I love Refresh. The admin are friendly and professional. I always feel that they go above and beyond for me. And I found out that Refresh calls EVERY single person back, whether it’s an email or voicemail (no one does that in Clark County, trust me). In a time where mental health is at crisis levels, I feel validated, respected and listened to in any interactions I have with the office or my amazing therapist!

Whoa... I just called, said Hi, do you have a moment for a couple of quick questions about your practice? and the lady responded No I dont, thank you and HUNG UP. I am a potential client, that was pretty horrible. No joke, I didnt even get a chance to give her my name. Jesus.

I called multiple counseling offices in the area with no returned calls; however, the front office person from Refresh Therapy called me back within the same day I left a message and I was able to be seen within a couple of days. Ive been seeing a counselor there for a few months and its been a great experience! Thank you!

Long story short, I was lectured over the phone by office staff for having requested therapy that the therapist could not provide. Given that the therapist previously agreed to the service, the lecture should have been directed to the therapist not to me, the patient. Furthermore, it took 11 days for them to let me know that the therapy session had been canceled. This further strained the trust issues between myself and the other patient with who I share a relationship. I asked office staff if we could do therapy a different way. They said they would get back to me but they still havent yet (been over a month). Thats pretty unprofessional. That being said, I havent received a lot of therapy from this provider so I cant judge the quality of their services in the therapy room. Although I cant say great things about their coordination and communication.

I can attest to similar experiences. Couldnt believe how difficult it was to find a doctor for my kid. She has enjoyed her experience with her counselor here and Ive noticed her happier after her appointments.

I was able to get in quickly. The counselor I saw listened and I felt respected. Would highly recommend!

Having a connection and rapport with your therapist is part of what makes therapy a success.I found that connection at Refresh Therapy.I received a prompt response to my initial email and was able to schedule my first appointment shortly there after.My therapist works with my schedule and they accept my insurance.I look forward to my sessions and leave each one feeling better than when I walked in!

Ive been going to Refresh Therapy for over 3 years. I cant imagine not having Hollie as a guide through this sometimes challenging thing called life. We hire people to help design our home, decorate our rooms, style our hair, manage our money...the best investment I could ever make is to have someone help me become a better version of me and live an authentic life. Two appointments I always schedule a follow up for: my massage and my counseling session! Hollie has helped me navigate through some very difficult times - divorce, death of my mother and father, teenagers! Its a great comfort just knowing that I have this resource. Every time I come in, I always leave with just what I needed, even when I didnt know what that was walking in!

If youre looking for counseling services in a timely manner, look elsewhere. Over the course of a month, I called 4 times to try and set something up, but not one phone call was returned. Im not one to write negative reviews, but cmon. If anything, that is very unprofessional.
