Yvonne did my nail fill for my acrylics and did a great job with them. I would definitely return and will always have Yvonne take care if my nails. She is awesome.

Very poor manicure dip set. Edges not filled in and the heart designs are uneven and sort of sloppy. When i asked if the hearts could be redone to be more even and neat they told me no because its done freehand. Not major but still discouraging. The sides of the nails didnt have dip color on them either. Not super thrilled and for the money I most likely will not be going back.

I had a great time there. He had a pedicure with the Massage chairs And loved it. Asked for a pedicure for my hands and never got it done instead they did powder dip on my nails which I loved but still would love to have my cuticles done. The people that work there are very nice and friendly. I definitely will be back again.

Got an infection on my toe from this place so painful and so gross they were rude and I felt rushed and was treated with an attitude. This place used to be my goto every 2 weeks I would go for acrylic or dip now I go back after sometime and I would never recommend to anyone It was so bad. Its a shame it used to be the best place to go. I think they treat different customers w bias but my toe shouldnt have gotten infected from dirty tools or dirty water thats outrageous!

I have been coming here for a long time now. I’m always there first appointment when they open up usually on Mondays at 10 AM. I have never had a bad experience. They are very professional, friendly and Always do an amazing job. I always stick with the old fashion acrylic nails because they always seem to last longer. I have my own professional cleaning company so I put my hands in a lot of chemicals and bang them pretty much on everything. I only get my nails done once every three weeks and they literally never break. I couldn’t be happier with Tip N toe.

I wont be back. I went 2 weeks ago and got my nails done with dip polish. The top coat started coming off after a week. I thought i would give them one more try so I went back yesterday to have new dip put on.My nails look like a 5 year old did them. Ill be posting pictures. At first I thought maybe is was just dip powder on my cuticles but it didnt come off when I washed my hands. After washing my hands I turned to show the girl who had done them and she was no where to be found. The woman sitting at the next station said youre done.Frustrated, I just paid and left. Maybe I should have hunted someone down to complain but I go to get my nails done to relax. I should NOT have to tell someone how to do their job. I gave them two chances to get it right, I wont waste money there again

Was the quickest and laziest I have ever seen anyone did a pedicure. Didnt get my feet scrubbed and cuticles trimmed like a thorough pedicure should be. The polishing was a bit messy. I was still nice to tip over 20% feeling obligated to help in this covid pandemic.

Nick is my go-to nail guy and he does an amazing job! Ive been to so many nail salons over the years and hated the way they did my nails. Tip n toe is the best nail salon around! I cannot say enough good things about them! Also, the manager is so sweet and truly cares about her customers, it is so rare to find that! Ive been a customer for about 3 years.

They fit me in and did a great job. Clean and safe in this COVID world.

WORST SERVICE and HORRIBLE JOB!If I could give this business 0 stars I would.I have recently moved to NH and went to this nail salon because I saw on Google that it had a good rating. I can not understand why they would have a good rating.The first time I went there I got a young male nail tech who was extremely rough with my nails as he was rushing.He cut me as he was doing my acrylic fill. I also needed a nail fixed that broke off. He preceded to fill the nail and when he was done with it all- my nail look warped and the polish was clumpy and smeared. I had to go back the next day and have them re-polish. This cost my an extra $10 and another hour waiting.Then I leave for vacation the next day and my nail just down right falls off because the fill was done so terribly.I had to wait a few days to get it fixed because I was away.When I went back and told them again of their bad job- they would not fix the nail for free. They wanted to change me again!Another time I got a pedicure there and it must have been the worst I’ve ever received.If anyone is considering this nail salon please look elsewhere. I am not sure why they have a high rating or any food reviews.I have been getting acrylic fills for over three years and never have I ever experienced such horrible service.

Only place Ill get my nails done! Ill spend an entire day off when working out of state to drive up to 6-7hrs round trip to have them done at this location.. There are 2, 1 in Rochester, 1 in Portsmouth. They are just that great! You feel like family after a while too.

