If youre looking for an EGR delete, Whittyz Diesel is the place the to go. They deleted my 2013 Ford F-250 and did a great job. I will go back for any other issues that may arise.

Mr. Randy and Mr. Jeff are super nice and experienced. I brought my 2010 F350 to them and asked them to fix a issue that another shop refused to fix to completion. Whittyz did a smoke test and located the exhaust leak that I told the other shop I hear after they worked on it. Whittyz took care of the issue very quick and also fixed another issue. I wish I had came to Whittyz from the very beginning. Anyway, lesson learned and I will only trust Whittyz with my truck. Thank you Mr. Randy, Mr. Jeff and the rest of your staff.

I took my truck about a week ago to get my check engine light fixed. They said it had a lot of codes and with the battery replacement and a fuel rail sensor replaced it would do it. They called me and said they ran it and Those were the issues. I Picked the truck and noticed that I was missing a cologne that I always wear. I thought I I misplaced it but I checked my home and it was not there. when I was getting home, the check engine came back on. And I called. Talked to the owners son to tell him about the truck and if they could check on their cameras for my cologne. He got really defensive about me telling him that and had told me that the check engine light was going to come back out anyway. So why take it to y’all if it’s going to come back out. He said I might as well leave the truck to him forever since the engine light came out. Never said come take it in so we can look at it. Hung the phone.the owner of the shop called me back to try to interpret what his son really try to mean. They truly don’t stand behind the work. I spent hundreds of dollars with them before with no issue but this time I came. I felt like I was a bother like if I owed them money.

We had a 2011 dodge in for repairs. Whittyz diagnosed and went above and beyond trying to help us get our issues resolve . This companys honesty and integrity deserves a 10 star rating. Although our truck was repairable I would recommend them to anyone needing a honest and thorough repair job.

Whittyz is the best. My 2004 duramax needed a few things done. It was getting fuel in the oil. They checked to see if my injectors really needed replacing or if there was another issue. Randy said it did and they could either replace the ones that werent working or replace them all. I travel the country with my 5th wheel so asked him what would he suggest to his mother. He said replace them all for my safety. They fixed a few other things for me as well. I am very very happy with the results!! If Im in the area again would definitely bring to them for repairs again.

Owning any vehicle, means youre going to want a QUALIFIED, CERTIFIED and knowledgeable mechanic working on your vehicle. Randy Whitman and his son Jeff (Owners), know the value of customer vehicles and strives to take care of them as if they were their own personal vehicles. All of these bad reviews dont really state anything except for Theyre a bad shop, or Truck was working... but as soon as I drove by, it stopped working and I blame this shop.The human beings that own, operate, and work for Whittyz are not superhuman (Although I sure like to think of them as such!). They are human, they CAN make mistakes. If a mistake is made they WILL rectify it and work with you to resolve the issue. They are not magicians and cannot snap their finger and give you a brand new truck that works flawlessly when youve brought in your beat up, unmaintained 200k mile truck or car.Example: I had brought my truck (2011 Dodge 6.7) in twice for a diagnostic on a grinding noise. The technicians couldnt find the issue having the truck for 2-3 days and they informed me of it. I accidentally stumbled upon the reason for the grinding noise and brought it back to them for diagnosis. Reason the technicians couldnt find it was because the A/C Compressor wasnt kicking on (Was cold outside when they were running diagnostics... simple and easy thing to skip over.) Grinding noises mean various different things and again.. They have to interpret what youre trying to describe and cant just touch your vehicle and it speaks to them what issues its having (Dont we all wish it worked like that...)A week later, after scheduling ordering of parts... I have nothing but praises for this shop. I gave them a tight deadline over a holiday weekend, and they delivered it flawlessly. Theres a reason Whittyz has 4.5+ star reviews over various different shops. Ive been taking my Ram for service for the past two years, they keep me on the road! They do professional work, and great customer service.

Writing this review so people that see it wont be duped by the rating like me. Dont expect to get a call on the status of your vehicle till you make a bunch of phone calls (with none returned) and have to drive down there to get them off the solitaire on their computer. Communication very poor, and as for service, well, 2 weeks later and nothing done.

I love my Toyato Avalon since 2008, I mostly used this car to go back and forth to church. The car is in good condition. Randy has taken car of my vehicle since Ive had it. I have a LEXUS new car, but Im in love with my Avalon.

