I came in and got a pedicure, I was cut with the cuticle cutter. Took a hefty gash out. She sprayed it with alcohol and told me it was “better now” it wasn’t .. it was still bleeding.She didn’t offer a discount, it’s been a few hours and my toe is swollen.Pretty disappointed, she also messed up my square shape.

Updated: I went to Diva nail salon last year for the first time. I found my technician rude she didn’t like that I took some time in deciding the colour for pedicure.. and my nail color came off within an hour. For manicure I had asked for simple design and technician had no clue how to do that and I had to wait for someone else to get free and do it. This was not the experience I expected in the nail salon.

First time here. Mimi did a fantastic job! Highly recommended.

I passed up two other nail places to come here based on the reviews. I’m so unbelievably disappointed - and kinda mad I gave such a good tip.I’m sharing a picture of my nails at 9pm on a Monday. I got my nails done three days ago on Friday afternoon.Since I just wanted a regular manicure, I wasn’t really feeling like I was a desired customer. It was done extremely fast. Also, the nail polish may have been thick as the woman who did my manicure added something to the polish before doing my nails. It turned out super bubbly and the bubbles stayed and my nails didn’t look good even right as I left. I wasn’t impressed to start with but I tipped because I feel bad about having the privilege to get my nails done :(If I had been doing something that warranted this kind of damage all weekend, I wouldn’t be so upset. This weekend extremely leisurely: I had a 6-hour workshop on Saturday where we sat in a boardroom and talked. I had a massage on Sunday followed by a day of movies on the couch (not very active). This was frustrating. I won’t be back.

I recently switched from shellac to dip powder at the recommendation of my tech Mimi and I could not be happier. I most recently got my nails done by Ann and they are perfect! Soy and her team all do a great job, you can’t go wrong with any of them! I’ve tried other salons in the area, but this one is most definitely my favorite!

My daughter and I had an appointment at Progress Nails across the street at 2pm today as a birthday gift. The salon was quiet and the staff was rude. People looked very unhappy to be there. I received a gift card to Diva nails and spa for a gift. I called and made a same day appointment. Lady on phone was very polite and informative. Upon entering salon I was greeted right away. My deluxe pedicure was so relaxing I kept falling asleep, it felt so good on my feet and legs. I also had a shellac manicure. All my nails look fabulous. Staff is so friendly and really get to know the clients. Salon is very clean. I will definitely be back.

Soy did an excellent job on my hands! I had a Shellac manicure that is as good as Ive ever gotten. Diva is the first nail bar Ive tried. I didnt give it a five star rating because of the ambience. Fortunately, I was seated next to a lovely woman with whom I chatted throughout my manicure.I will definitely return & I recommend Diva!

I recently came in for the first time to get acrylics and I showed the lady a picture to match up the color and design I wanted on my nails, the color in the picture was grey and the color I ended up getting was blue, I called in a day after I got my nails done and a lady picked up and told me I can come in whenever and get the color changed. She said whenever I am unsatisfied with the color or anything I can come in and they will always fix it for free. I made an appointment for the next day and drove down to the nail workers telling me that they will not fix it because it’s not damaged when the lady on the phone told me differently. I paid $63 for the nails plus tip and I was not satisfied with the color at all and they will not fix it for free when they said they would!! They will definitely not be getting my business ever again.

I recently went to diva nails and it was an awesome visit. My girlfriend got full set and I got a pedi. My girlfriend have long nails which entails a nail tech to shape it very perfectly. This can be a difficult task for some nail techs. My girlfriend said this experience was the best with excellent customer service. I totally agree with her!!!! We will definitely come back here with friends and family. When we got there, it was very busy but definitely worth the wait.

This place is awesome! I love me some nails and after searching and paying outrageous prices I found somewhere where the acrylics are great and reasonably priced. They have a huge selection of colors and are current with the nail trends. Cannot recommend enough!

I had my very first shellac manicure ever at Diva Nails last November. They were super busy and the salon itself, while it appears clean is super crowded with pedicure chairs and manicure tables. I was left to sit at a manicure table for over 30 minutes where I was given massive quantities of samples from which to choose my color. I ended up absolutely loving my nails..the length, color and how long and well the polish lasted. I was excited to go back, so I scheduled an appointment by phone the day before. Again, I sat there for well over 30 minutes, while my daughter who was a walk-in for a pedicure got immediate attention. They at least could have been soaking my old polish off while I waited, but they didnt. The manicurists always seem to be in a constant state of RUSHING!! The manicurist I finally got was very sweet, however, she trimmed my nails way too short and the color it took me so long to choose was unavailable. I ended up with a color I really dont care for; to make matters worse, the polish isnt as sleek and smooth as it was the first time, one nail has an actual bubble in it. In fact everything about the paint job just plain sucks!! It really angers me that I have to live with them not only during Christmas but for the next month. I dont think I will be back; I want to find a salon that doesnt herd clients in and out like livestock.12/15/18After my review posted, I was very surprised to hear from Soy, the salon owner. She offered to re-do my nails. Soy herself did them...and even with the original color I wanted. I must say, they are absolutely flawless! They are 100% better. More importantly, I am so very impressed with Soy--not only reaching out to me, but for rectifying the situation and for that reason, I will definitely be a returning customer.

