Ann burned my cuticles and hurt my natural nails so bad, I asked him to slow down. He said “no”, then proceeded to speak in his language to other employees. Nicely asked him again, and he just rudely said “she can do for you”. I told them, I have a bigger attitude than all of them, but I chose to walk out instead of cursing them out. No, you not getting my money. No customer service what so ever.

Doesn’t matter who does my nails. Always come out great. Been coming here for 2+ years. Haven’t had a bad experience at all.

No need to make appointment because they never see u at the set time. Nail tech rushes to get your nails done and out the way to start the next person! Then my nails pop off within the week.

Wasted my time, took me 25 min to get there to later find out they only take cash. You couldve stated that over the phone. Not everyone carries cash. Waste of time and gas. I left.

I always go here to get my brows done but I had to unfortunately stop because each time before I go I call and they give me a time to come and then when I do get there they tell me it’ll be 10 minutes even after telling them I’m the one who called and the wait is almost always longer than 10 minutes. The last time that I went I was told 10 minutes after calling like each time but ended up waiting about 30 and then the brow lady did a girl in front of me even though I’d been waiting longer than her. Very disappointed with the customer service so I unfortunately will not be returning.

I love coming here, Amy is amazing she does my nails all the time never rushes she is very understanding and works with you on the prices. I’ve never been over charged for anything I’ve wanted, and every time I come and ask for my nails to be a certain way it gets done. The customer service is amazing they go over and beyond to satisfy their customers I refer everyone to their shop.

Absolutely love it here. Their salon is sanitary, great prices, and amazing people. The nail artists cooperated so well and love a good sense of humor. This is definitely my go to salon from now on.

Unfortunately I will no longer subject my hands, time and money to Tammy nails. It’s like they never heard of quality over quantity. The nail tech rushed doing my nails causing her to cut my cuticle. I was overcharged for poor quality coffin nails. If I’m going to be paying my hard earn money at this place. I expected my nail shape and experience there to be flawless. I’m not a happy customer. Google or the business is blocking me from uploading my damage bleeding cuticle. 😡

Girlfriend went for nails and paid $45, when picking her up nails looked very amateur and poorly done. Would not recommend to anyone

They try to do too many people at once. They dont finish the person being worked on and will leave a customer waiting several times to start someone elses process. Whatever wait time they give you multiply it by 2.5

They do nails very well but my mom drove a half hour to go see them (she had an appointment and everything) only for them to demand cash because they don’t take credit cards. So instead she drove to another salon to do her nails. Very cheap people.

Went on a Sunday not my usual place as mine isn’t open sundays. Sign on window says walk ins welcome,Went to counter there were 3 people in pedicure chairs and 1 person getting nails done with nobody waiting for service.everybody looks at me with sour faces,Employee doing nails says “you come back tomorrow” I said no I work tomorrow she said it’s busy several times in a matter of 10 seconds I said ok I will go elsewhere she says it’s busy again several times.If it’s that busy on a Sunday maybe more than 1 person should be working and you shouldn’t be taking walk ins on top of only accepting cash that day per rotten sign on window. My salón would never turn away business no matter if their busy they make time,

Came to Tammy Nails with a friend for a pedicure. I got the owner Tammy. She did my entire pedicure in 15 minutes. My friends lasted over an hour. I asked about why I was so quick and hers is so long and she said it was because all her nails were ingrown and took longer. My heels were not even smoothed out and the massage part was skipped. I was charged full price for a pedicure when it was basically a polish change. The owner was in such a hurry just to make money. If tou want a quality pedicure do not go to Tammy. My 25 dollar pedicure wasnt even worth 5. Horrible experience.

First the young guy tore my nail bed to the point where skin was exposed and bleeding, then he put glue on the spot that was bleeding. While he was snatching my acrylic off I kept letting him know that he was hurting me! Then afterwards he thought I was going to let him put more acrylic on my nail! I let the manager know and all she did was say that she would do my full set next time then walked off like it was nothing! The only reason this place got 2 stars is because a young lady did a good job on my feet. Im saddened because the young guy did an awesome job on my nails before (which is the reason I went back) but I think after how I was handled, I dont think Ill be back, at least for a while.

This place was okay the first time I went. The second time, it was completely empty, the two girls were giving eachother pedicures. They took their time getting to us, however...she completely rushed through my nails, missing what I asked, and jumped straight back to her pedicure. Very unprofessional. I hope next time is better..

Used a nail tip too large for my finger causing it to dig into my skin, almost every nail in crooked. Good polish though.

HORRIBLE. Worst nail job I’ve ever had. I got acrylic with gel, all my nails are different sizes and lumpy and bumpy. The polish job was awful, very goopy and didn’t cure. I don’t know who did the nails of these people in the photos but my tech was awful and I’ll never go back. So hard to find people that actually take quality in their work. Spent an extra $30 at Sally’s to try and fix them myself.

Arrived at the shop around 10:15 told her what services I want she stated 30 minute wait that I should come back. When I came back she had another person in the chair and told me to have a seat. 12 clock now its been an hour and a half and neither myself or my daughter have been seen. I wont be one back.

I went here ended up with nail fungus on my foot and finger and it is from this place Never had it before all of a sudden I go here and have this issue nasty place

He put nails on me without cutting my cuticle ... he did not put a base coat on me, he painted my nails in a super hurry. Im not coming back
