I can not say in enough words how awesome the new owners are!! This is a family run business that moved from North Carolina and opened during the pandemic. The minute you walk through the door you are greeted with the warmest welcome. The pedicures are simply the best I have ever experienced. They treat you like family and not a number. They actually engage in conversation with you and are meticulous in their work. I was so impressed with my nails and the service that I immediately started recommending people!! Can’t wait to go back July 1st and get my birthday nails done;)

Had an appointment booked for 6:30 and they were able to start on time. This was my first service at Wynn. The owner and her daughter were super friendly. I got an acrylic full set and they look amazing. I will definitely be coming back and I would highly recommend!**UPDATE** Went back for a fill-in and I’m equally as impressed as the first time!

Clean and excellent service. I dont get my nails done often but decided to change up my location since the last few times my previous place didnt make me feel like I was worth the time. Im so glad I did and I will be a forever customer from here on out! And may actually keep my nails up and do fills!

It was a decent environment. my nail tech was a bit rough but she did an amazing job. i do however think she priced it way to high for what she did. and i asked for coffin and instead she did rectangle.

I had my pedicure on Saturday 6/19/21 and by Sunday afternoon my toe where I was punctured by one of their technicians was infected. Now I have to go to urgent care apparently tools are not clean and we overheard the technicians say they were using leftover product from the previous owners. I say go to Le Nails it’s the best salon in Mankato where sanitation is taken seriously.

Great service! Super nice and clean. I got my nails done by Linda and she did an awesome job, just what I asked for. I will for sure always get my nails done here. It’s not expensive it’s a reasonable price for what you want!

For starters I had an appointment at 10 AM. Linda did not walk in until 10:45. I decided to get a pedicure because I needed to pass time or I was going to get frustrated. I was charged $60 for a fill that was not even worth it. I got simple acrylic color and white lining around the nail tips which was not done nicely. I wasn’t compensated for my time wasted because had I not gotten a pedicure i would’ve sat in the shop for 45 mins.I personally would not recommend because her pricing varies depending on who you are because I know people that have gotten way more dramatic nails and we’re not charged even close to what i got. Then when i was on the phone telling someone my nails were not worth what i paid Linda decided to argue with me about how I felt about he work on my nails. It is a hit or miss going to them. Try at your own risk

Super excited my parents and I decided to go get pedicures! We were treated amazingly, they were so friendly, and my mom and I decided to go back the next day for manicures as well! I showed them a picture, and it looks even better than what I was hoping for! After 4 years, I finally found my new nail salon!

Went to Wynn nails for the first time with the new owners and I’m never going anywhere else ! They gave me the best manicure I’ve ever had. Also they gave a 20% discount! The employees are so nice, welcoming, professional, and you can really tell they care about their customers. If your looking for a nail salon this is the best one. Best employees and best prices!

The NEW owners (since Sept 2020) are SO great!! I came in today on the grand opening and had a lovely experience. Great pricing and very friendly staff. I got a pedicure w french tips & acrylics with powder dip and it was $70. They even didn’t have the color I needed so they painted over w gel at no extra charge. AMAZING SERVICE. 😄 - Drew J. This was the best experience I have had with my nails. I get so tired of the other nail salons in Mankato where they rush everything, so going to this location where they take their time was so refreshing. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, and I loved talking to the owner Queen. I’ll be recommending to all my friends cause they this salon definitely deserves more business.

I went in and got a gel manicure, the price is very good. They did a very good job taking their time on my nails to make sure they were done very well. The atomsphere was very inviting. Had great conversations with the employees. 10/10 recommend

I came to Wynn nails a year ago while the old management was still there. I left disappointed and disheartened. It was dark and I felt like an inconvenience. Ive tried almost every nail salon in the Mankato area. Its been unpleasant results.About a week ago, I saw that Wynn was under new management. I looked at their website and it was a huge difference from the old place. Today, I walked in with my friend. We were greeted warmly. During our brief wait time, I looked around. This new space has a pleasant ambiance--clean, warm, inviting. Beautiful. The staff is knowledgeable and kind-- they talked to us about a variety of topics--it was so much fun.We will be returning. Nails, lashes, waxing. Come here. You wont regret it.

I went in to to a acrylic set done and was very very disappointed, Super delayed,nail tech was on her phone ALOT instead of doing my nails,cut my finger using the file And didn’t communicate about what I wanted so I was stuck with very long square nails I hate. DONT GO HERE!!

The first time I went there they did a wonderful job! When I went in to get the acrylics replaced that was a whole other story. I wanted the same shape I had before, which was almond, and every nail is a different shade. Later that night the nail on my thumb started coming off. Now two days later another one is coming off.

If I could give no stars, I would.I went to get an acrylic full set of nails on 4-16. They took nearly two hours to get done and I left with the paint job looking average at best because I didn’t have time to ask them to fix it.On 4-18 my first nail broke off. Literally it popped off. No pain at all. This happened from opening a drawer. I chose to get it fixed at a salon back in my home town because I wasn’t in Mankato and wanted to look presentable for Easter.On 4-19 another nail popped off. Same thing, no pain. This was from pulling down a sun visor in a car.4-22 4 nails popped off the same way just from trying on an outfit at the store.I called and requested a refund that day and was told to come in and get them fixed. The worker said it was because of my nail length but I have had the same length nails my whole life and never have had an issue. I got them fixed on 4-25 and now today 4-28 another nail has popped off. I do not at all recommend this nail salon to anyone. They don’t treat you well and can’t do acrylics at all.

Although the woman who helped me was extremely kind, I had an appointment and it was clear she was in over her head as she was having more guests come in. I felt as if she had rushed through my gel manicure as she painted very quickly and missed many spots. If she were better staffed or took more time she may have done better but since I didnt have that quality attention, I was not satisfied with my gel manicure.

The new owners are fantastic! I came in with a broken nail and a not-so-great manicure from another salon and Maria went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Got a full set of acrylics, they painted them very quickly left nail polish all over my fingers, didn’t clean it up, when drying my nails they were closing the store and they told my friend and I that we were good to go, even though we were not finished drying our nails. A few of the workers were very rude and had no sense of customer service at all!!!

I’ve never had such a bad Expediance. The workers don’t show up, there is only one lady there that is nice and she’s the owner she’s so sweet. The man that works there is rude and swears all the time it’s unprofessional.

Worst gel manicure I ever had. The result look so unprofessional. The gel is not well blended. Looks awful and uneven. Will try to fix it on my own. Very disapointed.

Went in for a acrylic fill, but at the end she put on gel Polish which I didnt ask for, and double the price!!! Crooks! Gel polish stays on but cant wear polish at work. Cant get this off! Not a happy camper. She told me to come back...Not... Texas here I come

Ive got my nails done at multiple places and this was by far the worst! My nails started to peel off and chip in a matter of 2 weeks with gel polish. I got my toes painted as well and was told it was dry and was good to go but I was getting out of my car and it smudged everywhere! I went back and had to sit there for about 10 minutes to get it fixed and all they did was paint right over it!

Ouch! Most painful fill ive ever gotten. All my fingers are bleeding. He saw i was bleeding and he never said sorry, and continued to use alcohol on each nail. I was almost in tears! Do not go here

I have diabetic issues with my feet, and they knew how to take care of me. Impressed, and felt extremely at ease after the foot spa and foot and calf rubdown. Definitely coming back again.
