I don’t ever post comments, especially negative but I feel this needed to be addressed. I went to get my French dip nails done Friday before my vacation on Tuesday by one of the owners. I could tell the work was being rushed because once they were done, they left the salon. Well as I was sitting to get my pedicure done with Amber (she’s great btw) I noticed that the French tips were not neatly done. So I asked Amber to fix them for me. Monday comes along and my tips have already started to chip & not just one finger nail (as you can see below) . So I called the salon Tuesday, and was hoping to get a call back. It’s disappointing because the chips are getting worse by the day and I’m out of town for couple weeks.

Amazing service! I have been a client here for almost a year now. The owners and employees really stand by the quality of their work, and it shows! I will never go anywhere else! Beyond happy!

My nail tech was amazing! Getting my nails done is my “therapy” & The Nail Lounge never disappoints! My nails are my favorite accessory & they look beautiful! I get so many compliments on them! I definitely recommend Nail Lounge 💅🏽 😍

I came here to get a manicure/pedicure before I went on vacation and had a great experience! The technicians were friendly and professional, my manicure last over a week. I was very impressed :)

I made an appointment for manicure with dip powder nails and acrylic tips and they were able to get me in the same day. The place was clean and had a great ambiance. Everyone wore masks and there were glass shields between the technicians and the customers. People were dropping in without appointments and were getting serviced.Lolly did my nails and did a fabulous job! I have never had someone be so gentle with my cuticles and nails. Lolly helped me figure out a style that worked for me and made sure I was aware of pricing throughout the process. She was so precise, I would definitely return to her in the future for dip or gel.Fyi- they don’t give hand massages with a manicure.

This is a great nail salon. Very professional and friendly. My nails look amazing, I will definitely be going back.

Wow. Im from out of town and had a broken nail so was looking for a quality place to get it fixed. My sister recommended this place as she goes her frequently... Well, they dont fix other nails even though Im from the other side of the US. Thanks for nothing.

Update to respond to owner’s reply below: Responding weeks after the service with “I think they talked to your mom” is just as unacceptable as the service we were provided with initially. You should be apologetic and reprimanding your employees for poor service. I didn’t leave a poor review because I was bored or a “Karen”. My mom was extremely hurt when we left your salon and I witnessed her tech roll her eyes and give my mother one-word responses like “yeah”. The most she talked was to give my mom a condescending lecture about illegal pedicure materials when asked what could be done in addition to pedicures for dry heels. I’ve lowered my score because of the owner’s response to the original 3-star review.Original Post: I went here for the first time with my mother. While the techs did a decent job, neither of them would talk to us the entire service. Not even when we prompted conversation. My tech was at least neither pleasant nor rude in demeanor during my silent service, but my mom’s tech gave single-worded answers accompanied by an attitude of inconvenience. She was happy to talk to other customers and employees, however. Won’t be back.

My favorite place to get my nails done. The staff are friendly, talented nail techs. They have great prices; all while maintaining a really clean and cute facility. I’ve had many gel and acrylic sets done here. Every set I have had lasts a long time and looks really professional and chic.

After going to several different nail place, this is my new nail place! Love the full set! I showed a picture of what I was wanting and they did exactly what I was wanting.

The owners of Nail Lounge are some of the kindest people Ive come across in years. Not only are they incredibly hard working and dedicated to building their business... they are equally as invested in their clients they make sure that they give the best service every time. I couldnt think of a single time Ive ever been unhappy with my nails or my pedicure, and Ive been going since they opened. Ill never go anywhere else, as theyve made me a customer for life

Just called for an appointment. They wanted a credit card number to hold the appointment. Then if you fail to show for your appointment, they will charge you 50% of the services you booked. Never EVER heard of this for a nail salon.

I have been going to Nail Lounge for about a year now and they are fantastic!! My nails are always perfect and they have the best colors to pick from. My whole family goes here too and we love it!!!

Had a great experience here. I almost never get my nails done but my feet have been bothering me more since I’ve been pregnant. The woman who did my toes was friendly, gave a great massage (2 actually. One with exfoliant and one with lotion) and my toes look great! All of the staff seemed friendly especially the receptionist. Salon was very clean and I liked that they had me wash my hands and took my temperature upon entering the building. I would definitely recommend to a friend. Oh! And! I accidentally over paid and before I made it to the street corner the receptionist had come out in the freezing cold to give me money back!!

BEST NAIL TECHS IN ROCHESTER! T and Cara make me feel like family every time I go in there. I show them a picture of whatever epic design I want and they wow me with these incredible designs. This nail salon is clean which I love. I’ve been going to nail lounge since the beginning and have not been to a different salon since and I’m proud to be apart of the nail lounge family.