I have my 2005 F350 6.0 worked on. Head gaskets and head bolts among other things. Randy and Jeff treated me with utmost respect and integrity. You cant put a price for intergity. Dont take your car here they will rip you off... had my car sent here because it was not working they broke it down and said they might of found the problem but wanted to charge over $1000 to even try to figure it out. had them send back my car and when i looked in the engine and parts were missing and i found other parts inside the car..... worst place in Humble. go to Advance Tech Automotive they have excellent service and are ASE CERTIFIED! and will tell you prices upfront not charge by the hour..... and they found the issue and was nowhere near $1000... also they knew the problem not guessed....

Would give half if possible...If you need storage for 6 months to a year go here... if you like being told lies... even if your not mechanically inclined you will see the contradictions in the lies... parts ordered for your vehicle will go to other vehicles and prolong your service time...They took advantage of the situation in the worst way possible...If you do not personally know this family do not use!

The best diesel shop in Houston area.They worked on at least 15 of our fleet Ford trucks during the past year.Did it all from regular service, suspension work, Bulletproof 6.0, performance upgrades, rebuilt transmissions, even swapped the motor on a couple.Their fleet rate is the best, their service is as good as the dealer if not better, and they warranty their work parts and labor no questions asked.

My 2006 Ram 2500 finally let me down and stranded me for the first time. I was on my way to work. Ended up getting a tow up to Whittyz. I told them i use the truck for work every day and that I needed it back as soon as possible. They had my truck ready for me before I even finished work that day. They called and let me know exactly what was wrong ahead of time and how much it would cost.Whittyz also performed my clutch change when it finally burned out. They saved me from a front end rebuild when NTB was trying to rip me off. They send me emails notifying me when maintanence is due on my truck and also send me coupons in the mail. There is a reason their shop is so busy and that is because they provide honest, affordable service that has yet to be matched by anyone. I would recommend younat least get a quote with them if youre thinking of having your vehicle serviced elsewhere. They will do anything they can to help you out.

So I came from conroe to have truck looked by whittyz diesel. I got in around 8:30 and was there most of the day. I needed a rear u joint replaced and I was having issues with a hard start with my 04 ram 2500. Randy and Jeff took care of everything, broke everything down Barney style. The tech even showed me what he was doing and how where to look if I have issues again. Not only did they fix my trucks issues they also made the experience a learning one. I had my 7 year old son with me, when his game died Jeff had no problem getting him a charger. This shop went above and beyond what i thought they would do. I will be bring my truck only to them to work on now, the peace of mind they give is amazing. I would recommend them to all my friends

I had to come back to Whittyz again because my injectors decided to die the week I was getting ready to move to Wisconsin. I called Jeff, he sent a tow truck out to conroe and I stressed that I needed the truck back no later than Friday because I we moving to Wisconsin to close on a house. That was on a Tuesday, they called me Friday 5pm and said the truck is ready. They dealt with me calling and asking almost daily to see what the status was and they took it all with a smile. Truck runs amazing and it damn near instant start. I wish they open a shop in Wisconsin 😂 best customer service period.

Started using Whittyz about a year ago and I couldnt be happier. They provide professional, conservative care for my diesel pickup truck. They can handle any repair I need and the prices are competitive and the service is excellent.

All I know is my truck didnt leave me stranded on the side of the road but it left me stranded in the parking lot of this shop after I left it with them. I usually give the benefit of the doubt but my truck going down is a pretty hard hit. Give me aminute.UPDATE: Are you saying Im a better mechanic than you guys? It was running when I brought it, should have been running when I left. There was no magic on my end, I drove it there and had to tow it away. We love the treatment we are given, they are very straightforward and honest, they do not overcharge and allow us to make informed decisions without being pushy.When prepping for our move across the country this past week, we asked them to give us a once over and just see what problems may be lurking. Great shop with good service.

I called Whittyzs with what was sure to be an ECM problem on account of the way the truck was acting. They sent me a wrecker brought it to their shop to diagnose the problem. What they found was a wire that was shorting out against the transmission bell housing a simple fix. They could have easily told me the ECM was bad and I wouldnt have known any different. The thing is this an ECM easily cost over $3000 for a new one and this repair only cost me $500 and that includes the wrecker bill which I was about 50 miles away. Great bunch of guys that know what their doing and I wont hesitate next time to bring it to them which because its s Dodge I know will happen. With mechanic shops trust is everything.

The worst mistake you can make is to take your diesel into this shop, cost almost twice as much as the original estimate, took 2 weeks longer than they said, and broke down on the first day i got it back, and so it went back in for another week. Horrible customer service and horrible techs.
