They dont know how to do different styles and when I left there they messed up one of my nails so I give them two stars

Nail tech Song did my nails, too thick and while he was filing my nail he kept making the mistake filing my skin moving too fast. He also did my pedicure and dug to hard, I kept reminding him please be easy... your digging to far and hard. I never left a nail salon where my nails hurt, my toes hurt just horrible. U should have maybe went to a different nail tech instead of nail tech Song.

My nails are always pretty and on point...I enjoy the chair massage along with a pedicure/massage...The only thing the wait time be 1hr up to 2hrs sometimes 🤦🏾‍♀️Its always packed!!!

AWFUL service. if i could give them a negative one star i would. first, they are very slow. you will be waiting for maybe hours to get your nails done. second, they do a terrible job at nails. I asked for holographic ombre and they gave me glitter tips with no blend! the first time i tried this place i was not completely satisfied but i decided to give them another chance. i guess you can say it is my fault for going back.. I was over charged for painting my finger and toe nails. I called and asked for a price over the phone and was charged more when I arrived

Got my nails done ombré and there was not enough acrylic put on my nails they kept lifting if i tap them on anything by mistake nail polish already coming of my toes i have went other places and ombré last for months not days

Nails came out looking amazing but I had two infected nails. The nails also start to lift and I’ve never experienced that anywhere else. Maybe if they were cleaner I would go back.

Made an appointment for 1 pm for a simple gel . Nobody acknowledged appointment. Kept taking walk-ins first. Just left because it was ridiculous waste of my time just sitting there. Would absolutely stop anyone looking into going there.

Would not recommend. I went for a pedicure which was my first and last time EVER. They use the same tools on all customers and the shop needs cleaning. So you’ll have to request for new ones. They clean the “pedi” Spa by only spraying your normal day to day Lysol Disinfectant. They had no real cleaning supplies or cleaning time spent in between customers. They also use paper towels when drying your feet and legs. Wish I could give this no stars.

Their the worst was about to tear the whole shop up I told the lady she have my nails all different shapes and showed another customer and she seen it as well but the nail tech didnt very unprofessional I would never come to passion nails again I hope it burn down

I got my nails done 12/15/18 with my younger sister. This was my first time at Passion Nails, and was my first time getting my nails done. I told the lady that who did my nails... She was the one with the chipped/crooked front tooth. I know her when I see her.While, she was filing my nails before, and after I kept telling her ouch, she kept saying Im sorry, Im sorry. Around 12/28 nails started coming off. I noticed my two pointer fingers swollen, and my finger tips throbbing. My cuticles were badly damaged, soft like bread, & weak.I go to my doctor, because my finger nails & finger tips (both pointer fingers to be exact) began to swell, feel numb turned out it was infected my doctor stated from Passion Nails not using new, or clean supplies, and filing my cuticle too far down (btw the nails were done very short, almond shaped to look natural, because of my job).End of story I had to get antibiotics. The worst $25 I ever spent. Please save your money, and do your own nails. I will be there to get a refund, because this is ridiculous. If not I will be reporting them for inspection. Im sad my first experience getting my nails done was TERRIBLE !!!!!

Got there with a friend of mine wait wasn’t long. Johnny the guy nail tech closet to the door did both of our full sets. They were excellent AT FIRST both gel acrylic and she had glow in dark nails. The problem is at the end (I paid for both our nails) he said $70 and I was okay with it. Sooner I get alerts on my phone when I use my card HE OVER CHARGES ME $15 he took $85 out my card. My friend after noticed her 2 of her nails were crooked. We got them done on a Thursday my nails are already falling over by Tuesday and it hasn’t even been a whole week I have got them done ! It’s ridiculous. I wouldnt recommend going to Johnny.

First of all they didn’t do the style I want. And not even a full week a couple of my nails started lifting and they wouldn’t fix it for free. The lady rushed and didn’t even file my nails right never going back there again.
