT be coming back either. Vivi please find better help when you decide to go on vacation from here on out.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Please dont waste your time at this place. I went in for a gel manicure and they couldnt have wanted me out fast enough. The first lady shaped and cut (after I told her not to) and then the second lady painted and scooted me out the door. I didnt like the first color I chose so when I asked her to change it, she gave me attitude and then BARELY wiped off the first color when she went to replace it. Now, I still have a brighter pink around the edge of my nails because she was too lazy to get it off of my nail before switching colors. My cuticles werent even touched and they look awful. They werent busy so there was no reason to rush. The women were rude and the location was small and cold. WASTE OF MONEY.

I ask for a Matte I told them I was not happy because you could see that it was poorly done the weren’t willing to fix( they wanted to put coat after coat on already painted nails 🤬) and still charge 30 dollars. 😡🤬

I dont get my nails done...but decided to pamper myself. I am now a regular. When I dont have time for both a manicure and a pedicure it saddens me..lol! Only because they do such a great job of relaxing me. Everyone who works there is very nice...they involve their customers in conversation. Since day one I have felt more than comfortable. My job is very demanding on my hands and my manicures last longer then I should actually let them go before getting them filled in. I have no reason to take my business anywhere else!

Do not waste your time. They did a terrible job to start with, but an hour after getting my nails done they were still extremely smudgy and sticky. I could clearly see the polish they were using had gone bad. Upon returning and explaining to them the situation, I was yelled at that it was my fault.

To say this was a one star visit is an understatement. The saddest excuse for a pedicure is performed RIGHT HERE so if thats what youre into, youve came to the right place! I can get past the chairs being dirty and the fixtures having buildup but I cant get past the slap dash attitudes and piss poor service. My feet looked better before coming than when I left. My 40 minute pedicure was almost exactly that if I dont count the 15 minutes the girl walked into the back to do something else and 15 minutes I sat staring aimlessly into the wall while waiting for someone to come over. The massage felt similar to someone swatting rogue mosquitos in the south American jungle. All in all I wouldnt recommend this fine establishment to my worst enemy.

My retired mom went for a pedicure and the woman used a razor and sliced both moms feet. Its been about 6 weeks and healing slowly. When she complained, she was offered a free pedicure. Also, be vocal when getting your eyebrows waxed; the woman usually takes off too much in between the eyes.

Had to give one star to get in here. Absolutely worst pedi I have ever had. Started out with freezing cold water to put my feet in. Once I corrected that there was no water softener product put in my foot soak, just water. Went very down hill from there. Sat for 20-30 minutes under dryer. After returning home about two hours later polish on toes all rough. The business is very dirty. Filthy floors and counters. Christmas decor still hanging. I should have walked out as soon as I saw this. Take pride in what you do or dont do it. I will NEVER go back. $32 later and I need another pedi. Thanks for nothing.

Not sure what has happened to this place. I used to love coming here...now its just rude, unhappy, overworked people. I am laying here waiting to get my eyebrows done and there is a worker right next to me eating the most disgusting smelling something. Between that and the nail smell I feel nauseous ... think Ill leave

Beware...the technician, without paying attention to what she was doing, rubbed my heel raw with the emery board breaking the skin. Four days later, I am still using an antibiotic and bandage on my foot. When I pointed it out to her, she put some antiseptic on it and said, Its okay now. Find another spa!!!

I’ve been here on 3 occasions, they have plenty of chairs so they get you in quick without an appointment. I usually don’t like to get a mani and pedi at the same time but I had to get it done before going out of town. Everyone knows that you pay extra for gel polish because it lasts longer, right? I always get gel on my nails and it lasts at least 2 weeks, sometimes 3. I picked one of the CHROME “gel” colors..which costs an extra $5 on top of the extra charge for gel. It wasn’t even 24 hours that my nails starting chipping. I went back in with my receipt and showed the main lady and she offered to redo the 3 nails that were chipping(along with an attitude) All she had to do was run a file over it and the whole thing peeled off in 1 piece. The next day when I was headed out of town the rest started to peel just like regular polish does. I’m convinced they are just charging extra for a chrome color and calling it gel. It came off so easily!! While I was in there getting them fixed another customer came in with the same problem with their ‘cat eye’ polish. I wasted my money and ended having to redo my nails myself while I was on vacation! What a waste of time and money!! I do not reccommed this nail salon and I’ll have to keep searching for better nail spot in my area.

Had an appt and 30 mins later still waiting. 4 people without appts came I after me and were waited on immediately. Will never go back. The staff were not very friendly. Would talk to each other the whole time but NOT the customers.

I got a gel polish manicure from this salon and was extremely dissapointed. I have been getting gel polish manicures for about a year now, and this by far was my worst experience. The technician quickly filed my nails down (uneven), did not have my wash the dust off my hands, did not push back or trim my cuticles, cut the drying time down in between coats, thinnly applied the 3rd clear layer, and did not put any lotion on my hands afterward. Dont waste the $20, go somewhere and pay more. I guarantee these will chip before the weeks end.

Keep in mind a 12 year old is writing this. The lady that was doing my nails was very disrespectful and kept rolling her eyes at me and when she went to go grab my nail polish it was not the right color I asked for and my nails don’t shine like they were supposed to! And I accidentally wiped off just a little bit of nail polish and it was by accident she yelled out in front of everyone and it was so uncomfortable for me to sit there and yet my nails done. Me and my family will never go here again

I have been there three times, and the woman with the long hair does a rather sloppy job with the manicure and the polish. I needed a single nail repaired and was told it would take too long to get to me. Poor workmanship and poor customer service means I wont go back.

Poor customer service. My daughter and I went to get pedicures and they did a poor job. The guy who also owns the Chinese restaurant next door came over and was very rude by commenting to my daughter that she is being spoiled at a young age by getting a pedicure. I will never go here again.

Employees are rude, they rush you so much that you can’t even pick a color for your nails, and my hot pink gel polish nails have black showing through where the girl didn’t even get all of the polish off from before. Complete waste of time and money.

For the first time i got fungi on one of my real nails after a week or 2 after getting a fill in done here.

Extremely rude & unprofessional. I was told in the middle of the day they were too busy & I wouldnt be able to get a fill in. Wont be going back.

They lie about the prices, their established is dirty and stank and they put their nail clippers in plastic as if it was new. The old man is nasty and aggressive. Never will I ever step in their establishment again.

Gel Polished began chipping in a few days, should have lasted weeks.