There is nowhere right now where I feel safer than Nail Lounge! They have masks and plexiglass shields everywhere! They take their time and do an amazing job every single for time! The level of perfection is beyond amazing!

The nail tech took some skin off while shaving down my nails and didn’t even acknowledge it when I jumped. They also don’t have very many options for colors. Everything was super dirty, and I felt gross leaving.The weirdest part was after my pedicure they tried to send me out the door without letting me dry them. I had to ask if they had somewhere to do so, which turned out to be a janky little corner drying station.

Worst shellac pedicure ever. The shellac polish got all bubbled up within a few hours and the top coat was not put on properly because it all started to peel off. Paid $50 for no reason. I now have to go to a different place to fix them because I am out of town. He did an okay job on my nails. I asked for a coffin shape and they are definitely not coffin. He also kept whispering to the receptionist and I felt very uncomfortable! DO NOT GO HERE! if you want to go to a fancy place, please please please go to ESSENTIAL NAILS in Birmingham.

I could go on about how amazing this salon is as a whole. The cleanliness, the variety of colors and different design features, and the accommodation as far as scheduling. Tom does my nails and I get SO many compliments on them. They take their time to make sure every single nail is perfect. I always find the craziest designs and T nails them if not better than the pictures I show him. Love love love this salon!

I was there yesterday and there was an employee sitting at the pedicure chair with no mask on the whole time I was there. Very disappointing.

I stumbled upon this place on accident as I was in the area for a sporting event with my child. I was super impressed by the cleanliness and amazingly reasonable prices. They made me feel comfortable; like I had been a regular customer. I wish I lived closer but will be back for sure when I’m in the area again!

We love the Nail Lounge! Its SUPER clean and modern. Tom has all the latest colors and knows ALL the latest techniques! Quality is superb. They treat their customers like FAMILY.

Me and my family have gone here multiple times and we love it! Each time we leave with perfect nails. They have great customer service and are very attentive. It’s the best place to go and they do great acrylic sets!

I just have to say this is the best nail salon! I showed up a bit early this morning and the owner Tom unlocked the door and got me right in a chair. My technician Ashley was very nice to talk with and my nails look great! I have been coming here since they opened, and I can honestly say as long as I live in Rochester I will keep coming back.

Started visiting Nail Lounge on my lunch breaks. I am so happy with how fast and efficient they can get my nails looking like new! If there were more stars I would give them. Tea and his entire staff are great. I have been going to him for about four months now and would not go anywhere else or let anyone else do I nails. Nail Lounge is great! My new go to! They just opened a month ago so be sure to try it out before people catch on to the hype because this place WILL get busy. The owner, Tom (I think), was professional and personable. He explained what he was doing as he did it, and asked me questions about how I like my nails to be sure I was satisfied at the end. He made an effort to make conversation throughout the manicure too. His wife seemed very sweet, as did the other two employees who were in at the time. I’m so glad I found this place! My nails look great :)

It was a very nice experience. First time there..They took my temperature, had hand sanitizer available. LOLLI, the gal that did my pedicure was very gentle and professional. The shop was very comfortable and friendly. I will definitely go back.

I came here a week ago for the first time to get an acrylic fill and it was the best experience I’ve ever had with a nail salon. The nail technician talked to me while he was doing my nails which I’ve never had that before and he did an amazing job on my nails and I walked out of that salon with a smile on my face:) I totally recommend this place to get your nails done it’s so clean and beautiful in there too! The nicest nail salon I’ve ever been too and with reasonable prices too! Totally recommend with out a doubt!

All of the polish was old, the place was outdated, and I didnt get acknowledged until I was on my way out of the door. I had a scheduled appointment. I sat, I waited.

Great service and friendly

I went in for a mani with a $100 gift card that was given to me for my birthday. A man, that appeared to be the owner, told me he would not honor the gift card because the previous owner doesnt return his calls. I explained it was for $100 and it was a gift and he turned me away. He never even got up from his seat to great me. Told me he wouldnt get the money back so he cant help me. I find that terrible customer service. None of those circumstances had to do with me. Plenty of businesses honor gift cards after a different owner takes over. In the efforts to keep the business and leave a customer satisfied. Worst part is I get a standard mani so he would of only been out of pocket for a small amount of that $100 and I would have tipped. He was rude and cheap. I wouldnt suggest anyone going there. There are plenty other nail salons around. I would rate zero stars if I could.

I highly recommend this salon! I could not be happier with my nails and my pedicure!!! The pedicure was out standing! Paraffin was hot stone massage this was the perfect end to a stressful day!!! Thank you for accommodating me today!!! I will never fo anywhere else!
