I have been coming to Nancy since she opened. She is always friendly and professional. She is one of very few that still does elaborate hand painted designs. She has many options to choose from and a variety of services. I get acrylic nails every 3 to 4 weeks and they last!! They dont lift or fall off. She polishes expertly and is very meticulous. She is grateful for any compliment. I love this place!!

I have also had to bring my 93 year old Mother to her for the past three years. She is unable to bend and keep her toes groomed. She does her best to save you money and the punch cards the salon offers is a nice bonus... after 10 visits you get $10 off for any nail service or pedicure. Pedicures from Hailey and Judy are so refreshing. They do a wonderful job as well. The prices are reasonable and the quality is phenomenal. Plently of tips, gel and regular polish to choose from. The hours are accommodating as they are open 7 days a week. I always recommend friends and family to go try Pro Nails. They are awesome. 😃

Ive been going to Pro Nails for a while and the customer service is amazing. The salon is relaxing and they always make you feel at home. They keep the salon very clean and I can tell that everything is very organized and ready to go. I consider myself a perfectionist and a picky person; however, I always leave the salon satisfied with my nails. I cant see any imperfections on them. My nails never lift or chip & I can usually go 3 weeks between fills on my acrylic nails, in the past @ other salons I would have to go every two weeks. It was my first time coming here due to a friend referring me. I came here for a pedicure and a fill for my aryclic nails. When she started my feet she was not thorough at all. I had a lot of calluses so I paid for the special spa pedicure, a waste of money by the way. I cant even imagine what they do for the regular pedicure, this was not special in any way! While doing my feet 4 people came in and she immediately starting rushing. I immediately became disappointed in the service I was getting so kindly i said I will only be doing my feet. As I cashed out I felt the need to express myself but I did so in the best way possible. All she had to say was I tried my best and your appt was at 1 and it was 2 oclock and it took me an hour to do your feet. How can you say that to a customer? I was doing your feet too long? Never again will I come here or recommend to anyone! I payed for a service and expect to get it the right way!

Website said open till 730 pulled in the parking lot at seven and they turned off the open sign.I called them on the phone and asked them what time they closed and she said seven I said your website says you close at 7:30 she goes well I dont know about that. Well what do you know?