Diva Nail & Spa provides incredible service! I’ve been going there for a few months now and the quality of my shellac manicure is incredible every time. Soy and her team are talented and efficient at providing the best service. They also provide a clean facility, a complimentary beverage, and televisions for viewing pleasure. You can even take your kids, giving them the star treatment with special chairs and DVD players. I am finally happy with a nail salon, and I would recommend anyone to get their nails done there.

Ive lived in Beaverton for the past 1.5 years and have tried numerous nail salons. I return most often to Diva Nail & Spa because they do a great job. They have an extensive polish selection, and shellac. My pedicures look nicer from Diva than other places nearby. There are some differences in skill between different individuals, but all are quite good. The space is large and they have a large number of pedicure chairs (including kid chairs) and manicure desks. The reason for the 3 stars is because of the time it takes for service. Even with an appointment, I end up waiting 20-35 minutes for them to start. Without an appointment, you may be told to come back in 30-60 minutes and then wait another 25 minutes once you return. Its not unusual for the person doing my nails to stop for another more important appointment, and I end up waiting another 15+ minutes for another person to continue the work. The issues seem to be short-staffing and lack of a dedicated person to answer phones, handle cashier responsibilities, and manage scheduling. The fact that they are busy is a good sign for the quality of their work, but I get frustrated spending 2 hours to get a pedicure. I often plan to get a pedicure and manicure, but have to skip the manicure because it took 2 hours just for the pedicure.

I love going here!! My nails are always on point! They also do a great job on my eyebrows and don’t charge an arm and a leg :)

I got my nails done on Friday in the afternoon. Everything was fine until the lady doing my nails was completely rushed the entire time. I asked for length, and she seemed annoyed that I wanted a LITTLE length and made them still too long for me. My nails turned our terrible. They are pointing up and they are completely uneven and not what I asked for. I cannot believe I spent my money on these nails.***update***After writing my review, Soy reached out to me to apologized sincerely- and fixed my nails. They turned out perfect and exactly the way I wanted them. Soy is so sweet and won my business back. Thanks Soy! You’re amazing! ❤️

I love this place. Amazing pedicures - hot stone massage, warm towels, perfect polish. Once seated, they grab you a beverage of your choice including wine, champagne, or soft drinks. Manicures and acrylics are expertly done as well. Sometimes I bring my kids, and they get fantastic service as well. We drive out of our way to go to Diva nails :) Only downside (for me) is that they are very popular and are busy most hours.

Absolutely amazing business. The lady doing my nails provided me with the absolute best shellac experience Ive ever had. The owner Soy has really taken this area by storm and if youre not going here regularly, youre not getting your moneys worth. The complimentary wine and snacks are also a massive bonus and really make me feel at home. Coming back with my girlfriend ASAP!

Best nail salon this side of Portland. The nail technicians are very talented and produce long wearing and fabulous nails. Their pedicure is so relaxing with the hot stones and towels. Prices are fair and they give discounts for students. This is the only nail salon I frequent, would highly recommend!

The first time I went I had a great experience! My tech did a fantastic job! I went back for a fill and had a different nail tech and frankly, her work wasnt my favorite. I made my grievances know and was set an appointment with the owner to fix the prior techs work. I had to change my appointment last minute and they were able to accomadate my request and stayed after the shop closed to fix my nails. My nails look great again!

It has under gone new management and the owner Soy is nothing but sweet and attentive to her customers. She has a sign hanging by the door saying If we dont take care of our customers someone else will. She sticks true to this motto and provides nothing but the best customer service. Her salon is also very clean and welcoming, the staff does an excellent job at providing exactly what I want and I always leave relaxed and content with my new nails.

Manicurist started my nails, stopped and did another manicure. Foils left on my nails for >15 mins until I had to ask someone to remove them. My daughter’s acrylics were literally ripped off. If you’re too busy to provide good service then ask customers to wait or come back another time. Will not return.

The new manager is amazing. Although I know there are many shops in my area to have nails done, I will go to Diva Nails from now on. Under new management - you must try them now! I have been going to Diva Nail and Spa since they first opened and Natalee is my nail tech. She is amazing. When the salon first opened it was great but over time the overall customer service was not great and the look of the salon had deteriorated. New management took over a couple of months ago and the change has been fabulous. Everything has been updated, its pretty, relaxing and the customer service is incredible. The services have been enhanced but the prices remain the same. Its like going to a brand new salon but Natalee is still there!! If you havent been there recently - you really need to go!

