My son picked up something on the turnpike and put a huge hole in 1 tire, we got him off the turnpike and called tires plus, I explained we had a 10 month old baby and was traveling to Ohio, he confirmed he had the tire. We drove about 30 miles one way and they were basically waiting on the tire. I was there maybe 15 minutes. They loaded the tire. NOTE they took care of us when no other local place would. Great job!

Jordan and his team took care me as I was on my way home from picking up a 2 customers motorcycles. 1 of the trailer tires blew out but I was able to get off the highway safely. Got new tires about a month ago. Started feeling noisy/rough about an hour drive later. Next day worse. Jacked it up and lug nuts were loose! Very bad. Violates shop floor safety protocols. Good to be alive though. Called manager. He was to “investigate” and call me back in two days. That was a month ago. Not happening I would say.

Brought my truck here for a rotation and alignment a couple months ago and their service was great. I returned for a screw in my tire recently, that was covered by road hazard. The team here was prompt in providing service and found damage to the interior of the tire. They swapped my spare for me and had a new matching tire delivered the next morning!Although one of the unnamed employees had written off a basic and simple request of mine, Chad showed A+ management skills and turned what was a misunderstanding into a pleasant experience.

Tires Plus did me right. Went in for a front wheel aligment, knew I needed tires also and they gave me a great price on four. They beat all other prices I been checking around on by a long shot. Will use again when needed.

I was visiting Vero Beach for the Holidays and realized I had a screw in my tire. Tires Plus was close by, so I stopped to have my tire fixed.It turned out the puncture was in a spot that couldnt be repaired. They let me know what tires they had in stock, clearly gave me complete prices without add-ons, and had me out the door in a short time. Really good for not having an appointment.Prices were good and service was great! Their friendliness just topped it all off.

Love this place, highly recommend it. Walked in as a new customer no appointment they are 100 percent honest all the time, gave me a great deal on two new tires. Cheaper than walmart or anywhere on the internet. Worked fast and did a fine job. Didnt try to upcharge or up sell. Bill actually came out cheaper than the quote. My wife dropped to have the simple oil change. They called her she would need to replace rear tires over $400 although her tires got checked in the dealshop a month ago. Now I see many reviews regarding overselling in this shop. I will never be back to here.

I was on my way to Orlando Friday Night, when at approximately 6:33pm at night my front left side tire blew and caused me to be stranded on I-95 North for 3 Hours - Unfortunately everywhere was closed by 7pm which prompted me to have to get towed to a Hotel and stay over night until somewhere opened. I searched and found great reviews on this location. I came bright and early to get 3 Tires Replaced and an Alignment- Scared they’d over charge since I was a women and alone, little did I know that all the employees want to do is help. Greg was such a HUGE help, he fit me in with all the other cars and jobs they had. Constantly checked on me and even gave me some candy for some energy. If you ever have a flat tire, need an oil change or an alignment during your travels - Highly recommend this location !!! So happy with the services, charge and work they did for my car!!

These folks were fabulous! Rear tire started loosing air on 95 north bound. Pulled off at the next exit looking for the closest tire store, Tire Plus was it! I made it before it was totally Flatt. Ive gone to Tires Plus for the past 8 years for everything I was unable to handle on my own. I have yet to experience a more upfront and honest staff than those at Tires Plus. They hide nothing, do nothing without my permission and are thorough in their processes so that they catch problems before they happen.

Expensive and still didnt fix the problem with my car.

Simple oil change took an hour and a half. Always trying to upsell. 45$ for a pair of wiper blades. Got a pair at Advance for less than 20 and they put in on (under 10 min). Never go there, unless you dont care about money. Were never going back again.

Expect to spend some time at Tire Plus if you come to get tires put on your car. It took some time to do a proper alignment and add four brand new. Anything worth having takes time.I was pleased with the results..... wanna thank the entire team for the professional service.

Took my car in here for over 4 years last time was about 4 weeks ago, chad told me I needed about $1900 worth of work was shocked at what they found cause my car was running fine, I did not have them fix the problems, ended up taking it in to somewhere else and they didn’t find anything wrong with car, I have had it to 2 different places since the visit to tires plus and no one has yet to find all the problems that tires plus found, I believe they were taking advantage of a women and just trying to sell me unnecessary repairs to my car, I would be very careful about what they tell you and get another opinion before they do the work, I know I’ll never go back to them ever.

A honest mechanic goes a long ways when it comes to my vehicle, this particular store, tires plus in Vero Beach did a fantastic job on my air-conditioning today. I was very nervous that I had something major wrong with it. After Trying everything that was necessary, the mechanic identified that all I needed was a relay switch and a little Freon. This relay switch is very cheap, my AC now feels like a meat locker, in my vehicle, this is imperative in the state of Florida as you know. In the end I am the winner I am very happy with the service that I received from the store manager Chad, he was very professional and did everything possible to make sure my vehicle was fixed without affecting my wallet, including any unnecessary charges, It was also at a reasonable price I am extremely pleased, I highly recommend you go into tires plus and the management team and employees will serve you right.

I have been bringing my cars to this Tires Plus for 4 years now and observed them as very honest and fair, even offering discount coupons for their services. Once Firestone (see my stinging review on them) on 58th and 60 lied to me about my brakes and Tires plus told me what they should have done to my car. Tires Plus fixed it and I never had problem since.

I had a slow leak on one of my tires and I was on my way from Port St. Lucie to Daytona! I was caught up in a nasty storm and pressed for time to make an important meeting. The Manager, Brian went out of his way to make sure I got back on the road as soon as possible! I made my meeting. It meant a lot to me and even though I dont live in Vero and its a half hour away, i will go to Brians shop. If he changes shops I will go wherever he is because customer service like that is very scarce. A huge thanks to Brian. The staff was so friendly and considerate. I went in with a flat tire and 3 bald tires an hour before they closed. I had a donut on and said I would come back tomorrow before work. Ron, the service advisor, said we will take care of you tonight. He didnt want me to be riding around with my tires in that condition. With 4+ people in front of me, I could tell this business didnt care about what time they got out but appreciated the business and wanted me to be safe. I would recommend them to anyone in needs of their service.

Replaced one tire in my car due to a sidewalk defect here. Relatively fast and didn’t try to sell me a bunch of things I didn’t need.
