We had a girls day here before my daughters wedding. They did all 10 of us at the end of the day. We had the place to ourselves. Brought snacks and beverages. Staff was great. Very friendly. My nails looked great and held up for a couple of weeks until I took the polish off myself.Will definitely be going back.

My daughter and I decided to have pedicures done today. The spa owner answered our call and was very pleasant. He got us both in in a little over an hour. The spa is very clean and pretty. The technicians were kind and gentle. There are many colors to choose from in both lacquer and gel. Our pedicures (gel) are gorgeous. I will definitely return to this spa!

This has been my favorite salon for years and they do the best dip powder manicures I’ve ever had. I compare every other nail salon to this one and this one is always better. Better quality service, better cleanliness and COVID precautions, best price I’ve ever found. I always love my nails after coming here!

I had never had a pedicure or manicure and knew nothing about the procedure, what to ask for, or what it entailed. I called on Monday, after finding TT Nail spa on the Internet and had two appointments for Saturday morning. Ty, the owner, was gracious, accommodating, and very helpful. Today, my partner and I, went in for our first pedicures and manicures. The two ladies who worked on us were patient, gentle, and so amazingly good. I was pampered in ways I could not imagine prior to the service we received at TT Nail Spa. We both commented that our feet and hands had never felt better, been softer, or looked better. Ty, the staff, and the clientele were all fun, warm, hospitable, and consummate professionals. I realize I am no expert on this service industry but I felt safe, valued, and was 100% satisfied with the entire experience. I recommend them without hesitation and with total confidence in the experience and service. It was a perfect 10 out of 10. Thank you, Ty and your staff. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Great gel, lasted 2 weeks before getting them done again, I probably could have gone longer. Very minimal lifting. Very clean place. Tools were new. Pedicure tub was lined.

First time getting my nails done since Covid struck. They took every precaution to make me feel safe and the place was very clean. Extremely happy with my nails and nail art. I was visiting Rochester, NY from Cali for my birthday, and I needed my nails done badly. I called TT nails and I didn’t have an appointment, but they told me I can come in and get my nails done. I was so happy. The place was nice and relaxing, and everyone was so welcoming. If I’m ever in NY again I will definitely get my nails done here.

I loveee this place! Ive been going here for over a year. I mainly get pedicures, but once in a while get a manicure/acrylic nails. They are all so sweet and accommodating. They even gave out little goodies to all the customers for Christmas last year. Super clean and professional. Edit: All my friends go here now because I recommended them! They love it too

Today was my first time! Ive been desperately trying to find a place I really like and I was very satisfied with today! I brought my step daughter with me and the woman who did the both of us did a phenomenal job! She gave us exactly what I asked for and took her time. She did not rush whatsoever and her work shows that! One thing I really like is how clean they are. I left the other spot I was going to often due to the lack of cleanliness! I give 10 stars on their cleanliess from their tools down to their chairs! The other thing I really liked was the gentleman who works there. He is very outgoing and friendly! Just him alone makes you want to come back! I didnt plan on getting my nails done just my toes and they were able to do them for me last minute so that was very appreciated! I will be returning very soon 🙂

I loved them! Went there for the 1st time today and had one of the best pedicure and manicure in a while. I got gel for an upcoming vacation. I have thin nails and loved that they didnt grind my nails automatically when I asked for gel just buffed! They turned out amazing. This is going to be my go to nail place when I need to get them done!

The place was very sanitized and welcoming when my fiance and I walked in. They used all types of shields and really made us feel comfortable. We went there for the pedicure and the service was exactly what the ratings say. This is definitely our new place to come to.

Great place and great customer services. I used to bite on my nails and no one wanted to help me take care of them till I met Tai. He did miracles and as of now, it has been more than 2 months since I last bit my nails.

This place was an incredibly great and pleasant experience. It was my first time visiting. The staff was on time, welcoming and friendly. I had a small painful cut on the side of my thumb and my nail tech took the time to clean it and apply Neosporin. She was very careful, clean and neat (no rushing). I love my gel manicure!!!! I hate leaving bad reviews. I went here because of all the great reviews. But I was very disappointed. The only friendly person was Ty, who I thought I had an appointment with. But when I walked in he told me someone else was doing my nails. 1st disappointment. The little girl who did my nails did not make herself understood. I kept telling her I couldnt understand her or even hear her. But nothing changed. So she didnt give me what I wanted. I was very disappointed and couldnt wait to leave. She was unfriendly and I didnt get what I wanted or paid for. I cant believe they get such good reviews. Not my experience at all. Phylp

I had been going to another salon on Monroe Ave for almost 2 years. For the most part I was satisfied but everytime I found a technician that I was satisfied with their work, shortly thereafter they were gone. I did go back when they reopened after the shutdown but I just got so sick of how rude they were. I had had enough. It was the total opposite at TT Nail Spa. Everyone is so professional, friendly and talented in their craft. So happy I found them.

I called at 2:40pm to get a gel manicure and pedicure. I was there a few minutes before 3 pm and out a few minutes before 4pm. Staff was friendly. They worked on my nails and feet at same time. A clean salon with great decor. I am very pleased with their work. They did a fabulous job and in a timely manner. I highly suggest this salon.

I decided to try this place out because of the good reviews. I made an appointment for a dip powder manicure. The older woman who was given the task of removing my previous dip manicure completely ruined my nails and my day. She decided she was going to try and pry the dip powder off because she was too lazy to remove the dip properly by filing it down and soaking my nails in acetone. It was painful and I asked her to stop and soak them but she did not stop until she had broken every single nail on my right hand. She never even apologized and I ended up needing tips on my entire right hand because she had broken the nails so badly.The younger girl who did my dip manicure was equally as bad. She left glue from the tips all around my cuticles, my nails were uneven and poorly shaped, and the dip was thick and lumpy.This was the worst experience I ever had at a nail salon and I have not and will not ever return.

I have gone here and there for my mani & pedi’s but I have never attempted to get a full set. I was always just unsure of a random person putting on a full set of nails and messing them up on me. After reading the review on how amazing Ty is at nails, I called and made my appointment. The salon is clean and welcoming and the women who work there are friendly. I was blown away at Ty’s talent! I finally found a nail Tech that I trust. Can’t wait to go back!
