Always quick and treated very kind. Never have had any problems. Staff is very knowledgeable, not folks just there for a job, they know what they are talking about. Never felt pressured to buy anything that wasnt needed.

Got new tires put on my van, definitely felt I was treated fairly and well taken care of. They were very professional and easy work with. I hate getting new tires but this was a pleasant experience! I would recommend them to others.

I checked here when I needed tires because they had a 4.9 Google review. I contacted them online, got a quick response with a simple out the door cost for new tires. I compared the price to Walmart and Vulcan was a few dollars lower. I asked them to replace the wiper blades also, and again the price was as good as Walmart. However the service, professionalism and wait time far exceeded Walmart. Greg is all about taking care of customers. They are busy, and will probably get busier with that level of customer service. I know I will be going there for my auto service now. Thank you for posting Google reviews so I find good places like this.

The manager there his name was Greg me and my wife was on the way to see here doctor she has cancer and cant walk and be in the heat well we had a flat so i pulled in there to see if they could get us a tire there a special size so they didnt have it in stock he ask if we had a spare well it was bad well greg told the lil guy working in the shop to get a used tire and mount and balance it and to put it on for use when i went in and asked what we owed greg said not a thing we thought that was very kind so the next day i called greg and told him to order me two tires and when they came in i had him put them on and for them to change oil also. I think they when above and beyond I would recommend them anytime. Again thank you for the lil silver mustang with 315 tires

Heading back from Panama City to Louisville area when we noticed we were losing tire pressure. Just happened to also be during severe weather warnings..they got us taken care of quickly and helped us wait out the storm. Great service and friendly, helpful people all around.