I live nearby and have been to Diva about half a dozen times. It’s pretty typical as far as services and prices go (about $25-50 for a pedicure depending on which type you go with). Sometimes it’s busy and can feel hurried but overall they are accommodating and kind.

This is the only place I will get my nails done. I have been seeing Natalee probably for the last 6 months and she always makes time for me and I always leave feeling extremely satisfied. I constantly receive compliments on my nails and am asked where I got them done. I continue to refer people here! It is fantastic- affordable, efficient, and friendly!

Soy just bought this place from the previous owner and it is amazing, once again. I have gone to Diva since it opened but about a year after it opened, the customer service went down hill. I stayed around for another two years until the mindset of getting clients in and out as fast as they could became so glaring apparent that visits were no longer relaxing. Once I heard Soy bought it, I came back to give it a try again. It is again fantastic, like it was when it first opened. Everything is redone, the employees are so happy, and the service is great. Soy put up a sign in the back that says, Rule #1 Take care of our customers, because if we dont, someone else will. I love that she makes business decisions with customers in mind. Thank you Diva for great customer service and excellent services!

Diva Nail and Spa is a first class salon. Soy can accomplish wonders with my feet during a pedicure. She can reduce swelling in my ankles so that I can walk better and almost have a spring in my step. Although I am 89 and use a walker, I feel I can walk a mile after her ministrations. I recommend her highly for both a pedicure and manicure.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!!!! usually i get my eyebrows done here but not anymore. i simply asked for a clean up and now i have two lines for eyebrows. i use to have thick eyebrows but now it looks like i have 2000 eyebrows. would not recommend to anyone.

Diva Nail has been my go to spot for a few months now. They are always so helpful and always laughing. Today they even stayed open late to get me in! I have never been turned away no matter how busy they are. I am big on great service and they deliver the best. Would recommend any day.

Went in to get French tip acrylics, after a few days they started to turn brown, went back in they filled off top coat and reapplied and acted like it was something I was doing (no I don’t dye my hair, tan, nor had I cleaned with bleach, no I don’t smoke, no it’s not my fault!) and two days later they turned brown again, didn’t have time to mess with going back so I filled them again and yet again they are brown, finally pained over them but had to go out and buy white nail polish and a top coat to make them look good! My research on the yellowing shows it the product itself or over exposed to the lights they use 😏

I’ve gone here 3 times since I moved here. Best mani I’ve had in my entire life. No joke. Shellac Lasts longer than 2 weeks for me each time. So pleased. Staff is so friendly!

I got my nails done for mothers day. I get the powder acrylic and I get them long. Three days after I broke the tip off my right hand middle finger getting my hand shut in a door :( Kevin To is the guy who did my nails. I was horrified because I had a meeting the next day and COULD NOT show up with only my MIDDLE finger nail-less!!! So I called in and they got me in right away! My nails are fixed and flawless! I have OCD about them being straight and having all if the extra filed away properly​. I cant stand hangover! So not only did he fix it but he did it free of charge! Kevin To is the BEST! Not only that he told me not to worry as I went to tip him. I insisted he accepts my tip which he did. Now ladies and gentlemen always remember to tip your nail specialist! Even if something is on the house. Firstly most people dont even want to deal with their own nasty nails. Second they are working hard all day stuck around all of those fumes just to make YOU look good. Thirdly everyone has family or someone they care about. Not to mention bills so saying hey thanks for making me as beautiful as I feel today even if its only a couple bucks really can mean a lot. Plus its motivation to always do their best work! Ive learned to be careful and to keep an eye on whats being done. Last time my bi was $20 higher than expected. I probably wont go back.

I went in because I had a splitting nail and wanted to get one of those wrap things to keep out from getting worse. Instead i was told that a dip should be better. I wanted s neutral looking nail but the woman working on it said that it was too pale. I dont know why i had to justify my choices but i agreed with getting a French manicure. I asked for a thin white portion. And the woman argued and said not too thin. I have a 8 month old. So I dont have a lot of time to kill. So I just sent withit. Thre results were awful. The color on the French tip looks like white out the dip is lumpy and chipping. I had my nails done maybe a week and a half ago. My nail is still splitting under the dip. There was an extra cost for French, there was an extra cost for the dip on the two fingers it got done on, and im just sho disappointed. I do not recommend at all.

Ive been going to Diva Nail & Spa since I moved to the area in 2013, I have never had a bad experience. Under new management since early last year, customer service is even better! I like doing my nails every 2 weeks or so, but I have gone as long as 4 weeks without a peel or chip on my shellac. When you see some of the same customers time after time, it means theyre doing something right. I totally recommend it!