I had been coming here for quite a long time but had a terrible experience today. Pedicure was fine but manicure was not. Horrible job and definitely not great service. Will not be returning.

My mom and I have been coming here for 2 years and wont go anywhere else. I always receive professional, prompt service and constantly get compliments on my nails. All the technicians know me by name and are friendly to me. Thanks for the great service!

My daughter went in for a fix of a botched job from another place. She is so happy with her fill and corrected shape. Her nails look great. They are very pleasant and do a great job. Our new salon.

I have been there 4-5 times and get a fill. Have had a few issues with the way they paint my nails. For the price they charge they should take more time making sure you dont leave with a messy job.

Wish I knew who just did my eyebrows because they’re perfect but this place looks super clean and I don’t know what’s up with all the bad reviews. I was in and out I did not have an appointment and it looked like they had some extra nail techs too for other walk ins.

I love the end result after my nails are done. The people are very friendly and try to have a conversation with the clients not with each other & that is great! Only problem is when they dont open if it snows or open late when they already open at late, 10am, and then there is a very long wait because so many have the same lunch break or day to be able to get there.. I have 1 day off a week and work 2 hours away.. I still only go to this place for my nails regardless.. They are that good!

They where nice but they cut my finger while they were doing my cuticles so my finger was pretty sore for a couple of days.

I really enjoy coming here, my nails always look nice, very rarely chip and the people here are nice. I’m only giving 4 stars because sometimes there’s a long wait on weekends but that’s to be expected

Ive never been unhappy leaving tip n toe, my nails always come out great and you get a stone massage with your pedicures. I love this salon

This place does the best job of all the salons in Rochester, and has a huge gel/shellac color selection. The downsides are that they only take cash tips, they charge a few more dollars if you pay by card, and they dont offer gel acrylic nails ( not gel polish, the fake nails made with gel.)

I went in to have a gel polish change, I picked out the color I wanted and they didn’t have it. So I try to quickly find another color I would like and they tell me to put two of them together so I try that I do not like it so I try to tell the woman doing my nails another nail tech comes over telling me she doesn’t understand English. Ok well that’s what I speak and I’m getting my nails done so she should be able to understand what I’m asking for. I guess that I took to long so she gets up and stops helping me and goes and starts another persons pedicure and said something about someone else will do your nails. Well a guy comes over and digs into my nails grabbing them with a cuticle cutters to fix the mistakes the first one made with polish and cuts my cuticle and makes me bleed. He seems pretty pissed that he is having to help me and after he finished my polish leaves me and tells me to put my other hand in the machine when the light goes out. As I’m about to leave he comes over to wipe my nails off and bring me up to pay. This place is awful. Go any place but here!

The last two times I went there my cuticle was nipped on different fingers and each time my finger got infected. Very nice people and my nails always look good but Id rather have a trained, licensed and certified nail manicurist do my nails from now on.

Went in at 6pm(they close at 7pm) to get a pedicure and manicure. The young kid acted like he didnt want to be bothered. He was prob about 18. He started the pedicure then told me there was no time for the manicure. I said ok fine! A few min later one of the ladies came over and started my manicure while he was doing my pedicure..talk about rushing a client! He did not massage my feet and calfs like I have had done at other places. The manicure was rushed. No soaking and massaging of the hands. After I left, I noticed a few of my cuticles were not even pushed back or cut. For $54 I should have at least been able to relax while I was having this done and not be rushed! At 6:30 another lady came in to get a pedicure. They said we are closed, even though the sign says close at 7pm. I guess they make up their own hrs when they want to go home.Customer service is awful!! I will not be returning. I am not sure how they are still in business! I have had much better!

Made an appt. For 1:00I had never been in. We were getting my daughters nails done for her birthday. They didnt acknowledge me when I came in. After waiting 45 mins. Another customer told me they dont honor appointment times. We got up and left. Went else where. Why take appointments if you wont honor them. Makes no sense.
